摘要:
工科专业开展课程思政是培养德才兼备的一流工科人才的重要手段之一。本文以《无机化学》为例,通过调研和一线教学经验,探讨了工科基础课程融入思政教育的难点,以及在新形势下对于高等学校新工科人才培养的重要性。工科课程的特点、学生的学习思维和习惯,教师的教学习惯增加了工科课程思政的难度。学生对大学生活的追求,国家对于新工科人才的要求体现了工科课程思政的重要性。研究结果为工科课程思政的实施提供了思路和方向。

摘要:
文章以《无机化学》为例,探讨了面向高等学校新工科人才培养,并结合疫情防控背景,对《无机化学》课程思政教学进行了改革与实践。文章深入挖掘课程中的思政元素,以"化学平衡精神""活化分子精神""金刚石品质""共价键品质"等多个主题,结合疫情防控特殊背景以及学生关注热点,设计了同时进行的两条课程思政路线:1.根据学生学期阶段性教育灵活开展;2.紧密结合课程结构进行设计。一线实践表明教学效果理想,提升了学生的学习水平和综合素质,促使学生培养质量达到"新工科"人才培养的质量要求。

摘要:
随着全球变暖和能源问题的出现,对于核能这种清洁能源的开发和应用越发深入和广泛。铀作为一种核原料非常宝贵,然而以铀为主的核废料因其高放射性和生物毒性对人类的生命健康产生了威胁,因此如何实现对其痕量检测成为了人们关注的焦点。光化学传感器由于分析迅速、灵敏度高,能够及时检测排查铀等放射性元素。因此,研发拥有高选择性、高灵敏度和可重复使用的铀酰光化学检测传感器就显得尤为重要。本文主要阐述了近年来基于光化学技术的铀酰检测传感器的前沿进展,其中光化学技术主要包括紫外可见分光光度法(UV-vis)、荧光(fluorescence)分光光度法、表面增强拉曼散射法(SERS)等,并讨论了其各自检测特性,分析了优势与不足之处,初步探讨了光化学传感技术测铀的发展趋势及方向,为进一步设计铀酰光化学检测传感器提供了参考。

摘要:
In this paper, a sensor based on a magnetic surface molecularly imprinted membrane (MMIP) was prepared for the highly sensitive and selective determination of acetaminophen (AP). Before the experiment, the appropriate functional monomers and solvents required for the polymer were screened, and the molecular electrostatic potentials (MEPs) were calculated by the DFT/B3LYP/6-31 + G method. MMIP with high recognition of AP was synthesized based on Fe3O4@SiO2nanoparticles (NPs) with excellent core-shell structure. Next, a carbon paste electrode (CPE) was filled with a piece of neodymium-iron-boron magnet to make magnetic electrode (MCPE), and MMIP/MCPE sensor was obtained by attaching a printed polymer to the surface of the electrode under the strong magnetic. Due to the stable molecular structure of the electrode surface, the sensor is highly effective and accurate for detection of AP using DPV. The DPV response of the sensor exhibited a linear dependence on the concentration of AP from 6 × 10−8 to 5 × 10−5 mol L−1 and 5 × 10−5 to 2 × 10−4 mol L−1, with a detection limit based on the lower linear range of 1.73 × 10−8 mol L−1(S/N = 3). When used for determination of AP in actual samples, the recovery of the sensor to the sample was 95.80–103.76%, and the RSD was 0.78%–3.05%. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

In order to explore the enantioselectivity of uranyl-salophens to chiral molecules, the newly designed receptors of Λ-type configuration sulfur/selenium-substituted uranyl-salophens with R/S-chiral δ-lactone were used to selectively coordinate and recognize a pair of enantiomers of RRS/SSR-3,5-dimethyl-2-(3-fluorophenyl)-2-morpholinols as guests based on the density functional theory calculations. The results indicated that the substituent effects of R/S-asymmetry sulfur/selenium-substituted uranyl-salophens significantly affected the structures and properties of coordination compounds, and the R-type receptors have higher enantioselectivity for the chiral guests than the S-type receptors both in vacuum and in solvents water, acetone and toluene except the R/S-selenium-substituted uranyl-salophen in water. © 2020, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
The design of new uranyl-ligands (uranyl-Ls) is of great significance for the separation and utilization of uranium. In this paper, the triazole group was introduced into uranyl-salophen (uranyl-S) to form new asymmetric uranyl-unilateral benzotriazole salophen (uranyl-UBS); we further replaced two oxygen atoms of uranyl-UBS with two sulfur atoms to generate uranyl-unilateral benzotriazole thio-salophen (uranyl-UBTS) as a new receptor. Then, we comprehensively explored coordination models of uranyl-UBS and uranyl-UBTS with R/S-triadimefons (R/S-TDFs) enantiomers as the guests using density functional theory calculations at the B3LYP//RECP/6-311G** level; we then investigated enantioselectivity recognition of the new receptors to the guests R/S-TDFs. The results indicated that the uranium atoms of the receptors uranyl-S, uranyl-UBS and uranyl-UBTS could coordinate with the carbonyl oxygens in guests R/S-TDFs to form complexes of guest-receptors R/S-TDFs-uranyl-Ls that exhibited two stable V-shaped structures with quite different properties. It was found that the coordination ability to the guests R/S-TDFs is uranyl-UBTS > uranyl-UBS > uranyl-S, while the enantioselectivity for the guests is uranyl-UBTS > uranyl-S > uranyl-UBS and, when the receptor is the same, R-TDF has stronger coordination ability than S-TDF. These results provide information and theoretical supports for the experiments of asymmetric uranyl-UBS with R/S-TDFs, and produce a reference for further exploring the coordination characteristics of asymmetric uranyl-salophen with the triazole derivatives. © 2020 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

摘要:
In this paper, a novel method was established for determination of fructose 1,6-diphosphate (F-1,6-BP) based on resonance light scattering (RLS), and a type of bipolar tetradentate schiff base H4L was synthesized. The study showed that under the optimization condition with the ligand concentration of 5nmolmL−1, pH 6.5, the reaction temperature of 25°C, the reaction time of 30min, RLS intensity had good linearity with the concentration of F-1,6-BP within the range of 0.4–5.0nmolmL−1, the limit of detection was 0.16nmolmL−1 and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 1.83%. In vitro feasibility study, four groups of medical injections and two groups of human urine were analyzed, the RSD of six parallel experiments was approximately 2%, and the recovery value changed from 98.0 to 102.5%. As shown herein, this method has high sensitivity, good precision and recovery. © 2019, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
Bi, Fe, and Ti ternary co-doped ZrO2 (BFT-ZrO2) nanocomposites have been prepared by a sol-gel process and used as both adsorbent and matrix for the enrichment and determination of small molecules by surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF MS). The BFT-ZrO2 nanocomposites not only can selectively enrich a wide variety of low-mass toxic pollutants but can also be used as an excellent matrix to enhance the laser desorption/ionization efficiency with low background noise and uniform co-crystalline film. Low limits of detection (LODs) (0.1 pg mL−1 for bisphenol A (BPA), 2 pg mL−1 for tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA), 0.1 pg mL−1 for alizarin (AZ), 0.001 pg mL−1for bisphenol S (BPS), 0.01 pg mL−1 for indigo blue (ID), 0.01 pg mL−1 for pentachlorophenol (PCP), 100 pg mL−1 for estradiol (E2), 0.001 pg mL−1 for cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), 0.1 pg mL−1 for crystal violet (CV), 1 pg mL−1 for malachite green (MG), 0.01 pg mL−1 for rhodamine B (RhB), and 0.01 pg mL−1 for perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) were achieved. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of shot-to-shot are 9.4–24% and of sample-to-sample 5.2–17%. The BFT-ZrO2 matrix was successfully applied to the determination of TBBPA and BPA in tea samples. 摘要:
To find new adsorbents for uranyl ions, the density functional theory (DFT) was adopted to design a series of new ligands containing an anthracene and two five-membered heterocycles with nitrogen family nonmetal elements (N, P, As) or oxygen family nonmetal elements (O, S, Se, Te), for example, ligands N,N′-bis(2-five-membered heterocyclidene)-1,8-anthradiamines (BFHADAs). Then the uranyl ions were coordinated with BFHADAs to generate five new coordination complexes (Uranyl-BFHADAs) with heteroatoms N, S, As, Se and Te, respectively. The five-membered heterocyclic rings of Uranyl-BFHADA with oxygen atoms were broken under the structural optimization and Uranyl-BFHADA with heterocyclic atoms P was not obtained. Several structures and property parameters of the ligands BFHADAs (containing heteroatoms N, S, As, Se and Te) and their uranyl complexes Uranyl-BFHADAs were theoretically investigated and analyzed. The results showed that uranyl ions could form stable coordination complexes with these five BFHADAs. The formed bonds between uranyl ions and the heteroatoms in BFHADAs were coordination bonds rather than other types of bonds. These results could provide insightful information and theoretical guidance for the coordination of uranyl with the atoms N, S, Se, As and Te in other ligands. © 2019 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

摘要:
为了快速检测药物分子塞克硝唑(Secnidazole,SCZ)的含量,构建了基于多壁碳纳米管和硼嵌入双层分子印迹复合膜的碳糊电极电化学传感器。对影响该传感器性能的因素逐项进行了优化,并对电极进行了相关表征。实验研究表明,在最佳优化条件下,所构建的传感器,具有良好的稳定性和再现性,同时还能显著提高识别模板分子SCZ的能力,并放大了对SCZ的电流响应。经差分脉冲伏安法测得SCZ的还原峰电流随SCZ浓度线性增加,在1. 0×1. 0-6~3. 0×10-4mol/L和1. 91×10-8~1. 0×1. 0-6mol/L范围均呈良好线性关系,检出限(DL)为1. 72×10-8mol/L。此外,该传感器还检测了药物片剂及生物样品中SCZ,具有良好的精密度和回收率。

双极四齿配体的合成及其超分子聚合物共振光散射法测定锰

锰是人体必需的微量元素之一;但摄入过量的锰也会导致中毒甚至死亡,所以开发一种低成本、高灵敏度、操作简便的检测锰离子的新方法显得尤为重要。该文采用水杨醛和3,3'-二氨基联苯胺合成双极四齿主体配体Bis-salophen,再用3,3'-二氨基联苯胺作为客体配体,通过自组装,利用共振光散射(Resonance light scattering,RLS)技术实现对Mn~(2+)的检测。利用软件Visual Minteq模拟不同酸度下的锰离子形态,实验研究表明,在缓冲溶液为Tris-HCl、酸度为pH 7.5、反应温度为20 ℃、反应时间为15 min的优化条件下,RLS强度与Mn~(2+)浓度在0.4 ~ 6.0 nmol/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为I_(RLS) = 270.64 c(nmol/mL)+ 1 530.21,相关系数(r)为0.999 4,检出限为0.13 nmol/mL,并已成功应用于湘江水样和生活用水中锰离子的检测。

A molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for the rapid detection of the anti-parasitic drug Secnidazole (SCZ) is reported. In this work, the build electrochemical sensor was based on a carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and boron-embedded duplex molecularly imprinted composite membranes (B-DMICMs), that significantly increased the efficiency of the sensor for the detection of template molecule SCZ. Density functional theory (DFT) was employed to study the interactions between the template and monomers to select appropriate functional monomers for rational design of the B-DMICMs.The optimal experimental conditions were optimised for the factors affecting the performance of the sensor. Under the optimal conditions, the reduction peak currents of SCZ by differential pulse voltammetry increased linearly with SCZ concentration in the range from 3.0 × 10−4 to 1.0 × 1.0−6 mol L−1 and 1.0 × 1.0−6 to 1.91 × 10−8 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 1.72 × 10−8 mol L−1 for secnidazole, which is significantly lower than those in the currently used methods and in previous reports. This method offers low cost, sensitive and effective determination of SCZ and can potentially be used for detection of SCZ in pharmaceutical and biological samples with good precision and accuracy. © 2019, © 2019 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

A dually responsive fluorescent probe for determination of U(IV) and mercury(II) ions was synthesized. The probe consists of a cytosine-rich hairpin DNA loaded with silver nanoclusters (DNA-AgNCs). The fluorescence of the AgNCs is found to be quenched by UO2(II) at pH 5.0and Hg(II) at pH 7.0due to combinedstatic and dynamic quenching. Under the optimal conditions, the greenfluorescence of the DNA-AgNCs, best measured at excitation/emission wavelengths of 420/525nm, decreases in the 4.0 to 75 pM UO2(II) concentration range, and in the 0.3 to 8.0nM Hg(II) concentration range. The respective detection limits are as low as 1.8 pM and 0.1nM. The method was successfully applied to the determination of UO2(II) and Hg(II) in (spiked) pond and taps waters and in soil extracts. 摘要:
In this paper, we report a method for the determination of uranium (VI) based on the using of a surface fluorescence sensor containing a europium (III) complex. The sensor was prepared by immobilizing the Eu(III)-salophen complex on a glass slide surface through Si–O covalent bonds. The sensor can generate strong surface fluorescence as a result of the Cation–Cation Interaction between U (VI) and Eu(III). We used this property to design a surface fluorescence sensing method to detect U (VI). Under suitable conditions, the linear range was 0.02–5nmolmL−1 and the detection limit was 8 × 10−3nmolmL−1. This method was successfully used in determine U (VI) in real samples with a recovery rate between 99.5 and 103.5%. © 2019, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
席夫碱具有易制备、检测金属离子灵敏度高和选择性好等特点,长期以来受到人们的广泛关注。近年来四齿席夫碱类光学探针在医学、催化、分析化学、超分子化学、功能材料及配位化学等领域得到广泛应用。本文结合实时热点,阐述了四齿席夫碱类光学探针利用其特有的NN或NO型空腔与铀酰离子配位,实现对实际样品中铀酰离子的定性分析和定量检测,并成功应用于含磷酸基团生物分子的识别与检测。最后展望并探讨了四齿席夫碱类光学探针的研究发展方向。

摘要:
铀是一种重要的自然资源,在多个领域都有广泛的用途,所以检测铀也变得越来越有意义.建立了一种操作简单,价格低廉,灵敏度高的检测方法,首先将Salo-phen与铀酰结合成Uranyl-Salophen配合物,接着采用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)表面活性剂将配合物包裹,从而达到增敏检测U(VI)的目的.优化了时间、温度、SDS剂量、pH条件,在最优条件下荧光强度与铀的浓度范围在0.005~3.5 mol/mL下呈现良好的线性关系,在实际样品中检测铀的回收率在96% ~103%.

摘要:
通过简单的实验方法合成了凝胶因子T-Ac,并利用核磁84质3谱1等9实6验3方0法确证其结构.一定条件下,凝胶因子T-Ac可以和Zn2+自组装形成白色不透明的金属水凝胶T-Ac-Zn,该凝胶具有良好的刺激响应性.为了探索成胶机理,通过各种实验方法对金属水凝胶T-Ac-Zn进行了表征.

摘要:
香豆素及其衍生物具有很强荧光性.香豆素类荧光探针广泛应用于药物开发、疾病监测、金属离子检测等.随着工业化的发展,越来越多的有毒金属离子存在于我们生活环境之中,如何快速有效地识别金属离子显得尤为重要.用4-甲基-8-甲酰基-7-羟基香豆素、2-氨甲基吡啶反应合成了一种能够识别Cr^3+的新型荧光分子探针MFHC.当溶液为乙腈时该配体对Cr^3+具有高度的选择性识别作用,并且当其他离子在高于Cr^3+浓度5倍的情况下该配体仍具有较强的抗干扰能力.荧光滴定实验表明:主体与配体之间的配位比应为1∶1,检测限为1.19×10^-11μmol/L.
