摘要:
A new Cs-g-CD-MOF material obtained in colourless large crystals and with a three-dimensional porous structure containing coordinated by cesium ions and g-cyclodextrin was synthesised by an improved vapour diffusion method. The chemical formula of the Cs-g-CD-MOF material was C24H34CsO20, with the I4 space group. Compared with the traditional solvent vapour diffusion method (7 days), this method is advantageous for rapid crystal formation (1 day). Simultaneously, the drug adsortion capacity of g-CD and Cs-g-CD-MOFs for myricetin was compared and the results indicated that Cs-g-CD-MOFs (280.05 mg g-1) have a higher drug adsorption capacity than g-CD (142.92 mg g-1). Finally, the energy and conformation of the Cs-g-CD-MOF material for adsorbing the drug myricetin were obtained through molecular docking. © CSIRO 2021.

摘要:
An electrochemical multicomponent reaction was established under catalyst-, chemical-oxidant-free and mild conditions, which provides an eco-friendly and simple protocol for constructing 4-selanylpyrazoles. A broad range of 4-selanylpyrazole derivatives could be obtained from easily available raw materials in good to excellent yields. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2021.

A molecularly imprinted electrochemical sensor for the rapid detection of the anti-parasitic drug Secnidazole (SCZ) is reported. In this work, the build electrochemical sensor was based on a carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and boron-embedded duplex molecularly imprinted composite membranes (B-DMICMs), that significantly increased the efficiency of the sensor for the detection of template molecule SCZ. Density functional theory (DFT) was employed to study the interactions between the template and monomers to select appropriate functional monomers for rational design of the B-DMICMs.The optimal experimental conditions were optimised for the factors affecting the performance of the sensor. Under the optimal conditions, the reduction peak currents of SCZ by differential pulse voltammetry increased linearly with SCZ concentration in the range from 3.0 × 10−4 to 1.0 × 1.0−6 mol L−1 and 1.0 × 1.0−6 to 1.91 × 10−8 mol L−1 with a detection limit of 1.72 × 10−8 mol L−1 for secnidazole, which is significantly lower than those in the currently used methods and in previous reports. This method offers low cost, sensitive and effective determination of SCZ and can potentially be used for detection of SCZ in pharmaceutical and biological samples with good precision and accuracy. © 2019, © 2019 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

An innovative electrochemical sensor was fabricated for the sensitive and selective determination of tinidazole (TNZ), based on a carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and boron-embedded molecularly imprinted composite membranes (B-MICMs). Density functional theory (DFT) calculations were carried out to investigate the utility of template-monomer interactions to screen appropriate monomers for the rational design of B-MICMs. The distinct synergic effect of MWCNTs and B-MICMs was evidenced by the positive shift of the reduction peak potential of TNZ at B-MICMs/MWCNTs modified CPE (B-MICMs/MWCNTs/CPE) by about 200 mV, and the 12-fold amplification of the peak current, compared with a bare carbon paste electrode (CPE). Moreover, the coordinate interactions between trisubstituted boron atoms embedded in B-MICMs matrix and nitrogen atoms of TNZ endow the sensor with advanced affinity and specific directionality. Thereafter, a highly sensitive electrochemical analytical method for TNZ was established by different pulse voltammetry (DPV) at B-MICMs/MWCNTs/CPE with a lower detection limit (1.25 x 10(-12) mol L-1) (S/N = 3). The practical application of the sensor was demonstrated by determining TNZ in pharmaceutical and biological samples with good precision (RSD 136% to 3.85%) and acceptable recoveries (82.40%-104.0%). 建立了基于导电聚合物-硅氧缩聚物复式分子印迹膜的左奥硝唑(S-ONZ)对映体检测方法。以3 -(苯氨基)丙基三甲氧基硅烷和2 -氨基苯硼酸为电聚合单体,在碳糊电极表面电沉积连有Si(OCH_3)_3和B(OH)_2基团的聚苯胺型导电膜;以3 -氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷为功能单体、四乙氧基硅烷为交联剂,模板分子S-ONZ存在的条件下经溶胶-凝胶法在导电膜表面共价连接形成硅氧缩聚物分子印迹膜。B(Ⅲ)的引入使印迹位点嵌入路易斯酸中心,由此形成的配位相互作用使印迹位点对模板分子具有更高的对映识别性和更强的结合能力。最优实验条件下,在6.0×10~(-8)~3.5 ×10~(-4) mol/L浓度范围内S-ONZ的还原峰电流与其浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测限为11 nmol/L。传感器已用于检测片剂、血清及尿液中S-ONZ含量,回收率为95.1% ~106%,RSD为3.3% ~4.2%。

An innovative electrochemical sensor, based on a carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified with graphene (GR) and a boron-embedded duplex molecularly imprinted hybrid membrane (B-DMIHM), was fabricated for the highly sensitive and selective determination of lamotrigine (LMT). Density functional theory (DFT) was employed to study the interactions between the template and monomers to screen appropriate functional monomers for rational design of the B-DMIHM. The distinct synergic effect of GR and B-DMIHM was evidenced by the positive shift of the reduction peak potential of LMT at B-DMIHM/GR modified CPE (B-DMIHM/GR/CPE) by about 300 mV, and the 13-fold amplification of the peak current, compared to a bare carbon paste electrode (CPE). The electrochemical reduction mechanism of lamotrigine was investigated by different voltammetric techniques. It was illustrated that square wave voltammetry (SWV) was more sensitive than different pulse voltammetry (DPV) for the quantitative analysis of LMT. Thereafter, a highly sensitive electroanalytical method for LMT was established by SWV at B-DMIHM/GR/CPE with a good linear relationship from 5.0×10<sup>−8</sup>to 5.0×10<sup>−5</sup>and 5.0×10<sup>−5</sup>to 3.0×10<sup>−4</sup> mol L<sup>−1</sup>with a lower detection limit (1.52×10<sup>−9</sup> mol L<sup>−1</sup>) based on the lower linear range(S/N=3). The practical application of the sensor was demonstrated by determining the concentration of LMT in pharmaceutical and biological samples with good precision (RSD 1.04–4.41%) and acceptable recoveries (92.40–107.0%). ©2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Highly selective determination of enantiomers by electrochemical sensors with simple recognition elements is of great interest in pharmaceutics, biochemistry and medical fields. The present work developed an innovative electrochemical sensor, which based on boron-embedded molecularly imprinted hybrid film (B-MIHF) modified carbon paste electrode (CPE), for enantioselective determination of S-ornidazole (S-ONZ). A boron-embedded conductive copolymer was firstly electro polymerized on carbon paste electrode (CPE), and then molecularly imprinted polysiloxanes (MIP) were hydrolyzed and condensed over the conductive copolymer layer via a sol-gel process. The as-prepared B-MIHF, comprised the advantages of boron-embedded conductive copolymer and molecularly imprinted polysiloxanes, could not only implement direct signal transformation between imprinted cavities and sensing elements, but show amazing selectivity to template S-ornidazole. Above all, the introduction of coordinate interaction formed between trisubstituted boron atoms embedded in B-MIHF matrix and nitrogen atoms of template endow the sensor with intensive enantioselectivity. Under optimum experiments conditions, the reduction peak currents of S-ONZ by differential pulse voltammetry were linear to S-ONZ concentrations in the range from 6.0 x 10(8) to 1.0 x 10(6) mol L-1 and 1.0 x 10(-6) to 3.5 x 10(4) mol L-1 with a detection limit of 1.1 x 10(-8) mol L-1. The B-MIHF-based sensor has been successfully applied for the determination of S-ONZ in pharmaceutical and biological samples with good precision (RSD 2.25-4.11%) and acceptable recoveries (96.00-108.00%). A novel core–shell magnetic nano-adsorbent with surface molecularly imprinted polymer coating was fabricated and then applied to dispersive micro-solid-phase extraction followed by determination of rhodamine 6G using high-performance liquid chromatography. The molecularly imprinted polymer coating was prepared by copolymerization of dopamine and m-aminophenylboronic acid (functional monomers), in the presence of rhodamine 6G (template). The selection of the suitable functional monomers was based on the interaction between different monomers and the template using the density functional theory. The ratios of the monomers to template were further optimized by an OA<inf>9</inf>(3<sup>4</sup>) orthogonal array design. The binding performances of the adsorbent were evaluated by static, kinetic, and selective adsorption experiments. The results reveal that the adsorbent possesses remarkable affinity and binding specificity for rhodamine 6G because of the enhanced Lewis acid-base interaction between the B(Ш) embedded in the imprinted cavities and the template. The nano-adsorbent was successfully applied to dispersive micro-solid-phase extraction coupled to high-performance liquid chromatography for the trace determination of rhodamine 6G in samples with a detection limit of 2.7 nmol/L. Spiked recoveries ranged from 93.0–99.1, 89.5–92.7, and 86.9–105% in river water, matrimony vine and paprika samples, respectively, with relative standard deviations of less than 4.3%. ©2016 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 以罗丹明6G为模板分子,多巴胺和3-氨基苯硼酸为功能单体和交联剂,采用表面分子印迹技术,首次制备了对罗丹明6G具有优良吸附作用的核壳型磁性表面分子印迹聚合物。应用扫描电镜、透射电镜、红外光谱等对其进行表征,通过静态、动态和选择性吸附实验,研究了该分子印迹聚合物的识别选择性和吸附容量,并建立了固相萃取-分光光度法测定实际样品中痕量罗丹明6G的新方法,检测限为2.7nmol/L,回收率为86.9%-105.0%。

以罗硝唑(Ronidazole,RNZ)为模板,3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体,Al(Ⅲ)为路易斯酸掺杂剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备核壳型磁性分子印迹聚合物,借助磁力作用将其修饰于磁性玻碳电极表面,制得RNZ电化学印迹传感器。以透射电镜、红外光谱、X-射线衍射及电化学方法等对该传感器进行表征,并对影响传感器性能的主要参数进行优化。结果表明,相比基于非掺杂印迹聚合物和非分子印迹聚合物的传感器,铝掺杂印迹传感器对罗硝唑具有更强的结合能力和更高的识别选择性。用差分脉冲溶出伏安法进行定量测定时,RNZ的还原峰电流与其浓度在0.05 ~ 50.0 μmol/L范围内呈良好线性关系(r = 0.997 3),检出限为0.015 μmol/L。对牛奶、鸡蛋中RNZ的回收率为88.6%~ 97.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.9%~ 4.6%。

A novel electrochemical sensor based on duplex molecularly imprinted polymer (DMIP) hybrid film modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) has been developed for highly sensitive and selective determination of metronidazole (MNZ). A conductive poly(anilinomethyltriethoxysilane) film is firstly electrodeposited on the surface of a CPE, and then a molecularly imprinted polysiloxane (MIPS) membrane is covalently covered on the film via sol-gel process. The as-constructed DMIP hybrid film, combining the advantages of MIPS and conducting MIP, can make feasible the direct and efficient signal transformation between the target analyte and the transducer, as well as enhance the imprinting recognition capability, mass transfer efficiency and the detection sensitivity. Under optimized conditions, the reduction peak currents of MNZ are linear to MNZ concentrations in the range from 4.0×10-7 to 2.0×10-4 mol L-1 with a detection limit of 9.1×10-8 mol L-1. The RSD values vary from 2.9% to 4.7% for intra-day and from 3.4% to 4.2% for inter-day precision. The DMIP-based sensor has been successfully applied for the determination of MNZ in biological and pharmaceutical samples. The accuracy and reliability of the method is further confirmed by high performance liquid chromatography. © 2016 Elsevier B.V.

为了培养学生的创新精神,激发学生创新意识,使学生成为高素质的创新人才,该文通过比较实验考核成绩和学生科学研究成果,调查研究生对自主创新实验教学新方法的看法和接受程度来评价新教学方法的优劣,探讨了研究生化学实验教学在研究生培养过程中的作用以及化学实验教学对人才培养的多方面功能,初步研究和设计了适合地方高校研究生培养的化学实验教学方法。实践表明,通过系列化学实验教学的改革,提高了研究生的培养质量,增强了研究生的自主创新能力,具有广泛推广价值。

摘要:
For the first time, a simple and highly sensitive electrochemical dimetridazole (DMZ) sensor based on a carbon paste electrode modified with core-shell aluminum doped surface molecularly imprinted siloxane has been developed and tested. Because of aluminum doping, the surface imprinting sensor exhibits higher rebinding capacity, recognition ability and affinity for DMZ in comparison with the aluminum free and the non-imprinted ones. In addition, the as-prepared sensor shows good stability and satisfactory reproducibility for the determination of DMZ. Under optimal experimental conditions, the peak currents by differential pulse stripping voltammetry were found to vary linearly with DMZ concentrations in the range from 1.0 × 10−8 to 1.0 × 10−6 mol L−1 and 1.0 × 10−6 to 1.0 × 10−4 mol L−1, with a detection limit of 3.6 × 10−9 mol L−1. This sensor was successfully employed to detect DMZ in egg, milk powder, and pig feed samples with acceptable recoveries of 91.4% to 107.6%, which was verified by high performance liquid chromatography.

摘要:
A novel electrochemical sensor was constructed for highly sensitive and selective determination of melamine by depositing a molecularly imprinted copolymer film, prepared by electrocopolymerization of gallic acid and o-phenylenediamine from aqueous electrolyte solution, onto glassy carbon electrode surface. The morphologic feature of the modified electrode was characterized via cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectrometry, and scanning electron microscopy. The interactions between the molecularly imprinted copolymer and melamine cause the decrease in the peak currents of hexacyanoferrate, which could be used for electrochemical sensing of melamine. In this study, square wave voltammetry was selected as transducing mechanism. Several important parameters controlling the performance of the molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) electrode were investigated and optimized. In the optimal conditions, the sensor response was sensitive to melamine from 5.0 to 100.0 nmol L<sup>−1</sup>with good selectivity. The limit of detection based on a signal to noise ratio of 3 was low up to 1.4 nmol L<sup>−1</sup>. The method was applied successfully to determine melamine in milk products with satisfactory precision (2.11~3.38 % of relative standard deviation (RSD)) and acceptable recoveries (96.6~106.4 %), demonstrating a promising feature for applying the MIP sensor to trace detection of melamine in milk and other related products. 摘要:
A novel spectrofluorimetric method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of leucomalachite green (LMG), leucocrystal violet (LCV), malachite green (MG) and crystal violet (CV) by combining the sensitivity of molecular fluorescence and the selectivity of the second-order calibration. Residues of LMG, LCV, MG and CV were simultaneously extracted from fish and shrimp muscle with acetonitrile. The non-fluorescent CV and MG were then reduced to the corresponding fluorescent LMG and LCV by reacting with sodium borohydride. After preconcentration with dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction technique, the extracts were analyzed by using excitation-emission matrix fluorescence coupled with second-order calibration methods based on parallel factor analysis (PARAFAC) and alternating trilinear decomposition (ATLD) algorithms. The limits of detection obtained were 2.21-2.65 ng g<sup>-1</sup>by PARAFAC and 2.30-2.86 ng g<sup>-1</sup>by ATLD, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to simultaneous determination of the four analytes in grass carp and shrimp samples with recoveries of 90.53-103.03% for PARAFAC and 90.40-102.75% for ATLD. The accuracy of this novel method was also verified by high performance liquid chromatography. ©2015 Elsevier Ltd.

摘要:
A novel core-shell magnetic nano-sorbent with surface molecularly-imprinted polymer coating was prepared via a sol-gel process. Methyltrimethoxysilane and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane were used as functional monomers, tetraethyl orthosilicate as cross-linker, and Al<sup>3+</sup> as dopant to generate Lewis acid sites in the silica matrix for the metal coordinate interactions with the template dimetridazole (DMZ). The ratios of the monomers, the dopant, and the cross-linker, were optimised by a OA<inf>9</inf> (3<sup>4</sup>) orthogonal array design. The resultant sorbent was characterised by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction, and magnetometry. The binding performances of the sorbent were evaluated by static, kinetic and selective adsorption experiments. The nano-sorbent was successfully applied to solid phase extraction followed by spectrophotometric determination of DMZ in real samples. Spiked recoveries ranged from 90.33% to 106.20% for egg, milk powder, and pig feed samples, with relative standard deviations of less than 4.54%. ©2014 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

Two novel methods, first derivative spectrophotometric method ( 1D) and first derivative ratio spectrophotometric method ( 1DR), have been developed for the simultaneous trace determination of rhodamine B (RhB) and rhodamine 6G (Rh6G) in food samples after dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME). The combination of derivative spectrophotometric techniques and DLLME procedure endows the presented methods with enhanced sensitivity and selectivity. Under optimum conditions, the linear calibration curves ranged from 5 to 450 ng mL-1, with the correlation coefficients (r) of 0.9997 for RhB and 0.9977 for Rh6G by 1D method, and 0.9987 for RhB and 0.9958 for Rh6G by 1DR method, respectively. The calculated limits of detection (LODs) based on the variability of the blank solutions (S/N = 3 criterion) for 11 measurements were in the range of 0.48-1.93 ng mL-1. The recoveries ranged from 88.1% to 111.6% (with RSD less than 4.4%) and 91.5-110.5% (with RSD less than 4.7%) for 1D and 1DR method, respectively. The influence of interfering substances such as foreign ions and food colorants which might be present in the food samples on the signals of RhB and Rh6G was examined. The developed methods have been successfully applied to the determination of RhB and Rh6G in black tea, red wine and chilli powder samples with the characteristics of simplicity, cost-effectiveness, environmental friendliness, and could be valuable for routine analysis. © 2014 Elsevier B.V.
