阻碍高校内涵发展有效实施的一个主要因素是高校内部多元价值文化的集合与冲突.针对当前高等教育教书与育人两极分化的现象,提出了一种内外兼顾、多层次、多对象的全面竞争式内涵发展模式.探讨了高校在作为个体与整体的角色互换过程中,其内部教师与教育工作者之间的内涵发展关系,进一步探索了教育工作者资格与教师资格的并存制度,突出以育人为本的高校教师主体地位和高校教育工作者的服务职能.逐步树立以服务求发展,以奉献求效益的发展理念,多措并举推动地方高校的错位发展.

摘要:
随着中外教育交流的日益频繁和教育国际化趋势的逐渐增强,研究生英语教学之外的专业英语交流及应用越来越受到人们的重视。研究生是否具备专业英语素养和专业英语应用能力已成为评判复合型研究生人才的一项重要指标。素质教育背景下的研究生双语教学体现了时代发展的需求,是实现国际化人才培养目标的有效途径。小组讨论式教学法是目前世界上许多国家普遍采用的一种富有创意的教学理论与方法。本文试以所在地方高校研究生课程化学与生物传感器教学实践为例,结合小组讨论式教学法,探索地方高校研究生双语教学改革的思路与实践模式。

摘要:
Anatase and rutile nanostructured TiO2 semiconductor catalysts were prepared by wet-chemical methods and used for the photoreduction of uranyl ions under UV radiation. It was found that there is an obvious difference between their catalyticperformances: rutile TiO2 nanorods give the highest activity per unit surface area, being over twice as active as P25 and 10 times more active than the anatase counterparts. © 2013 The Chemical Society of Japan.

摘要:
A high performance liquid chromatography method with visible detection (HPLC-VIS) for the determination of malachite green (MG), crystal violet (CV), leucomalachite green (LMG), and leucocrystal violet (LCV) in fish has been developed after clean-up through an immunoaffinity column (IAC). Residues were simultaneously extracted from fish muscle with acetonitrile and ammonium acetate buffer. The leuco-forms, LMG and LCV, were oxidized quantitatively to the chromic CV and MG by reaction with 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone. Extracts were then purified on an IAC which prepared by immobilizing the anti-MG-CV antibodies by the sol-gel method. Finally, the eluents were analyzed by HPLC-VIS. The limits of detection were 0.15, 0.1, 0.18 and 0.14 ng/g for MG, CV, LMG and LCV, respectively. The average recoveries in samples fortified with MG, CV, LMG and LCV over the range 0.5-10 ng/g were from 71.6% to 96.8% with RSDs of 5.1-12.3% (n = 6). This novel method was confirmed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray interface in positive mode using multiple reaction monitoring. (c) 2012 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
A sensitive and selective electrochemical sensor for metronidazole (MNZ) was developed. The core–shell metronidazole-magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (MMIP) was synthesized and then attached to the surface of magnetic glassy carbon electrode (MGCE) with the help of magnetic force in order to prepare MMIP/MGCE sensor. The performance of the obtained imprinted sensor was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Various factors, known to affect the response behavior of the MMIP/MGCE electrode, were studied and optimized. The imprinted sensor exhibits high recognition ability and affinity for MNZ in comparison with the nonimprinted one. In addition, the MMIP/MGCE also shows good stability and acceptable reproducibility for the determination of MNZ. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the current response of the electrochemical sensor was linear to MNZ concentrations in the range from 5.0 × 10−8 to 1.0 × 10−6 M, with the detection limit of 1.6 × 10−8 M. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of MNZ in milk samples and honey samples with acceptable recoveries of 93.5–102.2%.

摘要:
We have prepared a nanoparticle-based metronidazole-imprinted polymer by combining a surface molecular imprinting technique with a sol-gel process. Metronidazole was used as a template, 3-aminoprophyltriethoxysilane as the functional monomer, and tetraethyl orthosilicate as the cross-linker. The resulting magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The adsorbent can be applied to the solid phase extraction of metronidazole and exhibits high adsorption capacity, good selectivity, favorable reusability and the feature of magnetic separation. The binding performances of the adsorbent were evaluated by equilibrium rebinding experiments and Scatchard analysis. The material was successfully applied to solid phase extraction of metronidazole, followed by spectrophotometric determination in food samples. Spiked recoveries ranged from 88.5% to 97.0%, with relative standard deviation (RSD) of <3.5% for milk samples, and of 85.6% to 96.0% (with RSDs of 3.3-4.5%) for honey samples. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2013.

摘要:
纺织品在加工的过程中会引起多种有害元素的污染,为了监控纺织品的质量,建立了微波辅助稀硝酸萃取结合电感耦合等离子体发射光谱同时测定纺织品中砷、锑、铅、镉、铬、钴、铜、镍、汞等九种有害元素的检测新方法。通过萃取剂的筛选和萃取条件的优化,最终确定了用5%的硝酸30mL作为萃取剂,萃取时间为5min,萃取温度为120℃,仪器功率为400W作为微波辅助萃取条件。并用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱对萃取出的九种有害元素总量进行检测。结果显示:本方法的检出限在2.25~112.5μg.kg~(-1)之间,对加标样品的萃取率为73.6%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=3)为0.2%~1.7%。本方法已成功用于棉布、毛料、涤纶、腈纶四种纺织品样品的检测。

建立了牛奶和奶粉中16种磺胺残留物的高效液相色谱—紫外快速测定方法.样品用乙酸乙酯提取,所得清液经免疫亲和柱净化富集,流动相为甲醇和1.1%乙酸—0.01 mol PBS溶液(梯度洗脱),应用液相色谱—紫外法检测.该方法的回收率为80%~110%,相对标准偏差小于10%;方法检测牛奶样品的灵敏度为0.5 μg/L,奶粉样品的灵敏度为5.0 μg/kg.

在磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,以邻苯二胺(o-PD)和没食子酸(GA)为功能单体,水胺硫磷(ICP)为模板分子,采用电位循环扫描法在玻碳电极(GCE)表面进行电聚合,形成绝缘性的分子印迹膜,通过电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和循环伏安法(CV)对分子印迹膜进行表征。在最佳实验条件下,以铁***[K_3Fe(CN)_6]为探针,用差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)对ICP进行定量分析。该传感器在2.00×10~(-7)~2.00×10~(-4)mol/L范围内,传感器的响应信号与ICP的浓度呈良好的线性关系,检测限为6.06×10~(-8)mol/L(S/N=3)。将其用于蔬果等实际样品中ICP的测定,回收率为95.6%~104.0%。

In this paper, a novel electrochemical sensor with sensitive and selective binding sites for isocarbophos (ICP) detection is reported, which is based on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with molecularly imprinted terpolymer of poly(o-phenylenediamine-co-gallic acid-co-m-aminobenzoic acid) (p(PD-GA-ABA)) templated with ICP. The surface feature of the p(PD-GA-ABA) modified GCE (MIP/GCE) was characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). Several important parameters controlling the performance of the MIP/GCE were investigated and optimized. Under optimal conditions, the changes in DPV peak currents of the redox probe, hexacyanoferrate, were linear to ICP concentrations in the range from 7.50 ×10<sup>-8</sup> to 5.00 ×10<sup>-5</sup> M and 5.00 ×10<sup>-5</sup> to 1.00 ×10<sup>-4</sup> M, with the detection limit of 2.01 ×10<sup>-8</sup> M (S/N = 3). The method was applied successfully to determine ICP in cabbage and cowpea samples with satisfactory precision (2.30-5.28% of RSD) and acceptable recoveries (95.5-110.0%), demonstrating a promising feature for applying the MIP sensor to the measurement of ICP in real samples. ©2012 Elsevier B.V. A novel and simple sensor is developed in this paper for melamine detection, which is based on an electropolymerized molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) of para-aminobenzoic acid (pABA). The poly(para-aminobenzoic acid) (P-pABA) film was deposited in a pABA solution by potentiodynamic cycling of potential with and without the template (melamine) on a glassy carbon electrode. The surface feature of the modified electrode was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The molecular imprinted sensor was tested by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) to verify the changes in redox peak currents of hexacyanoferrate. Several important parameters controlling the performance of the P-pABA were investigated and optimized. In the optimal conditions, the relative redox peak currents of hexacyanoferrate were linear. The concentration of melamine ranged from 4.0 μM to 0.45 mM, with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9992. The detection limit was 0.36 μM (S/N = 3). The MIP sensor was successfully applied to the determination of melamine in milk products and showed high selectivity, sensitivity, and reproducibility. The results of this research demonstrate that it is feasible to use the molecular imprinting methodology when preparing sensing devices for analytes that are electrochemically inactive. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd. Rhodium(III)-catalyzed oxidative olefination of N-(1-naphthyl)sulfonamides has been achieved at the peri position. Three categories of olefins have been successfully applied. Activated olefins reacted to afford five-membered azacycles as a result of oxidative olefination-hydroamination. Unactivated olefins reacted to give the olefination product. 2-fold oxidative C-C and C-N coupling was achieved for allylbenzenes. © 2011 American Chemical Society.

摘要:
We report on a carbon paste electrode that was modified with a binuclear manganese(II) complex by the drop-coating method. A study on the mechanism of the electro-oxidation of tryptophan (Trp) at this electrode indicated that it enables Trp to be determined with good sensitivity and selectivity. Second-order derivative linear sweep voltammetry at pH 4. 1 revealed that a sensitive anodic peak appears at 812 mV (vs. SCE) whose current is proportional to the concentration of Trp in the concentration range from 0. 1 to 1. 0 μmol L -1 and 1. 0 to 80 μmol L -1 , with a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0. 08 μmol L -1 (60 s of accumulation). The method was applied to the determination of Trp in amino acid injection solutions with satisfactory results. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.
