摘要:
A biosorbent, 4-sulfonylcalix[6]arene modified Fe(3)O(4)@Aspergillus Niger (MFSC), was successfully prepared through a two-step route for the effective removal of uranium (U(VI)) from aqueous solutions with high selectivity. The structure of MFSC was characterized by FT-IR, SEM, XRD, TGA and VSM, respectively. The impacts of various experimental parameters were investigated in detail. The results indicated that the biosorption of U(VI) on MFSC was mainly attributed to the electrostatic attraction (91% within 8 hours for U(VI)). The adsorption kinetics and adsorption isotherm of U(VI) were found to follow the pseudo second-order model and to be fitted by the Langmuir model, respectively. The thermodynamic parameters revealed that the adsorption process was spontaneous and endothermic. The findings herein highlight the MFSC with high ability for removal of U(VI) from aqueous solutions.

摘要:
The 4-sulfonylcalix[6]arene modified Fe 3 O 4 (MFS) was characterized by FT-IR, SEM, VSM, TGA, etc., which showed that its saturation magnetization was 64.99 emu g −1 with the particle size 10–40 nm. The maximum adsorption efficiency by MFS for 2.5 mg L −1 U(VI) solution amounted to 94.39%, which was higher than that by Fe 3 O 4 (65.22%) under its optimum adsorption conditions. The adsorption of MFS and Fe 3 O 4 were both followed the pseudo-second order model and the Langmuir isotherm model. The Gibbs free energy change and enthalpy change revealed that the adsorption of U(VI) by MFS was a spontaneous and endothermic process. © 2017, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
目的:建立气相色谱法测定金银花中烯啶虫胺的方法.方法:对比不同溶剂的提取率以及固相萃取材料对金银花样品中干扰基质的净化效果,甲醇洗脱,采用DB-1701石英毛细管柱,GC-ECD测定金银花中的烯啶虫胺.结果:该方法在0.005~0.5 mg·L-1范围内线性良好(r=0.999 3);添加0.02、0.1、0.2 mg·kg-1时的回收率在79.14% ~98.37%之间,RSD在3.66% ~4.39%之间;方法的检出限为0.006 mg·kg-1.结论:建立的检测方法灵敏度高,准确度高,线性好,符合农药残留分析要求,可用于金银花中烯啶虫胺的测定.

摘要:
制备了4-磺酰杯[6]芳烃修饰的Fe_3O_4磁性纳米粒子(MFS),利用MFS对铀废液进行吸附。其结构经红外(IR) 、扫描电镜(SEM) 、振动样品磁强计(VSM) 、热综合分析仪(TGA)等进行表征,表明MFS的粒径在10 ~ 40 nm,饱和磁化强度为65 emu /g,具有超顺磁性和良好的热稳定性。在100 mL铀初始浓度2.5 mg /L,pH为6,吸附时间3.5 h,吸附剂用量0.015 g,温度50 ℃的条件下,最大吸附率为94.39%。由此可见,MFS是一种在放射性污染防控和铀资源循环利用领域极具应用前景的功能化磁性纳米材料。

摘要:
试验以黄腐酸和黄连解毒散为材料,将150只肉鸡随机分成空白组、抗生素组、黄腐酸组、黄连解毒散组、混合组Ⅰ、混合组Ⅱ及混合组Ⅲ,通过考察鸡肠道结构(肠绒毛高度、隐窝深度)、菌群(双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、大肠杆菌)数、消化酶(蛋白酶、脂肪酶、淀粉酶)活力,以及肠道pH值等指标,探讨黄腐酸联合黄连解毒散对肠道功能影响.结果显示,与空白组相比,42 d混合组Ⅱ可使肠道乳酸杆菌数量、淀粉酶活力分别提高了6.83%(P<0.05)、15.23%(P<0.05);混合组Ⅰ与空白组相比,肠道蛋白酶活力、隐窝深度分别提高了77.94% (P<0.01)、15.84%(P<0.01),与抗生素组相比,肠绒毛高度增加了32.74% (P<0.01);混合组Ⅱ与混合组Ⅲ相比,V/C值升高33.06% (P<0.01).结果表明,肉鸡日粮中添加适量的黄腐酸和黄连解毒散能显著提高肉鸡消化酶活力,改善肉鸡肠黏膜结构及菌群组成,从而提高肉鸡的生长性能.

摘要:
利用马来酰亚胺基类酯(Sulfo-SMCC)为异双功能偶联剂,将巯基修饰好的DNAzyme 共价固定在已负载亚甲基蓝的氨基化介孔二氧化硅纳米材料上,并将壳聚糖混合后滴涂至碳糊电极表面上形成了电化学生物传感膜.利用循环伏安法、电化学阻抗法等对膜电极的制备过程进行了相应的表征.结果表明:基于巯基修饰的DNAzyme已成功固定于二氧化硅纳米材料上,并在碳糊电极表面上形成了稳定的膜.

摘要:
The authors describe an ultrasensitive amperometric enzymatic assay for uranyl ion. It is based on the use of mesoporous silica nanoparticles (mesoSiNPs) loaded with Methylene Blue (MB) and functionalized with an UO2(II)-dependent DNAzyme. The electroactive label MB was sealed in the inner pores of the mesoSiNPs along with double stranded DNA (containing the DNAzyme and the substrate strand). In the presence of UO2(II), the DNAzyme is actived to cleave the substrate strands. This leads to the cleavage of the caps and the release of MB from the mesoSiNPs. The amount of released MB depends on the concentration of UO2(II) and can be determined amperometrically, best at a working voltage of −0.25 V (vs SCE), by using a chitosan coated carbon paste electrode. Response is linear in the 20 pM to 0.1 nM UO2(II) concentration range, and the detection limit is as low as 0.15 pM. Recoveries from spiked samples varied from 91.3 to 99.4%. The assay is highly specific, selective, and not interfered by other metal ions. 利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了有序介孔材料MCM-41,并用四乙烯五胺对其进行修饰,制备了多氨基改性的介孔氧化硅吸附剂。采用低温氮吸附(BET) 、扫描电镜(SEM) 、红外光谱(IR) 、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对材料进行表征。BET比表面积为1 052 cm~2 /g,孔容为1.194 mL/g,平均孔径为3.86 nm。当pH = 5.2,吸附时间30 min,初始浓度120 mg /L时,吸附剂对铀酰离子的吸附达到454 mg /g。

利用3-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(EPPTMS)与正硅酸乙酯在Fe_3O_4磁性纳米粒子(MN)表面发生共聚反应,制得表面富有含氧活性基团的复合磁性纳米吸附剂(EPPTMS-MN),研究EPPTMS-MN对铀的吸附性能及其机理,结果表明,EPPTMS-MN是良好的铀吸附材料。

以 S‐布洛芬为模板分子、3‐氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体、正硅酸乙酯为交联剂,采用溶胶凝胶法成功制备了对 S‐布洛芬具有特异选择识别功能的磁性分子印迹聚合物,并且分别采用红外(IR )光谱、扫描电镜(SEM )、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)对其结构进行了表征.通过紫外(UV)光谱研究了其对 S‐布洛芬的吸附性能,并且建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)手性流动相法研究其对布洛芬的拆分.结果表明,该磁性分子印迹聚合物具有良好的磁响应性,在外加磁场下可实现快速分离;S‐布洛芬分子印迹复合膜对 S‐布洛芬具有较好的选择结合性,其结合量达到683. m g/g ;每100 m g复合膜可使外消旋布洛芬的分离度增加21.%.

利用溶胶-凝胶法合成MCM-41,并用γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)进行环氧基修饰,制备了未经修饰改性和环氧基功能化的两种MCM-41材料。通过电镜、XRD、红外(IR)、氮气吸附脱附等方法对两种材料的性能进行比较研究,并利用这两种材料设计了pH控制的布洛芬吸附-释放系统。结果表明,改性前后的MCM-41均保持了良好的孔道结构,MCM-41释放迅速,且释放量多,8 h达到饱和,而环氧基改性后的MCM-41能够起到缓慢释放的效果,为释放总量65%左右,低于前者。

摘要:
A novel and highly sensitive electrochemical DNAzymes biosensor was fabricated using Au nanoparticles (AuNPs) immobilized on the surface of Au electrode that had been previously modified with self-assembled monolayers of 1,6-hexanedithiol. Different modified electrodes were prepared and characterized by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The AuNPs were found to have a large surface area to anchor a large number of negatively charged phosphate backbones of DNAzymes, which further absorbed the electroactive indicator of hexaammineruthenium(III) ([Ru(NH 3 ) 6 ] 3+ ) to amplify the electrochemical signal. In the presence of target molecules, a large amount of DNA partly associated with [Ru(NH 3 ) 6 ] 3+ were removed from the electrode surface, leading to a significant decrease in peak current. Differential pulse voltammetry signals of [Ru(NH 3 ) 6 ] 3+ provided quantitative measures of the concentrations of uranyl ion (UO 2 2+ ), with linear calibration ranging from 13 pM to 0.15 nM and a detection limit of 5 pM. The presence of other metal ions did not affect the detection of UO 2 2+ , which indicated the high specificity of UO 2 2+ . Therefore, a new electrochemical DNAzymes sensor was designed with specific DNAzymes and AuNPs as immobilization platform and signal amplifier. © 2014 Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

Magnetic carboxymethylcellulose (CMC/Fe3O4) was used as a framework adsorption material to remove uranium ions from aqueous solutions. Carboxyl functional groups were grafted onto the CMC/Fe3O4. The maximum adsorption capacity of the magnetic composite toward U(VI) was 122.48 mg/g. Kinetic and thermodynamic parameters of the adsorption process were estimated. The pseudo-second-order model was more suitable and it proved to be an endothermic and spontaneous process. The Langmuir and Freundlich models were applied to evaluate the adsorption isotherm. The data matched well with Langmuir model after equilibrium was reached and with Freundlich model before equilibrium was reached.

采用两步法合成磁性胺肟基功能化CMC(简称PAO/CMC/Fe_3O_4),用批示法研究了PAO/CMC/Fe_3O_4对U(VI)的吸附行为,考察了pH值、吸附时间、吸附剂用量等对吸附效果的影响。结果表明,PAO/CMC/Fe_3O_4对U(VI)的吸附容量大,速度快,最大吸附容量119.21 mg/g,30 min左右达到吸附平衡,平衡数据符合Langmuir等温方程,符合伪二阶动力学吸附模型,说明PAO/CMC/Fe_3O_4对U(VI)的化学吸附过程是速率控制步骤。

摘要:
A novel highly sensitive and specific electrochemical biosensor for detecting uranium based on specific Deoxyribozymes and gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) is reported. In this work, AuNPs provide excellent electrochemical signal transduction and a large surface area for immobilising numerous Deoxyribozymes, so a low detection limit of 3.24ngL(-1) uranium and a good linear relationship over the range 5.94-35.1ngL(-1) (r=0.994) were obtained. The proposed biosensor presents high specificity and selectivity for uranium and is not affected by other metal ions. Thus, the biosensor protocol offers good selectivity, rapid speed and operational convenience for detection uranium in liquid waste.

摘要:
阻碍高校内涵发展有效实施的一个主要因素是高校内部多元价值文化的集合与冲突.针对当前高等教育教书与育人两极分化的现象,提出了一种内外兼顾、多层次、多对象的全面竞争式内涵发展模式.探讨了高校在作为个体与整体的角色互换过程中,其内部教师与教育工作者之间的内涵发展关系,进一步探索了教育工作者资格与教师资格的并存制度,突出以育人为本的高校教师主体地位和高校教育工作者的服务职能.逐步树立以服务求发展,以奉献求效益的发展理念,多措并举推动地方高校的错位发展.

摘要:
随着中外教育交流的日益频繁和教育国际化趋势的逐渐增强,研究生英语教学之外的专业英语交流及应用越来越受到人们的重视。研究生是否具备专业英语素养和专业英语应用能力已成为评判复合型研究生人才的一项重要指标。素质教育背景下的研究生双语教学体现了时代发展的需求,是实现国际化人才培养目标的有效途径。小组讨论式教学法是目前世界上许多国家普遍采用的一种富有创意的教学理论与方法。本文试以所在地方高校研究生课程化学与生物传感器教学实践为例,结合小组讨论式教学法,探索地方高校研究生双语教学改革的思路与实践模式。

摘要:
A new magnetic nanocomposite material, magnetic 18-crown-6/Fe 3 O 4 nanocomposite (MCFN), was prepared for the removal of U(VI) from aqueous solution. The MCFN was composed of Fe 3 O 4 nanoparticales modified by covalent attachment of 18-crown-6, which can help the material to be removed easily from solution by magnetic force. As a new adsorbent for U(VI) removal, MCFN was characterized by infrared radiation, scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, vibrating sample magnetometer and thermal gravimetric analysis. Those factors affecting the sorption behavior of U(VI), such as acidity, temperature, initial concentration of U(VI) and the amount of crown ethers were studied by orthogonal experiments. A maximum U(VI) sorption capacity of 91.12 mg g -1 was achieved at 45 C, pH 5.5 for 30 min. The experimental results showed that MCFN had great sorption capacity, high selectivity and strong potentiality of enrichment and recovery for U(VI). In summary, MCFN is a promising candidate for U(VI) separation in future practical applications. © 2013 Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.
