摘要:
利用巯基与金表面Au-S键的自组装技术,可以将巯基修饰的DNAzyme固定在金电极表面形成电化学生物传感器,并以含有[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-的磷酸缓冲液(PBS)作为电化学检测底液,利用循环伏安法初步研究该修饰电极的电化学行为和修饰过程的电化学表征.DNAzymes自组装膜的存在明显抑制了二茂铁与[Fe(CN)6]3-/4-之间的电子转移.结果表明,基于巯基修饰的DNAzyme在金电极表面能够发生自组装作用,在金电极表面形成较为稳固的自组装DNAzyme膜.

摘要:
We have developed a uranyl-specific DNAzyme that was immobilized on the surface of a gold electrode to give a highly sensitive and selective biosensor for uranyl ion. The typical DNAzyme system consisted of the RNA (rA) as the substrate (ADNA), and the other strand is the enzyme (TDNA) with a ferrocene (Fc). The presence of uranyl ion induces the cleavage of the DNA substrate strand at the rA position to form two fragments. The Fc unit thereby is released from the surface of the electrode, and this results in a decreased peak current. This electrochemical biosensor has a dynamic range from 2 nM to 14 nM of uranyl ion, with a detection limit at 1 nM. It exhibits high sensitivity and excellent selectivity over other metal ions, and thus represents a promising technique for simple, fast, on-site, and real-time electrochemical sensing of UO2(II) ion. It also serves as a guide in choosing different methods for designing electrochemical sensors for other metal ions. 摘要:
利用化学共沉淀法制备四氧化三铁磁性纳米粒子,依次用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)进行表面修饰,制备了表面氨基化改性的Fe_3O_4/SiO_2复合粒子;采用红外(IR)、扫描电镜(TEM)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)、热综合分析仪(TGA)、X射线粉末衍射分析(XRD)对其结构进行表征。结果表明,氨基化改性Fe_3O_4/SiO_2复合磁性粒子的粒径在500 nm,饱和磁化强度为26.54 emu/g。对水溶液中铀(VI)的最佳吸附条件为:吸附温度35 ℃,吸附时间30 min, pH为4.5,复合材料用量为0.1 g,在此条件下,对铀酰离子的平衡吸附率为98%。方法简单,吸附后的复合磁性材料可方便地进行富集和回收。

摘要:
Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子(MNPs)比表面积大、吸附能力强,且在外磁场作用下易于液固分离,冠醚具有对铀酰离子选择性配位的能力。本研究制备了兼具两者特点和优势的18-冠-6/LA/Fe3O4复合磁性纳米粒子。其结构经红外(IR)、扫描电镜-X射线能谱(SEX/EDX)、振动样品磁强计(VSM)、热综合分析仪(TGA)进行表征,表明18-冠-6/LA/Fe3O4复合磁性纳米粒子的粒径为12~23nm,饱和磁化强度为56.34emu/g。用制得的复合磁性纳米粒子对溶液中铀酰离子进行初步吸附实验,在选定的条件下,平衡吸附率达95%,操作方法快速简便,吸附后的磁粒子可方便地进行富集和回收。

摘要:
Due to the rapid development of the nuclear power industry, and consequently, the nuclear accident in Fukushima, much attention has been paid to novel materials for the efficient and rapid separation, removal and recovery of nuclear fuel associated radionuclides from aqueous solutions. Herein, a novel mesoporous material, dihydroimidazole functionalized SBA-15 (DIMS), was synthesized via a post-grafting method and used as an efficient sorbent for the extraction of U(VI) from aqueous solution. The synthesized material was found to possess highly ordered mesoporous structures with a large surface area and a uniform pore diameter. The sorption tests under various conditions demonstrated that the sorption of U(VI) by DIMS was fast, with an equilibrium time of less than 10 min. Additionally, the maximum sorption capacity reached 268 mg g−1 at pH 5.0 ± 0.1. Changes in the solid-to-liquid ratio (msorbent/Vsolution) did not have any remarkable effect on the U(VI) sorption. Besides, the sorbed U(VI) can be easily desorbed by 0.01 mol L−1 or more concentrated HNO3 solution, resulting in a U(VI) solution with a concentration factor of 300 at a solid–liquid ratio as low as 0.013 g L−1. The reclaimed sorbent can be reused with no obvious decrease in the sorption capacity. The selectivity of the DIMS sorbent for U(VI) ions was found to be fairly desirable by the sorption tests with the solutions containing a range of competing metal ions.

摘要:
Uranium is one of the most hazardous heavy metal due to its long half-life radioactivity, high toxicity and mobility as aqueous uranyl ion (UO 2+ 2 ) under ordinary environmental conditions. Herein, amino functionalized SBA-15 (APSS) was developed as a rapid and efficient sorbent for removal of U(VI) from the environment. The APSS sample was synthesized by grafting method and was characterized by SEM, NMR, SAXS, and N 2 sorption/desorption isothermal experiments. The sorption of U(VI) by APSS was investigated under different conditions of pH, contact time, initial U(VI) concentration, ionic strength and solid-liquid ratio. The results show that the sorption of U(VI) by APSS is strongly dependent on pH but independent of ionic strength and solid-liquid ratios (m/V). The sorption is ultrafast with an equilibrium time of less than 30 min, and the sorption capacity is as large as 409 mg/g at pH 5.3 ± 0.1. Besides, the U(VI) sorption by APSS from extremely diluted solution and the desorption of U(VI) from APSS were also studied. It is found that 100 mg of APSS can almost completely remove the U(VI) ions from 4 L aqueous solution with the U(VI) concentration as low as 4.2 ppb and the sorbed U(VI) can be completely desorbed by 0.1 mol/L nitric acid. The results strongly reveal the high performance of the APSS material in the removal and preconcentration of U(VI) from the aqueous solution. © 2012 Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
A novel method for determination of trace amounts of microorganism populations in solution was developed by using a multiwalled carbon nanotube (MWNT) modified glassy carbon electrode and square wave voltammetry (SWV). The simultaneous combination of MWNT and SWV allowed the electrochemical signal of electro-active materials in Escherichia coli O157:H7 (E. coli) to be dramatically amplified. Compared with a bare glassy carbon electrode, the MWNT-modified glassy carbon electrode showed catalytic properties in the oxidation of electro-active materials on cell surfaces. Moreover, SWV was proved to be more sensitive than cyclic voltammetry (CV) for investigation of the electrochemical behavior of cells. In this paper, a linear relationship was obtained between the SWV peak current and the cell concentration in the range 2 × 102–2 × 108 cell mL−1 with a detection limit of 2 × 102 cell mL−1. The effect of antibiotic drug Gentamycin Sulfate injection (GSI) on the growth of E. coli was also investigated.

摘要:
建立了一种利用阴离子交换高效液相色谱与氢化物发生原子荧光光谱联用同时测定四、六价硒及硒代半胱氨酸(SeCys)形态的方法。优化了六价硒的还原条件及仪器检测参数,以不同浓度的柠檬酸铵作为流动相,在10 min内同时分离了四、六价硒及硒代半胱氨酸(SeCys)。采用加标法定量,加标回收率在90%~119%之间,相对标准偏差为1.6%~3.1%(100μg/L),四、六价硒及硒代半胱氨酸(SeCys)的检出限分别为0.32μg/L、0.47μg/L和0.44μg/L(进样量为100μL)。应用该法对长期汞暴露人群补硒后尿中的小分子硒的形态进行了分析,仅检测到硒代半胱氨酸(SeCys)。

摘要:
A novel and simple sensor is developed in this paper for melamine detection, which is based on an electropolymerized molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) of para-aminobenzoic acid (pABA). The poly(para-aminobenzoic acid) (P-pABA) film was deposited in a pABA solution by potentiodynamic cycling of potential with and without the template (melamine) on a glassy carbon electrode. The surface feature of the modified electrode was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The molecular imprinted sensor was tested by differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) to verify the changes in redox peak currents of hexacyanoferrate. Several important parameters controlling the performance of the P-pABA were investigated and optimized. In the optimal conditions, the relative redox peak currents of hexacyanoferrate were linear. The concentration of melamine ranged from 4.0 μM to 0.45 mM, with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.9992. The detection limit was 0.36 μM (S/N = 3). The MIP sensor was successfully applied to the determination of melamine in milk products and showed high selectivity, sensitivity, and reproducibility. The results of this research demonstrate that it is feasible to use the molecular imprinting methodology when preparing sensing devices for analytes that are electrochemically inactive. © 2011 Elsevier Ltd. 摘要:
We report on a carbon paste electrode that was modified with a binuclear manganese(II) complex by the drop-coating method. A study on the mechanism of the electro-oxidation of tryptophan (Trp) at this electrode indicated that it enables Trp to be determined with good sensitivity and selectivity. Second-order derivative linear sweep voltammetry at pH 4. 1 revealed that a sensitive anodic peak appears at 812 mV (vs. SCE) whose current is proportional to the concentration of Trp in the concentration range from 0. 1 to 1. 0 μmol L -1 and 1. 0 to 80 μmol L -1 , with a detection limit (S/N = 3) of 0. 08 μmol L -1 (60 s of accumulation). The method was applied to the determination of Trp in amino acid injection solutions with satisfactory results. © 2011 Springer-Verlag.

摘要:
建立了反相色谱-氢化物发生原子荧光光谱联用测定血清中汞形态(无机汞和甲基汞)的方法,优化了载流液,剂以及2-巯基乙醇的浓度,以正辛醇作为消泡剂,成功地解决了测定血清样品时原子荧光仪器内气液分离器中产生大量泡沫的难题。采用反相色谱柱对无机汞和甲基汞形态进行了分离,回收率在95%~110%之间,无机汞和甲基汞的精密度RSD(n=7)分别为3.3%和4.0%,二者的检出限分别为0.28μg/L和0.11μg/L。当无机汞和甲基汞形态浓度范围为2~30μg/L时,两种形态均可得到良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均>0.9990。通过测定标准物质人发(GBW 07601)和鱼样(IAEA MA-B-3/TM)评价方法的可靠性。方法用于分析长期汞暴露地区人群口服补硒剂后血清中汞的化学形态并定量,结果发现硒能促进人体内汞的排出。

摘要:
为降低铀对环境的影响,研究纳米磁流体对铀(VI)的吸附行为.用沉淀法制备了磁粒径10~20nm的Fe2O2磁流体,考察了该磁磁流体对铀(VI)吸附的各种影响因素,结果表明:在纳米磁流体浓度为2.5∥L、温度35~C、pH=3、吸附时间t=30min的条件下,对3×1014mol/L铀的吸附萃取率可达到84.15%.该吸附过程符合假设的二级动力学模型.

摘要:
We have prepared a series of TiO<inf>2</inf> nanoparticles for antibacterial applications. These TiO<inf>2</inf> nanoparticles were prepared by the hydrolysis precipitation method with Ti(OBu)<inf>4</inf>, silver nitrate and ammonia. Crystal structure, particle size, interfacial structure and UV-visible light response of the prepared nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction measurements (XRD), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis-DRs). The XRD spectra showed that all samples were anatase structure calcined at 450 °C for 3 hours. The Ag doping made the peak of diffraction wider. The results of TEM showed that the nanoparticles of TiO <inf>2</inf>, N-TiO<inf>2</inf> and 1% Ag-N-TiO<inf>2</inf> were all spherical in shape and well distributed with a mean size of 19.8 nm, 39.2 nm and 20.7 nm, respectively. N doping caused the nanoparticle size to increase, while, when the doped amount of Ag<sup>+</sup> increased, the TiO<inf>2</inf> particle size decreased. The FTIR revealed that Ag and N doping of TiO<inf>2</inf> appeared to have strong absorption by -OH group and showed the characteristic absorption band of NH<sup>+</sup><inf>4</inf> and Ag. The UV-Vis-DRs indicated that the absorption band of Ag-N co-doped TiO<inf>2</inf> had red shift and that the optical absorption response (between 400 nm and 700 nm) had obvious enhancement. The antibacterial properties of nanoparticles were investigated by agar diffusion method toward Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. The results indicated that both Ag-and N-doped TiO<inf>2</inf> could increase the antibacterial properties of TiO<inf>2</inf> nanoparticles under fluorescent light irradiation. A 1% Ag-N-TiO<inf>2</inf> had the highest antibacterial activity with a clear antibacterial circle of 33.0 mm toward Escherichia coli and 22.8 mm toward Bacillus subtilis after cultivation for 24 hours. 镍是生物体中必须的痕量元素,常成为一些酶的活性中心,因而模拟镍酶并研究其结构,一直是生物无机化学等领域的重要研究课题[1-2],一近年来镍配合物在分子磁体,超氧歧化物,生物活性和催化等方面的研究已有比较多的报道[3-4],但主要是刚性芳香羧酸,而对于柔性环状羧酸配体体系研究不多,且文献报道较少[5-8].
