摘要:
To effectively avoid the loss of useful information, in this paper, we extract feature information from the fault signal of rotating machinery in different aspects such as amplitude-domain, time-domain and time-frequency domain. Then for the multi-dimensional feature extraction is prone to the problem of “dimension disaster”, introduce the principles of FDR in data mining to determine the classification ability of each individual feature, and introduce the cross correlation coefficient to solve the problem that dealing with individual feature neglects the interrelationship between the features, and construct a new feature level data fusion algorithm. Finally, According to the characteristics of the HMM (Hidden Markov model), SVM (Support Vector Machine) and its hybrid model, we construct a new decision-level data fusion model.

摘要:
The feasibility and superiority of the remote fault diagnosis system based on B/S structure is analyzed in this paper. The B/S structure is introduced and compared with C/S structure briefly. The paper summarize frame and main function module of the remote fault diagnosis system and introduce its key technology, such as data acquisition technology, data transmission technology between server and client, intelligent diagnosis technology, database technology etc. The hybrid model of support vector machine (SVM) and hidden markov models(HMM) is used as a intelligent diagnosis method of the system, and a new design which could improve the integrity and privacy of the system database data is applied. According to the diagnostic results to all kinds of simulated faults in the Bently vibration test bed, it shows the system is not only stable, reliable and high accuracy, but also has a certain application value to engineering.

摘要:
This paper focus on designing a fuzzy PID controller design about the vapor pressure of the EPE foaming machine parameters,and raise a self-tuning method of PID parameters,and use the fuzzy control toolbox of MATLAB to simulate its control system,which are compared with the simulation of conventional PID controller,the results show the design of fuzzy PID controller have high control precision,small overshoot,good dynamic performance characteristics.

摘要:
Stiction is a common problem in spring-diaphragm type valves, which are widely used in the process industry. A non-invasive method for detecting and quantifying stiction in control valve has been presented in this paper. Although there have been many attempts to understand and detect stiction in control valves, none of the current methods can simultaneously detect and quantify stiction. The method first detects nonlinearity in a control loop by the use of the sensitivity of the normalized bispectrum or bicoherence to the nonlinear interactions that may be present in the control error signal.If nonlinearity is detected, then controlled variable(pv) and controller output(op) signals are filtered using frequency domain wiener filter to obtain filtered pv and op signals.This work describes a model free method that can detect and quantify stiction that may be present in control valves using routine operating data obtained from the process. No additional excitation or experimentation of the plant is required.

As the constantly growth of embedded Technology, embedded products put into use in almost everywhere around our life. This paper mainly introduce how to set up the Qt/Embedded Cross-compiling environment in Linux system platform, and the development and transplant of embedded fault diagnosis system use development tools of Qt/Embedded. This system achieve those functions, including fault display, signal analysis, diagnostic model training and data storage or transmittal, by graphical interfaces designing and performance function addition. And finally create the application document which applies to ARM framework embedded processor by Cross-compiling. In the end, the application document is transplanted and run in the target platform, and testing the diagnosis effects.

A hybrid support vector machine (SVM) and hidden Markov model (HMM) model was introduced into the fault diagnosis of pump. This model had double layers: the first layer used HMM to classify preliminarily in order to get the coverage of possible faults; the second layer utilized this information to activate the corresponding SVMs for improving the recognition accuracy. The structure of this hybrid model was clear and feasible. Especially the model had the potential of large-scale multiclass application in fault diagnosis because of its good scalability. The recognition experiments of 26 statuses on the ZLH600-2 pump showed that the recognition capability of this model was sound in multiclass problems. The recognition rate of one bearing eccentricity increased from SVM's 84.42% to 89.61% while the average recognition rate of hybrid model reached 95.05%. Although some goals while model constructed did not be fully realized, this model was still very good in practical applications.
