C+ at high temperature with high doses was carried out on nuclear valve samples which substrate is 316L stainless steel and the laser surfacing layer on sealing surface is Stellite 6 alloy. Micro area composition, C+ concentration distribution and phase composition of the implanted layer were tested and analyzed.
