OBJECTIVES: To understand the relationship between job burnout and job satisfaction for medical workers and analyse the influencing factors. METHODS: We used two scales to examine medical workers in Hengyang mental hospitals. Multivariate logistic regression and structural equation model were used to evaluate the relevant factors of job satisfaction, and the relationship between job satisfaction and job burnout. RESULTS: The total job satisfaction was at the moderate level. For job burnout was in the middle burnout level. Job satisfaction can have a negative prediction function for job burnout (direct effect -0.684). The relevant factors of job burnout and job satisfaction was as follows: nature of the work, pay, benefits and communication impacted job satisfaction and job burnout. CONCLUSIONS: The current level of job satisfaction is relatively low, job satisfaction has a negative effect on job burnout.

The radiation impact on the environment from naturally-occurring radioactive materials in zircon sand is an important issue for zirconium product manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, a typical oxychloride production enterprise has been taken as an example to study the radiation effect and environmental pollution during the whole production process. The transfer and enrichment of radionuclides in zircon sand was studied by analyzing their concentrations in samples, such as products and wastes, which were sampled from every studied workshop, so that the dose rate in the environment and typical facility surfaces of each workshop could be measured. The study results show that the transfer and enrichment of radionuclides occur mainly in workshops of acidification, dissolution, concentration and crystallization. Silicon slag adsorbed some radionuclides, but most of the radionuclides in raw materials are transferred and enriched in waste acid by the concentration and crystallization process. Sludge and wastewater still contain a large quantity of radionuclides after treatment by wastewater treatment plants. This results in a significant increase in U-238 and Th-232 concentrations in river water near the main outlet. The average effective dose of all employees in the studied enterprises was 0.94 mSv, and workers from the wastewater treatment plants had the largest annual effective dose at 11 mSv.

Background and Aim: Sleep deprivation (SD) causes deficit of cognition, but the mechanisms remain to be fully established. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) plays an important role in the formation of cognition, while excessive and prolonged autophagy in hippocampus triggers cognitive disorder. In this work, we proposed that disturbances in hippocampal endogenous H2S generation and autophagy might be involved in SD-induced cognitive impairment. Methods: After treatment of adult male wistar rats with 72-h SD, the Y-maze test, object location test (OLT), novel object recognition test (NORT) and the Morris water maze (MWM) test were performed to determine the cognitive function. The autophagosome formation was observed with electron microscope. Generation of endogenous H2S in the hippocampus of rats was detected using unisense H2S microsensor method. The expressions of cystathionine-beta-synthase (CBS), 3-mercaptopyruvate sulfurtransferase (3-MST), beclin-1, light chain LC3 II/LC3 I, and p62 in the hippocampus were assessed by western blotting. Results: The Y-maze, OLT, NORT, and MWM test demonstrated that SD-exposed rats exhibited cognitive dysfunction. SD triggered the elevation of hippocampal autophagy as evidenced by enhancement of autophagosome, up-regulations of beclin-1 and LC3 II/LC3 I, and down-regulation of p62. Meanwhile, the generation of endogenous H2S and the expressions of CBS and 3-MST (H2S producing enzyme) in the hippocampus of SD-treated rats were reduced. Conclusion: These results suggested that inhibition of endogenous H2S generation and excessiveness of autophagy in hippocampus are involved in SD-induced cognitive impairment.

Situation awareness (SA) reliability of operators is an important component of human reliability analysis (HRA) in digital nuclear power plants (NPPs). Therefore, how to identify effectively and reliably the risk of SA errors is of great significance for SA error prevention and risk reduction. SA reliability assessment model or method based on fuzzy logic and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is forwarded in the first paper. In order to prove its effectiveness and reliability, sensitivity analysis and simulator experiments are applied to testify our model in this paper. The results show that the proposed assessment model of SA reliability has a certain degree of sensitivity as well as an accuracy of prediction, and there are a strong correlation and consistency between the predicted value from fuzzy inference system and the real value (or observed value) from simulator experiments. Although there are some differences between the predicted value and the real value based on the perspective of HRA, the model can be used to predict SA error probability or SA reliability within the range of 10 error factors as well as provide data and theoretical support for SA reliability assessment.

In digital control rooms, situation awareness (SA) reliability has become an important element affecting operator's reliability. In order to establish a more reasonable assessment method of SA reliability under the condition of very lack of data, based on the established influential factor model of SA reliability considering the causality relationship of performance shaping factors (PSFs) in this paper, a fuzzy logic and analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-based method is established to more objectively assess SA reliability. The weight of PSFs is identified using AHP, and a fuzzy logic method is used to simulate the fuzzy assessment and reasoning process of operator's SA reliability, and a standardized method is built to determine the fuzzy rule base of fuzzy reasoning system for SA reliability assessment for reducing the subjectivity and uncertainty of expert judgment. Finally, an example is provided to illustrate the specific application of the proposed method. The results show that the established method takes account of the weight of PSFs and their causal influencing relationship, and the fuzzy logic method used to assess SA reliability can overcome the subjectivity and uncertainty of expert judgment, which makes the assessment results more objective and realistic. Furthermore, the method can be used to get more SA error data and have a wide range of application value.

We develop a Stackelberg differential game model between a regulator and an oligopoly for "green" innovation. The efficiency improvement of investment on production capacity and pollution abatement R&D with experience accumulating from efficiency improving learning by doing is taken into account. Our objective is to utilize optimal control theory to investigate the dynamic general equilibrium of Cournot competition and "green" innovation, and derive the steady-state equilibrium properties and optimal investment levels on production capacity and pollution abatement. Objective: To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with hip fracture and its influence on patients' pain. Methods: Ninety-eight patients with hip fracture admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to December 2018 were randomly selected, and divided into research group and control group, 49 patients in each group. The control group was nursed under routine nursing mode, while the research group was nursed under rapid rehabilitation nursing mode. Then the two groups were compared in Harris hip score, Barthel index, sedation-agitation scale (SAS) score and self-rating depression scale (SDS) score before and after nursing, compared in pain at 1 day, 7 days and 15 days after surgery based on visual analogue scale (VAS), and then compared in getting out-of-bed time, hospitalization time, complications within 1 month after surgery, nursing satisfaction and life quality after 1 month of surgery. Results: Before nursing, the two groups showed no significant difference in Harris hip score, Barthel index, SAS score and SDS score (all P > 0.05), but after 1 month of nursing, the research group showed better in those aspects than the control group (all P < 0.05). At 1 day after surgery, the two groups showed no significant difference in VAS score (P > 0.05), and at 7 days and 15 days after surgery, the two groups showed significantly lower VAS score, but the research group showed significant higher VAS score than the control group (both P < 0.05). The research group experienced significant earlier getting out-of-bed time, shorter hospitalization time, lower complication rate and higher nursing satisfaction and life quality after 1 month of nursing than the control group (all P < 0.05). Conclusion: Rapid rehabilitation nursing can significantly promote postoperative rehabilitation, relieve postoperative pain and improve negative emotions, nursing satisfaction and life quality for patients with hip fracture, so it is worth of promotion.

This paper extends the recent work of Shibata from static perspective to dynamic perspective, presents a differential game model of pollution abatement R&D investment with emission tax. Two key factors to continuously measuring the intensity of market competition and pollution abatement R&D investment spillovers respectively are included in the model. Results show that before the termination point of the project, as the market becomes more competitive, noncooperative R&D investment is more likely to be preferred. There are cases in which, contrary to conventional wisdom, when the market is perfectly competitive, the cooperative pollution abatement R&D investment is zero but the noncooperative investment is not zero; the pollution abatement R&D investment spillovers have some positive influence on optimal cooperative R&D investment while make the optimal noncooperative R&D investment decrease.

Antipsychotic-induced weight gain (AIWG) is a common adverse effect of this treatment, particularly with second-generation antipsychotics, and it is a major health problem around the world. We aimed to review the progress of pharmacogenetic studies on AIWG in the Chinese population to compare the results for Chinese with other ethnic populations, identify the limitations and problems of current studies, and provide future research directions in China. Both English and Chinese electronic databases were searched to identify eligible studies. We determined that > 25 single-nucleotide polymorphisms in 19 genes have been investigated in association with AIWG in Chinese patients over the past few decades. HTR2C rs3813929 is the most frequently studied single-nucleotide polymorphism, and it seems to be the most strongly associated with AIWG in the Chinese population. However, many genes that have been reported to be associated with AIWG in other ethnic populations have not been included in Chinese studies. To explain the pharmacogenetic reasons for AIWG in the Chinese population, genome-wide association studies and multiple-center, standard, unified, and large samples are needed.

We develop a dynamic control model of a monopolist composed of two profit centers, e.g., an operations department in charge of the product innovation and a marketing department controlling advertising effort as well as the retail price. Meanwhile, knowledge accumulating in product innovation and advertising effort which lead to reducing the corresponding investment cost is considered. The customer inverse demand function depends jointly on the quality level as well as the product goodwill which can be improved by product innovation and advertising efforts. Our results show that the learning rates of product innovation and advertising effort affect the product innovation and advertising effort investments level. In addition, compared with the administered transfer-pricing, the negotiation between the two departments results in a lower transfer price as well as a higher retail price. In the meantime, the advertising effort is lower while the quality improvement effort is higher. What is more, higher profits to both departments and the firm can be brought about by the negotiation means.

In the present study we examined the influence of spatial filtering on the N170 elicited by own-race and other-race faces, a relatively early face-selective ERP difference associated with face detection. It was found that BB (broad band) faces elicited larger N170 than did LSF (low spatial frequency) faces and the latter larger than HSF (high spatial frequency) condition. Faces' races significantly modulated the N170 amplitudes, showing larger N170 for other-race than own-race faces for both BB and HSF conditions but not for LSF condition. For own-race faces, the N170 did not differ between BB and LSF conditions, whereas other-race faces elicited larger N170 for BB than LSF conditions. The present data provided new electrophysiological evidence for race perception of faces.

Objective: To investigate the potential regional homogeneity (ReHo) brain activity changes in patients with corneal ulcer (CU) and their possible relationship with clinical symptoms. Materials and Methods: Forty patients with CU (26 men and 14 women), and 40 healthy controls (HCs) (26 men and 14 women) closely matched in age, sex, and weight underwent resting-state functional MRI scans, respectively. The ReHo method was applied to evaluate synchronous neural activity changes. Receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC curve) was used to show high test-retest stability and high degree of sensitivity and specificity. We utilized the correlation analysis to calculate the relationship between the average ReHo signal values in different brain areas and the clinical symptoms in CU patients. Results: Compared with the HCs, CU patients had significantly increased ReHo values in right cerebellum posterior lobe, left cerebellum posterior lobe, left inferior temporal gyrus, right lingual gyrus, left middle frontal gyrus, left angular gyrus, left cingulate gyrus, right angular gyrus and bilateral superior frontal gyrus, and decreased ReHo values in right anterior cingulate and left precentral gyrus. ROC curve analysis of each brain regions showed the accuracy of AUC was perfect except the right cerebellum posterior lobe. Nevertheless, there was no clear evidence of prominent relevance between the average ReHo values in brain areas and the clinical symptoms. Conclusion: Corneal ulcer caused dysfunctional adaption in different brain areas, which including relatively increased values and decreased values. This finding may help us take a further step in exploring the underlying pathologic mechanisms of CU.

In today's society, the Internet has become an important tool of our life due to its potential applications in various areas such as economics, industry, agriculture, medical and health care, and information processing. To understand and grasp the law of the Internet, many competitive web site models of the Internet and some phenomena related to World Wide Web have been investigated systematically. However, many scholars only study the integer-order competitive web site models of the Internet. Up to now, there are few papers that focus on the dynamics of fractional-order competitive web site models of Internet, which possess memory property. In this paper, we are concerned with the stability and the existence of Hopf bifurcation of a fractional-order competitive web site model of Internet. By choosing the time delay as parameter and applying the Routh-Hurwitz criteria, we will establish a new sufficient condition guaranteeing the stability and the existence of Hopf bifurcation for fractional-order competitive web site model of Internet. The research reveals that fractional order and the delay play a key role in describing the stability and Hopf bifurcation of the considered system. Computer simulations are implemented to support the analytic results. Finally, a simple conclusion is presented. The theoretical findings of this article have a great significance in handling the competition dynamics among different web sites.
