“Turn-On” fluorescent chemosensor based on β-diketone for detecting Th4+ ions in Aqueous Solution and application in living cell imaging

摘要:
A fluorescent sensor Hn based on β-diketone derivative for Th<sup>4+</sup>ions was designed and investigated, which showed high selectivity in the present of other metal ions even UO<inf>2</inf><sup>2+</sup>in CH<inf>3</inf>OH:H<inf>2</inf>O (v/v = 2:8, pH = 7.2) solution. Meanwhile, the binding mode of the sensor Hn with Th<sup>4+</sup>ions was found to be 1:1 with association constant of 2.46 × 10<sup>4</sup> M<sup>−1</sup><inf>.</inf>And there was linear relationship between the fluorescent intensity of Hn-Th<sup>4+</sup>and the concentration of Th<sup>4+</sup>ions covering a range of 0.06 μM–1.0 μM and the detection limit was 0.0344 μM. At the same time, the interaction properties between the sensor Hn and Th<sup>4+</sup>ions and the fluorescent mechanism were investigated by IR,<sup>1</sup>HNMR and DFT. Most importantly, this fluorescent sensor was successfully utilized for the fluorescent imaging of Th<sup>4+</sup>ions in living cells. ©2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Understanding the photochromic mechanism of MOCs, regulating and controlling their structure and related photochromic properties is one of the focuses of chemistry and materials science. In this paper, two isoreticular metal-organic complexes have been synthesized by reaction of Zinc nitrite and H(6)ttha in the presence of bpee or bpea as co-ligand, respectively. The photochromic properties of complex 1 and 2 have been investigated. Even though both complexes holding similar framework, it is intriguing that complex 1 with conjugated co-ligand bpee displays remarkable photochromism property, but this photochromic phenomenon almost disappears in complex 2 when the conjugated co-ligand bpee is replaced by the non-conjugated coligand bpea. The possible photochromic mechanism is illustrated in detail. What's more, the relationship of structure-property has been discussed. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
A new polynuclear Cu(II) compound, [Cu<inf>4</inf>(bpy)<inf>4</inf>(OH)<inf>4</inf>(H<inf>2</inf>O)(BTC)]NO<inf>3</inf>·8H<inf>2</inf>O (1), was prepared by self-assembly from the solution of copper(II) nitrate and two kinds of ligands, 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy) and benzene-tricarboxylic acid (H<inf>3</inf>BTC). Single crystal structure analysis reveals that 1 features a rare asymmetric chair-like hydroxyl-bridged tetra-copper cluster: [Cu<inf>4</inf>(OH)<inf>4</inf>] core along with one H<inf>2</inf>O and one BTC<sup>3−</sup>occupied each terminal coordinated site. In addition, the magnetic property has been investigated. ©2017

Three two-dimensional metal-carboxylate frameworks (MCFs), namely Zn<inf>3</inf>(BDC)<inf>3</inf>(py)<inf>2</inf>·2DMF (1), Mn<inf>3</inf>(BDC)<inf>3</inf>(DMF)<inf>4</inf>(2) and Co<inf>3</inf>(BDC)<inf>3</inf>(DMF)<inf>2</inf>(py)<inf>2</inf>(3) [H<inf>2</inf>BDC = 1,4-benzene dicarboxylic acid, py = pyridine, DMF = N,N′-dimethylformamide], have been synthesized by reaction of the M(NO<inf>3</inf>)<inf>2</inf>and H<inf>2</inf>BDC with py as base and DMF as solvent, under the microwave-assisted solvo-thermal conditions. Three MCFs were characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction and mensurated its fluorescent or magnetic behaviors. The structural analyses reveal that 1-3 are constructed of the slightly dissimilar carboxylate bridged linear M<inf>3</inf>(RCOO)<inf>6</inf>(L<inf>T</inf>)<inf>2/4</inf>clusters where the coordination terminal ligand (L<inf>T</inf>) are py in 1, DMF in 2 and py/DMF in 3, respectively. The results demonstrated the different metal ions in two side of every SBU inclined to coordinate their respectively selected L<inf>T</inf>. The time-dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) calculations of 1 show that the emission peak of 423-428 nm (the experimental value is 425 nm) might be derived from the energy transition on the ligand-to-ligand charge transfer (LLCT) where electron densities residing on the π-bonding orbital of BDC<sup>2-</sup>are transferred to the π∗-anti-bonding orbital of pyridine. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility studies indicate the presence of antiferromagnetic exchange coupling within the M<inf>3</inf>-units of 2 and 3. ©The Royal Society of Chemistry 2016.

摘要:
A novel rhodamine-based dual probe Rh-2 for trivalent ferric ions (Fe3+) was successfully designed and synthesized, which exhibited a highly sensitive and selective recognition towards Fe3+ with an enhanced fluorescence emission in methanol-water media (v/v = 7/3, pH = 72). The probe Rh-2 could be applied to the determination of Fe3+ with a linear range covering from 3.0 x 10(-7) to 1.4 x 10(-5) M and a detection limit of 1.24 x 10(-8) M. Meanwhile, the binding ratio of Rh-2 and Fe3+ was found to be 1:1. Most importantly, the fluorescence and color signal changes of the Rh-2 solution were specific to Fe3+ over other commonly coexistent metal ions. Moreover, the probe Rh-2 has been used to image Fe3+ in living cells with satisfying results. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
The base-free O-difluoromethylation of 1,3-diones with difluorocarbene generated from difluoromethylene phosphobetaine (Ph3P+CF2CO2-) is described. The convenient reactions proceeded smoothly to give difluoromethyl enol ethers in moderate to good yields. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.

摘要:
人工纳米材料因其优异的理化性能以及独特的微观结构,被广泛应用于航空航天、放射医疗、建筑、农业等多个领域,尤其在放射性环境污染治理方面有着巨大的应用价值和潜力。通过综述人工纳米材料对废水中的放射性核素[U(Ⅵ)、Eu(Ⅲ)、Co(Ⅱ)等]富集、去除等方面的研究,系统讨论吸附行为和作用机理,借助吸附动力学、吸附热力学、光谱分析技术、表面络合模型和理论计算等方法,对纳米材料吸附放射性核素机理进行了深入分析,表明纳米材料对放射性核素具有强吸附能力而在放射性废水处理领域有着良好的应用前景,认为在科学研究和实际应用过程中,还需开展更多的研究工作,重点应放在低成本、高选择性的功能性纳米材料的绿色环保制备和应用。通过对前期研究结果的总结,期望能对放射性废物处理以及人工纳米材料应用等研究提供一些帮助。

以2,6-吡啶二羰酰氯与罗丹明酰胺缩合反应的产物(BR)为荧光"关—开"型探针,研究了探针BR选择性识别Fe^3+的各种影响因素,建立了BR荧光检测分析痕量Fe^3+的方法.Job's Plot实验证明BR与Fe^3+的络合比为1∶2.且Fe^3+浓度在0-20μmol/L范围内与BR呈良好的线性关系(R^2=0.998),检出限为1.8×10^-8mol/L.

摘要:
A new Schiff base fluorescence probe, 3-Allylsalicylaldehyde salicyl-hydrazone (L), for Mg2+ was designed and synthesized. The fluorescence of the sensor L was enhanced remarkably by Mg2+ with 2: 1 binding ratio, and the binding constant was determined to be 1.02 x 10(7) M-1. Probe L had high sensitivity for Mg2+ in a solution of DMF/water (4: 1, v/v, pH 7.5), and the detection limit was 4.88 x 10(-8) mol/L. Common coexistent metal ions, such as K+, Na+, Ag+, Ca2+, Zn2+, Ba2+, Bi2+, Cu2+, Ni2+, Hg2+, Fe3+, and Al3+, showed little or no interference on the detection of Mg2+ in solution. The fluorescence probe L, which was successfully used for the determination of trace Mg(II) in real samples, was shown to be promising for liquid-phase extraction coupled with fluorescence spectra.

摘要:
Aspergillus oryzae was isolated from radionuclides’ contaminated soils, and dielectric barrier discharge plasma was used to mutate A. oryzae to improve bioremediation capability of U(VI) pollution. The maximum accumulation capacities of U(VI) on mutated A.
oryzae was 627.4 mg/g at T = 298 K and pH = 5.5, which was approximately twice than that of raw A.
oryzae. XPS analysis indicated that U(VI) accumulation on mutated A. oryzae was largely attributable to nitrogen- and oxygen-containing functional groups on fungal mycelia. The mutated A. oryzae can be harnessed as bioremediation agents for radionuclides pollution.

摘要:
With the fast development of nanoscience and nanotechnology, the nanomaterials have attracted multidisciplinary interests. The high specific surface area and large numbers of oxygen-containing functional groups of graphene oxides (GOs) make them suitable in the preconcentration and solidification of radionuclides from wastewater. In this paper, mainly based on the recent work carried out in our laboratory, the efficient elimination of radionuclides using GOs and GO-based nanomaterials as adsorbents are summarized and the interaction mechanisms are discussed from the results of batch techniques, surface complexation modeling, spectroscopic analysis and theoretical calculations. This review is helpful for the understanding of the interactions of radionuclides with GOs and GO-based nanomaterials, which is also crucial for the application of GOs and GO-based nanomaterials in environmental radionuclide pollution management and also helpful in nuclear waste management.

为了培养学生的创新精神,激发学生创新意识,使学生成为高素质的创新人才,该文通过比较实验考核成绩和学生科学研究成果,调查研究生对自主创新实验教学新方法的看法和接受程度来评价新教学方法的优劣,探讨了研究生化学实验教学在研究生培养过程中的作用以及化学实验教学对人才培养的多方面功能,初步研究和设计了适合地方高校研究生培养的化学实验教学方法。实践表明,通过系列化学实验教学的改革,提高了研究生的培养质量,增强了研究生的自主创新能力,具有广泛推广价值。

采用筛分、洗涤、吹扫等方法彻底清除废旧SCR催化剂中的积灰,得到基本不含灰尘的SCR催化剂,利用包括酸洗、碱洗等方法除去催化剂表面残存的微量杂质,将废SCR催化剂中的砷、铝、铁、钠、钾、硫、钙、硅等有害成分降低至新产品水平.对上述处理的催化剂进行补钒实验,通过再生处理,废SCR催化剂化学成分可以达到新产SCR催化剂水平.

A novel β-cyclodextrin modified, multifunctional, layer-by-layer graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4/β-CD) was successfully synthesized and applied as an effective adsorbent for the removal of methyl orange (MO) and Pb(ii) from aqueous solutions under various environmental conditions (e.g., solution pH, solid content, contact time and temperature). The kinetic results indicated that the adsorption was dominated by chemisorption, and the higher adsorption capacity of g-C3N4/β-CD was attributed to it having more oxygen-containing functional groups than g-C3N4. The Langmuir, Freundlich and Sips models were applied to simulate the adsorption isotherms of MO and Pb(ii), and the results demonstrated that the adsorption of MO was attributed to multilayer adsorption, while the coverage adsorption of Pb(ii) on the g-C3N4/β-CD was monolayer adsorption. The thermodynamic parameters showed that the adsorption of both MO and Pb(ii) was spontaneous and endothermic. The DFT calculations further evidenced the surface complexation and electrostatic interaction of Pb(ii) on the g-C3N4 and g-C3N4/β-CD, whereas, the interaction of MO with g-C3N4 and g-C3N4/β-CD was mainly attributed to hydrogen bonds and strong π-π interactions. The results demonstrated that g-C3N4/β-CD is a promising material for the efficient removal of organic and inorganic pollutants in environmental pollution remediation. © 2016 The Royal Society of Chemistry.

Understanding the rate and extent of 63Ni(II) sorption and desorption on/from mineral surfaces are important to predict its mobility performance in the natural environment. We herein systematically investigated the effects of pH, electrolyte cations, humic acid (HA) and temperature on 63Ni(II) sorption/desorption on/from Na-montmorillonite. The results indicated that the sorption/desorption of 63Ni(II) on/from Na-montmorillonite were strongly dependent on pH and electrolyte cations. Desorption abilities of 63Ni(II) were Na+ ≈ K+ > Ca2+ ≈ Mg2+ at the cationic concentration of 0.2 mol/L, which was associated with the clay tactoid size. The kinetic results suggested that 63Ni(II) sorption/desorption initially increased rapidly and remained constant as time increasing. The presence of HA influenced 63Ni(II) sorption clearly and promoted 63Ni(II) desorption as a result of the dissolution of ternary surface complexes. Increasing temperature was favorable for the sorption reaction owing to the formation of strong inner-sphere complexes, however, hampered the desorption reaction because of the increased stability of inner-sphere complexes or the aggregation of montmorillonite. The results are crucial to understand the physicochemical behavior of radionickel in the natural environment. © 2016 Elsevier B.V.

设计合成了一种新的二(2-(乙硫基)乙基)胺功能化的苯并噻唑希夫碱衍生物(TBT),采用红外光谱、核磁共振光谱、元素分析进行其结构表征。研究了其光谱特性,并考察了该衍生物对金属离子的传感性能。研究结果表明TBT在四氢呋喃水溶液(v:v=1:1)中,对Hg^2+显示荧光开关的特性,并且在Ag^2+和Co^2+等其它离子的存在下具有较高的选择性和灵敏性,它们之间的结合比例为1:1。

以无机非金属材料专业为例,指出了当前工程教育人才培养模式的一些不足。针对节能环保及产业转型对无机非金属材料专业发展提出的新要求,变革当前培养模式:通过多元化培养方案,完善教材体系,强化专业选修课的教学,实现学生的层次化个性发展;通过科技孵化平台/实验教学平台/创新平台/重点实验室的建设,满足实习、实践教学的需要,为产业转型背景下的多元化高级技术人才培养提供良好的实验、实习、实践教学条件和环境。
