摘要:
The 6-(4-alkoxycarbonylalkoxy)phenoxy-3-alkylthio(alkylsulfonyl)-1-phenyl-5-(substituted phenyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-ones 6 and 7 have been synthesized via the tandem aza-Wittig and annulation reactions of the corresponding iminophosphoranes 4, aromatic isocyanates, and substituted phenols 2 in 52-98% yields. Their structures were clearly verified by spectroscopic data (IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS, and elemental analysis or X-ray diffraction crystallography). And the results of preliminary bioassay indicated that these title compounds possess potential herbicidal activity against the root of rape and barnyard grass. © 2007 Elsevier Ltd. 摘要:
The title compound (C18H15FN6OS) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray analysis. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 13.983(10), b = 7.337(5), c = 16.702(12) (A), α = 90, β = 98.277(12), γ = 90°, V = 1696(2)(A)3, Z = 4, Dc= 1.498 g/cm3, Mr = 382.42,μ = 0.224 mm-1, F(000) = 792, the final R = 0.0362 and wR = 0.0878 for 2579 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ). In the title compound, the atoms of C(1),C(2), C(3), C(4), C(5), N(1), N(2), N(3), N(4), N(5), N(6), O(1) and S(1) form a fully delocalized system with the average deviation of 0.0307(A). There exists a part of electron delocalization over the planes of Ⅰ (pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-one moiety), Ⅱ (phenyl moiety) and Ⅲ (p-fluorophenylamine moiety). In the molecule, intermolecular hydrogen bonds between N(6)-H(6)…O(1)and C( 15)-H( 15)…O( 1 ) are observed.

摘要:
本文依据由HMO理论导出的临界温度预报函数,从链状H-[-CH2-]n-OH和H-[-CH2-]n-(◇)同系物不确定度各异的27组临界温度文献值中甄选出一致性样本,据此拟合出临界温度预报函数中的三参数值,得到最大预报偏差分别为0.48 K、0.62 K,平均绝对误差分别为0.29 K、0.45 K,且显著优于复合基团贡献法估算精度的效果.

摘要:
A series of new 6-alkylamino-3-alkylthio-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d] pyrimidin-4(5H)-one derivatives 5 and 6 have been rapidly synthesized by a novel solution-phase regioselective synthetic method. Treatment of pyrazole o-aminoester 1 with dibromotriphenylphosphorane gave iminophosphorane 2, which underwent a aza-Wittig reaction with phenyl ioscyanate to provide the carbodiimide 3. The latter intermediate reacted with alkylamines and regioselectively provided the 1,5-dihydro-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4-one derivatives 5 and 6, some of which exhibited good fungicidal activity.

摘要:
为寻求高效低毒的农药,设计、合成了一系列新的1-[2-(2,4-二氯苯氧)乙酰基]-5-氨基-1H-吡唑衍生物3a~3j和4a~4d.元素分析,1H NMR,IR和MS证实了它们的结构.初步的生物活性测试结果表明,在10 mg/L浓度下,化合物3a~3j和4a~4d对油菜的根茎均有很好的抑制作用,对油菜的根的抑制率为90.0%~98.7%;于100 mg/L浓度下,对稗草的根抑制率为84.0%~100%.

摘要:
A series of new 1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one Derivatives 5 has been designed and regio-selectively synthesized via a tandem aza-Wittig reaction. The structures of all compounds prepared have been confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, EI-MS spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The results of preliminary bioassay indicate that most compounds 5 possess an inhibition effect against Botrytis cinereapers and Pyricularia oryzae at the concentration of 50 mg/L.

A series of new pyrazolopyrimidine derivatives containing sulfur atom 5 has been designed and synthesized by treatment of carbodiimide 3, which came from iminophosphorane 2 undergoing a aza-Wittig reaction with phenyl ioscyanate, with alkylamine. The structures of compounds 5 were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR, EI-mass spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. The results of preliminary bioassay indicate that most compounds 5 exhibit an inhibition effect against Cercospora beticola, Botryosphaeria berengeriana, and Pellicularia sasakii, and compound 5g shows 91.2% inhibitory rate to root of rape and the other less than 50% at 100 mg/l. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The title compound (C25H20FN5OS) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray analysis. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 10.327(4), b = 20.307(7), c = 21.234(9)(A), α = 90, β = 90, γ = 90°, V = 4453(3) (A)3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.365 g/cm3, Mr = 457.52, μ = 0.182 mm-1, F(000) = 1904, the final R = 0.0600 and wR = 0.0932 for 3911obsered reflections with I≥2σ(I). In the title compound, the S(1), C(1), C(2), C(3), C(4), C(5), N(1), N(2), N(3), N(4), O(1) and N(5) atoms form a mean planeⅠroughly within the average deviation of 0.0207 (A). The dihedral angles between planesⅠandⅡ(C(19)-C(20)- C(21)-C(22)-C(23)-C(24)),Ⅲ(C(6)-C(7)-C(8)-C(9)-C(10)-C(11)) and Ⅳ(C(12)-C(13)-C(14)- C(15)-C(16)-C(17)-C(18)-F(1)) are 21.40, 84.00 and 75.88o, respectively.

研究了膦亚胺4与芳基异氰酸酯、取代酚的连续aza-Wittig和关环反应合成新的1-苯基-1,5-二氢-3-甲硫(砜)基-5-芳基-6-(4-乙氧羰基甲氧苯氧基)-吡唑并[3,4-d]嘧啶-4-酮类化合物的新方法,其产物结构经元素分析,1H NMR,EI-MS和IR确证.初步生物活性表明该类化合物对单子叶和双子叶杂草的根具有很好的抑制作用.

以MeOP(S)Cl_2,甲硫基苯酚和胺类化合物为原料,“一锅反应法”合成了14个通式为MeO(MeSC_6H_4O)P(S)NHR的磷酰胺酯新化合物,并用元素分析、IR和~1H NMR进行了表征。目标化合物的生物实验表明在0.025%浓度时,杀蚜虫活性为97%~100%。

摘要:
在甲苯溶剂中用"一锅反应法",以45.9%~95.9%的收率合成了14个通式为[RO(4-CH3SC6H4O)-P(O)NHR1]的新的磷酰胺酯化合物,用元素分析、IR和NMR对其进行了表征. 生物实验发现,所有目标化合物4a~4n在施药量为0.012 5%时,对蚜虫有100%的毒杀致死率,且4e化合物防治蚜虫和红蜘蛛的大田实验表明,无论是用药量还是防治效果都优于甲胺磷.

以基态原子价壳层电子能级构建了基态原子价壳层电子能级连接性指数(<'m>VEI),m=0,1,2,…,它对基态原子实现唯一性表征,并具有良好的结构选择性,以<'0>VEI、<'1>VEI、<'2>VEI、<'3>VEI、<'4>VEI及价壳层电子的平均单一电子能(∑n<,i>E<,i>/∑n<,i>)为基本参数研究了元素的硬度,结果表明,元素的硬度可用下式来定量描述:η<,n>=2.7188+0.3384(∑n<,i>E<,i>/∑n<,i>)-4.7615(<'0>VEI)+16.8974(<'1>VEI)-30.8032(<'2>VEI)+45.5613(<'3>VEI)+84.5519(<'4>VEI)上式与Pearson硬度实验值具有优良的相关性,相关系数0.9603,标准差0.4191eV,平均绝对偏差0.3281eV,计算结果优于文献报道方法.

构建了基态原子价壳层电子能级连接性指数(mVEI),m=0,1,2,…,它对基态原子实现唯一性表征,其中0VEI,1VEI对原子具有良好的结构选择性.以0VEI,1VEI,价壳层电子总离子化能(∑NiEi)和总价电子数(∑ni)为基本参数,定义了元素的电负性:XN=0.444067+1.19653(1-1.32775/∑ni)(0VEI)-3.154675(1VEI)+0.134591(∑niEi/∑ni).用上式给出了周期表中主族元素、副族元素及惰性元素的电负性.结果表明,新电负性标度XN与目前流行的Pauling标度颇为一致.进一步从价轨道能级连接性指数确定了碳原子的sp,sp2,sp3杂化轨道的电负性.

研究了灭多威模拟废水在超声作用下的降解反应动力学、降解产物、降解途径、以及影响降解速率的因素等问题.结果表明,灭多威经超声作用35min,可被完全转换为无机物,其降解过程为假一级反应;浓度增加时,降解减慢;Fe2+和H2O2对降解有促进作用,且Fe2+促进作用比H2O2的大;采用不同气体饱和溶液时,降解率的大小有下列顺序:Ar>O2>Air>N2。红外光谱表明降解产物为SO2-4、NO-3和CO2.

草酸铁络合物;光解;对硫磷
摘要:
研究了紫外光(UV)/草酸铁络合物对对硫磷的光解作用,结果表明,UV/草酸铁络合物能快速有效地光解对硫磷,且较UV/TiO2的光解效果好.对硫磷光解率随着其初始浓度的增加而降低;pH为3~5时其光解速率最快;[Fe(Ⅲ)]与[OX2-]之比(OX2-代表草酸根)和溶液中的溶解氧对其光解有显著影响.
