摘要:
To describe both Arrhenius and non-Arrhenius temperature-dependent drain currents for the organic thin-film transistors, the effective trapped carrier concentration expression is presented. Based on the expression, following the Shur and Hack's trap limited carrier conduction theory, the analytical drain current model is developed. The temperature-dependent trap states' density is presented to explain the origin of the effective trapped carrier concentration expression. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

摘要:
The improvement of coverage quality in the construction of multiple-barrier coverage is a critical problem in a wireless sensor network. In this article, we investigate the K-barrier coverage construction problem in passive bistatic radar sensor networks. In contrast to traditional bistatic radar networks, the transmitters in a passive bistatic radar network are predeployed and noncooperative. To construct K barriers, we need to deploy receivers that couple with predeployed transmitters to build continuous barriers. In this work, we focus on the minimum number of receivers problem of constructing K-barrier coverage, where the minimum number of receivers is based on the predeployed transmitters. To handle this problem, we first investigate the optimal placement of receivers between adjacent transmitters for a sub-barrier formation and then determine the optimal placement of receivers for the one-barrier construction. For multiple-barrier coverage construction, we introduce a weighted transmitter graph (WTG) to describe the relation among different transmitters, where the weight in the graph is the minimum number of receivers needed for these two transmitters for a sub-barrier formation. Based on WTG, the minimum receivers problem changes to a problem of how to find K-disjoint paths with the minimum total weight in the graph. For large-scale networks, we also propose two efficient heuristic algorithms to solve the corresponding problem. Finally, we conduct extensive experiments to validate the correctness and the efficiency of the proposed algorithms. © 2020 ACM.

摘要:
We investigate the impact of the spatial beam oscillations in a graded-index multimode fiber (MMF) upon the trapping and blue-shifting of dispersive pulses by a multimode soliton. We find that the dispersive pulses trapped by solitons can be controlled through adjusting the degree of compression of the spatial beam. This can provide an explanation for the enhanced blue spectral extension observed in the typical supercontinuum generation in graded-index MMFs. Besides, the spatial-temporal nonlinear effect may provide an additional degree of freedom for the spectrally tailored light generation and the ultrashort pulse generation with tunable wavelengths in the normal dispersion regime. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing. 摘要:
电力系统综合负荷模型结构是负荷建模领域中最为基础和关键的问题之一。在电力系统仿真计算中,负荷模型直接与变电站高压母线连接,而负荷一般通过高压配电网接入电网,这在现有的综合负荷模型未能体现。文中提出了一种适用于负荷建模的高压配电网建模方法,基于不复杂化综合负荷模型,将高压配电网等效模型集成至负荷模型中,从而构建了一种考虑配电网结构的综合负荷模型。通过仿真分析可知,所提综合负荷模型在模型描述能力、电压适应范围等方面相较于已有的综合负荷模型有显著的提高,其2种结构形式在模型综合性能方面相近,在参数稳定性和维持负荷电压稳定方面差异不显著。

摘要:
Charge eXchange Recombination Spectroscopy (CXRS) systems have been successfully applied on EAST since 2014. However, geometrical effects will deteriorate the diagnostic locality and introduce uncertainties into the measurement. A simplified spatial average model for the average of effective integral paths and an upgraded simulation of spectra (SOS) code are both used to evaluate these geometrical effects. The results show that spatial averaging effect with one beam can introduce up to ˜10% relative error in the ion temperature and velocity measurement at ITB region. Simultaneous injection of two beams can produce ˜20% uncertainties in core CXRS with single gaussian description of the spectra. To reduce the error, the spatial averaged position ρav calculated from the simplified model and a double gaussians fitting with a constrained intensity ratio model are applied in the CXRS data analysis, and the fitting results show a good consistency with the input profiles. © 2019 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
为提高医用TC4钛合金表面熔覆羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层的植入稳定性和生物活性, 采用激光熔覆方法制备出不同含硅量的CaP生物陶瓷涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征了熔覆层组织形貌和物相组成。结果表明: 添加SiO2(1wt.%、3wt.%)后形成Ca2SiO4相, 熔覆层中部组织细化。通过电化学腐蚀和体外SBF浸泡实验研究了SiO2含量对涂层耐腐蚀性和生物活性的影响。电化学腐蚀结果表明: 随着SiO2含量的增大, 涂层表面腐蚀电流密度逐渐减小; 体外SBF浸泡结果表明: 添加SiO2可以加快涂层表面类骨磷灰石的形成, 其中, 添加SiO2为1wt.%时涂层表面类骨磷灰石呈均匀分布。因此, 低含量SiO2可以提高生物陶瓷涂层的耐腐蚀性和生物活性。

摘要:
采用数字图像处理技术对铀矿石颗粒参数进行测量,并确定铀矿石块度分布.首次将图像引导滤波器应用于矿石图像滤波,较好地滤除了图像噪声和保持矿石边缘细节信息.采用基于最大类间后验交叉熵准则的PCNN图像分割算法分割矿石图像,减少了矿石粘连现象.为了解决第一次分割后矿石粘连现象,采用基于凹点匹配的数字图像切割算法对粘连的矿石图像进行第二次分割,能有效分离粘连矿石图像.采用基于形状特征的颗粒参数测量法测量颗粒参数,提高了颗粒参数的测量精度,得到了矿石块度的统计分布图.实验数据表明,该方法测量误差较小,能满足实际需求.

摘要:
Dynamically measuring rail profile using the structured-light vision suffers from random vibrations on the line laser projector, which would cause distorted rail profiles. This paper presents a simple and effective distortion rectifying method to address this issue. The distorted rail profile is rectified by easily projecting it onto an auxiliary plane which is parallel to the cross section of rail. In order to establish the auxiliary plane, three profiles formed by radiating multiline structured light on rail are used to fit the rail longitudinal axis. More importantly, only one of the light planes is required to be calibrated beforehand. The others are calibrated online with the proposed self-calibration method, which is based on collinearity and parallelity constraints on the scene points of different rail profiles and requires only one image of the scene. Apart from evaluating the implementation with comprehensive experiments, we compare our method against other published works. The results exhibit its effectiveness and superiority in terms of the dynamic measurement of the rail profile.

摘要:
The simultaneous measurement of the photoelectron kinetic energy and angular distributions of NO were performed as a function of 410 nm laser intensities by femtosecond photoelectron imaging. The photoelectron kinetic energies are nearly independent of the laser intensities. The insensitivity of the photoelectron kinetic energy to the laser peak intensity suggests that peaks in the photoelectron spectra result from Freemen resonance, characteristic of the occurrence of real population on the intermediate states. The relative amplitudes of photoelectron peaks indicate that lower laser intensities emphasize the resonant population while higher laser intensities favor nonresonant population. The A<sup>2</sup>Σ<sup>+</sup>(υ= 2) state can be weakly coupled to the BΠ2(υ=4) state, results in a small part of population on BΠ2(υ=4) state transferred from A<sup>2</sup>Σ<sup>+</sup>(υ= 2) state. The strong field effect leads to more anisotropy of ATI than that of non-ATI. The modulation of populations in electronic states can be achieved by adjusting laser peak intensities. The results can provide some important basis for realizing quantum manipulation of molecules experimentally.<br/> ©2018 Elsevier GmbH

摘要:
为了提高粉末的流动性,探索球形粉末的制备工艺,以感应耦合热等离子体作为高温热源,对不规则形状的微米级碳化钨(WC)粉体进行了球化处理实验,并研究了送粉量对粉末流动性、振实密度及粒径分布的影响,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、霍尔流速计、能谱分析仪(EDS)和激光粒度分析仪分别对球化前后粉末的微观形貌、流动性、元素质量分数及粒度分布进行了表征和分析。研究结果表明:WC粉末经过感应耦合热等离子体球化处理后,可以得到表面光滑、分散性较好、流动性能佳和振实密度高的球形粉末;球化后粉末的氧和钨元素质量分数增加,而碳元素质量分数降低;经球化处理后,球形WC粉末粒径稍微变大;随着球化率的降低,球形粉末的流动性和振实密度均呈现减弱的趋势,而粉末的粒径分布范围变宽。

研究高频电感耦合等离子体炬内部空间的速度和温度分布对等离子体炬的稳定运行有着十分重要的指导意义。为此首先建立了100 kW高频电感耦合热等离子体炬的二维轴对称模型,然后利用商业软件ANSYS FLUENT对纯氩热等离子体电磁场、速度及温度的空间分布进行了计算,并在此基础上分别研究了粉末携带气、反应气及冷却气体积流量的变化对等离子体炬内速度和温度空间分布产生的影响,研究结果表明:等离子体炬内速度和温度空间分布受粉末携带气体积流量变化的影响较大,而反应气体积流量的变化仅对等离子体温度有一定的影响,过高的反应气体积流量可能导致灭弧现象的产生;等离子体炬外管附近区域的温度会随冷却气体积流量的增加而快速下降,因此在实际工作过程中可通过加大冷却气的流量来达到保护炬外管的目的。

摘要:
We demonstrate that the optical event horizon can provide an effective technique to actively control the propagation properties of a dark soliton with another weak probe wave. Careful power adjustment of the probe wave enables the black soliton converted into a gray one with varying grayness through the nonlinear interaction, corresponding to a nearly adiabatic variation of the soliton’s speed. The sign of the phase angle for the newly formed gray soliton at optical event horizon is significantly dependent on the frequency of the launched probe wave. Linear-stability analysis of dark solitons under the perturbation of a weak probe wave is performed to clarify the intrinsic mechanism of the nonlinear interaction. The probe wave manipulated collisional dynamics between both dark solitons are investigated as an analogue of the combined white-hole and black-hole horizons which provides some insights into exploring the transition between integrable and non-integrable systems.<br/> ©2018 Optical Society of America under the terms of the OSA Open Access Publishing Agreement.

摘要:
The effect of delay time on photoelectron spectra and state populations of a four-level ladder K2 molecule is investigated by a pump1–pump2–probe pulse via the time-dependent wave packet approach. The periodical motion of the wave packet leads to the periodical change of the photoelectron spectra. The Autler–Townes triple splitting appears at zero delay time, double splitting appears at nonzero delay time between pump1 and pump2 pulses, and no splitting appears at nonzero delay time between pump2 and probe pulses. The periodical change of the state populations with the delay time may be due to the coupling effect between the two pulses. It is found that the selectivity of the state populations may be attained by regulating the delay time. The results can provide an important basis for realizing the optical control of molecules experimentally.

摘要:
采用5 kW横流CO_2激光器对表面预涂覆HA和SiO_2混合粉末的TC4钛合金激光熔覆获得低含硅量生物陶瓷涂层。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)分析熔覆层的显微组织与物相成分,通过模拟体液(SBF)浸泡实验初步探讨涂层的生物活性,并通过电化学腐蚀中的动电位扫描实验研究涂层在SBF中的腐蚀行为。实验结果表明,低含硅量生物陶瓷涂层与基体呈冶金结合,在SBF中熔覆层的腐蚀电位与基材相比提高了84.4 mV,腐蚀电流密度下降了约6倍,在SBF中浸泡7天后熔覆层表面沉积了大量的类骨磷灰石,熔覆层表现出良好的耐腐蚀性和生物相容性。

摘要:
The capacity region of the symmetric two-pair one-way relay channel with overhearing links (OLs) is studied. First, the problem is explored in the linear shift deterministic channel model and the capacity region of the deterministic channel model is characterised. The upper bound is proven tightly by authors' designed transmit strategy. With the gains obtained from the deterministic network, the transmit strategy for this relay channel in Gaussian setup is proposed. According to the strength of OLs, this strategy applies the corresponding superposition of nested lattice codes and random Gaussian codes at the source nodes and successive interference cancellation at all receive nodes. The achievable rate of this scheme is analysed according to the quality of these OLs. It is shown that this scheme achieves the single user rate to within 1.15 bits/s/Hz of the upper bound for all channel gains.<br/> ©The Institution of Engineering and Technology 2018.

摘要:
Flexible electrodes with high conductivity and mechanical properties play an important role in many essential electronic devices. Herein, we report the fabrication of flexible and conductive PDMS/AgNWs/CFs thin film by using a simple inverted layer-by-layer deposition method. In this structure, conductive carbon fiber (CF) networks embedding in the elastic polymers will help improve the ability to resist deformation of pure polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) film. Elongated silver nanowires (AgNWs) wrapping on bare CFs can greatly increase the active surface area, improve the electron transfer of CFs, and reduce the contact resistance between the adjacent CFs. As a result, a flexible PDMS/AgNWs/CFs thin film with a low sheet resistance of 0.99 Ω/□was obtained. The fabricated PDMS/AgNWs/CFs thin film showed great mechanical flexibility with less than 3% decrease in resistance after 275 continuous bending and releasing processes. Moreover, an induced reduced graphene oxide (rGO) layer on the AgNWs wrapped CF networks increases the active surface area. Physical and electrochemical characterization of the fabricated PDMS/AgNWs/CFs and PDMS/AgNWs/rGO/CFs thin film electrodes have been measured. The tightly attached AgNWs and well-coated rGO materials improved high surface area and provided benefit for fast accessibility of electrolyte ions into the microporous structures, indicating the considerable potential for use in flexible supercapacitor applications.<br/> ©2018 Elsevier B.V.

Low-frequency noise (LFN) is investigated in a set of indium-zinc-oxide thin-film transistors (IZO TFTs) with fixed channel width ( W = 10~\mu \text{m} ) and different channel lengths ( L\,\,=10 , 20, 30, and 40~\mu \text{m} ) from sub-threshold, linear to saturation regions. The drain current noise power spectral density is measured as a function of effective gate voltage and drain current. The variation slopes of normalized noise with effective gate voltage are in the range of -1.27 and -1.48, which are close to the prediction of the mobility fluctuation mechanism. According to the \Delta N-\Delta \mu model, the flat-band voltage noise spectral density and Coulomb scattering coefficient are extracted. Subsequently, variations of noise with the drain current in the above threshold region are analyzed by considering the band-gap distribution of the tail states. Finally, the BSIM model is also used to model 1/ f noise in the IZO TFTs. The noise parameter NOIB is extracted which is inversely proportional to the effective gate voltage. Good agreements are achieved between the simulated and measured results in the linear region. © 2013 IEEE.

摘要:
With the development of automation in smart grids, network reconfiguration is becoming a feasible approach for improving the operation of distribution systems. A novel reconfiguration strategy was presented to get the optimal configuration of improving economy of the system, and then identifying the important nodes. In this strategy, the objectives increase the node importance degree and decrease the active power loss subjected to operational constraints. A compound objective function with weight coefficients is formulated to balance the conflict of the objectives. Then a novel quantum particle swarm optimization based on loop switches hierarchical encoded was employed to address the compound objective reconfiguration problem. Its main contribution is the presentation of the hierarchical encoded scheme which is used to generate the population swarm particles of representing only radial connected solutions. Because the candidate solutions are feasible, the search efficiency would improve dramatically during the optimization process without tedious topology verification. To validate the proposed strategy, simulations are carried out on the test systems. The results are compared with other techniques in order to evaluate the performance of the proposed method.

Based on the extended Huygens-Fresnel principle, we have derived the analytical expression of the average intensity of optical coherence lattices (OCLs) in oceanic turbulence with anisotropy, and then the beam quality parameters including the Strehl ratio (S-R) and the power-in-the-bucket (PIB) are obtained. One can find that the OCLs will eventually evolve into Gaussian shape with the periodicity reciprocity gradually breaking down when propagating through the anisotropic ocean water, and that the trend of evolving into Gaussian can be accelerated for increasing the ratio of temperature and salinity contributions to the refractive index spectrum omega, the lattice constant a and the rate of dissipation of mean square temperature chi(T) or decreasing the anisotropic factor xi and the rate of dissipation of turbulent kinetic energy per unit mass of fluid epsilon. Further, the S-R and PIB in the target plane under the effects of oceanic parameters are discussed in detail, and the S-R and PIB can be increased for the larger xi and epsilon or the smaller chi(T) and omega, namely, the beam quality becomes better. Our results can find potential application in the future optical communication system in an oceanic environment. Particle swarm optimization (PSO) is a population-based stochastic optimization technique in a smooth search space. However, in a category of trajectory optimization problem with arbitrary final time and multiple control variables, the smoothness of variables cannot be satisfied since the linear interpolation is widely used. In the paper, a novel Legendre cooperative PSO (LCPSO) is proposed by introducing Legendre orthogonal polynomials instead of the linear interpolation. An additional control variable is introduced to transcribe the original optimal problem with arbitrary final time to the fixed one. Then, a practical fast one-dimensional interval search algorithm is designed to optimize the additional control variable. Furthermore, to improve the convergence and prevent explosion of the LCPSO, a theorem on how to determine the boundaries of the coefficient of polynomials is given and proven. Finally, in the numeral simulations, compared with the ordinary PSO and other typical intelligent optimization algorithms GA and DE, the proposed LCPSO has traits of lower dimension, faster speed of convergence, and higher accuracy, while providing smoother control variables. © 2018 Lei Liu et al.
