摘要:
The dynamics of finite energy Airy beams modeled by the fractional Schrödinger equation (FSE) with a linear potential are numerically investigated. Different from the propagation properties of Airy beams described by the standard Schrödinger equation, the splitting phenomenon, which is presented under the FSE without potential, is influenced by the quadratic chirp and the Lévy index. As the linear potential is considered, the periodic evolution of Airy beams is shown, and the period is inversely proportional to the linear potential coefficient. The beam width can undergo an abrupt decrease or increase depending on the sign of potential coefficient. The beam deviation distance increases with the beam width greatly changed if the Lévy index increases. Moreover, the quadratic chirp does not influence the evolution period but the intensity distribution. In addition, the intriguing properties are analytically clarified. All these features confirm the promising applications of Airy beams in optical manipulation and optical switch. ©2017 Optical Society of America.

摘要:
Remote sensing image fusion (RSIF) is referenced as restoring the high-resolution multispectral image from its corresponding low-resolution multispectral (LMS) image aided by the panchromatic (PAN) image. Most RSIF methods assume that the missing spatial details of the LMS image can be obtained from the high resolution PAN image. However, the distortions would be produced due to the much difference between the structural component of LMS image and that of PAN image. Actually, the LMS image can fully utilize its spatial details to improve the resolution. In this paper, a novel two-stage RSIF algorithm is proposed, which makes full use of both spatial details and spectral information of the LMS image itself. In the first stage, the convolutional neural network based super-resolution is used to increase the spatial resolution of the LMS image. In the second stage, Gram–Schmidt transform is employed to fuse the enhanced MS and the PAN images for further improvement the resolution of MS image. Since the spatial resolution enhancement in the first stage, the spectral distortions in the fused image would be decreased in evidence. Moreover, the spatial details can be preserved to construct the fused images. The QuickBird satellite source images are used to test the performances of the proposed method. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can achieve better spatial details and spectral information simultaneously compared with other well-known methods. ©2016, Springer Science+Business Media New York.

摘要:
The effects of pulse width, laser wavelength and laser intensity on the state populations of NaI molecule driven by a pump-probe pulse were studied via employing the time-dependent wave packet approach. Wave packet moves periodically with roundtrip time 1000 fs. That the wave packet bifurcates in the crossing region affects state populations. The excitation probability increases and dissociation probability decreases with increasing pulse width. The excitation probability approaches the maximum at the resonance pump wavelength 318 nm, and the dissociation probability decreases with increasing pump wavelength. The excitation probability increases with increasing pump intensity while the dissociation probability does not vary. The probe wavelength and probe intensity have no effect on state populations. The wave packet motion and selective distribution of state populations, excitation and dissociation of molecule can be achieved by adjusting laser parameters. The results can provide some important basis for realizing quantum manipulation of molecules experimentally. ©2016 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.

摘要:
Ion heating by different polarized Alfvén waves below the cyclotron resonance frequency is studied using test-particle simulation. The results indicate that the interactions between ions and waves are affected by the polarization and frequency of the waves. If the frequency of waves is higher (ω>0.1 Ω<inf>p</inf>), the interactions between ions and left-hand (LH) waves are stronger than right-hand (RH) waves due to the sub-cyclotron resonance. However, with the decrease of the frequency, the interactions between different polarized Alfvén waves and particles tend to be the same. The heating effects of LH waves on ions are better than RH waves at higher frequencies. When the frequency of the waves is lower enough (ω<0.1 Ω<inf>p</inf>), the heating effects of LH waves and RH waves on ions are almost identical. The change of heating efficiency with the polarization and frequency of the waves is consistent with the change of the heating effect. ©2016 Author(s).

摘要:
The dependence of the wave packet process of three-level ladder K2 molecules on pulse width was investigated via time-dependent wave packet method, and was firstly quantified. There is no Autler-Townes splitting in the photoelectron spectrum with weaker pump intensity or shorter pulse width. The oscillation period of wave packet increases and the oscillation amplitude decreases with increasing pulse width. The pulse width affects Rabi oscillation, which results in the periodical change of the populations of the electronic state. Quantifying its effect on the population of the excited state shows that the change frequency varies with increasing pump intensity. The results illustrates that the needed population in electronic state of interested can be obtained by controlling pulse width, which provide some important basis for light manipulation of molecular processes experimentally.

摘要:
Surface-potential-based drain current model is presented for organic thin-film transistors considering both exponential deep and tail trap states densities. The model is derived on the basis of the assumption that the trapped carrier concentration dominates Poisson's equation. An analytical drain current expression is obtained. The expression is valid in both subthreshold and above-threshold regimes. The calculated results are verified by available experimental data at different temperatures. © 2016 IEEE.

摘要:
This paper describes a new speed regulating method based on adaptive fuzzy- PID control, which used in the speed loop of linear motor control system. The design of fuzzy- PID speed controller is completed. The table of best fuzzy-PID parameters under different load conditions is given, which used the Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor (PMLSM) LSMF100302 as concrete research object. The simulation research on the new fuzzy-PID speed regulating system of linear motor is carried out. The simulation results show that the system based on adaptive fuzzy-PID control has better dynamic and static performance than the system based on conventional PID control. The permanent magnet linear synchronous motor LSMF100302 servo system experiment platform is set up. The British Renishaw XL-80 laser interferometer is used in the experiment to test the positioning accuracy of linear motor. The four curves of error between the actual displacement and the command displacement are given. The results of experiment show that the system is of high precision. © 2016 Taylor & Francis Group, London.

摘要:
电子回旋共振管是产生高功率毫米微波的真空电子器件,在可控热核聚变研究、雷达等领域中有重要的应用。针对可控热核聚变研究中1 M W/105 G Hz回旋管加热系统阳极电源幅度可调且调制的要求,使用高频开关电源技术和脉冲步进调制技术(PSM )研制了全固态阳极高压电源。重点阐述了阳极高压电源实现稳压、调制、前沿时间可调功能的软件控制算法,并通过实验对设计进行了验证。该阳极高压电源具有单脉冲、多脉冲调制和六电平预置波形等3种模式输出功能;输出参数达到35 kV/200 mA ,波形前沿3 ms内可调,最大调制频率为1 kHz ,调节精度在100 V以内。设计的控制方法也可应用于其他大功率微波源。

摘要:
In this paper, a compressive sensing based simultaneous fusion and demosaicing method for raw data of single-chip imaging camera is introduced. In order to meet the incoherence constraints of compressive sensing theory, the popular Bayer CFA is replaced with a random panchromatic color filter array. Then, the demosaicing problem is cast as an ill-posed inverse problem inherently and the compressive sensing technology is employed to solve the inverse problem. The restored sparse coefficients of different images are further fused with ℓ1-norm of the coefficients being served as activity measurements. The final fused image is reconstructed from the fused sparse coefficients. The extended joint sparse model is further used to exploit the inter-channel correlation of different color components. The simulation results illustrated in Experimental Section demonstrate that the proposed method gives both superior quantitative and qualitative performances. © 2016 Published by Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
In this paper, an efficient approximate sparse representation (SR) algorithm with multi-selection strategy is used to solve the image fusion problem. We have shown that the approximate SR is effective for image fusion even if the sparse coefficients are not the sparsest ones possible. A multi-selection strategy is used to accelerate the process of generating the approximate sparse coefficients which are used to guide the fusion of image patches. The relative parameters are also investigated experimentally to further reduce the computational time. The proposed method is compared with some state-of-the-art image fusion approaches on several pairs of multi-source images. The experimental results exhibit that the proposed method is able to yield superior fusion results with less consumption time.

摘要:
中性束离子源弧放电具有气体放电等离子体的非线性特性,工作时还会受到气体压强、外磁场、阴极状态等因素的影响,采用晶闸管相控调压技术的弧电源很难实现对这种大功率电弧的稳定的闭环控制。为此,提出了一种多相多重的大电流DC/DC变换器,具有响应速度快、电流上升时间短、电流纹波小等特点,大幅提高了离子源弧放电闭环控制的稳定性。设计了滤波电感能量回馈电路,弧电源可以根据中性束系统的需要使弧电流快速减小0%~100%(可调),然后根据控制信号迅速恢复正常弧电流输出,形成一个弧电流凹坑。电源还采用超级电容储能技术,使电源体积减小了2/3,电网容量小于10 kV·A。离子源放电时不会受到电网波动的影响,弧放电更加稳定。实验数据显示:该电源最大输出为220 kW/1500 A,电流纹波在1%以内,电流上升时间约100 μs,最大超调量小于3%,可以满足5 MW中性束离子源及系统的要求。

摘要:
弧电源是中性束注入加热系统中最关键的设备之一,它的性能决定了弧放电的稳定性及束流引出的品质。为提高弧放电稳定性,降低电网容量,减少对电网的冲击,弧电源拓扑设计采用了基于超级电容储能和开关电源技术的DC/DC变换器结构。利用多个IGBT功率模块并联工作,可提高电源工作频率,实现更快的动态响应速度。在详细分析电源工作过程的基础上,设计了滤波电路和电流快速转移电路,根据电源的要求和具体参数,由一阶RL电路的电流响应特性,精确计算出滤波电感的最小值。最后,利用Matlab对电源性能指标进行了仿真验证,结果表明电源性能完全符合设计要求。

We theoretically investigate the Autler-Townes (AT) splitting in the photoelectron spectra of threelevel ladder K2 molecule driven by a pump-probe pulse via employing the time-dependent wave packet approach. The effect of the pump/probe laser intensity and wavelength on AT splitting is detailed studied. The magnitude of AT splitting increases with increasing the pump laser intensity, but does not vary with probe intensity. The double splitting with asymmetric profiles arises due to the nonresonant excitation. The double structure is transformed into one peak progressively as the pump is detuned from the resonance wavelength, which can be explained in terms of the asymmetric excitation/population of dressed states. The splitting between AT doublet changes with pump wavelength, but does not change with probe wavelength. The double peaks shift to lower energy with the different shift with increasing pump wavelength, but with the same shift with probe wavelength.

采用三维时域有限差分方法,对比研究了石英基底上周期性亚波长圆形、纽扣形、半圆形和太极形四种具有不同对称性的孔阵列微结构金属膜的增强光透射特性,并分别探讨了阵列周期、小孔尺寸对这四种阵列结构透射特性的影响.结果表明增强光透射特性对单元结构对称性具有很强的依赖性:在超短高斯光脉冲激励下,随着单元结构对称性的降低,归一化透过率逐渐增大,红外波段的透射峰发生大量红移,且其与可见光波段的透射峰之间的距离逐渐增大,在对称性破缺的太极形孔阵列中两峰间距最大,可达1 300 nm左右.表面等离激元模式与局域表面等离子体共振模式在增强光透射现象中起着重要的作用.在可见光波段,表面等离激元模式是这四种阵列结构的光透射增强的主导性因素;在红外波段,局域表面等离子体共振模式对单元结构对称性较差孔阵列结构的增强光透射特性有着显著影响.

We theoretically investigate the Autler-Townes (AT) splitting in the photoelectron spectrum of four-level ladder K2 molecule driven by a pump 1-pump 2-probe pulse via employing the time-dependent wave packet approach. The effects of the pump-1 laser intensity and wavelength on AT splitting are studied for the first time. The magnitude of AT splitting increases with increasing the pump-1 laser intensity. The triple splitting with asymmetric profile occurs due to the non-resonant excitation. The triple structure is transformed into a double structure (near-resonant region), and then becomes a peak (far-off resonant region) progressively as the pump-1 laser is detuned from the resonance wavelength, which can be explained in terms of the asymmetric excitation/population of dressed states. The splitting between adjacent peaks and the splitting between the two sideband peaks in the triplet do not change with the pump-1 pulse wavelength. The three peaks shift toward lower energy with the same shift 1/4∗Δ1 as the pump-1 wavelength changes in near-resonant region. The asymptotic behaviors of AT splitting with the pump-1 laser intensity are interesting in the threshold points of the near-resonant region and the far-off resonant region. © 2015 Chinese Physical Society and IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要:
In this paper, an efficient patch-based image fusion approach for raw images of single-chip imaging devices incorporated with the Bayer CFA pattern is presented. The multi-source raw Bayer pattern images are firstly parted into half overlapped patches. Then, the patches with maximum clarity measurement defined for raw Bayer pattern image are selected as the fused patches. Next, all the fused local patches are merged with weighted average method in order to reduce the blockness effect of fused raw Bayer pattern image. Finally, the real color fused image is obtained by gradient based demosaicing technology. The multi-source raw Bayer pattern data is fused before demosaicing, so that the multi-sensor system will be more efficient and the artifacts introduced in demosaicing processing do not accumulate in image fusion processing. For comparison, the raw images are also interpolated firstly, and then various image fusion methods are used to get the fused color images. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is valid and very effective. ©2015, Springer Science+Business Media New York.

摘要:
We theoretically investigate the Autler-Townes (AT) splitting in the photoelectron spectra of three-level ladder K2 molecule driven by a pump-probe pulse via employing the time-dependent wave packet approach. The dependence of AT splitting on two laser intensities and wavelengths are studied in detail. We firstly quantify these effects on peak shift and AT separation. The photoelectron spectra show double splitting with symmetric profiles, but with asymmetric profiles when the wavelength is changed. The magnitude of AT splitting increases with the pump laser intensity, but does not vary with probe intensity. The shifts of the absorption peaks and the splitting between AT doublet are predicted by using an analytical fitting function when the intensity/wavelength of one of the two fields is changed. These novel results are of importance for the molecular spectroscopy and may further stimulate the first principles theoretical studies analytically. © 2015 Chinese Physical Society.

摘要:
电子回旋共振加热系统在磁约束核聚变实验研究中有着很重要的作用。回旋管阳极供电需具备幅值快速可调、高稳定度以及波形前沿可变等条件。使用场效应管与快恢复二极管为主要器件研制出开关模块;在电路结构上将59个SM模块与同电压等级的1个BUCK电路依次串联起来。通过分别使用脉冲步进调制与高频脉冲宽度调制控制技术,实现输出幅值连续可调;并且研究了2种调制的控制方法,让输出波形的前沿时间既可在3 ms之内缓慢步进上升,也可以在60μs内快速输出。所有模块由数字信号处理器(DSP)控制的高频逆变电路实现恒压供电。样机实验结果证明:研制的电路与控制方法可行,整个电源输出的电压最大达到36 k V,电流200 m A,且全量程范围内连续可调,稳定度<1%。最大调制频率可以达到1 k Hz,可以在20μs完成各种关断保护,完全满足回旋管装置要求。

利用三态模型和含时波包法,研究了K_2分子在强飞秒抽运-探测激光场中延时、脉宽以及抽运波长对光电子能谱和波包动力学过程的影响.研究结果表明,激光场强较弱或者脉宽较短都可能不发生Autler-Townes分裂,光电子能谱呈现出单峰结构;延时和抽运波长的改变影响能峰结构、位置和相对峰高;对于不同的抽运波长,波包的振动周期是相同的,波包振荡幅度随脉宽增大而减小;光电子能谱反映了波包动力学信息.研究结果可以为实验上实现分子的光控制以及量子调控过程提供一定的参考,并为进一步研究K_2分子的动力学性质提供有用的信息.

摘要:
Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is employed to study the optical properties of a novel kind of periodic subwavelength hole arrays composed of Tai-chi-shaped holes in silver film, and the optical transmission properties of femtosecond optical pulse excitation is numerically calculated. We find that this Tai-chi-shaped device has better optical band-pass filtering properties, such as narrower pass band and higher transmissivity in visible wavelengths range, than other devices under consideration. Based on the generation of surface plasmons resonance mode in the dielectric-metal interface, the center wavelength of transmission can be tuned by changing the array periodicities. We observe that the tune ability mainly depends on the space period along the direction parallel to that of the incident pulse polarization. It is also found that both the strength and the wavelength of the transmission peaks of rectangularly distributed metal hole arrays are determined by the polarization of incident light. Additionally, we demonstrate the typical band-pass filtering properties of this Tai-Chi-shaped holes structure. The full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) of the narrow pass band is about 20 nm in visible wavelengths range. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
