摘要:
This research inclines to study the ramification on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), including Glomusclaroideum (G. claroideum) and G. mosseae strains as well as the repair process of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) in the uranium-containing soils. Three times at 120 degrees C for an hour was required to disinfect the soil mixture. Spraying the uranium (U3O8) into the soil mixture and mixing until the ingredients were thoroughly blended,serving the purpose of obtaining the uranium-containing soil mixture with 5 mg/kg U3O8. A week later, AMF was inoculated into every flowerpot and chamber facility. Seeds of perennial ryegrass were cultivated with thirty seeds in each flowerpot or each indoor equipment in a fortnight's time.Perennial ryegrass plants tended to be harvested after sowing and meeting the conditions of 60 days.Three substances are detected by three different detection means(Photosynthetic pigments, soluble proteins, and malondialdehyde correspond to ethanol extraction method, Coomassie brilliant blue method, and thiobarbituric acid method, respectively). Additionally,testing included activities of alkaline phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase as well. Moreover, Hitachi H-7650 transmission electron microscope performed the function of observing cellular and subcellular distributions of uranium in plant epidermal cells.Photosynthetic pigment standards of perennial ryegrass are subject to AMF,which not only has a tendency to enhance the soluble protein levels in perennial ryegrass,but also gains the possibility of holding up the uranium-induced improvement of malondialdehyde levels in perennial ryegrass. G. mosseaes is properly more efficacious than G. claroideum in the attenuation of uranium damages in cell structures of perennial ryegrass. Our results demonstrate that AMF is capable of developing the capacity of perennial ryegrass on repairing the uranium-related soil contamination.

摘要:
This paper presents a hierarchical electric service restoration mechanism for complex distribution networks to maximize restoration of out-of-service loads. Once a fault occurs, the dynamic topology analysis method is used to determine out-of-service areas, match restoration scheme, and update topological structure. Out-of-service loads can be restored by creating micro grid with distributed generators or network reconfiguration with main grid. And the optimal islanding strategy is determined to improve the utilization of distributed generator in the former condition. For the latter condition, the aim is to identify a reasonable service path to transfer the out-of-service loads to neighboring feeders. After then the connectivity of the main grid with distributed generators is restored. Whether the network optimization is carried out or not which depends on violations of the power flow constraints. Moreover, a new code scheme with avoiding infeasible solutions is employed to maintain the radial nature of the distribution network. Illustrative examples verify that the proposed mechanism can be obtained the reasonable restoration plans under multi-type faults.

The batch verification methods can relieve the bottleneck problem of vehicular authentication efficiency to accelerate the authentication speed during the group construction phase. However, in current batch verification methods, there exist some deficiencies such as the authentication methods applied in the actual scenario are sensitive to the group initialization and dynamic construction process and the intra-group communication efficiency have not been improved due to lack of effective dynamic group management. This paper proposes a fast and secure batch verification scheme based on dynamic group management and certificateless public-key cryptography. First, the two-way authentication between the proxy vehicle and the roadside unit (RSU) is established, and then the batch verification method relying on RSU-assisted are proposed based on dynamic management of the intra-group vehicles. Our method fully considers the security requirements of the group while solving certification efficiency. Theoretical analysis and simulation experiments show that compared with other existing solutions, the verification scheme in this paper reduces the computational delay and transmission overhead whilst increasing robustness in dynamic environments.

This paper have proposed a hyperchaotic financial system with lorenz-like singular attractor. We using the analysis methods of three-dimensional phase diagram, time-domain diagram and projection diagram to studied the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the hyperchaotic financial system. And then we proposed a new image encryption algorithm based on the hyperchaos equation. In the first phase, it left mapping position of each pixel exchanged. In the second phase, it using the differential equation of chaotic financial system to generate chaotic sequence and optimize the chaotic sequence. Last but not least, the optimized sequence is used for pixel value diffusion encryption. Experimental results show that the encryption algorithm is not only sensitive to plaintext, but also sensitive to ciphertext. The algorithm relies on the plaintext very sensitively and improves the ability to resist the plaintext attack effectively.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the roles and underlying mechanism of exogenous H2S (hydrogen sulfide) in attenuating the myocardial fibrosis in diabetic rats. METHODS: A total of 40 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: control group, STZ group, STZ + H2S group and H2S group. To build the DM rat model, the rats in the STZ group and STZ + H2S group were injected streptozotocin (STZ) intraperitoneally, While the rats in the STZ + H2S group and the H2S group received sodium hydrosulfide (NaHS), which provides exogenous H2S. Eight weeks later, the myocardial tissues of rats were used to detecting the collagen deposition through Masson staining, as well as some protein expressions related to myocardial fibrosis and signaling pathway by western blotting. RESULTS: Comparing to control group, the collagen deposition of myocardial matrix remarkably increased in the STZ group, and almost all the proteins that are relative to myocardial fibrosis, inflammatory and signaling pathway show an overexpression, except for PPARG and NF-kappa Bp65. When Compared with the STZ group, the collagen deposition was obviously attenuated in STZ + H2S group, as well as the protein expressions above-mentioned, While PPARG was up-regulated. CONCLUSION: The myocardial fibrosis in DM rats can be attenuated effectively by exogenous H2S, and the underlying mechanism is likely to regulating PKC-ERK1/2MAPK signaling pathway, improving the MMPs/TIMPs expression dysregulation and inhibiting inflammatory reaction.

For more accurate measurement of the potential alpha energy concentration (PAEC) of radon progeny by the liquid scintillation counting (LSC) method, its counting efficiency was studied in this work. A radon progeny standard source was used to provide different concentrations of radon progeny, and the progeny collected on the sampling filters were measured with a low background liquid scintillation counter. The result showed that the quenching effect could not be ignored, and the counting efficiency was estimated to be 86.12%. The co-comparison experiments showed that the PAECs of radon progeny measured by the LSC methods were in generally consistent with those of other three methods. It indicates that for more accurate measurements of PAEC of radon progeny by using the LSC method, the counting efficiency should be well determined.

In order to improve the quality of peak characteristics extraction in chromatographic data, an automatic peak fitting method based on wavelet ridges and morphology (WMPF) was proposed. In handling overlapping peaks and weak peaks, WMPF gave solution to deal with the shortcomings of existing peak detection methods. The ridge line of the signal was obtained by wavelet transform of the original chromatogram signal, and the signal was divided into peak areas and non-peak areas. Then, we processed morphological operations with an adaptive window, and combined Gaussian fitting with wavelet ridge information. Finally, the peak characteristics of the signal were extracted. Through the analysis of high-density lipoprotein electrophoretogram data, it was confirmed that the proposed method was effective for baseline separation, noise elimination, peak detection and overlapping peak recognition.

Robots are expected to be used in the smart manufacturing and smart factory with the help of information and communication technologies. The increasing and consistent integration of ICTs and robot into the production systems in subsystems and components are needed. The mechatronic systems become cyber-physical systems through additional communication skills and autonomy in behavior on external influences and internally stored settings. Robots are integrated in the Cyber-Physical Production System to realize smart factory and smart manufacturing. In a laboratory environment, innovative logistical systems integrated with robots are built up to apply horizontal and vertical integration into practice for research investigations.

From the perspective of thermodynamics, based on the structural characteristics of the vehicle engine permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) driving cooling system and the principle of heat dissipation, a simplified mathematical model of the cooling system is established. Taking the optimal coolant temperature and system energy consumption optimization at the engine as the research goal, the fuzzy control algorithm is adopted to adjust the speed of the motor-driven cooling fan, and a nonlinear control strategy is introduced for a comparative study. The energy consumption of the cooling system is analyzed and optimized to ensure optimum engine outlet coolant temperature. The results show that the fuzzy control strategy has a fast response speed, which can control the coolant temperature at engine outlet within 90 +/- 0.25 degrees C, and can reduce the energy consumption of the entire cooling system.

There are many dynamic optimization problems in real-world applications. Although many variants of evolutionary algorithms and swarm intelligence have been proposed to solve such problems, little work has been conducted to address the dynamic constrained multimodal optimization problems (DCM-MOPs). In DCMMOPs, there exist multiple optimal solutions corresponding to each environment that the algorithm is required to find. Sometimes, it is also necessary to identify the accepted local optima. Therefore, for each environment, the decision maker can select one from among multiple returned solutions according to his/her domain knowledge and/or preferences. The objective of this paper is to test the performance of various combinations of several population-based dynamic multimodal optimization algorithms and popular constraint handling techniques. First, the typical dynamic constrained optimization problems are slightly modified to be in the form of the dynamic constrained multimodal optimization problems. Second, four different population-based dynamic multimodal optimization algorithms, and five different constraint handling techniques, are pairwise tested in the experiments. Experimental results demonstrate that, among the candidates, DCMM-CSA-SR performs most successfully at all accuracy levels.
摘要:
The visibility in underwater images is poor because of the absorption and scattering of the light in water that causes color attenuation, low contrast and poor brightness. In this paper, a novel approach using the principle of Laplacian pyramid fusion based on single underwater image is presented. The proposed method aims to correct underwater image color, enhance contrast and improve brightness by using the improved white balance algorithm, the proposed contrast stretching and brightness enhancement. The experimental results prove that our method can enhance the quality of underwater image obviously.

There is uncertainty in renewable energy sources in park energy internet, which poses challenges to the safe and economic operation of the system. In this paper, the mathematical model of a typical park energy internet is conducted, and a two-stage dispatch model of park energy internet with power-to-gas device is constructed. The proposed model determines the start-stop states of energy conversion devices in the first stage, the dispatch values of energy devices and wind generation in the second stage, and deals with uncertain parameter by scenario constraints. It makes the decisions from the first state guarantee that the second state can roundly cope with the variations of wind generation. The model is a mixed integer linear model, and the CPLEX solver of GAMS software is adopted to solve the model in the paper. Finally, the simulation is carried out, and the results suggest that the proposed model can improve the operation economy of park energy internet as well as the wind power consumption level. In addition, the influence of the capacity of power-to-gas device on the benefit of wind power consumption is addressed, looking forward to the next step research.
