摘要:
Zeolites with unique framework structure have wide applications, such as ions’ exchangers, molecular sieves and catalysts. This work focused on the synthesis and characterization of zeolite by recycling coal fly ash as the starting material via hydrothermal method. The intermediate phases and final products were characterized by XRF, XRD, FT-IR, SEM and BET techniques. The effects of aging time on the crystallization/transformation of zeolite were discussed. The results showed that the alkali-activated coal fly ash after hydrothermal process could lead to the formation of zeolite Na-P1. Furthermore, the aging treatment benefited the formation of homogenous zeolite Na-P1 with smaller particle size, larger specific surface area, total pore volume and pore size.

摘要:
High energy consumption of roadside unit (RSU) is a great challenge to the deployment of 5G Vehicle-to-Infrastructure(V2I) communication network in large scale. Compared with letting all RSUs work all day, scheduling RSU according to actual V2I traffic load is no doubt an intuitive and ideal energy optimization solution. In this paper, an energy optimization model is proposed to maximize the working efficiency per unit energy consumption of RSU under the premise of meeting V2I communication needs. The periodic statistical features of the travel time and the amount of V2I communication traffic when vehicles passing through RSUs are introduced as the model inputs to endow the model with the adaptability to real-time traffic flow. Afterwards,the method of deep reinforcement learning is applied to solve the approximate optimal solutions. Experiment results demonstrate that the proposed method is feasible and effective, as it can adaptively adjust the duty RSUs with the change of traffic flow to reduce the overall energy consumption compared with other simplistic energy-saving methods that are usually used in practice.

摘要:
In order to achieve high-precision and high-efficiency visual retrieval of intelligent teaching resource data, this paper proposes a visual retrieval method of intelligent teaching resource data based on feature index. Firstly, a data mining model of intelligent teaching resources is constructed according to the similarity and feature extraction results of intelligent teaching resources, and then the data mining results are merged and classified. Finally, the feature index is constructed, and the data visual retrieval is realized by combining the similarity calculation results of the initial vector of data retrieval with the data subset. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional methods, the proposed method can achieve high-precision and high-efficiency visual retrieval of intelligent teaching resource data, and the practical application effect is good.

Background: Exosomes in synovial fluid (SF) has a close relationship with the pathogenesis of rheumatiod arthritis. As a complex biological fluid, SF presents challenges for exosomes isolation using standard methods, such as ExoquickTM kit and ultracentrifugation. Objectives: The study aims to compared the quality of exosomes separated by ExoquickTM kit (TM), ExoquickTM kit+ExoquickTC kit (TM-TC), ultracentrifugation (UC) and TM-TC+UC(TM-TC-UC) from SF. Methods: Exosomes was separated by TM, TM-TC, UC and TM-TC-UC respectively. The size and concentrations of exosomes were detected by high sensitivity flow cytometry for nanoparticle analysis. Total protein and RNA were extracted from exosomes. SDS-PAGE was used to detect the protein distribution of exosomes. Western blot was used to examine the level of albumin and exosomes marker (TSG101 and CD81). Results: There was no statistic difference in the diameters of exosomes separated by the four methods. The concentrations of exosomes in TM, TM-TC, TM-TC-UC and UC were (5.65±0.93), (3.02±1.19), (1.67±0.25) and (4.61±0.73) *109Particles/mL. The protein concentrations of exosomes separated by the four methods were consistent with the concentrations of exosomes. SDS-PAGE showed that the protein distribution of exosomes separated by the four methods were different. Low levels of albumin were detected in TM-TC and TM-TC-UC, while high levels of albumin in TM and UC. Total RNA concentrations from exosomes in TM-TC was higher than other groups. Conclusion: TM-TC can be used to obtain higher quality exosomes from SF for the study of exosome-enriched components. Studies have shown that deep neural networks (DNNs) are susceptible to adversarial attacks, which can cause misclassification. The adversarial attack problem can be regarded as an optimization problem, then the genetic algorithm (GA) that is problem-independent can naturally be designed to solve the optimization problem to generate effective adversarial examples. Considering the dimensionality curse in the image processing field, traditional genetic algorithms in high-dimensional problems often fall into local optima. Therefore, we propose a GA with multiple fitness functions (MF-GA). Specifically, we divide the evolution process into three stages, i.e., exploration stage, exploitation stage, and stable stage. Besides, different fitness functions are used for different stages, which could help the GA to jump away from the local optimum. Experiments are conducted on three datasets, and four classic algorithms as well as the basic GA are adopted for comparisons. Experimental results demonstrate that MF-GA is an effective black-box attack method. Furthermore, although MF-GA is a black-box attack method, experimental results demonstrate the performance of MF-GA under the black-box environments is competitive when comparing to four classic algorithms under the white-box attack environments. This shows that evolutionary algorithms have great potential in adversarial attacks.

Regional urban connection is mainly reflected in the connection between transportation and economy.Using accessibility and improved gravity model, this paper studies the traffic and economic relations and spatial pattern analysis among districts and counties in Hengyang based on the shortest travel time data and socio-economic data of 12 districts and counties in Hengyang, China.The results show that: firstly, in terms of traffic accessibility, there are 8 districts and counties in Hengyang that have higher accessibility than the average level of the city, and 4 districts and counties that have lower accessibility than the average level. Secondly, the accessibility of districts and counties in Hengyang generally presents an irregular circular distribution pattern, forming a core edge distribution feature with five districts in Hengyang as the core and gradually decreasing outward enclosure.Thirdly, from the perspective of economic connection, the 12 districts and counties in Hengyang are divided into five levels. The first level is the connection between Shigu District and Yanfeng District in the central city. The second level connection intensity is between Shigu District and Zhengxiang District in the central city and between Zhengxiang District and Hengyang County. The intensity of the three-level connection is the connection between the counties near the central urban area and the districts in the central urban area, as well as the connection between the counties near the central urban area and the neighboring counties. The fourth level connection refers to the connection between districts and counties far away from the central urban area and counties near the central urban area. The fifth level connection refers to the connection between districts and counties far away from the central urban area. Last but not least, the economic connection of Hengyang District and county forms the center-peripheral radiation pattern which diffuses from the area with the core of Shigu District, steamed Xiang District, Yanfeng District and Zhuhui District as the core, which presents the pattern of "one core and two centers" in space.

In the big data era, one of the fundamental tasks is to explore and discover the causal relationship between variables from observation data and images, which will play a key role in various future applications. This paper reveals in datasets of images that has been emerged the "multiple variables causal direction" of object categories. To start with, it was using an approach to high-dimensional data observational causality inference, and this research can detecting the causal direction between random variables through build a classifier. What is more, this research can validly differentiate the characteristics of objects and their contexts by use causal direction classifier in the static picture. Last but not least, the research certify that there presence a relationship in the causal direction and images' objects or their contexts, also presence visible trace which uncover objects' causal dispositions.

In order to study the waste cathode ray tube glass fine aggregate (particle size < 0.15 mm) on barite concreteperformance, the waste cathode ray tube glass fine aggregate is blended into the barite concrete at 0%, 4%, 6%, 8%, and 10% of the mass of the barite sand quality to conduct experimental research on the related properties of barite concrete. The experimental results show that when the amount of waste cathode ray tube glass fine aggregate is 6%similar to 8%, the prepared barite concrete has the best working performance. The slump expansion reaches 560mmx560mm, and the 28d cube compressive strength is 37.76MPa. The V-box passage time is 17.56s, and barite concrete has the best shielding gamma ray capability.

The Swarm System of unmanned sewage treatment vessel in large waters is mainly used to deal with water pollution in large waters.The purpose of the system is to provide assistance to large water areas such as Chaohu Lake whose self-purification capacity is insufficient to solve their own pollution or which have lost their self-purification capacity.The Swarm System is able to carry out water treatment and water quality monitoring to help lakes to restore the ecological environment of water body and self-purification capacity.This system adopts the working mode of local pump in treatment and discharge. The water quality monitoring system,which is combined with BeiDou positioning system and data transmission system, has the ability of presenting the water pollution situation in a three-dimensional way and stronger pertinence in sewage treatment.The mechanism of the system is similar to Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, which is considered as high working efficiency, fast processing speed, low cost and high intelligence.

International Low Impact Development Conference 2020: Setting the Vision for the Next Twenty Years

With the acceleration of the urbanization process, and the increase of the impervious surface area, the problems of urban waterlogging are becoming more and more serious. How to effectively reduce the frequency of urban rain and flooding and its impact and destruction has become a major problem in urban construction. This paper selects the area around Guangming Phoenix New City Park in Guangming District, Shenzhen, constructs regional rainfall runoff model by SWMM model, and simulates the operation of the existing drainage network and the degree of waterlogging under six types of rainstorm return period of 1a, 3a, 5a, 10a, 20a, and 50a. Consequently, on this basis, four kinds of low impact development (LID) measures including separating the placement of bioretention cells, green roof, permeable paving, and rain barrels, and combined arrangement as the fifth schemes, are used to stimulate the reduction of the regional total runoff and total peak flow. By the comparison, in the current state of study, LID combination has the best effect in reducing the total runoff, followed by the bioretention cells, permeable paving, and rain barrels; green roof is the worst. In terms of reducing total peak flow and delaying the time of peak flow, LID combination is the best, followed by bioretention cells, permeable paving, and green roof; the worst is rain barrels. In basis of this to consider the problem of combining low impact development measures with the sponge city special plan. In the future, it is expected to inspire the construction of sponge cities in south coastal cities, especially the low impact development measures.

To provide feasible methods for the extraction of valuable metals from spent batteries or low-grade primary ores, the extraction behavior of some representative acidic phosphorus-containing compounds (APCCs) as extractants is evaluated from the perspective of experimental and theoretical investigations in this work. Aqueous solutions containing five metal ions, Ca(II), Co(II), Mg(II), Mn(II), and Ni(II), were made to simulate leaching liquids, and the extraction of these metals was investigated. A simplified calculated model was used to evaluate the interaction between each extractant and metal ions. The calculation results agree well with the experimental tests in trend. This work not only provides potential extractants for the extraction of valuable metals from spent batteries or low-grade primary ores but also demonstrates the practicability of the simplified calculation model.

Both bioretention and sludge biochar have better effects to the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus removal in water.Combining them coulid improve the effect of bioretention on NH4+.After applying sludge biochar, the adsorption effect of filler on NH4+ was improved.When the sludge biochar was applied to the filler,on the top of the submerged area in the tank,the removal rate of NH4+ could reach 88.62%similar to 94.48%.

Background. Patients with congenital heart disease have high heart transplant waitlist mortality, and mechanical support is suboptimal. To evaluate feasibility of cardiac grafts from a genetically engineered triple-knockout pig as a bridge to allotransplantation, preformed anti-pig antibodies were measured in pediatric and adult patients. Methods. Flow cytometry measured serum immunoglobulin M (IgM) or IgG binding to wild-type and tripleknockout red blood cells (RBCs), with binding to human O-negative RBCs as a negative control. Group 1 comprise 84 pediatric patients and 64 healthy adults' sera with no previous cardiac surgery. Group 2 comprised 25 infant's sera postcardiac surgery, including 10 after palliation for hypoplastic left heart syndrome. Results. In group 1, IgM binding to wild-type RBCs occurred in 80% of sera and IgG binding occurred in in 91% of sera. Only 3% of sera showed IgM binding to triple-knockout RBCs, and 1 (<1%) was weakly positive for IgG binding. In group 2, all 25 infants demonstrated increased IgM and IgG binding to wild-type RBCs. One patient showed minimal IgM and another showed low IgG binding to triple-knockout RBCs. No infant after stage 1 Norwood demonstrated any IgG or IgM binding. Conclusions. Preformed anti-pig antibodies may not be a barrier to heart xenotransplantation in infants, even after cardiac surgery. With adequate immunosuppressive therapy, a triple-knockout pig heart transplant might function successfully as a bridge to allotransplantation.(C) 2020 by The Society of Thoracic Surgeons

In the process of electrokinetic (EK) remediation of uranium-contaminated soil, the existence form of uranium in soil pore fluid will affect on its migration behavior. In this paper, a novel type of electrolyte (citric acid + ferric chloride, CA+ FeCl3) has been investigated for the EK remediation of uranium-contaminated red soil. The effects of different electrolyte and the concentrations of FeCl3 on migration behavior of U(VI) and environmental risks were investigated after EK remediation. The result showed that the optimum concentration was 0.1 mol/L CA mixed with 0.03 mol/L FeCl3 in this study. At this time, the removal efficiency of uranium was about 61.55 +/- 0.41%, and the cumulative energy consumption was 0.2559 kWh. Compared with deionized water and single CA, combined CA with FeCl3 has the advantages of high removal efficiency, low leaching toxicity, and less damage to the soil after the electrokinetic remediation treatment.

Background: The prevalence of gouty patients with ulcerations over tophi are increasing over time and it has been reported that gouty patients have significantly poor quality of life (QoL) compared to those healthy controls. [1, 2] there is no study on comparison of the QoL in patients with or without ulceration over tophi.\nObjectives: To compare the QoL in gout patients with or without ulcerations over tophi.\nMethods: A total of 79 inpatients with gout who were admitted to Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were included. Among them, ulcerations were identified in 28 patients. Short Form-36 Scales (SF-36) were chosen to assess patients. Differences between the groups were tested with Student’s t test or Mann-Whitney U test for continuous variables, and Chi-square tests for categorical variables.\nResults: Of 79 subjects, 74 were male, mean age was 54.23±14.3 years, disease duration was 10.94±7.06 years. Gouty patients had moderate- to high-quality levels in general health, vitality, social functioning, role emotional, and mental health (median: 65, 75, 75, 88, and88, respectively), while had low levels of quality in role physical, and bodily pain (median: 0, and 22, respectively). Patients presenting with ulcerations over tophi had worse scores on five SF-36 domains, the mental component summary (MCS) and the physical component summary (PCS) than gout patients without ulcerations [mean (SD); P < 0.05 for all]: Bodily pain, 30.86(31.59) vs 35.17(33.40); General health, 49.46(27.01) vs 64.17(23.69); Vitality, 57.14(32.53) vs 72.84(26.38); Mental health, 75.4(22.43) vs 83.05(20.96); Reported health transition, 3.58(0.89) vs 3.78(1.42); MCS, 52.62(21.82) vs 66.65(21.44); PCS, 35.85(21.17) vs 46.67(23.86).\nConclusion: Patients with ulcerations over tophi present much worse QoL compared those without ulcerations.
