摘要:
In order to make full use of education resources and improve the interactivity and initiative of teaching, a web-based teaching system based on the Web is developed. The system adopts JSP combined with SQLserver2000 database, and Java technology is used to realize the connection between the Web server and database server, which can ensure the system scalability, portability, high reliability and safety. The system includes login, registration, cours learning, communication between the teacher and students, and website management. This system has broken the traditional basketball teaching pattern in time and space constraints, and has realized the online learning function. Besides, it has realized the function of answering students' questions, materail download and upload, and online teaching effect evaluation based on BP neural network. This system is user-friendly and easy to operate, which can be used by the students to realize the information management of teaching resources.

摘要:
Both Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Evolution Strategy with Covariance Matrix Adaptation (CMA-ES) exhibit good performance when solving global optimization problems. However, PSO could be misled by historical information and falls into a local optimum. Further, CMA-ES cannot fully utilize global information. Therefore, in this paper, we first propose a time-window PSO (TW-PSO) as an improvement of PSO, which could enhance the exploration ability of the algorithm. Second, we design a hybrid algorithm of TW-PSO, PSO and CMA-ES, i.e., HTPC, which combines the advantages of TW-PSO, PSO, and CMA-ES. We test HTPC on single-objective optimization problems from the CEC-2019 100-Digit Challenge, and the experimental results show that the performance of HTPC is competitive.

摘要:
A space-resolved Vacuum Ultraviolet (VUV) spectroscopy system based on a 1-meter normal incidence spectrometer has been developed on J-TEXT tokamak. To obtain the impurity emission profile, the Optical path and absolute intensity calibration are implemented. An alignment plate customized with several different shaped apertures is mounted between the entrance of the spectrometer and the tokamak. The exact viewing angle is identified via the on-site test. The collisional-radiative line ratio method based on the impurity transport code STRAHL is applied for the absolute intensity calibration. Pairs of lines with different upper energy levels for the same ions, e.g. C III 465 nm/C III 97.7 nm, C IV 580 nm/C IV 154.8 nm are chosen to achieve the calibration. A calibrated visible spectrometer is used to provide the absolute intensity of the visible branch. The line emission profile in the VUV range could be evaluated from the visible line via STRAHL and the atomic data from ADAS to take into account the effect of temperature on the ratio of the selected line pair. Based on the calibrated coefficient, the radial emission profiles of C III 97.7 nm and C IV 154.8 nm are obtained.

摘要:
Is EOM behavior a stochastic process? If it is, does this randomness come with certain conditions? Are there some environmental factors playing a role? Does the failure of EOMs can be expressed by a probability number? How should HRA consider EOM in a framework of PSA? Through the experiments on a DCS simulator of a nuclear power plant, the researchers tried to come up answers to the above issues. The research results show that the EOM behavior of nuclear power plant is random no considering the influence factors, while in the case of data groupings, EOM behavior is not completely random. Some factors, such as age, training time and working hours, have a certain influence on the randomness of EOM behavior, which also provides direction for reducing human error. Of course, due to the limitations of the experimental conditions, the correctness of the conclusion remains to be further verified.

摘要:
There is a need for non-destructive assay of large concrete objects like bridges and buildings. Key issues are the thickness, density and reinforcement configuration as well as indications of cracks or delamination. Furthermore, changes in the condition of concrete structures like corrosion, degradation or cavitation and voids due to ageing can pose problems. Muon scattering tomography is a non-invasive method well suited to scan large concrete samples and detect low- and high-density inclusions such as iron bars or cracks/voids in concrete. The work presented here demonstrates that with muon scattering tomography it is possible to detect rebars of a volume of 894 +/- 386 cm(3) in a thick concrete floor. For iron volumes above 2 500 cm(3), the rebar volume can be reconstructed with a resolution of 5.4 +/- 0.3% and the relative uncertainty is better than 10%. It is also shown that it is possible to image rebar structures in reinforced concrete and distinguish between single and a double layer of a rebar grid. The method was developed using Monte Carlo simulations, but it is foreseen to compare simulated data to real data collected with our muon detection system in the future.

摘要:
With the vigorous development of the navigation industry, the VDES(VHF Data Exchange System) has received extensive attention from various research institutions. In order to solve the multipath fading problem in VHF wireless channel transmission, this paper integrates FMT (Filtered Multitone Modulation) technology into VDES ground subsystem, redesigns the system time slot structure under the protocol framework, constructs the underlying communication link of VDES ground subsystem based on FMT. Simulation results show that the performance of the system using FMT technology is slightly better than that using OFDM technology, and the spectrum utilization and frequency offset resistance are improved. Research demonstrates that the introduction of FMT into VDES can effectively solve the multipath interference problem and has certain value for the practical application of VDES.
摘要:
The use of classical newsvendor model is limited by assumptions and prior probability statistics. Self-adaptive newsvendor model is proposed to divide the sales interval and automatically adjust the differential according to the sales information collected by retailer's information system. Demand interval and its corresponding demand probability value could be adjusted timely to correct the next order prediction quantity. Based on management information system, model calculation tool is designed to improve the feasibility of the model application. Compared to traditional newsvendor model, self-adaptive newsvendor model can effectively meet the needs of short-period, small-quantity, multi-batch products purchasing. (C) 2019 The Authors. Monolithic Active Pixel Sensor (MAPS) devices are an effective tool for upstream verification of Intensity Modulated Radio Therapy treatments. It is crucial to measure with high precision the positions of the Multi Leaf Collimators (MLC) used to shape the beam, in order to enhance the quality and safety of treatments. This work describes a two-step procedure applied to the problems of leaf detection and position reconstruction. This procedure represents the building block towards the definition of a real-time verification device capable of detecting and reconstructing the position of the MLC used in the everyday radiotherapy treatments. A Fully Convolutional Neural Network model is used to analyse the high-resolution images produced by Lassena MAPS devices in order to automatically detect the leaves. A Random Forest regression model is then applied to estimate the positions of the detected leaves. The dataset used in the experiments contains 1200 single-leaf images, referring to four leaf positions in the range 1 divided by 25 mm, split in training and test sets with the 80% and 20% of the total samples, respectively. Performance have been evaluated using the Dice loss coefficient for leaf detection, and mean squared error (MSE) as for leaf position estimation. The proposed approach obtained an average dice loss coefficient of 0.85 +/- 0.03 on the images in the test set; the MLC positions are estimated with a MSE of 0.04, and a resolution of 68 +/- 2 mu m on the same images.

摘要:
The high leachability of heavy metals and toxic organic components has severely discouraged the broader resource recycling of municipal solid waste incineration fly ashes. In this study, a recycling system combining water washing treatment, cationic buffer solution recovery, and electrokinetic remediation was designed based on pH controls and comprehensively explored in terms of strengthening the removal of heavy metals from samples and reducing the risk of environmental leaching of heavy metals in fly ashes. The water washing pretreatment removed a considerable amount of soluble minerals from the fly ash and lowered the initial pH of the electrochemical system to below 10. The dosing of buffer cations decreased the thickness of the diffuse double layer and ameliorated the mobility of the heavy metal species in the pore fluid. Cu was most sensitive to the changes in the operating factors during electrokinetics. The effects of the remediation times and voltage gradients were more significant on heavy metal removal than those of the nitric acid concentration in the electrokinetic optimization system. The leaching toxicities of zinc, lead, copper, and cadmium were reduced by 82.59%, 73.64%, 67.07%, and 93.13%, respectively. Generally, the recovery of the water washing leachate not only enhanced the performance of the electrokinetic remediation for the municipal solid waste incineration fly ash but also avoided downstream disposal of the effluent.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of gefitinib-coated balloon suppressive action on the excessive hyperplasia of intima after balloon injury of common carotid artery in rats and on the PI3K/AKT signal pathway. METHODS: MTT method and the expression of Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 proteins were detected in vitro; Adult SD rats were randomly split into 5 groups, namely sham group, model group, low-dosage gefitinib-coated balloon group, high-dosage gefitinib-coated balloon group, and paclitaxel-coated balloon group. The intimal proliferation of arteries, PCNA, P-AKT and PI3K protein expression, the cell apoptosis, expression of MMP9, TGF beta and IL6 mRNA were measured by hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining, immunohistochemistry, TUNEL staining, and RT-qPCR. RESULTS: At the same time and concentration, Gefitinib suppressed the proliferation of smooth muscle cell more significantly than paclitaxel. Bcl-2 and Caspase-3 in vascular smooth muscle and endothelial cells (VSMC, EC) were significantly downregulated and up-regulated after the cells were treated with gefitinib and paclitaxel. In gefitinib- and paclitaxel-coated balloon groups, significant up-regulations were found in the area of lumen. Furthermore, the expression of PCNA suggested that all coated balloons could suppress the excessive proliferation of smooth muscle cells in the hyperplastic intima compared with the control group. In gefitinib- and paclitaxel-coated balloon group, the expression of PI3K/AKT was significantly down-regulated. The use of drug-coated balloons mitigated the cell apoptosis in TUNEL. The expressions of MMP9, TGF beta and IL6 mRNA in the model group were obviously up-regulated; and they were obviously down-regulated in the high-dose gefitinib-coated balloon group compared with the model group. CONCLUSIONS: Gefitinib-coated balloons were able to suppress the excessive proliferation in the common carotid arterial intima of rats more effectively than the paclitaxel-coated ones. The underlying mechanism may cover the PI3K/AKT signal pathway.

Radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) is an effective nonlinear learning model, which has a strong nonlinear fitting capability. The hidden neurons and the weight play important roles in the neural network. In the existing researches, the hidden neurons are computed in the form of a rigorous linear combination. And the weight is hard to be solved. To address these issues, in this paper a novel neural network named non-negative radial basis function neural network (NRBFNN) is proposed. The main thought of non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) is to be used to train the parameters of RBFNN. According to the structure of the neural network, the label information of the samples is decomposed into the weight matrix and the mapped feature by activation functions in polynomial feature space. And the proposed method is able to obtain the weight matrix and the hidden neurons implied in the activation functions iteratively. Furthermore, the proposed NRBFNN is able to improve the representability of the hidden neurons and the iterative formulas of the weight can ensure the solvability and interpretability of it. ORL, Yale and Caltech 101 face databases are selected for evaluations. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms several related algorithms.
