The power system is an important part of the spacecraft. The Superbuck converter is a high-order topology with continuous current and high efficiency. However, when the main circuit parameters are improperly selected, the right half-plane (RHP) zero-point exists in the small-signal model of the converter, which increases the difficulty of the control system design. In this paper, methods such as increasing the damping loop and optimizing the control loop are used to improve the stability of the converter. The main circuit parameters were analyzed and calculated. The PSIM software was used to analyze the time domain transient, frequency domain characteristics, ripple and parameter scanning of the circuit model with parasitic parameters. The voltage control method was selected and the modules of the control loop were designed. The Bode plot shows that the system is robust enough and stable. In addition, using the CST software to simulate the electromagnetic field distribution of the devices. The simulation results can lay a good foundation for the actual production in the next step. Due to its unique advantages, Superbuck circuit will have broad application prospects in the space power controller unit(PCU).

A tentative diagnosis is a preliminary suspicion of patient status, which is usually made by physicians according to patient narrative right at admission. It largely depends on the experiences and professional knowledge of physicians. We explored a combination model for automatic tentative diagnosis prediction based on clinical narratives. Text features are extracted in two ways. Firstly, the context semantic features are extracted by attention-based bidirectional long-short term memory (BiLSTM) network. Secondly, the symptom concepts recognized from input texts by Metamap and are vectorized by TF-IDF. Two combination strategies are proposed to utilize both two features for one candidate international classification of diseases (ICD) code recommendation: feature vectors combination and prediction results combination. The experiments performed on MIMIC III dataset. Both of the two combination strategies achieved better perfomance, comparing with either of the model based on single type feature.

摘要:
LaNi5 alloy can be utilized to directly store and release hydrogen in mild condition, thus it is considered as a long-term safe and stable solid-state hydrogen storage material. In this work, LaNi5H5 was used as the solid-state hydrogen source in the CO2 methanation reaction. Impressively, the carbon dioxide conversion can be achieved to nearly 100% under 3 MPa mixed gas at 200 degrees C. The microstructure and composition analysis results reveal that the high catalytic activity may originate from the promoted elementary steps over in situ formed metallic Ni nanoparticles during the CO2 methanation process. More importantly, as the lowered reaction temperature prevented the agglomeration of Ni nanoparticles, this catalyst exhibited durable stability with 99% conversion rate of CO2 retained after 400 h cycling test. 摘要:
In the digital main control rooms (MCRs) of nuclear power plants (NPPs), the role and responsibility of operators as well as their communication ways are changed by the digitization of the human-machine interface, which leads to some new team situation awareness (TSA) errors and different error distribution. In order to identify the interaction mechanism among a team during collecting information and consistently understanding the system/component status, an team interaction model is established by field observation, video analysis, operator interview and event report analysis. Furthermore, the model-based TSA error classification is developed and the influencing factors of TSA error are identified. On this basis, a number of human factor event reports are analyzed and combining with statistical analysis to identify the main TSA errors and influencing factors in digital NPPs. It provides theoretical support for the prevention and control of TSA errors.

摘要:
Our previous drain current model for the organic and amorphous InGaZnO thin-film transistors is applied to the amorphous and polycrystalline silicon thin-film transistors. In the drain current model, it is assumed that the trapped carrier concentration is much higher than the free carrier concentration considering both deep trap states and tail trap states in the energy gap of the thin film. The model is valid in both subthreshold and above-threshold regime, and is verified by the available experimental data at different temperatures.

摘要:
This paper focuses on barrier coverage problem in sensor networks which are deployed for uranium tailing border monitoring scenarios. Based on the novel Confident Information Coverage(CIC) model, we define and formulate the Barrier Confident Information Coverage (BCIC) problem and propose a novel Learning automata (LA) theory based strategy to construct barrier confident information coverage paths. Simulation results show the devised strategy can effectively construct barrier paths with minimum nodes and optimize barrier coverage performance.

By monitoring the health and physical quality of college students in real time, we can find the problems and adjust the training plan and training methods. This article designs and implements a student physical health monitoring and management system under Android platform. The requirements analysis, architecture design, outline design, detailed design and implementation of the system are described in detail, and the database design of the system is completed. The details of the interface of the module are determined, the implementation process of key technologies are realized, and the implementation of the extensible framework for the application of the system server and the application of the intelligent terminal are also performed. The tests and analysis results show that the whole system meets the requirements of function and performance, which achieves expected effects.

摘要:
For homeland security applications, it is of high importance to locate radioactive sources. This is usually done using networks of sensors. We developed a technique to obtain the distance between the source and detector using a single detector without knowledge of the source activity. The percentage of detected counts in a radiation detector with energies lower than the photopeak is used to find the distance between the detector and stationary gamma source. This method has been tested using Geant4 simulations for Cs-137, Co-60 and U-235, and experimentally confirmed for Cs-137. A very strong correlation between the true distance and reconstructed distance was found. High and low air pressure simulations were also tested for Cs-137 and found to retain good distance resolution.
