From the perspective of thermodynamics, based on the structural characteristics of the vehicle engine permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) driving cooling system and the principle of heat dissipation, a simplified mathematical model of the cooling system is established. Taking the optimal coolant temperature and system energy consumption optimization at the engine as the research goal, the fuzzy control algorithm is adopted to adjust the speed of the motor-driven cooling fan, and a nonlinear control strategy is introduced for a comparative study.
