摘要:
The emergence exercise is regarded as an efficient way to improve the emergence capability in the emergence management. Evaluating the impact of the emergence exercise on the emergence ability is of interesting and important. In this paper, we take the emergence exercise as a treatment in the observation study. The inverse-probability weights(IPW) based on propensity score is introduced to evaluating the effect of the emergence drilling. The approach and procedure of evaluation are firstly presented, then a demonstrated example is given to explain the performance of the approach.

干扰管理概念(Disrupt ion Management)是由J.Clausen等(2001)提出,目前已广泛应用于企业实践中.在出口企业方面的研究还处于起步阶段,遭遇突发事件干扰的出口企业为了减少所带来的损失,有必要对突发事件如何干扰企业进行研究,以便提出相应的管理手段.本文就是对出口企业遭遇突发事件干扰时,通过对突发事件影响出口企业的干扰路径进行分析,据此为企业构建相应的预警防范系统提供理论依据.

Employee's knowledge sharing is the basis of enterprise's effectively utilizing its knowledge resources. There are few empirical studies about the influences of employees' abilities on their knowledge sharing behaviors. This paper explores the concept of sharing abilities of knowledge owner and examines empirically the influences of knowledge owner's sharing abilities on his sharing behaviors. The results show that the concept construction of sharing abilities has two dimensions: the ability of communication (AC) and the ability of information technology usage (AITU), which have significant positive effects on knowledge owner's sharing behaviors.
