Employee's knowledge sharing is the basis of enterprise's effectively utilizing its knowledge resources. There are few empirical studies about the influences of employees' abilities on their knowledge sharing behaviors. This paper explores the concept of sharing abilities of knowledge owner and examines empirically the influences of knowledge owner's sharing abilities on his sharing behaviors.
