摘要:
Modern risk management philosophy emphasizes the invulnerability of human beings to cope with all kinds of emergencies. The Nuclear Accidents Emergency Response Organization (NAERO) of Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) is the primary body responsible for nuclear accidents emergency response. The invulnerability of the organization to disturbance or attack from internal and external sources is crucial in the completion of its response missions, reduction of severity of accidents, and assurance of public and environmental safety. This paper focused on the NAERO of a certain NPP in China, and applied the complex network theory to construct the network model of the organization. The topological characteristics of the network were analyzed. Four importance evaluation indexes of network nodes including Degree Centrality (DC), Betweeness Centrality (BC), Closeness Centrality (CC) and Eigenvector Centrality (EC), along with Pearson coefficient correlation among the indexes were calculated and analyzed. Size of the Largest Connected Component (LCC) and Network Efficiency were used as measures regarding the invulnerability of the network. Simulation experiments were conducted to assess the invulnerability of network against various attack strategies. These experiments were conducted both in the absence of node protection measures and under protection measures with different node protection rates. This study evaluated the invulnerability of the NAERO network, and provided significant decision-making basis for the enhancement of the network's invulnerability. © 2024 Korean Nuclear Society

Commercially pure titanium (CP–Ti) took advantages of low stiffness, high corrosion resistance and bio-compatibility, implying an ideal structural material in aerospace, military and medical industries. However, its insufficient mechanical properties have always been the long-standing obstacle for the industrial applications. In this work, we have achieved a superior strong and ductile CP-Ti via active atmosphere-assisted selective laser melting (SLM) and subsequent rolling treatment. By incorporating the active N2 atmosphere during SLM, mechanical properties of CP-Ti were substantially improved, microhardness of the lyaers with 10 at.% and 100 at.% was 63 % and 174.3 % higher than that of CP-Ti with 182.3 HV0.2, the compressive strength of 10 sample was 27.1 % higher than that of 10 L sample when the strain was 52.2 %, and ultimate tensile strength of 10 sample reached 928 MPa with an elongation of 25.6 %, and ultimate tensile strength and elongation of 10 L sample were enhanced simultaneously by 58.3 % and 13.6 % relative to CP-Ti sample. These were attributed to the interstitial strengthening induced by N atoms. After rolling treatment, the mechanical properties of N-doping layers could enhance furtherly. Macroscale cracking along the rolling direction never occur in the 10 L sample during the repeatedly rolling treatment, which could depend to high tolerability of sandwich layers for high-density dislocations. Meanwhile, rolling treatment played an important role for refining grain to enhance the strength further. © 2024 The Authors

The high cracking susceptibility is the major obstacle to the wide application of high γ′-phase nickel-based superalloys in additive manufacturing. It is especially important to explore the effects of alloying elements during the nickel-based superalloys and establish a new alloy design criterion. In this work, a new nickel-based superalloys with crack-free and low porosity was fabricated by adjusting the content of solid-solution and precipitating elements of Inconel 738LC (IN738LC) alloy utilizing laser directed energy deposition (LDED) technology, achieving an increase in strength and ductility simultaneously. The newly developed nickel-based superalloys maintain a high content of γ′-phase and display substantial fine bulk MC carbides, resulting in higher strength (UTS: 1461 MPa, YS: 1105 MPa) and elongation (EL: 12.9%). After heat treatment, extensive long-stripes of M23C6 carbides were detected in the IN738LC sample, which led to poor tensile properties at high temperature (900 °C). However, due to the finer γ′ phase uniformly distributed in the matrix, the developed new nickel-based superalloys exhibits optimal tensile properties (UTS: 593 MPa, YS: 475 MPa) and ductility (9.4%) at 900 °C. This approach can provide guidance for the design of high γ′-phase nickel-based superalloys for additive manufacturing starting from elemental powders. © 2024

A series of heterostructured materials with variable ratio of 316 powders in 18Ni300 powders were prepared by laser melting deposition (LMD). The microstructural evolution and its influence on tensile features were explored before/after aging treatment or solution-aging treatment. The results indicated that the fraction of γ phase was increased gradually with increasing 316SS, and dislocation caused by the deformation could be migrated and annihilated within the region of γ phase, second phase strengthening could contribute to excellent elongation for 18Ni300 maraging steel. The elongation of the AF4 sample was 235.2% higher than that of the AF0 sample when a 37.5% reduction in the ultimate tensile strength occurred. In addition, thermal stress could exist in the as-cladded sample, an appropriate heat treatment could release the thermal stress and precipitate nanoscale intermetallic compound. Their synergistic effect could contribute to overcoming the strength-elongation trade-off. A relatively ideal sample, a discontinuous γ phase surrounded by α phase, which displayed high strength of 1678.4 MPa with high elongation of 10.9% after solution-aging treatment. Compared with laser cladded 18Ni300 maraging steel, a 41.7% increment in the elongation was obtained at the cost of 11.3% reduction in ultimate tensile strength. © 2023 The Author(s)

镍基高温合金是航空航天等领域不可或缺的材料,是高温合金材料优化研究的热点,其合金成分复杂,关键合金元素对其性能的影响显著。先进的激光熔覆技术对镍基高温合金涂层的发展有重要的推动作用。在简要给出激光熔覆技术发展现状的基础上概述了镍基高温合金的研究进展,系统梳理了Co、Al、Cr、Ta、W、Re、Ru、Zr、Fe等金属元素以及Si、C、B等非金属元素以及陶瓷颗粒VC、B4C、WC、TiC、Y2O3等对镍基高温合金力学性能及显微组织的影响。指出了镍基高温合金在当前研究发展中的困扰和仍需关注的问题,最后对镍基高温合金将来的发展进行了展望。

In order to minimize the gaps between the direct laser deposition channels and improve the quality and performance of the formed parts, the process of direct laser deposition is utilized in laser additive manufacturing to create sequential, single- and double-channel deposition layers on 304 stainless steel plates. Under the premise of keeping the layer rate and defocusing amount unchanged, this study investigates the effects of laser power, scanning speed, and powder feeding rate on the morphology and inclusions of single- and double-channel deposited layers. The aim is to determine the optimal process parameter values for direct laser deposition of single-layer, single-channel Inconel 738. The effects of the three process parameters on the response values were investigated using a multi-factor, multi-level experimental design. The evaluation indexes for the analysis included the deposited layer wetting angle and aspect ratio. The analysis involved one-way extreme analysis and ANOVA analysis. The optimal process parameters are a laser power of 550 similar to 750 W, a scanning speed of 7 similar to 13 mm/s, and the powder feeding rate was 2.1 similar to 4.33 g/min. At the same time, the relationship between surface tension and gravity was integrated with the spherical coronal model and Young's equation to develop a mathematical model of the direct laser deposition process at a theoretical level. The mathematical model of the direct laser deposition process was utilized to analyze the correlation between the geometric parameters of the cross-section of the deposited layer. This analysis provides a valuable data reference for future Inconel 738 direct laser deposition.

IN 625 is one of the most widely used nickel-based high-temperature alloys. However, the unstable high-temperature mechanical properties of IN625 and the difficulty of processing complex parts have limited its wider application. This work fabricated IN625 coatings with Co/TiAl (1.25, 1.55, and 1.85) on 304SS using laser melting deposition technology, with excellent high-temperature mechanical properties. The effects of Co/TiAl on the microstructure and properties of the laser-cladded resulting coatings have been carefully investigated. Compared to the IN625 coating, the addition of Co, Ti, and Al to the IN625 laser cladding coating significantly enhances its hardness and strength at room temperature, while reducing the elongation rate sharply. After heat treatment (900 °C × 10 h + 850 °C × 2 h), the hardness of the IN625 coating decreases, while the hardness of the IN625 laser cladding coating with added Co, Ti, and Al significantly increases. At a temperature of 850 °C, the yield strength and elongation rate of the IN625 laser cladding coating with Co, Ti, and Al additives exhibit an increasing-then-decreasing trend as the Co/TiAl ratio rises. The results exhibited that the coating had excellent high-temperature mechanical properties when the Co/TiAl is 1.55, and its hardness, tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation rate are 48.62 HRC, 735 Map, 665 MPa, and 11.3%, respectively. © 2023 by the authors.

Fe50Mn30Co10Cr10 high entropy alloy (HEA) can be considered as a candidate structural and functional material, but the early failure during friction with heavy load can limit its more extensive applications. In this paper, a series of tungsten carbide particle reinforced Fe50Mn30Co10Cr10 HEAs were fabricated by laser cladding technique, the influence of tungsten carbide content on microstructure, mechanical properties and tribological behaviors were explored systematically. The results indicated that the dissolution and diffusion of tungsten carbide could contribute to a wettability between tungsten carbide and HEA matrix, and grain refinement was caused by increasing tungsten carbide. The UTS and EL of the P10 sample are increased by simultaneously by 26.8% and 31.1% compared with UTS of 696 MPa and EL of 15.1% for P5 sample. UTS and EL were enhanced simultaneously owing to fine-grained strengthening and nanoscale precipitate strengthening. But higher content of tungsten carbide could cause lower elongation owing to the embrittlement of the materials. Just as this, Rockwell hardness and friction coefficient has an increasing trend with increasing tungsten carbide when an opposite trend exists in volume wear rate. It can indicate that hardness is a more important factor for wear resistance, and excellent wear resistance with 1.25 × 10−5 mm3/(N·m) appear in higher-content WCp reinforced HEA composite. Furthermore, wear mechanism is transformed from abrasive wear in low-content tungsten carbide to adhesive wear in high-content tungsten carbide. © 2023 Elsevier Inc.

为了提高40CrNiMo钢基体的力学性能,采用1000 W光纤激光器在40CrNiMo钢基体表面上制备铁基熔覆层.分别采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)、万能试验机、显微硬度计等分析测试手段对涂层进行分析.结果表明:制备的涂层表面平整,基体与熔覆层之间存在明显的过渡区域,结合界面无气孔、裂纹等缺陷,与基体形成了较好的冶金结合.熔覆层显微组织由马氏体和少量的M23C6碳化物组成,基体与熔覆层之间的过渡区域主要以细小的等轴晶为主,熔覆层中部则以柱状晶和少量的树枝晶为主.熔覆层性能优异,相对于基体的抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别提高了21.4%、22.9%和16.7%,显微硬度为415~450 HV0.2,均优于40CrNiMo钢.

激光熔覆马氏体钢涂层组织与性能研究

摘要:
为了制备出低成本且力学性能优异的马氏体钢涂层,基于激光熔覆技术设计了一种新型马氏体钢粉末,并利用激光熔覆工艺采用XL-F1000型1000W连续光纤激光器(continuous wave fiber laser)将该粉末在Q235普通碳素结构钢基材上制备了马氏体钢合金涂层。并通过X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、材料万能试验机、维氏显微硬度计等测试手段对涂层的综合性能进行了检测分析以期能为工程实际应用提供一定的参考。结果表明:所制备的马氏体钢涂层光洁无裂纹、夹渣、气孔等缺陷,且综合力学性能优异,210℃热处理2 h后涂层组织主要为马氏体和M23C6,室温下原始态试样抗拉强度为(1475±20)MPa,原始态试样延伸率较差为脆性断裂,经过210℃回火处理2 h后,试样的抗拉强度可达到(1755±15)MPa,其屈服强度为(1125±15)MPa,断后延伸率为(10.5±1.5)%,原始态试样平均显微硬度为493HV0.2,经过210℃热处理2 h后其平均显微硬度略微下降至482HV0.2。回火后的试样能够在保持高强度的同时也有较好的塑性,具有优异的综合力学性能。

<jats:p>High-entropy alloys (HEAs) have excellent properties of high strength–ductility, thermal stability, corrosion resistance, etc. HEAs can be considered as one of the most interesting structural or functional candidate materials and have been extensively studied based on different multiple elements in the past decades. However, the previous works focus mainly on overcoming strength–ductility trade-off. In this study, a series of WCp-reinforced FeCrMnCo<jats:sub><jats:italic>x</jats:italic></jats:sub> (<jats:italic>x</jats:italic> values in atomic ratio, <jats:italic>x</jats:italic> = 0, 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10at.%) HEAs are fabricated to investigate the influence of Co on the microstructures, microhardness, cracking behavior, and wear resistance. The results indicate that γ phase (fcc structure) can be formed in the designed HEA with a small amount of α phase (bcc structure). Stress can result in cracking initiation owing to the formation of lattice distortion caused by the decomposition and diffusion of WC into the matrix, and the cracking phenomenon is more serious when Co content is decreased gradually. In addition, microhardness is also increased gradually with the decrease in Co content, and the maximum microhardness reaches 680 HV for the 0–2 sample without Co. Furthermore, excellent wear resistance of the designed materials can be attributed mainly to hardness rather than friction coefficient. A conspicuous monotonic decrease in the wear rate is discovered with a monotonic increase in microhardness, adhesive wear mechanism appears mainly in the samples with higher Co content, and the wear mechanism is transformed gradually from a typical adhesive wear mechanism to an abrasive wear mechanism with the reduction in Co content.</jats:p>

基于分层变扫描路径法修复薄壁缺口缺陷

为了修复金属薄壁的缺口缺陷,首先分析调查激光金属直接成形工艺的加工参数对单道沉积层的几何参数的影响规律,采用控制变量法进行单轨道熔覆成形实验,利用光学影像仪检测单道沉积层的水平方向宽度值与竖直方向高度值,选用线性回归的数学方法获得激光功率与单道沉积层几何参数值的数学关系式,以及激光头运动速度与单轨道几何参数的数学表达式。采用水平分层、分层变扫描路径法在薄壁缺口处激光金属直接成形上表面平整的修复层,成功修复金属薄壁的缺口缺陷。检测数据表明,单道沉积层的水平方向宽度值主要由激光的功率决定;单道沉积层的竖直方向高度值主要取决于激光头运动速度;修复层与薄壁缺口缺陷实现良好的冶金结合,且修复层的顶面基本平整;最大尺寸误差为0.015 mm。

摘要:
采用500 W光纤激光器制备了Fe基合金涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、材料万能试验机、维氏显微硬度计、电化学工作站分析测试手段对涂层的综合性能进行分析。结果表明:所制备的Fe基涂层性能优异,抗拉强度为(1040±20)MPa,屈服强度为(430±15)MPa,断后伸长率为(24±2)%,显微硬度为298~322 HV0.2,其腐蚀电压为-0.236 V,自腐蚀电流密度为5.855×10-6A/cm2,腐蚀速率为0.046 mm/a。

液态GaIn合金对铜的腐蚀机理与防腐蚀技术研究

摘要:
为了提高Cu耐GaIn合金腐蚀的性能,采用多弧离子镀在纯Cu表面溅射Cr涂层和Al涂层。再利用原位反应和溶胶凝胶法制备出Cr/Cr_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合涂层、Cr/CrN/SiO_(2)复合涂层以及Al/Al_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)复合涂层,将样品置于60℃和200℃的GaIn合金中进行腐蚀试验。GaIn合金会对Cu样表面造成严重的点状腐蚀,但在腐蚀过程中铜镓金属间化合物会附着在铜样表面,从而降低GaIn合金对铜块的腐蚀速率。GaIn合金会对Al/Al_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层造成严重的腐蚀,使涂层大面积剥落。Cr/CrN/SiO_(2)涂层在GaIn合金中较为稳定,腐蚀程度低,但最外层的SiO_(2)出现开裂和剥落。Cr/Cr_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层在GaIn合金中无明显腐蚀现象。随着腐蚀温度的升高,GaIn合金对样品的腐蚀速率也会有所提高。Cu在200℃时的腐蚀速率是在60℃时的269倍以上,黏附在Cu表面的腐蚀产物主要为CuGa 2。Cr/Cr_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层抗GaIn合金腐蚀性能最好,Cr/Cr_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)涂层在200℃的GaIn合金中腐蚀速率为0.0495μm/h,且对Cu的热导率影响在1%左右。

铅铋共晶合金(LBE)是加速器驱动次临界系统(ADS)的散裂靶材及冷却剂的重要候选材料,也是第四代核能系统(GenⅣ)铅冷快堆(LFR)冷却剂的首选材料。然而,当作为结构材料的不锈钢与液态LBE接触时会发生严重的腐蚀现象。文中全面综述了国内外LBE对不锈钢材料腐蚀及涂层防腐方面的研究进展,重点综述了材料成分、氧含量、温度、腐蚀时间、相对流速等因素对液态LBE与不锈钢材料相容性的影响。同时,指出了目前在液态LBE中不锈钢材料腐蚀防护方面存在的主要问题及今后的发展方向。

摘要:
Large-grain-sized polycrystalline diamond films are fabricated by electron assisted chemical vapor deposition. A pure SP3 carbon bond in the cubic lattice structure is confirmed by Raman spectrum analysis. The grain size is on the order of several hundreds of mu m or larger. Interlaced-finger electrodes are imprinted onto a 6 x 6 mm(2) x 500 mu m film to fabricate the x-ray detector. The width of every finger is 25 mu m, and the distance between nearby fingers is 25 mu m. Strong x ray irradiates when a pulsed current flows through a double-layer nested tungsten wire array in the Z-pinch. This diamond detector now works as one of the main x-ray detectors for the Z-pinch device. The diamond detector is calibrated using a plastic scintillator. The comparison between the signal measured by these two methods confirms that the large-grain-sized polycrystalline diamond is a good candidate for the detection of nanosecond pulsed x ray.
