The effect of Al content on the high temperature oxidation resistance of Cr-Al coating is investigated. The amount of Al element which is most suitable for Cr-Al coating is obtained. 4~6 μm chromium aluminum is prepared on the surface of zirconium alloy by magnetron sputtering deposition technique.
