The stainless steel powder containing 2%~2.5%,5%~5.5%and 8%~8.5%(mass fraction)molybdenum was deposited on the substrate by laser rapid prototyping.The hardness and tensile strength are measured by rockwell hardness tester and universal testing machine.The results showed that with the increase of molybdenum content,the content of austenite(AR)in the cladding layer of laser rapid prototyping sample gradually increased,the average grain size is gradually decreased.When the molybdenum content increased from 2.3%to 5.2%,the hardness and tensile strength of the samples increased gradually.When the ...
