摘要:
AIM: To study the protective effects of Ginkgo biloba extract (GbE) against endothelial cell damage induced by lysophosphatidylcholine (LPC). METHODS: The vasorelaxation response to acetylcholine (ACh) were investigated in the isolated rabbit thoracic aorta. Lipid peroxidation products were determined by measuring thiobarbituric acid reactive substance. RESULTS: GbE attenuated the inhibition of vasorelaxation response to ACh and prevented the LPC-induced increase of malondialdehyde (MDA) content both in thoracic aortae. GbE prevented the leakage of LDH and the increase of MDA content in cultured endothelial cells in a concentration-dependent manner. GbE also markedly increased epoprostenol level in cultured endothelial cells treated with LPC. CONCLUSION: GbE protected endothelial cells against LPC-induced damage due to reduction in lipid peroxidation and facilitation of synthesis and/or release of eposprostenol.

由一氧化氮和超氧阴离子迅速反应生成的过亚硝酸根 (ONOO- )是一种强细胞毒性物质 .使含酚基物质如酪氨酸等硝化 ,是过亚硝酸根损伤生物系统的重要途径之一 .研究了柠檬酸铁和草酸铁对过亚硝酸根硝化酪氨酸反应的影响 .在生理 pH条件下柠檬酸铁和草酸铁对硝化反应无影响 .在弱酸性条件下柠檬酸铁和草酸铁可催化硝化反应 .对 pH影响铁配合物在硝化反应中的催化活性的原因进行了讨论 .

摘要:
目的:探讨绞股蓝总皂甙对淋巴细胞转化和NDA多聚酶Ⅱ活性的影响. 方法:采用C_(67)BL/6J和BALB/c小鼠淋巴细胞混合培养及淋巴细胞转化实验,按[~3H]TdR和TTP掺入法检测DNA合成和DNA多聚酶Ⅱ活性. 结果:小剂量Gyp(2.5—20 mg L~(-1))促进淋巴细胞转化,并提高DNA多聚酶Ⅱ活性,促进淋巴细胞DNA合成,而大剂量Gyp(>40 mgL~(-1))则呈相反作用. 结论:Gyp能通过调节DNA多聚酶Ⅱ活性调控淋巴细胞转化.

摘要:
采用空斑减数试验与产量减数试验对芒果甙体外抗HSV-2作用的研究表明,Man抑制50%空斑形成的有效浓度(EC50)为111.7μg·ml^-1,使病毒产量减少90%和99%的有效浓度(EC90和EC99)分别为33和80μg·ml^-1,治疗指数(IC50/EC50)为8.1。药物加入和去除试验结果提示Man抗HSV-2作用的机制可能是抑制病毒在细胞内复制的晚期。

摘要:
The vascular supply to the distal part of sartorius m. was studied in 37 limbs by dissection under magnification and after black ink and latex injections. The muscle or myocutaneous island flap pedicled on the saphenous artery (SA) is supplied by a retrograde circulation through anastomoses of the SA with the perforating branches of the posterior tibial artery and the medial inferior genicular artery. Three different vascular patterns were defined. Retrograde injection also showed good perfusion of the SA. The flap is useful for covering around the knee, the proximal and middle thirds of the lower leg, and the end of the amputation stump. Raising of the flap has not resulted in any functional or cosmetic defect. Eighteen operations have so far been performed, six using the muscle island flap and twelve using the myocutaneous island flap, and all survived completely. © 1993 Springer-Verlag.

摘要:
The distribution of succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) activity and the changes of SDH activity after injection of gentamicin (GM) were observed in the organ of Corti using non-decalcified frozen sections of the guinea pig's cochlea. The distribution of SDH activity was found to increase from the apex to the basal turn. At each turn, SDH activity of the inner hair cells, the inner supporting cells and the nerve endings surrounding the supporting cell and on the hair cells presented a greater activity than that found in the outer hair cells, adjacent Deiter's cells and associated nerve endings. It was further observed that GM had a greater effect on SDH activity in the basal turn than the other turns. At each turn, a more sensitive area of response to GM was found on the nerve endings one each hair cell, especially on the outer hair cells of the basal turn. © 1991 Springer-Verlag.

摘要:
We have developed a technique for sectioning temporal bones and have studied non-decalcified frozen guinea pig cochleas to localize succinic dehydrogenases. The technique is simple and practicable. The 6μm sections used preserve both fine cochlear structure and satisfactory histochemical localization for identifying the succinic dehydrogenases. The technique can also be extended to immunological test, detecting transmitters and investigating enzymes in the cochlea. © 1990 Springer-Verlag.
