摘要:
The shield method is widely used in underwater tunnel construction. However, the shield construction process faces many uncertain risk factors that increase the level of safety risk during shield tunnel construction. Therefore, risk assessment has become a necessary task in the early stages of tunnel construction. In this study, a new risk assessment model for underwater shield tunnel construction is proposed that combines a normal cloud model with an entropy weight method. The model contains 20 assessment indexes and gives the range of each index corresponding to different risk levels, which comprehensively reflects the influencing factors of risk. By using a normal cloud model, the fuzziness and randomness of risk assessment data are taken into account effectively, and the reliability of assessment results is increased. Based on an entropy weight method, the rules and characteristics of the evaluation data in the model are considered, and the weight coefficient of the evaluation index is determined to avoid the subjectivity of the expert weight method. The risk assessment model is applied using the Xiangjiang shield tunnel as an example. The results show that the overall construction risk level of the Xiangjiang tunnel is level II, which is consistent with the site risk situation and shows that the model can objectively and accurately evaluate the construction risk level of an underwater shield tunnel. © 2020, Indian Academy of Sciences.

This research inclines to study the ramification on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF), including Glomusclaroideum (G. claroideum) and G. mosseae strains as well as the repair process of perennial ryegrass (Lolium perenne L.) in the uranium-containing soils. Three times at 120 degrees C for an hour was required to disinfect the soil mixture. Spraying the uranium (U3O8) into the soil mixture and mixing until the ingredients were thoroughly blended,serving the purpose of obtaining the uranium-containing soil mixture with 5 mg/kg U3O8. A week later, AMF was inoculated into every flowerpot and chamber facility. Seeds of perennial ryegrass were cultivated with thirty seeds in each flowerpot or each indoor equipment in a fortnight's time.Perennial ryegrass plants tended to be harvested after sowing and meeting the conditions of 60 days.Three substances are detected by three different detection means(Photosynthetic pigments, soluble proteins, and malondialdehyde correspond to ethanol extraction method, Coomassie brilliant blue method, and thiobarbituric acid method, respectively). Additionally,testing included activities of alkaline phosphatase and succinate dehydrogenase as well. Moreover, Hitachi H-7650 transmission electron microscope performed the function of observing cellular and subcellular distributions of uranium in plant epidermal cells.Photosynthetic pigment standards of perennial ryegrass are subject to AMF,which not only has a tendency to enhance the soluble protein levels in perennial ryegrass,but also gains the possibility of holding up the uranium-induced improvement of malondialdehyde levels in perennial ryegrass. G. mosseaes is properly more efficacious than G. claroideum in the attenuation of uranium damages in cell structures of perennial ryegrass. Our results demonstrate that AMF is capable of developing the capacity of perennial ryegrass on repairing the uranium-related soil contamination.

摘要:
为处理放射性含铀废水,以铝污泥作为吸附剂进行吸附。采用静态吸附法,通过改变pH、投加量、铀溶液初始浓度、反应时间、共存离子等因素,分析其对吸附的影响,并使用等温吸附模型和动力学方程拟合实验数据。结果表明,铝污泥对铀的吸附适合弱酸性含铀废水,当铀的初始浓度为20 mg/L、pH = 4、投加量为0.8 g/L、反应时间100 min时,吸附效果最好。通过等温吸附模型和动力学方程对数据的拟合,推出铝污泥对铀的吸附为化学多层吸附。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱分析(EDS)、傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对吸附前后的铝污泥进行表征,结果显示吸附反应主要有与官能团的络合反应及离子交换的化学反应。

为探究高温作业防护服隔热效果,建立内部恒温型假人皮肤表层温度与外界高温环境之间热防护服三层织物材料和空气层的热传递数学模型,根据材料间的传热方式,进一步确立各阶段温度分布方程,利用分离变量法通过模型优化最终得出各材料不同位置的温度分布,与实际数据拟合比对结果基本一致,表明该模型适用于耐热防护服材料温度变化分布。

摘要:
锚索+SMW工法是软土深基坑的一种新型支护形式,具有广阔的应用前景。为了深入研究该支护形式的工作性状,以济南市某深基坑工程为例,考虑降水对基坑安全的不利影响,应用多物理场耦合软件COMSOL Multiphysics,采用稳定渗流场-应力场耦合的方法,建立二维有限元数值模型,系统地研究了基坑内坑底隆起量、基坑外地表沉降量及SMW工法桩的水平位移量等基坑变形特征。计算结果与工程实际监测数据吻合良好,很好地反映了基坑及周边建筑物的实际变形情况。研究成果对于深入认识锚索+SMW工法作用机理、促进其在软土深基坑中的工程应用具有重要意义。

地面吹干机气膜气流特性研究

摘要:
以带有科恩达曲面的地面吹干机为研究对象,采用CFD技术数值模拟了诱导风速变化,以及侧板高出科恩达曲面距离的不同对地面吹干机气膜形成及气流特性的影响规律。模拟结果表明,随着诱导风速增大,流场内的速度等值面沿X轴正向发展得越远,覆盖范围越大。诱导风速20 m/s,25 m/s和30 m/s风量利用率接近,可根据需求采用不同诱导风速。随着侧板较科恩达曲面高出距离的增至8.4 mm,地面吹干机尾翼两侧卷吸现象逐渐减弱,气膜效果好,但当此段距离增至8.4 mm后,气膜效果随距离的增大无明显变化。

摘要:
对采用置换通风的厂房在不同送风口形式下的气流组织特性进行数值模拟,分析送风量对厂房内温度场、速度场、污染物浓度场的影响。结果表明:矩形送风口在下部单向流动区会产生较大温差,造成人体不舒适感,在上部混合区温度分布均匀,送风速度与平均温度呈负线性相关。圆柱形送风筒能较好满足舒适要求,在热源附近温度梯度大,送风速度较大的情况下室内温度分布趋于平稳,较矩形送风口除热效果更好。圆柱形送风筒排污效果更稳定,30分钟左右甲醛浓度分布均匀。矩形进料口具有较高的污染物去除效率,可广泛用于医院等高空气洁净度较高的工厂。

摘要:
An air-source thermoelectric heat pump (AS-THP) system is proposed in the present work, and it actively exploits ambient air source energy serving for cold air delivery and hot water supply simultaneously. A mathematical model, combining thermoelectric theory and the effectiveness-number of transfer units (ε-NTU), is firstly conducted to predict the performance of AS-THP system. Subsequently, the effects of thermoelectric input current, inlet air/water temperatures, thermal conductance, mass flow rate in both cold and hot sides, and the number of thermoelectric coolers on the performance of AS-THP system are sensitively investigated. Modeling results demonstrate that the thermal conductance and specific heat allocations in heat exchanger hot and cold sides could put heavy effects on the total cooling capacity (Qc,all), coefficient of performance (COP), outlet water temperature (Tc,out) and outlet air temperature (Th,out). Further modeling on the thermal parameters in both sides has shown that overall efficiency of AS-THP system could be achieved to nearly 90%. Also, with the increase of unit number, the cooling load for each thermoelectric unit would be reduced while the input power increases inversely. Present research could be beneficial for extensive utilization of thermoelectric heat pump in daily life by the use of ambient air source energy.

In order to investigate the dynamic compression characteristics of magnetite concrete under impact load, the large-diameter Φ100mm Hopkinson pressure bar test device was used to test the impact compression of magnetite concrete specimens under different strain rates, whose the experimental results were valid and consistent, and the stress-strain curves of magnetite concrete were obtained at different strain rates. The results show that: (1)the stress-strain relationship of magnetite concrete materials is nonlinear; (2)that magnetite concrete materials are obvious rate sensitive materials, whose strain rate sensitivity is lower than that of plain concrete, and the compressive strength of concrete increasing with the strain rate's increasing; (3)the failure pattern of specimen appears the splitting damage at low strain rate and the block destroy at high strain rate. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

铅锌尾矿砂混凝土对伽马射线屏蔽性能影响的研究

摘要:
按0%、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%的比例以铅锌尾矿砂替代普通河砂,制备铅锌尾矿砂混凝土。对铅锌尾矿砂混凝土进行伽马射线屏蔽性能测试以及坍落度、抗压强度等试验,并与普通混凝土进行比较。试验结果表明:随着尾矿砂掺量的增加,伽马射线吸收系数μ逐渐增大,屏蔽性能更好,而坍落度有所下降,掺量增加到80%、100%时,坍落度的变化较大;同普通混凝土相比,用铅锌尾矿砂制备的混凝土强度会随着尾矿砂掺量的增加而降低,且幅度较大。

引入FLUS模型,利用城市总体规划中规定的建设用地规模作为城市增长规模的阈值,模拟了基准、生态保护两种情景下衡阳市中心城区建设用地的扩张.结果表明:(1)FLUS模型模拟结果的Kappa系数达到0.87,总体精度达到97.25%,Fom系数达到达到0.171,说明FLUS模型模拟结果较为理想.(2)未来中心城区的扩张主要表现为以城市为中心的圈层式蔓延扩张和沿道路、河流两侧的轴向扩张,而且具有明显的各向异性.基准情景下雁峰区、蒸湘区、珠晖区和石鼓区的新增建设用地分别为17.75km2、27.00km2、36.71km2、17.99km2,城市呈摊大饼发展;生态保护情景下雁峰区、蒸湘区、珠晖区和石鼓区的新增建设用地分别为14.56km2、26.93km2、35.72km2、22.23km2,城市发展较为分散,在雁峰区和珠晖区形成较多空洞地区.(3)由于本次城市模拟默认城市扩张不发生在水体上,故两种情景下无水域转变为城市用地.两种情景下新增用地主要来源于对耕地的侵占,其次为林地和其他建设用地;生态保护情景下,作为重要生态用地的林地得到更多的保护,但会加大占用其他土地类型以满足城市扩张的需要.(4)随着新型城镇化的推进,未来衡阳市中心城区在发展过程中需要控制人口合理增长,构建合理的生态红线,强化城市生态管理的水平.

Continuous biological removal of selenate in the presence of cadmium and zinc in UASB reactors at psychrophilic and mesophilic conditions

摘要:
This study investigated the continuous biological removal of selenate [Se(VI)] in the presence of cadmium [Cd(II)] and zinc [Zn(II)] by anaerobic granular sludge in two upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) reactors operating under psychrophilic (17.5 ± 0.4 ℃) and mesophilic (30 ± 0.5 ℃) conditions for 42 and 74 days, respectively. Se(VI) and total selenium (Se) removal efficiencies reached, respectively, 99.6% and 95.0% in the UASB reactor operating at psychrophilic conditions. Cd(II) and Zn(II) removal efficiencies by the mesophilic UASB reactor reached, respectively, 99.2% and 96.2%. In the presence of Cd and/or Zn in the influent, both Se(VI) and total Se had a higher removal efficiency than when solely feeding Se(VI), both at 17.5 ℃ and 30 ℃. The lactate removal rates of the UASB reactors amounted to 1.0–1.2 mM/h. The mass balance showed 64.8%–79.5% of the supplied Se was entrapped in the biomass at the end of the experiment. The polysaccharides and protein concentrations of the extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) increased ∼3 to 5 times upon heavy metal exposure. A dramatic change in the microbial community occurred in the UASB reactors during long term operation. This study showed that UASB reactors have desirable Se(VI), Cd(II) and Zn(II) removal efficiencies both at 17.5 and 30 ℃. © 2018 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
Sulfate-reducing granular sludge was used for uranium-contaminated wastewater treatment and the responsible microbial community was analyzed. Four feedings, with 6 days for every feeding and 20 mg/L initial uranium, were provided at 27.5 (±2.5) oC. After the four feedings, a uranium removal efficiency of 94% was obtained. Environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) showed that short rod bacteria were the dominant microorganisms in the granular sludge. X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) confirmed the presence of uranium on the granular surface. High-throughput sequencing was carried out for analyzing the bacterial diversity and community structure. The total data set comprised 8,290 high quality sequences, which could be divided into 605 operational taxonomic units (OTUs). The library coverage was 0.96 and the alpha diversity indices of ACE, Chao1, Shannon and Simpson were 2,255.40, 1,346.12, 4.03 and 0.05, respectively. There were 13 bacterial genera present with a ratio of more than 1% of the total 124 genera, among which Desulfovibrio (16.48%), Clostridium IV (9.29%), Bacteroides (3.46%) and Citrobacter (1.41%) were assumed as the functional bacteria, with a cumulative proportion of 30.64% of the total bacterial population. The results provide insights into the bacterial community of sulfate-reducing granular sludge exposed to high concentrations of uranium (20 mg/L). © IWA Publishing 2019

摘要:
A drop hammer impact test on jointed rock masses is carried out in this study. According to the analysis of the effect of different joints on the strength, the deformation and the damage of jointed rock masses, the law of the mechanical properties and crack propagation of jointed rock masses is observed under impact load. First, when the dip angle and the number of the joint are greater, the dynamic bearing capacity of rock masses will be weaker. Meanwhile the deformation and the damage of rock masses will increase. Then, when the impact load is small, the dynamic compression deformation of jointed rock mass is mainly due to the normal closure of joints. After the impact load increased, more microcracks are produced around the joints. These cracks will gradually spread along the joints and finally lead to the damage of jointed rock masses. Besides, the joint can increase the stress waves energy dissipation and weaken the propagation of the stress waves in the rock mass. The study provides a reference for the dynamic analysis of fractured rock masses and the excavation support of surrounding rock mass in deep mining of mines. © 2019, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

作为城市环境中的一部分,高校入口空间不仅是整个校园的肇始和开端,还是城市空间的枢纽与点缀.本文以南华大学雨母校区入口空间设计为例,通过对大门前广场和大门建筑主体两方面进行分析,主要从用地的地势地貌、前广场的内向性与外在性、活动场地的场所感与人性化以及大门建筑主体的穿行功能、安全功能和文化功能等方面加以探索.思考了新校区入口空间如何在场所的适应性与文化的标识性等方面满足人的基本需求并与老校区产生联系.利用当代空间环境设计的创作理念与设计手法,塑造出新环境中的高校入口空间.

摘要:
Polyethyleneimine (PEI)/graphene oxide (GO) was synthesized through a self-assembly method with the formation of the amide group –CONH– between –NH 2 on PEI and –COOH on GO. The formation was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The oxygen- and nitrogen-containing functional groups of PEI/GO were involved in the adsorption of U(VI), as determined under the FT-IR and XPS analyses of PEI/GO and U(VI)-adsorbed PEI/GO. The pH, contact times, and initial concentration, which are the factors influencing the removal of U(VI), were investigated. The adsorption of U(VI) onto PEI/GO was fitted well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm model. The maximum sorption capacities of U(VI) on PEI/GO (145.14 mg·g −1 ) at pH = 7 and T = 303 K were higher than that of U(VI) on GO (94.61 mg·g −1 ). This study provides a novel and simple method for synthesizing GO derivatives with efficient adsorption performances of U(VI) from aqueous solution. © 2018
