摘要:
To improve the steady state efficiency of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor system(IPMSM), the intelligent integrated online optimal control strategy of IPMSM efficiency optimization was presented. The intelligent integrated control technology and torque compensation method were combined to the system. The method of adaptive fuzzy logic to adjust direct-axis current was adopted in the first half search, using the adaptive step size to reduce the torque fluctuations. The golden section search method was adopted in the next half search to speed up the search process and improve its convergence. While in the whole process, the torque correction program was introduced to compensate the torque current in real-time and resolve the torque pulsation problem in the regulation process of the excitation current. The dynamic and static performances of the system are improved. A 100kW IPMSM efficiency optimization intelligent integrated control system was implemented using a TMS320LF2407A DSP. Experimental results prove the validity of the proposed strategy.

The roundness and surface roughness are important quality performances for machined round parts. In order to get the best quality performance by less experiment search for optimum parameters, an orthogonal array was used for the experimental design, optimal machining parameters were determined by the grey relational grade obtained from the grey relational analysis, and the main machining parameters that affect the machining performance can be found by the difference between the maximum and minimum value of the grey relational grade of the machining parameters. Experimental results have shown that the roundness and surface roughness of machined round parts can be improved effectively by the proposed approach.

摘要:
Based on synthesizing most sorts of phase/frequency locking mechanisims respectively shown in different conventional all digital phase-locked loop (all DPLL) systems, a novel all DPLL, which is with higher performances on wideband frequency tracking and also possesses a balance mechanisim for improving system performance on noise reduction as well as shortening time for arriving at a synchronous state, is proposed. The system has a parameters adaptation enginery, which ensures the synchronization of the phase/frequency of the output signal with that of input when a wide range of variance in phase/frequency of input signal occurs. The system is designed by using Very-High-Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language (VHDL) and implemented on a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) chip. And the simulation and experimental results show that the system possesses good robustness property, for it will return to its stable state within 4 clock cycles if input signal gives a frequency jump from 400 KHz to 160 KHz. Besides, it also takes on excellent performance on noise reduction. In a word, the system is characteristic of its simple circuit structure, excellent adaptation and robustness properties, and it is prone to system integration and thus can be packed as an IP core for SoC applications.

Based on analysing the factors that cause torque ripple and analysing the nonzero demagnetism/in magnetism component in stator current for the typical direct torque control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, this paper presents a novel control system which directly controls the magnetizing component of the stator current with two-level bang-bang controller.The improvement eliminated the component which in the stator current did not hope, enhanced the exchange transmission system efficiency. It is simple and easy to implement. The simulation results indicate static and dynamic performance of the new system is improved and torque ripple is decreased, simultaneously still retains the better control performance and higher efficiency than the typical direct torque control system.

Nuclear pulse is directly related to the radiation intensity but influenced by statistical fluctuation. Because most available rate-meters have complex structure of circuits, we introduce a chip-microcomputer-based nuclear count rate measuring system which is easily incorporated into isotope gauges for measurement on level, density, thickness, etc. To make continuous measurement of the count rate, the time period is divided equally into a lot of intervals. The sample frequency is increased by making the interval smaller. The box car averaging and self-adapting weighted algorithm for continuous count rate measurement are explained in details. Simulations show that both methods can substantially decrease the statistical fluctuation by appropriately choosing the number of data used for on-line measurement and the weighted algorithm gives minimum variance. In a word, the measuring system is a fast rate meter with simple construction and high accuracy.

A LCLC series-parallel high-frequency ac/ac resonant inverter configure for ion assistant vacuum-sputtering manufacture film is proposed. The characteristic of the sputtering chamber and a simplified steady-state analysis of the inverter, using complex circuit analysis, are presented. The control implementation circuit block diagram is introduced to the resonant inverter, which can implement the output current regulation and variable frequency operation simultaneity; the system stability benefits from this control method. It is suitable for the characteristic of chamber load, and the switching losses to be lower as much as possible in such large dynamic load. The 15 kW-30A prototype power supply is described, and experimental results are given.

摘要:
A intelligent integrated control method of double close loop is used for advanced static var generator (ASVG). The outer loop based on traditional PI control and the inner loop based on variable structure neural network fuzzy control are presented. Observed signals are firstly collected to input and output signals of FLC for inner loop, and initial fuzzy rules are fast obtained by fuzzy toolbox of MATLAB; A kind of variable structure neural.network algorithm is adopted to adjust fuzzy rules, and improves the ability of self-studying and self-adjusting in fuzzy control rules. The result of simulation shows: the method which is applied in ASVG controller can improve comprehensive ability of the controller and strengthen control effect to the power system.

This paper introduces an instrument for measuring the size and shape of almost any pipes' interior profile. It describes the components and principle of operation of the instrument. A modular DSP system embedded in the instrument to process the image makes the measurement fast and accurate. The design of the instrument is given from five areas such as optical, electrical, electronics, etc. It has been tested that the information derived from the intelligent instrument can assist not only in making repair decision but also in the generation of the 3-D structure of the pipes.

A distributed control system (DCS) based on two-layer networks for experimental teaching is presented in this paper. Three sets of equipments are used as process objects with their parameters such as pressure, temperature, level and flow rate being controlled variables. This system has multiform training functions. Students can not only set up basic experiments about the process control, but can also design complicated control system. The result of 4 years' use shows: it is an ideal engineering simulating system for students major in industrial automation.

Aimed at the characteristics of strong nonlinearity, uncertainty, time-variance and serious interconnection etc for AC electric arc-furnace (EAF). A new control method is put forward, in which fuzzy-neural network is applied. Mamdani fuzzy model is adopted in the control system, its structure has four layers. According to the gradient descent strategy, the variable learning speed algorithm of the off-line is used to seek for the better parameters of membership function and the weights of the links between layer III and layer W, the invariable learning speed algorithm of the on-line is used to search for their optimization parameters. The unbalanced technical question of the AC EAF's three phase current is solved by fuzzy-neural control method. At the same time, the hard structure and soft structure of system are introduced in this paper. It has better robustness and real-time ability in running system.

This paper proposed a Proportion-Integral(PI) control algorithm based design and its Programmable Logic Device (PLD) based prototype for all Digital Phase-Locked Loop (all DPLL). And relevant theoretic computation and computer aided simulation have also been implemented. It indicates that our proposed all DPLL is characteristic of its simple structure, high control precision, wide phase scope, tunable performance and easy system integration, etc.. It avoids the influences of negative factors that exist in simulative Phase-Locked Loop such as saturation and zero excursion on system performances. This DPLL has potential applications on a wide range of fields such as precision measure instruments, through which infinitesimal frequncy change can be implemented, and velocity or distance mesurement, and motor timing system, etc.

This paper considers the problem of controlling the mill load for grinding plant The load state is essential to the powder production and quality of the mill. However, mill load fluctuates because of many parameters associated with the material filling-rate, the size distribution of material to be grinded, the coarse grains re-feeding amount, and material hardness. Additionally, The grinding process complex dynamics, nonlinearity, and uncertainty render traditional control techniques difficult to apply. Here, a fuzzy controller with real-time self-learning ability is employed to improve both the system performances and the adaptability. The control approach is implemented on a new type of ultra-fine grinding plant. The experimental results show that this control strategy maintained mill load stable and the demanded grain fineness distribution of product is obtained.
