From the general industrial control system to the nuclear power plant control platform, the threat of information security has its own particularity more than continuity. The original dedicated system in general industrial area is gradually replaced by many common protocol, software and equipment. As a result, the security vulnerabilities are more likely to be used illegally. For a specific nuclear power plant digital control platform-NASPIC, the vulnerability analysis of platform is performed. Mainly two aspects of technology and management are to be carried out. For technical aspects, four categories problems-unauthorized execution, unauthorized write, unauthorized reading and reject service-are analyzed. Management is mainly about the lack of management strategy and strategy vulnerability. By analyzing the fragility of the instrument control platform, the key equipments, key channels and key modules are proposed. The qualitative and quantitative rules are deduced for evaluation of NASPIC information security.

Dynamically inspecting steel rail wear by the laser image system suffers from vibrations on the camera and the laser emitter, which leads to varying extrinsic camera parameters and distorted rail profile, respectively. In the paper, a novel profile calibrating method is presented to address these issues. This method involves a self-calibration of the extrinsic camera parameters, which is based on the coordinate sets projection constructed from the distorted profile to the standard one on quadruple projecting primitives including rail jaw, railhead, rail waist, and foot intersection. To remove the effect of random vibrations, we calibrate distorted profile by projecting it onto the plane x - y of the world coordinate frame. We compared our procedure with other established methods. The results show its effectiveness and superiority for dynamically measuring rail wear.

摘要:
In the design phase of digital instrument control system, the reactor scram subsystem is a complex system that is constructed by hardware, software, system interaction and communication. So the single analysis method such as FMEA and FTA are all have limitations. FMEA and FTA are all based in the accident model with event chain. FTA is not suitable for the discovery of software and communication failures and other problems with high coupling degree, time series association, constraints of control. Three independent basic analysis methods, FMEA, FTA and STPA, are combined to form the statistical table of failure and failure coverage. For FMEA and FTA, the design safety problem detection rate is only 74.1% and 64% respectively for reactor scram subsystem. The detection rate of STPA for reactor SCRAM subsystem is up to 95.1%. Meanwhile, multiple method fusion can cover all the safety issues triggered by hardware, software, system interaction, and communication failure and defect. The analysis of this paper shows that multiple method fusion is better than single method. STPA method is superior to other single security analysis methods. STPA method can effectively make up for the inadequacy of FMEA and FTA method.

In view of the characteristics of the physical code Nestor the focus is on the correctness of calculation for which the test adequacy criterion has been established. This is based on structural coverage and the input domain. According to such test adequacy criterion, testing strategies have been applied on the entire testing process. They consist of unit static, unit dynamic, integration, system and regression test strategy. Each strategy is composed of test target, test range, technology and method, entry criterion, completion criterion, test focus and priority. After compared with 11 basic benchmarks from nuclear power plants and calculation result of benchmark programs, the ELEMENT program result is correct and credible; the relative error of result is less than three percent. The ELEMENT testing is adequacy. Its test cases covers fuel grid element types, fuel types, non-combustible grid element types, and control rod computational models. Furthermore, it puts forward a research direction in the future.

摘要:
Based on the Meyer-Neldel Rule (MNR), analytical drain current model is presented for the polycrystalline ZnO thin-film transistors at different temperatures. The MNR-based drain current model is developed from the surface-potential-based model considering the effective medium approximation (EMA). Applying the Meyer-Neldel Rule, the drain current model is developed. The model results are in agreement with the available experimental data at different temperatures.

In order to segment adhesion ore image well, the adhesion ore image separation method based on concave points matching has been proposed. Firstly, adhesion ore images of conveyor belt were obtained by high-speed digital camera, and those images were preprocessed. Secondly, improved Harris corner detection operator was used to detect the corner points, and match concave point pair was determined by corner detection operator coupled with the circular template. Thirdly, sector searching was carried out in simply connected region to match concave point pair and find out the best match concave point pair by rectangular limiting. Finally, division line was determined between concave point pair, and adhesion ore image was completely segmented. Experimental results show the method has high segmentation accuracy and good segmentation effect.

This paper presents a new methodology for single-channel blind signal separation (SCBSS) of time-frequency overlapped signals in electromagnetic surveillance domain. This method combines the complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition (CEEMD) with fast independent component analysis (FastICA). Firstly, the single-channel recording is decomposed into a set of intrinsic mode function (IMF) components by the method CEEMD with adaptive noise, for the residue and the number of shifting iterations of CEEMD are smaller than that of other empirical mode decomposition approach. The IMF components become the basis representing the original data. After selecting the usefull IMF components according to their power spectrum, FastICA is used to separate the source of interest in the original signal. Simulation results obtained in evaluating the proposed methodology's performance confirmed the feasibility and effectiveness of this algorithm.

摘要:
Simple drain current and 1/f noise expressions are presented for polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) thin-film transistors (TFTs) in leakage regime. The leakage current expression I-DS is derived from the thermal field emission mechanism. The leakage current noise power spectral density (PSD) expression S-IDS is derived from the carrier number fluctuation theory. It is proved that S-IDS is proportional to I-DS(2), approximately. The current and noise expressions are verified by available experimental data.

This is paper presents the comparison of the wound rotor, the nested-loop rotor and the reluctance rotor Brushless Doubly-Fed Generator (BDFG). Based on the finite element analysis and the experiment test methods, the performance characterization analyses are carried out, including the power winding (PW) voltage, the air gap flux density waveforms and the harmonic contents analysis of the corresponding waveforms and the line voltage, the total three-phase active power and the power factors values of the control winding (CW) changing with the rotor rotation speed. The analysis results are carried out on the Y315 frame size BDFG. The analysis results show that the wound rotor BDFG has a better performance than the other two types rotor BDFG.

摘要:
The 1/f noise characteristics are analyzed for the polycrystalline silicon (poly-Si) thin-film transistors (TFTs) in both subthreshold regime and above-threshold regime. Based on carrier number fluctuation model, our previous 1/f noise model for the amorphous InGaZnO TFTs is applied to the poly-Si TFTs considering mobility power-law parameter. The mobility power-law parameter determines the relationship between normalized drain current noise power spectral density (PSD) and drain current. The relationship is verified by the available experimental data.
摘要:
Image fusion aims to integrate multiple images of the same scene into an artificial image which contains more useful information than any individual one. Due to the constraints of imaging sensors and signal transmission broadband, the resolution of most source images is limited. In traditional processing framework, super-resolution is conducted to improve the resolution of the source images before the fusion operations. However, those super-resolution methods do not make full use of the multi-resolution characteristics of images. In this paper, a novel jointed image fusion and super-resolution algorithm is proposed. Source images are decomposed into undecimated wavelet (UWT) coefficients, the resolution of which is enhanced with convolutional neural network. Then, the coefficients are further integrated with certain fusion rule. Finally, the fused image is constructed from the combined coefficients. The proposed method is tested on multi-focus images, medical images and visible light and near infrared ray images respectively. The experimental results demonstrate the superior performances of the proposed method.

We present an experimental method to calibrate the peak intensities of femtosecond laser pulses at 410 nm by multiphoton ionization of Xe using photoelectron imaging technique. The photoelectron kinetic energies and angular distributions at different laser intensities are obtained from the measured photoelectron images. By linear fitting the energy data, based upon the ponderomotive model, the calibration coefficient of pulse peak intensity is thus obtained. The energy designation of the Rydberg states from the calibrated laser intensities accord well to the angular distributions designation. The two ionization energies of xenon (ionized into P-2(3/2) and P-2(1/2) respectively), obtained by this method, are quite accurate, compared with the values provided by other methods. The wavelength effect to this experimental method is discussed.

摘要:
An UHF RFID(radio frequency identification) reader is implemented to meet the needs of data acquisition in the IOT(internet of things). Firstly, this paper introduced the principle of the reader. The RF front-end circuit was taken as the focal point, and it was simulated with ADS. AS3992 and its peripheral circuit implemented the transceiving of RF signals, STM32 completed the process and control of baseband signals, USB and RS232 communication interface were designed. And also we have considered the collision algorithm and low power details. Test results show that the reader supports ISO/IEC18000-6B/C, reading and writing distance up to 3 m, rated power less than 5 W. It is of miniaturization, long distance reading, low power consumption, easy to expand. It could meet the practical requirement of perception layer in intelligent IOT.

In order to improve the efficiency of photovoltaic systems, under different temperature and irradiance conditions, intelligent control techniques for the tracking of the maximum power point were investigated in this paper. Against the problem of Step length selection of the traditional duty ratio perturbation algorithm, a duty ratio perturbation based on genetic algorithm is proposed. It is shown the excellent features of the modified algorithm by simulating this algorithm with MATLAB/SIMULINK software.
