To improve the steady state efficiency of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor system(IPMSM), the intelligent integrated online optimal control strategy of IPMSM efficiency optimization was presented. The intelligent integrated control technology and torque compensation method were combined to the system. The method of adaptive fuzzy logic to adjust direct-axis current was adopted in the first half search, using the adaptive step size to reduce the torque fluctuations.
