摘要:
The segmentation of 3D images has important applications in the non-destructive examination of industrial computed tomography (CT) and has been widely studied. When a C-V model is used to segment the image, closed and accurate object contours can be obtained. The C-V model is suitable for image segmentation and extended easily to a 3D application. However, industrial CT images may have artifacts or noise, which may make active contours stop at undesired boundaries. In order to overcome these difficulties, the 3D C-V model is improved by the robust statistics method. In this improved model, the intensity of the image in the 3D C-V model is replaced with robust statistics, which is the weighted combination of the inter-quartile range, mean absolute deviation and intensity median in the local region of the image. Inter-quartile range and mean absolute deviation in the local region are introduced to sharpen object boundaries, and the intensity median in the local region reduces image noise. The comparison experiments demonstrate the position accuracy of the contours and robustness to noise of the improved model.

During the process of laser cladding thin-walled components, warping deformation generated on the thin-walled components due to the difference between the change of temperature field and thermal expansion coefficient of materials. Through the micro-forging regulation, the internal stress of laser cladding layers changed, reaching the purpose of suppressing the warping plastic deformation generating on the thin-walled components. This paper utilized Ansys software to calculate the temperature field and stress field of the process of laser cladding 304 stainless steel regulated by micro-forging, and compared to the measurement result of the warp deflection and stress. The results indicated that reasonable effective micro-forging can effectively restrain the warp occurring on the thin-walled components treated by laser cladding.

摘要:
This article starts from energy saving and improving energy efficiency, analyzes the characteristics of the pump and collects the pipe network pressure periodically by the pressure sensor, and then we can get the differential pressure signal and send it into fuzzy controller after comparing the pipe network pressure with the set pressure. After a series of fuzzy arithmetic and solution of fuzzy arithmetic, the fuzzy controller sends a precise control into the PID regulator to control output frequency of the frequency converter, so as to achieve the purpose of pump speed controlling and energy-saving.

摘要:
A new energy-saving method of variable frequency and constant pressure water supply system based on fuzzy control theory and software control technique is presented in this paper. Firstly, collecting the pipe network pressure periodically through the pressure sensor, the differential pressure signal will be sent into fuzzy controller after comparing the pipe network pressure with the set pressure. Then send a precise control quantity into the PID regulator to control output frequency of the frequency converter after a series of fuzzy arithmetic and solution of fuzzy arithmetic, so as to achieve the purpose of pump speed and consumed power controlling. The operating principle of variable frequency and constant pressure water supply system and the design procedures of software programming are elaborated. Practical application shows that the variable frequency and constant pressure water supply system based on fuzzy control has good effect on energy saving and obvious economic benefits and is worth popularizing and applying.

摘要:
Cladding experiment with parameter variations was presented to manufacture the better processing property coating by laser cladding self-fused Ni-based ceramic powder of ZrO2 composite on the excircle surface of 304 SUS. The influence of the laser process parameters on macroscopic view, microstructure and micro-hardness of the laser cladding layers were investigated. The results show that we can get better coating when laser power is 1.5KW, and that the cladding layer microstructure has the trend of refined framework with the growing of scanning speed; micro-hardness will be higher and distribution from substratum to surface with little fluctuate by optimizing scanning speed.

摘要:
The mechanism with clearance is a nonlinear system, then using classical control theory and modern control theory cannot obtain satisfactory control effect. Therefore, In order to control the nonlinear error cause by clearance, the conventional fuzzy control and parameter self-regulation fuzzy control are considered by using the fuzzy control's humanization and intelligent. The results of test show that: the nonlinear error got smaller and the stability of system got obvious improvement as the introduction of intelligent control system.

Two groups of 304 stainless steel samples different in thickness were prepared by Laser Prototyping, one of which was treated by high-frequency micro-forging. The residual stress on the sample surface was measured by strip cutting method. The results showed that the surface residual stress of the samples was tensile stress, which increased with thickness, and the residual stress began to drop while the thickness of samples arrived at a certain value. Therefore high-frequency micro-forging could regulate the surface residual stress state of the samples. Specifically, micro-forging could transform the tensile stress into compressive stress, which rose with the increase in thickness of samples and tended to be stable afterwards.

摘要:
A simple integration scheme is presented for numerical integration in the extended finite element method(XFEM). In this scheme, the integral domain of common triangular mesh is converted to that of standard triangular mesh and the integral domain of standard triangular mesh is converted to that of quadrilateral mesh. By this transformation of integral domain, the strength intensity factors for straight crack are worked out. Finally, the accuracy of this method is analyzed by a typical example. It is concluded that the results obtained by new integral scheme are more accurate and simple than common Gaussian integration scheme.

Compression device is the important mechanism of baler. This paper uses the virtual prototyping technology. It analyzes the function of compression device in 9KG-350 high density baler and the three-dimensional digital model of compression device is obtained based on UG package .Then the model is put into ADAMS, and a kinematical simulation analysis is performed. Through the simulation, the whole kinematical process is reflected, gaining the relative kinematical curves of compression device as well. The results can be help in study the design of baler and the structure optimization.

In hydraulic system of injection machine, electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve is used to change complex variable pump output flow and power in order to adapt to load change and energy saving.In this paper ,it introduces the working principle of electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve and how control the complex variable pump. Mathematical modeling of proportional flow valve is built and simulations based on Matlabsimulink software is done. It analyses dynamic characteristics of complex variable pump in different electricity. The results are helpful in improving the pump efficiency and response,and they provide theoretical basis for energy saving.

Intensity inhomogeneity may cause considerable difficulties in segmentation of CT image. In order to overcome the difficulties caused by intensity inhomogeneity, the region-scalable fitting (RSF) model was put forward. RSF model draws upon intensity information in local regions with a controllable scale. But only using intensity information may lead to slow convergence rate and poor denoise ability. Combining the method of robust statistics, RSF model is improved in this paper. In the improved model, the intensity in RSF model is replaced with local robust statistics which is the weighted combination of inter-quartile range, mean absolute deviation and intensity median in local region. Inter-quartile range and mean absolute deviation in local region are introduced to sharpen object boundaries, and intensity median in local region is introduced to reduce image noise. The contrast experiments between RSF model and the improved model are provided, which demonstrate the fast convergence rate and robustness to noise of the improved model.

The hysteresis nonlinearity reduces the accuracy of precision instrument.In order to mitigate the effect of the hysteresis, it is necessary to build hysteresis model and compensate hysteresis nonlinearity.The Krasnosel'skii- Pokrovkii (KP) operator is used to build hysteresis model, which the model is divided into linear part and nonlinear part. The KP compensating operator is proposed to compensate nonlinear part of hysteresis model. The Sliding model adaptive control law for the control method is deduced from the Lyapunov stability theorem. The emulational results confirmed the availability of hysteresis nonlinear compensation control.

This paper analysises and evaluates vibration situation and gives the general procedure for vibration analysis of pumps units, which contain determination of each evaluation matter-element and comprehensive evaluation method based on matter-element. Evaluation matter-element is established by evaluation system of pumps vibration, aimed at a particular example. The factors affecting the vibration of the pump unit has three major factors of the mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, sub-factors of the three factors. According to the characteristics of the pump unit vibration and the current technical condition, the vibration is divided into five levels: most serious, more serious, normal, minor, and slight. The evaluation weight matter-element are established by using AHP, weight are determined by using the combination of AHP and entropy, finally comprehensive evaluation of pumps vibration performance is practiced. Thus, this evaluation is feasible and useful.
