摘要:
The advantages and current problems for the application of high-speed machining technology in mold manufacturing are discussed. The requirements of mold high-speed machining for tool paths are summarized. Using the software of Cimatron E7.0,the NC program of the outer mold for a car engine’s V8 intake manifold is analyzed and optimized designed. Programming technology and optional of cutters have been introduced in detail. In the high speed milling stages, using the new cutters, the hardened mold can be machined to reach the required size, shape and surface roughness, and the machining time is reduced greatly. The method of making high speed NC template based on the software Cimatron E7.0. is introduced. Using this method, the maching efficiency is improved greatly, and the mold’ s surface quality better.

The target contour extraction is one of key questions in computer vision. Because of its intrinsic limitations, the traditional C-V method can not meet the requirements of inclusion image contour extraction. To overcome this shortcoming, this paper introduces image overlay to make some improvements on the C-V methods, which is based on simplified Mumford-Shah, and compares the different contour extraction results caused by traditional method and improved C-V method. The results vindicate the efficiency and feasibility of improved C-V method.

A new facility was presented which can expediently and cheaply measure the transient moisture content profile in multi-layer porous building envelope. Then, a common multi-layer porous building envelope was provided, which was constructed by cement mortar-red brick-cement plaster. With this kind of building envelope installed in the south wall, a well-controlled air-conditioning room was set up in Changsha, which is one of typical zones of hot and humid climate in China. And experiments were carried out to investigate the temperature and moisture distribution in multi-layer building envelope in summer, both in sunny day and rainy day. The results show that, the temperature and humidity at the interface between the brick and cement mortar are seriously affected by the changes of outdoor temperature and humidity, and the relative humidity at this interface keeps more than 80% for a long-term, which can easily trigger the growth of mould. The temperature and humidity at the interface between the brick and cement plaster change a little, and they are affected by the changes of indoor temperature and humidity. The temperature and humidity at the interface of the wall whose interior surface is affixed with a foam plastic wallpaper are generally higher than those of the wall without wallpaper. The heat transfer and moisture transfer in the envelope are coupled strongly.

This paper utilized self-made high-frequency micro-forging machine to treat NiCrBSi alloy cladded by laser, Optical Microscopy(OM) to study geometric characteristic of plastic deformation, OM and SEM to observe influence on surface microstructure and cracking behavior of the laser cladding layer under micro-forging. The results have shown that: Regularly dendrite microstructure, which is peculiar of laser cladding layer, was broken into pieces. Cracking behavior of laser cladding layer improved greatly.

According to the requirements of dynamic design for high-speed and heavy-loading marine gear, in view of slotting processing advantages, modification profile slotting cutter used to achieve modify high-speed and heavy-loading marine gear, and the modification profile of slotting cutter designed to the profile which consists of multiple segments of different profile shape profile angle, the modification profile angles of slotting cutter corresponding sections of involutes deduced using the profile angle error analysis theory, modification profile of slotting cutter precision designed based on engagement principle of slotting gear.

In the past, the instrument in the test station is usually using analogy technology, the testing and inspecting with the device executed with discrete and isolated way, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness, the digital instrument of radial direction preciseness for round shape part is designed and composed based on Labview in this research. The mechanic section of this instrument is an inspection device, the acquisition section use the acquisition module of NI, the software of the instrument is developed with Labview. The instrument is fitted to apply in the shop floor of factory.

On the property of repeated impact load, the attrition, hardening and plasticity warp of the laser cladding sampling were researched by using stress wave spread theory. Results show that under repeated impact loads, stress wave occurs on the metallurgical joint surface of the coat and the basis, forming stretch wave that causes coat slitting and angle splitting. The micro-pits failure and deep exfoliation occur on the coat surface because of the stress centralization. The accumulation of impact load energy cause hardness change and plasticity warp.

摘要:
The feasibility and superiority of the remote fault diagnosis system based on B/S structure is analyzed in this paper. The B/S structure is introduced and compared with C/S structure briefly. The paper summarize frame and main function module of the remote fault diagnosis system and introduce its key technology, such as data acquisition technology, data transmission technology between server and client, intelligent diagnosis technology, database technology etc. The hybrid model of support vector machine (SVM) and hidden markov models(HMM) is used as a intelligent diagnosis method of the system, and a new design which could improve the integrity and privacy of the system database data is applied. According to the diagnostic results to all kinds of simulated faults in the Bently vibration test bed, it shows the system is not only stable, reliable and high accuracy, but also has a certain application value to engineering.

Cutting forces and machining error in contouring of concave and convex surfaces using helical ball end mills are theoretically investigated. The cutting forces are evaluated based on the theory of oblique cutting. The machining errors resulting from the tool deflections due to these forces are evaluated at various points of the machined surface. The influence of various cutting conditions and cutting modes on machining error is investigated and discussed.

As the constantly growth of embedded Technology, embedded products put into use in almost everywhere around our life. This paper mainly introduce how to set up the Qt/Embedded Cross-compiling environment in Linux system platform, and the development and transplant of embedded fault diagnosis system use development tools of Qt/Embedded. This system achieve those functions, including fault display, signal analysis, diagnostic model training and data storage or transmittal, by graphical interfaces designing and performance function addition. And finally create the application document which applies to ARM framework embedded processor by Cross-compiling. In the end, the application document is transplanted and run in the target platform, and testing the diagnosis effects.

In order to build a web-based parts library for the product configuration system, the data description norm, web browsing and application methods are researched. An ontology based data description norm is used to build the web parts library, with the help of product family and the article characteristic table. A plug-in file of Autovue is adapted for web-based browsing and interaction of geometric models of parts. The schema of Application Services Provider is used to realize the application of web parts library in the product configuration system. Empirical results show that the methods are feasible. And the library has been shown to illustrate the concept. The ontology based data description norm can solve the standardization problem. The plug-in file can show the online 3D demo of parts. And the application of ASP can help more companies to use the web parts library. These technologies help to build and use the library. (C) 2011 Published by Elsevier Ltd. This paper studies on the design methods and key technologies of the system of rolling mill equipments management based on Web, in accordance with the the practical needs. This system adopted B/S as its structure, while developing software for rolling mill equipments management on the platform of Microsoft Visual Studio.NET. The system uses a three-tier hierarchical structure: User layer, Web Server layer and Database server layer. User layer refers to the user through the browser to complete the system remote services and information sharing. Web server layer is the link to contact the browser and the database, and used to store system function modular and application program. Database server layer is mainly used to store various data required for the system after being put into practice for a period, the efficiency of maintenance and management of rolling mill equipments has been increased obviously, thus the method can be used in the maintenance of rolling mill equipments.
