In this paper, the thermal spraying powder, which was made by sintering, was respectively mixed by Cr2O3 and glass glaze at the mass ratio of 85%, 95%, and 100%.The three mixed powders were sprayed on the surface of 45 steel by CP-3000 subsonic spray gun. Then the samples were heated in the resistance furnace until the temperature reached 1050 degrees C. At room temperature,the wear resistance of these three kinds of coatings were investigated along with load and time changing under water lubricating. The impact of glass glaze on coatings was found after analyzing the change of the weight loss of the coatings. The result showed that there was not the shedding of splat except some brittle micro-peeling at the rim of splat and furrow on the surface of 85% and 95% Cr2O3 ceramic coatings. The wear resistance of the coatings was improved with the increase of the percentage of glass glaze, and began to desend when the percentage arrived at a certain degree. It indicated that the wear resistance was the best when the percentage was about 95% in this experiment.

This paper focus on designing a fuzzy PID controller design about the vapor pressure of the EPE foaming machine parameters, and raise a self-tuning method of PID parameters, and use the fuzzy control toolbox of MATLAB to simulate its control system, which are compared with the simulation of conventional PID controller, the results show the design of fuzzy PID controller have high control precision, small overshoot, good dynamic performance characteristics.

We report the fabrication of the 304 stainless steel by the laser rapid prototyping harmonized with high-frequency micro-forging and demonstrate that both microstructure and properties of the prepared samples can be enhanced significantly. Structurally, we find that the large regular dendritic microstructure can be broken into pieces and that the internal defects are to some extent eliminated. Moreover, grains are refined remarkably. As a consequence of such structural modification, mechanical properties are found to be enhanced considerably by demonstrating a much broader fluctuation in tensile strength, a marked increase in tensile and yielding strength, and a drastic enhancement in surface hardness by 76% after the micro-forging. Further calculations reveal that the defect region is shrunken substantially after micro-forging. Detailed analysis of fractures in the tensile samples provides convincing evidence that plastic properties can be improved as well by the micro-forging.

The 45 steel was processed by laser remelting after the carbonitriding heat treatment in this study. The microstructure morphology and microhardness of the laser-remelting layer at different laser powers were investigated by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and microhardness tester, respectively. The results show that a compact microstructure and a homogeneous element distribution can be achieved at the laser power of 1.2 kW under the given other laser parameters, and the microhardness was enhanced greatly.

摘要:
This paper proposes an adaptive sliding mode control methodology to enhance the positioning ability of conducting polymer actuators typified by tri-layer conjugated polymer actuators. This is motivated by the search for an effective control strategy to command such actuators to a desired configuration in the presence of parametric uncertainties and unmodeled disturbances. After analyzing the stability of the adaptive sliding mode control system, experiments were conducted to demonstrate its satisfactory tracking ability, based on a series of experimental results. Implementation of the control law requires a valid model of the conducting polymer actuator and boundaries of the uncertainties and disturbances. Based on the theoretical and experimental results presented, the adaptive sliding mode control methodology is very attractive in the field of smart actuators which contain significant uncertainties and disturbances.

摘要:
To keep the diversity of antibodies in artificial immune system evolution process, this paper puts forward a kind of increase simulation surname inheritance algorithm based on the clonal selection algorithm, and identification and forecast the Vibration Data about CA6140 horizontal lathe machining slender shaft workpiece prone . Interfering noise of power line is one of the important factors which affects the quality of power line communication (PLC). Its frequency spectrum has the character of the 1/f process and the great autocorrelation. The wavelet analysis is an important signal-processing tool. Selecting suitable wavelet analysis can turn non-white noise to white noise, followed by wiener filtering, we can achieve the purpose of denoising. This paper introduces a denoising method of combining wavelet analysis with wiener filtering. Experiment proves this method has a strong feasibility and practical value.

Zirconium (Zr) is an important alloying element to Mg-Zn-based alloy system. In this paper, we report the formation of the β-type precipitates on the nanoscale Zr-rich particles in a Mg-6Zn-0.5Cu-0.6Zr alloy during ageing at 180°C. Scanning transmission electron microscopy examinations revealed that the nanoscale Zr-rich [0001]α rods/laths are dominant in the Zr-rich core regions of the as-quenched sample after a solution treatment at 430°C. More significantly, these Zr-rich particles served as favourable sites for heterogeneous nucleation of the Zn-rich β-type phase during subsequent isothermal ageing at 180°C. This research provides a potential route to engineer precipitate microstructure for better strengthening effect in the Zr-containing Mg alloys.

摘要:
As a key datum in the petrochemical industry, Water content ratio plays an important role in dehydration, storage selling and petroleum refining. According to the oil well production site, this thesis is based on the oil-water mixture’s density to calculate the water-rate in petroleum, carried on the error analysis to this measuring method, and assessed the scope which this metering equipment is suitable. The wellhead drop back pressure device is effective in monitoring oil wells, to achieve the single well production of display, and when the single well is not working properly, you can discover and resolve problems. The system features are simple structure, easy to carry, stability of Measurement and easy maintenance.

摘要:
To effectively avoid the loss of useful information, in this paper, we extract feature information from the fault signal of rotating machinery in different aspects such as amplitude-domain, time-domain and time-frequency domain. Then for the multi-dimensional feature extraction is prone to the problem of “dimension disaster”, introduce the principles of FDR in data mining to determine the classification ability of each individual feature, and introduce the cross correlation coefficient to solve the problem that dealing with individual feature neglects the interrelationship between the features, and construct a new feature level data fusion algorithm. Finally, According to the characteristics of the HMM (Hidden Markov model), SVM (Support Vector Machine) and its hybrid model, we construct a new decision-level data fusion model.

摘要:
In order to enhance the reliability of the automatic door operation, S7-200 programmable logic controller (PLC) was used as the core of the automatic door system. The principle of control system was analyzed with description of the control system hardware. It was introduced that the working process of control circuits about human body detection sensor and automatic door position detection and obstacle detection and so on. It was introduced how to choose a PLC type, to really settle the I/O orders. Combining the operation characteristics of programmable controller, a reasonable optimization was made for the work flow of the system. On this basis, using structured programming method, the program flow charts of main program module was developed. The debugging of the control system was developed on simulation software. The practical application shows that the control system was good and reliable.

With the help of IGES standard file which was the exchange specification of initial graphics, different CAD system could change the data of product by neutral file’s format conversing. The automatic generation of 3D-Model curve surface in the MCNP input file was realized by using VC++ language.This method has solved the problem of the complication of MCNP geometric modeling process and the 3D-Model input problem in the MCNP. The input of MCNP was transferred the application problem of CAD/CAM software. The data and figure of varies software could be shared and converted. The work of design could be simple, the process of design could be speeded up and the cycle of design was shorted. Work efficiency and practicability were improved. If precision was controlled in 3D-Model, the result could be expected by contrast.
