摘要:
Plasmonic Fano resonance (FR) that contributes to multitudinous potential applications in subwavelength nanostructures can facilitate the realization of tunable wavelength selectivity for controlling light-matter interactions in metasurfaces. However, the plasmonic FR can be generated in metasurfaces with simple or complex geometries, and few of them can support flexible amplitude modulation and multiwavelength information transfer and processing. Here, we study the near-infrared plasmonic FR in a hybrid metasurface composed of concentrically hybridized parabolic-hole and circular-ring-aperture unit cells, which can induce polarization-dependent dual-wavelength passive plasmonic switching (PPS) and digital metasurface (DM). It is shown that the designable plasmonic FR can be realized by changing the geometric configurations of the unit cells. In particular, owing to the polarization-dependent characteristic of FR, it is possible to fulfill a compact dual-wavelength PPS with high ON/OFF ratios in the related optical communication bands. Moreover, such PPS that manipulates the amplitude response of the transmitted spectrum is an efficient way to reveal a 1-bit DM, which can also be rationally extended to a 2-bit DM or more. Our results suggest a pathway for studying polarization-dependent PPS and programmable metasurface devices, yielding possibilities for subwavelength nanostructures in optical communication and information processing. © 2020 Jie Ou et al., published by De Gruyter, Berlin/Boston 2020.

摘要:
Plasmonic Fano resonances, which result from the interaction between two plasmon modes in subwavelength nanostructures, provide a unique way to realize promising applications in light manipulation technology. Here, we investigate the infrared plasmonic Fano resonances of subwavelength periodic hole arrays with different geometric configurations in a metallic film containing Z-shaped hole arrays, cross-shaped aperture arrays, and gammadion-shaped hole arrays (GSHAs). Specifically, the infrared plasmonic Fano resonance in the GSHA structure, without considering rotational symmetry breaking, can be interpreted as stemming from the coupling between the bonding and antibonding localized surface plasmon resonance modes. By considering the rotational symmetry breaking in the GSHA structure, it is possible to actualize plasmonic double- and triple-Fano resonances in the near-infrared or mid-infrared region. Moreover, the plasmonic double- and triple-Fano resonances between the first- and second-NIR optical windows, as well as in the mid-infrared region can be controlled by appropriately regulating the related length of the arms in the GSHA structure. Our results show that infrared plasmonic Fano resonances might pave the way for the exploration of applications in optical communications and information processing. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
为了滤除医学超声成像系统中数据采集的噪声,提高图像的完整度,保证图像实时显示帧率及减少FPGA硬件资源的占用,在传统的FIR分数倍抽取滤波器的基础上,提出了一种改进结构。此结构仅利用一个乘法器,解决了传统结构中资源占用多,插值、抽取操作效率低等问题,提高了系统的工作效率和稳定性。通过Matlab、Vivado、Questasim仿真测试及系统成像对比,验证了此结构的可行性,与其他结构滤波器相比,减少了对Dsp、Bram等硬件资源的占用,以满足系统的实际需求。

摘要:
采用激光熔覆的工艺方法制备出含稀土的硼CaP陶瓷涂层,通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和体外模拟体液(SBF)浸泡实验,对涂层物相组成、组织形貌和生物活性进行了研究。结果表明添加稀土氧化物La 2O 3之后,羟基磷灰石衍射峰明显上升,晶粒明显细化,涂层表面沉积的类骨磷灰石明显增多,生物活性明显改善。

Bipolar host material and thermally activated delayed fluorescent (TADF) emitter were used in hybrid white organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with the aim to achieve high performance. First of all, the single color OLEDs was optimized by changing the thickness of hole transporting layer, electron transporting layer and the doping concentration of emission material. Then, white organic light-emitting diodes (WOLEDs) were fabricated on the basis of the former single color OLEDs by modifying the doping concentration of TADF emitter. Finally, an optimized white device shows the best results of 43.67 cd/A, 45.73 lm/W and 18.52% for current efficiency, power efficiency and external quantum efficiency, respectively. This research may supply a theoretical basis for the development of WOLEDs. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
本文研究了包括圆环结构、内置纳米棒的空心圆结构和复合结构周期性亚波长孔阵列的增强光透射特性,并证实了在复合结构中的内置纳米棒的空心圆环境的光场局域强度能够被显著地增强。此外,通过调控入射光的偏振方向,复合结构中纳米棒和空心圆的局域表面等离子体共振响应模式会发生相互转换。另外,我们设计了一种新型紧凑无泵浦光干扰并具有双通道的表面等离子体光开关。最后,该结果为表面等离子体光子器件提供了一种新思路,并拓展了微纳结构在光学通信及信息处理领域的应用范围。

摘要:
Enhanced optical transmission (EOT), which results from the incident light interacting with the subwavelength nanostructures patterned in a metallic film, showcases the excitation of surface plasmon modes on both surfaces of the metallic film and their intercoupling effects. Here, we numerically study the EOT phenomenon from the incident light acting on the periodic subwavelength hybrid arrays in a metallic film, which contains annular concentric core and aperture unit structure undergoing multiple geometrical configurations. It is shown that several configurations, which consist of a core with a different number of apertures, of the unit structure, are possible to facilitate the intercoupling between the surface plasmon polariton resonance mode of the core and the localized surface plasmon resonance mode of the aperture. Moreover, taking advantage of the EOT effect realized in the periodic structure arrays including a concentric core with triple-aperture unit structure, we propose a plasmonic optical filter (POF) in the near-infrared region. By adjusting both the periods and the width difference between the nearest-neighbor two apertures of the unit structure, the realization of near-infrared POF accompanies with tunable positions and amplitudes of the EOT peaks. Additionally, these behaviors could also be extended to the case of a concentric core with a multiple-aperture unit structure for actualizing near- or mid-infrared POF effect. Our results promise new avenues for plasmonic devices and enrich the application range of metallic structures in the field of optical communications and information processing. © 2019, Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature.

On the surface of zirconium alloy, the TiN coatings with and without Cr interlayer were prepared in the N2/Ar mixed gas atmosphere by physical vapor deposition technology. The coatings morphology, micro-composition of surface particles, surface roughness, phase constituent and high-temperature oxidation resistance were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), roughness measuring instrument, x-ray diffractometer (XRD) and chamber electric furnace, respectively. The results show that, in comparison with the TiN coatings, the gray large particles increase in volume and the striated gullies reduce significantly for the Cr/TiN coatings. With the presence of Cr interlayer, the roughness of coatings increases, TiN (111) plane shows a weak growth, and the average grain size becomes small, while the average compressive strain increases. After the high-temperature oxidation test, there is a dense mixture of TiO2 and Cr2O3 on the surface of the Cr/TiN coatings which is continuous and complete without any defects such as cracks and holes. The Cr/TiN coatings enhanced the oxidation resistance of zirconium substrate, evidenced with 1/3 oxidation weight gain of that of the zirconium alloy. These results demonstrate the effectiveness of Cr/TiN coating as a protective coating on the zirconium alloy under extreme conditions. © 2018 IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要:
对表面覆有石墨浆料的锆合金进行激光合金化处理,以此来改善Zr-4合金的表面性能。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、维氏显微硬度测试仪分析了涂层的微观形貌、物相成分及硬度变化情况。结果表明:石墨粉末在熔池中出现了显著的分解和溶解,以此形成了厚度均匀且无孔洞裂纹等缺陷的渗碳层;渗碳层中含有Zr、Sn、Zr C、Zr O2、Sn O2等物相;与基材相比,渗碳层的硬度得到了明显的提升,约为基材硬度的四倍。

为提高医用TC4钛合金表面熔覆羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层的植入稳定性和生物活性, 采用激光熔覆方法制备出不同含硅量的CaP生物陶瓷涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征了熔覆层组织形貌和物相组成。结果表明: 添加SiO2(1wt.%、3wt.%)后形成Ca2SiO4相, 熔覆层中部组织细化。通过电化学腐蚀和体外SBF浸泡实验研究了SiO2含量对涂层耐腐蚀性和生物活性的影响。电化学腐蚀结果表明: 随着SiO2含量的增大, 涂层表面腐蚀电流密度逐渐减小; 体外SBF浸泡结果表明: 添加SiO2可以加快涂层表面类骨磷灰石的形成, 其中, 添加SiO2为1wt.%时涂层表面类骨磷灰石呈均匀分布。因此, 低含量SiO2可以提高生物陶瓷涂层的耐腐蚀性和生物活性。 To improve the implantation stability and biological activity of the hydroxyapatite(HA) coating on the surface of medical TC4 titanium alloy, CaP bioceramic coating with different silicon contents were prepared by laser cladding method. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray diffractometry(XRD) were used to characterize the morphology and phase composition of the cladding layer. The results showed that the Ca2SiO4 phase was formed and the microstructure of the middle zone of the cladding layer was refined after adding SiO2(1wt.%, 3wt.%). The effects of SiO2 content on the corrosion resistance and bioactivity of the coating were investigated by electrochemical corrosion and in vitro SBF immersion experiments. Electrochemical corrosion results showed that the corrosion current density of the coating surface decreased with the increase of SiO2 content; The results of SBF soaking in vitro showed that the addition of SiO2 could accelerate the formation of bone-like apatite on the surface of the coating. When the content SiO2 was 1 wt.%, the surface of the coating-like bone apatite was uniformly distributed. Therefore, low-content SiO2 can improve the corrosion resistance and bioactivity of bioceramic coatings.

Cr/TiN coatings were deposited on the surface of Zircaloy-4 alloy by physical vapor deposition. The Cr interlayers were prepared by magnetron sputtering (MS) and multi-arc ion plating (MAIP), respectively. To elucidate the effects of the different interlayer processes on the microstructure of Cr/TiN coating, the morphological features, components of surface particles, surface roughness, bonding strength, phase constituents, and high-temperature oxidation resistance were carefully investigated. In comparison to the Cr/TiN coating with the Cr interlayer prepared by the MS, the Cr/TiN coating with the Cr interlayer prepared by the MAIP exhibits a blurry bonding interface and higher coating roughness. Interestingly, the latter one has lower surface porosity, together with better adhesion and higher oxidation resistance. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要:
We studied numerically the enhanced optical transmission (EOT) through periodic subwavelength circular-sharp hole arrays in metallic films with different edge sharp distribution features of unit structures. Detailed studies indicate that the unit structure edge sharp distribution features strongly influence the surface plasmons (SPs). These results demonstrate that the number of edge sharp activated the localized surface plamons (LSP) resonance on the unit structure is changed by rotating the polarization of the incident light, leading to change the infrared transmittance of the array. Moreover, a compact plasmonic switch via periodic circular-sharp hole arrays based on the dependence of SPs on unit structural edge sharp distributions is proposed. The finding provides a new idea for designing plasmonics devices, and expands the application range of metal micro-nano structure in the field of optical communications and information processing. © 2017 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. 摘要:
采用5 kW横流CO2激光器对表面预涂覆HA和SiO2混合粉末的TC4钛合金激光熔覆获得低含硅量生物陶瓷涂层。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)分析熔覆层的显微组织与物相成分, 通过模拟体液(SBF)浸泡实验初步探讨涂层的生物活性, 并通过电化学腐蚀中的动电位扫描实验研究涂层在SBF中的腐蚀行为。实验结果表明, 低含硅量生物陶瓷涂层与基体呈冶金结合, 在SBF中熔覆层的腐蚀电位与基材相比提高了84.4 mV, 腐蚀电流密度下降了约6倍, 在SBF中浸泡7天后熔覆层表面沉积了大量的类骨磷灰石, 熔覆层表现出良好的耐腐蚀性和生物相容性。 The bio-ceramic coatings containing low silicon was synthesized on TC4 titanium alloy pre-coated HA and SiO2 powder by laser cladding with continuous wave CO2 laser. Microstructure morphology, composition and phase distributions of the composite coating were investigated respectively by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray energy-dispersive spectroscopy(EDS), X-ray diffractometer(XRD). The bioactivity of coating was investigated preliminarily in the simulated body fluid(SBF). The corrosion behavior of the coating in the SBF was studied by the potentiodynamic scanning of electrochemical corrosion. The results show that the low silicon content bio-ceramic coating was well metallurgical bonded with TC4 titanium substrate. The corrosion potential of cladding layer was improved 84.4 mV compared with substrate in SBF, the corrosion current density decreased by about 6 times compared with base material, large amount of bone like apatite was deposited on the surface of the composite coating in SBF after seven days, which show well corrosion resistance and excellent biological activity.

摘要:
针对微流控电泳仪采集的微弱标记荧光蛋白信号易受到干扰,影响对样品生物蛋白定性定量分析.提出可调新阈值函数小波去噪,解决了软、硬阈值函数去噪出现的常见问题.通过matlab仿真对比,寻找出去噪质量最佳db7小波基,结合可调新阈值函数处理重叠峰严重的标记荧光蛋白信号,去噪后波形最光滑、信噪比最高、获得最小均方根误差、更能突出真实信号.结果表明,新的阈值函数更适用于重叠峰严重的标记荧光蛋白信号,为后续定性定量分析样品中的生物蛋白含量提供保障.

摘要:
运用分子动力学模拟的方法,采用LAMMPS程序模拟了六方晶格结构的4H-SiC材料辐照下级联碰撞过程。先建立4H-SiC晶体结构模型,再模拟了不同能量的初始碰撞原子(PKA)级联碰撞产生点缺陷的演化。模拟结果表明,总的点缺陷包括空位缺陷、间隙原子和反位缺陷,并以空位缺陷和间隙原子为主,给出空位缺陷与间隙原子的空间分布图;级联碰撞产生的空位缺陷数量与PKA能量成线性关系;空位缺陷与间隙原子的空间分布,特别是空位缺陷与间隙原子聚集区域,与PKA能量有密切关系。上述结果为分析4H-SiC基材电子器件在辐照环境下电学性质变化提供理论基础。

数字锁相放大器优化设计与仿真研究

摘要:
为了减少数字锁相放大器中的数字信号处理模块在硬件实现时所占用的逻辑资源,采用多抽样率数字信号处理理论来降低被测信号的采样频率,设计了高性能的数字窄带低通滤波器。利用Hogenaur"剪除"理论的级联积分梳状(Cascade Integrator Comb,CIC)滤波器,在FPGA实现时不仅能够节省大量的硬件逻辑资源,而且提高了CIC滤波器的最小响应时间;利用内插二阶多项式滤波器(Interpolated Second Order Pofynomials,ISOP)使CIC滤波器通带衰减降低到0.4 dB左右。MATLAB与Modelsim联合仿真测试验证了设计的正确性与可行性。

摘要:
目的提高钛合金表面的耐磨性能。方法在TiB_2:TiC=1:3的粉末配比下,添加不同质量分数Y_2O_3稀土氧化物,制备成膏状混合粉末。采用5 kW横流CO_2激光器,在TC4钛合金表面激光熔覆掺Y_2O_3的TiB_2和TiC粉末,制备耐磨性复合涂层。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)对激光熔覆层的微观形貌和组织成分进行了分析;用显微维氏硬度计对熔覆层的显微硬度进行了测量;用万能摩擦磨损试验机对熔覆层的耐磨性能进行了测试。结果添加4%Y_2O_3后,熔覆层中部组织明显细化,结合区由致密组织结构转变为晶须网状结构;熔覆层的最高显微硬度为1404.6HV_(0.2),是基体的3.7倍;熔覆层的磨损量减少了66.67%,且其摩擦系数有明显的降低。结论添加4%Y_2O_3对TC4钛合金表面激光熔覆TiB/TiC复合熔覆层耐磨性能有显著的提高。

摘要:
采用结合双温模型的分子动力学的方法, 数值模拟了脉宽100 fs, 能量密度为40~200 mJ/cm2的飞秒激光与CuZr非晶合金的相互作用过程。低能量密度下, 靶材的烧蚀机制主要表现为机械破碎; 高能量密度下, 热机械蚀除和相爆炸共同存在于靶材的烧蚀过程, 随着能量密度的增加, 相爆炸成为主要蚀除机制。利用径向分布函数分析了CuZr非晶合金结构的无序性, 分析结果表明, 激光能量密度由80 mJ/cm2增加到120 mJ/cm2时, 飞秒激光与靶材相互作用过程中, 材料内部的原子保持着无序状态, 材料未发生明显晶化。 The femtosecond laser ablating CuZr amorphous alloy has been simulated using the molecular dynamics method combined with the two temperature model. The duration of laser is 100 fs and the fluence is selected from 40 mJ/cm2 to 200 mJ/cm2. At low laser fluence, the ablation mechanism of the target material is mechanical spallation. At high laser fluence, thermo-mechanical removal and phase explosion co-exist in the ablation process of the target material, and with the increase of the fluence, the phase explosion becomes the main removal mechanism. The disordering of CuZr amorphous alloy structure is analyzed by the radial distribution function. The results indicate that material atomics maintain a disordered state and no obvious crystallization is observed when the laser fluence increases from 80 mJ/cm2 to 120 mJ/cm2 during ablation process.
