纳米铁的绿色合成及其在环境中的应用研究进展

摘要:
纳米铁(零价铁及铁氧化物)比表面积大、还原能力强、反应活性高,是一种良好的环境功能材料。传统的纳米铁合成方法中,物理方法对反应所需仪器设备要求较高,化学方法使用的还原剂具有毒性,绿色合成方法能够有效克服传统方法的不足之处。本文首先根据合成途径、纳米铁的类型介绍了利用植物和微生物对纳米零价铁(nZVI)及纳米铁氧化物(IONPs)进行绿色合成的方法,同时论述了制备的纳米铁所表现的特征(如形貌、尺寸、聚集倾向、等电位点)。随后总结了纳米铁通过不同反应机制(吸附、还原、催化氧化)去除环境有机、无机污染物(染料、芳香族化合物、硝酸盐、重金属)的应用。最后指出了纳米铁在绿色合成与实际应用过程中存在的挑战性问题及解决方法,以期为纳米铁今后的深入研究和大规模的工业生产应用提供参考依据。

FeCu/BT的绿色合成及其除铀性能研究

摘要:
制备了膨润土负载纳米铁铜双金属复合材料(FeCu/BT),用SEM、EDS、FTIR、XRD、XPS进行表征并分析铀去除机理,考察了pH、投加量、初始浓度、离子干扰等因素对水溶液中铀去除效果的影响。结果表明,在pH为7、投加量为4 g/L、反应时间为60 min、初始铀质量浓度为10 mg/L时,铀去除率达到95.5%。共存离子PO4 3-对去除效率的影响最大,SO_4~(2-)、NO_3~-几乎无影响。FeCu/BT除铀过程的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学模型,以化学吸附为主;等温吸附模型符合Freundlich等温吸附模型,为非均一多分子层吸附。FeCu/BT除铀过程主要为吸附、还原、络合作用, Cu起到催化、固定和吸附的作用。

摘要:
使用新鲜向日葵提取液、硫酸亚铁、多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)等3种原料制备碳纳米管-绿色纳米铁复合材料(N-Fe/CNT),研究pH、不同浓度阴阳离子及反应时间对N-Fe/CNT吸附Pb(Ⅱ)的影响。结果表明,当pH=6时,吸附效果最佳为94.7%;Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)、SO_4~(2-)和CO_3~(2-)对实验均有一定影响,主要原因是溶液中有沉淀生成,影响反应。等温吸附方程Freundlich能更好描述N-Fe/CNT对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附过程,吸附容量Q_(max)=15.02mg/g;热力学研究表明,焓变ΔH <0,熵变ΔS >0,吉布斯自由能ΔG <0,可得N-Fe/CNT对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附是放热、自发且以物理吸附为主的吸附过程。Elovich动力学模型更适合描述N-Fe/CNT对Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附,吸附以表面吸附为主。

加载速率影响的单裂隙类岩石试样能量演化规律

摘要:
为了研究加载速率对单裂隙类岩石试样破坏过程中能量演化进程的影响规律,分析裂隙类岩石试样在不同加载速率下的能量响应特征,以预埋金属薄片方法制作的裂隙类岩石试件为研究对象,基于RMT-150B对单裂隙类岩石试样进行四级加载速率下的单轴压缩试验,获得四级加载速率下裂隙类岩石试样力学性能。试验结果表明:单裂隙类岩石试样峰值强度与加载速率呈正相关性,但增长速率随加载速率的增加而减小;当加载速度不断增大时,峰值处试样弹性应变能积聚能力增强,但是耗散应变能随加载速率的增大而逐渐减小;裂隙试样在峰值后会累积弹性应变能,但其积聚能力随加载速率的增大而有所削弱;裂隙试样耗散应变能转化速率在峰值前处于较低水平,在峰值后伴随宏观破裂面的贯通而骤增,表明单裂隙类岩石试样内部能量演化进程与其破坏规律之间具有内在联系。

摘要:
A year-long monitoring of gamma radiation effective dose rate and radon concentration had been done in the reservoir area of one uranium tailings pond in Hunan province (The monitoring area included indoor and outdoor area of residential buildings and workshops, tailings dam slope). Afterwards, the annual effective radiation dose of the people in that radiation environment had been calculated based on the results of monitoring, as well as a radiation risk assessment. According to the assessment, gamma radiation effective dose rate and radon concentration in the monitoring area were low, and the annual effective radiation dose was far below the international standard (30mSv), which showed that the radiation would not put the people's health at risk. However, the annual effective radiation dose of gamma was far above that of radon in the area of uranium tailings pond; therefore, it's advisable to take quarantine measures in in the area of uranium tailings pond to keep the surrounding residents away from unnecessary ionizing radiation. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

某铀尾矿库渗水中铀的化学形态和影响因素模拟分析

摘要:
铀尾矿库中铀是污染周边环境的主要根源,其半衰期长难以处置。本文以我国南方某铀尾矿库为例,利用地球化学模拟软件PHREEQC对尾矿库渗水铀的主要化学形态和影响因素进行模拟分析。结果表明:(1)尾矿库渗水中铀主要以正六价存在,约占总铀浓度的99.99%,且其6种主要化学形态所占百分比大小为:UO2F+>UO2F2>UO2SO4>(UO2SO4)22->UO22+>UO2F3-。(2)铀的6种主要化学形态摩尔浓度在4.1<pH值<6.1受影响较小,而当pH值>6.1时,摩尔浓度下降明显;温度除了对UO2(SO4)22-的摩尔浓度影响较大之外,对铀的其他主要化学形态摩尔浓度影响较小。(3)随着p E值的增大,渗水溶液中U6+摩尔浓度减小,U4+和U5+摩尔浓度增加。(4)该场地下U6+迁移占绝对优势,建议采用阻滞材料阻滞迁移。

为了探索加载速率对裂隙岩体强度规律及变形特征的影响,分析加载速率与裂隙倾角复合因素影响下裂隙岩体破断响应规律,室内制备含不同倾角裂隙类岩石试件,基于RMT–150B对其进行不同加载速率下的单轴压缩试验,结果表明:在静态加载条件下,裂隙体峰值强度对应应变值与加载速率呈负相关性;相同裂隙倾角下,裂隙体峰值强度呈现出随加载速率的增加而非线性增大的规律;相同加载速率下,裂隙体峰值强度受控于裂隙倾角,在裂隙倾角为15°时出现最小值;裂隙体弹性模量同时受裂隙倾角和加载速率的影响,并随裂隙倾角的增大而近似线性增大,随加载速率的增加而非线性增大,并趋近于一个常数。为弥补室内试验测试技术在反映裂隙体微观形态上的不足,运用PFC2D数值计算平台,基于平直节理接触单元构建裂隙体数值分析模型,设定与室内试验测试环境相同的边界条件,对比完整试件变形破坏特征数据,标定数值模型细观力学参数;数值模拟试验发现:裂隙体峰值强度与裂隙倾角及加载速率之间的关系与室内试验测试结果相吻合;同时获得数值模拟试验过程中的裂隙尖端应力响应规律,发现15°时裂隙尖端应力集中现象最显著。

铀矿开采,铀应用过程中产生大量的含铀废水,造成土壤和地下水中的放射性污染,对环境和人体健康造成危害,因此对含铀废水的治理成为研究热点.本研究以向日葵叶提取液做还原剂和稳定剂,绿色合成膨润土负载零价纳米铁(SF-NZVI/BT),用于去除废水中铀酰离子.并探讨pH、投加量、时间、温度、阴阳离子干扰等因素对去除效果的影响.结果表明,含铀废水的初始pH对SF-NZVI/BT去除铀的效果影响显著,在弱酸性条件下有较好的去除效果;在30℃温度下、PH=6、投加量为0.075g、U(Ⅵ)的初始浓度为10mg·L-1、接触反应90min时去除效率达到98.87%;Ca2+、Cu2+、Mn2+、F-、CO32-、HCO3-、SiO42-等阴阳离子对铀的去除具有一定的抑制作用.

摘要:
植物还原制备绿色纳米金属材料因环境友好、反应条件温和、可持续发展、可控等优势成为纳米材料合成领域的研究热点。本文利用紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)还原制备绿色纳米铁颗粒(MLFeNPs),采用紫外可见分光光度计、X射线粉末衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、能谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱等方法对ML-FeNPs进行表征。结果表明:制备的ML-FeNPs为无定形的椭球形颗粒,粒径为70~80nm左右,纳米颗粒中的铁主要以Fe_2O_3、Fe_3O_4、FeOOH及Fe~0形式存在,颗粒表面包裹O—H、CH_2、C—H、C C、C—N、C—O—C等有机基团。ML-FeNPs对U(Ⅵ)去除性能的研究表明,在25℃、90min、pH=6、U(Ⅵ)初始浓度10.000 0mg/L、ML-FeNPs投加浓度12.520 0g/L条件下,U(Ⅵ)去除率达到88.90%。ML-FeNPs对U(Ⅵ)的去除主要发生在颗粒表面,去除机理为还原、吸附、络合共同作用,且其表面的有机基团能促进对U(Ⅵ)的去除。

实习是高等院校土建类专业一个重要的实践性教学环节,是培养学生实践能力和创新能力的重要途径。针对现有单纯依靠校外基地的实习模式所存在的弊端,南华大学城建学院土木工程专业提出了“校园景观+校内基地+校外基地”三位一体新型实习模式的构想:以校内景观和校内实习基地作为认识实习和生产实习的场所,在学生具有一定现场经验后再去校外实习基地进行毕业实习。该新型实习模式将有效地提高学生实习的效率,培养学生的动手和创新能力,使学生能更好地适应社会。

摘要:
A novel process for the regeneration and purification of spent electrolyte from sodium hydroxide zinc metallurgy to reduce sodium hydroxide consumption is reported in this paper. This is achieved through a method of causticisation, which maintains the quality of zinc metal powder. This process consists of two steps: sodium carbonate separation and causticisation. The sodium carbonate in the spent electrolyte is separated by adding solid NaOH to increase the alkaline concentration to over 350 g/L. The delamination of the solid-liquid phase appears after the above mixture stands for a few hours. Solid-liquid separation is carried out subsequently. The solid phase is redissolved by the addition of the wash water from the leaching of slag or zinc powder, and this solution is used for causticisation. The sodium carbonate, sodium silicate and sodium sulfate in the solution are causticised with CaO to regenerate NaOH. The causticised alkaline solution mixed with the supernatant liquor of the Na 2CO3 separation step is recycled to the next alkaline leaching operation. Meanwhile, the spent electrolyte is purified. The optimum causticisation conditions were found to be as follows: an initial NaOH concentration of 80 to 100 g/L, a weight ratio of 1.0 CaO/Na2CO 3, a temperature of 90 C and an initial Na2CO3 concentration above 40 g/L. Finally, a scaled-up experiment was performed. In this experiment, 400 ml of spent electrolyte was used to regenerate 11.35 g of NaOH. This finding means that a plant with an annual output of 2000 tons of metallic zinc powder can save US$678,000 in 1 year. At the same time, the removal rates of, for instance, Fe, Cu, Cd, Cr, Mg and Mn in the spent electrolyte varied between 10% and 60%. Particularly, the removal rate of As reached 62%. The high cost of sodium hydroxide and the accumulation of impurities are the two challenges in alkaline zinc hydrometallurgy. The above process allows reduce significantly the consumption of sodium hydroxide and clarify the recycled solution. © 2014 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
The effects of impurities ions on the quality of the metallic zinc powder in zinc alkaline leaching electrowinning process are researched. The experimental results indicated that the ions of CO32-,SO42-,SiO32-, F- have no influences on zinc Electrowinning and the maximum concentration of the chlorine ion should be controlled under 20g/L, the concentration of the sulfide ion has significant influence on electrowinning process, the quality of zinc decreased by 5% even under the slight amount of sulfide ion condition.

An integrated hydrometallurgical process for the production of zinc and lead concentrates from lean oxidized zinc ores by alkaline leaching, followed by two-step sulfide precipitation of lead and zinc sulfides, is developed. The lean zinc oxidized ore was firstly ground to a size below 0.2 mm, followed by alkaline leaching at 90 °C for 120 min in NaOH solution, in which both zinc and lead are effectively extracted. Lead concentrates were then highly selectively and quantitatively produced from the leach solution by adding sodium sulfide as precipitant. Zinc concentrates were obtained in the same way from the Pb-free solution. Optimum conditions of lead precipitation were found to be 1.8 Na2S•9H2O/Pb weight ratio, 90 °C, 60 min and those for zinc precipitation were 2.4 Na2S•9H2O/Zn weight ratio, 90 °C, 180 min. Finally, a scale-up experiment was carried out and found that the lead and zinc total extraction both reached above 80% calculated from the ores and the quality of lead and zinc concentrates can meet industrial requirements for roasting processes. Meanwhile, it was found that the loss of NaOH is negligible and the main consumption of chemicals was that of sodium sulfide. © 2011 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.

According to the principles of simultaneous equilibrium and electronic charge neutrality, the thermodynamics of Zn(II)-NaOH-H2O system was studied in this paper. Varying the concentration of sodium hydroxide, in range of 0-400 g/L, the distribution law of all zinc species and the mathematical model of equilibrium concentration of zinc in the system were obtained. The relative errors between theoretic calculation and the experimental values of total concentration of zinc were analyzed, and the absolute average error is only 0.129 8%. The mathematical model and the thermodynamic data are believable. © 2010 Shanghai University and Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.
