To adapt to the diversified development of the post-graduate education system, the mode of postgraduate cultivation has been developing from the single-tutor mode to the tutor team mode. In this paper, the status of the guidance of postgraduates by tutor teams is briefly described, and the positive impact of the mode on tutors, students and academic development is analyzed.
