为适应研究生教育体系呈现多元化发展的特点,研究生导师培养模式正由单一导师模式向团队模式发展。论文简要阐述了当前导师团队指导研究生现状,对比分析了导师团队指导研究模式对导师、学生及学科发展产生的积极影响,最后总结出目前导师团队指导研究生模式存在的几个弊端,指出导师团队指导研究生模式仍是一项有待完善的系统性工程,需要协调各方面的力量才能有效、高效的开展。

To adapt to the diversified development of the post-graduate education system, the mode of postgraduate cultivation has been developing from the single-tutor mode to the tutor team mode. In this paper, the status of the guidance of postgraduates by tutor teams is briefly described, and the positive impact of the mode on tutors, students and academic development is analyzed.
