摘要:
本文介绍一种新型马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti钢的金相试样制备方法,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察试样的表面形貌。对取样、磨制、抛光和浸蚀等制备过程中出现的一些问题进行分析、总结。实验结果表明:只要掌握好磨制、抛光和浸蚀等过程,注意细小环节,就能制备出高质量的试样,该试样在电镜下表面洁净无划痕,且能清楚的观察到材料的显微组织结构。

摘要:
金相制备技术包括金相试样的制备技术和显示技术,试样的制备是基础,显示技术也很关键。笔者曾在南华大学金相技能大赛中获一等奖,在第八届全国大学生金相技能大赛中获三等奖,本文结合课程实验、比赛训练及参与老师科研课题工作经历,总结了一些金相试样制作的技巧以及制备过程中可能出现的问题的防止措施和解决方法,尽可能为初学者提供参考。

摘要:
为了提高冶金关键零部件热轧地下卷取机卷筒扇形板的力学性能并延长其使用寿命, 使用激光熔覆技术在2Cr12NiMoWV钢表面分别制备了两种铁基合金熔覆层; 利用金相显微镜观察熔覆层的显微组织; 利用显微硬度计测试熔覆层的硬度; 利用万能力学试验机测试熔覆层的力学性能; 利用SEM观察拉伸断口的显微组织; 利用EDS对断口的元素种类与含量进行分析。试验结果表明: 两种铁基合金熔覆层表面光滑平整, 无裂纹、气孔等明显缺陷, 均与基体钢形成了良好的冶金结合; 熔覆层的界面组织呈现定向快速凝固特征。其中A粉末制得的激光熔覆层硬度整体高于基体, 抗拉强度1 030 MPa, 屈服强度812 MPa, 延伸率10.1%, 断口形貌表明其断裂机制为脆性断裂; B粉末制得的激光熔覆层硬度整体略低于基体, 抗拉强度895 MPa, 屈服强度512 MPa, 延伸率26.5%, 断口形貌呈现出大量的韧窝, 断裂机制为韧性断裂。A粉末的激光熔覆组织硬度高、强度大, 塑性较差, B粉末的激光熔覆组织硬度较低、强度较差, 塑性极好。

摘要:
采用多弧离子镀技术在0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti钢表层制备TiAlSiN涂层;采用X射线衍射分析膜层的物相成分;利用显微硬度计检测涂层的硬度;利用扫描电镜观察TiAlSiN涂层的形貌;利用能谱仪对涂层表面的组成及含量采取分析;采用自动划痕仪测定涂层结合力;用高温热处理炉对涂层进行高温抗氧化实验。结果表明:基材经多弧离子镀膜,其表面均匀平整、致密度高,但有一定量的微孔洞和大颗粒。镀有TiAlSiN涂层的试样平均硬度达到1971.4HV0.2。镀有TiAlSiN涂层的试样与原始0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti钢的相比,其氧化速率远低于原始0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti钢的,而高温抗氧化性优于原始0Cr15Ni5Cu2Ti钢。划痕实验结果表明:膜基结合力约10N,此次实验涂层与基材的结合力较低。

摘要:
采用真空熔炼和铜模吸铸的方法制备CoCrFeNiCu高熵合金,利用光学显微镜(OM)、显微硬度测试仪对合金进行表征,研究不同退火时间、退火温度对合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,CoCrFeNiCu显微组织为枝晶、枝晶间和α+β共晶结构。随着退火温度的上升,枝晶组织出现先粗化后细化的现象;退火时间的增加会导致α+β相含量减少; CoCrFeNiCu显微硬度与枝晶相的含量相关。

摘要:
According to the actual production demands of local metallurgical enterprises, two kinds of Fe-based alloy powders, A and B, were designed. Their elemental compositions were C, Mn, Si, Cr, V, Ni, Fe for A; and C, Mn, Si, Cr, Mo, Al, Ni, Fe for B. Then two kinds of Fe-based alloy layers were prepared on the surface of a 40CrNiMoA steel substrate by laser cladding to form Clad A and Clad B. The microhardness and tensile properties of the clad layers were tested. The friction and wear properties were evaluated and the surface morphology of the samples after wear was observed and characterized. The results show that the laser clad Fe-based alloy powders form a good metallurgical bond with the substrate matrix and without observable defects such as cracks, porosity. The microhardness of the Clad A and Clad B reach 348 and 310 HV0.2, respectively; the tensile strengths are 960 to 1000 MPa and 830 to 870 MPa, respectively; the yield strengths are 780 to 820 MPa and 490 to 520 MPa, respectively; the elongations after fracture are 10 to 12% and 24 to 26%, respectively; the fluctuation ranges of friction coefficient are 0.30 to 0.50 and 0.35 to 0.70, respectively; and the wear amounts are 0.9 and 1.6 mg, respectively. Clad A exhibits a higher hardness and strength than Clad B, while the plasticity of Clad A is inferior to Clad B. © 2020 Old City Publishing, Inc.

摘要:
采用光纤激光器对卷取机卷筒主轴常用的40CrNiMoA钢进行了激光淬火实验,采用金相显微镜观察试样表面的显微组织,采用维氏硬度计测试相变硬化层的显微硬度,采用立式万能摩擦磨损试验机评估试样的摩擦磨损性能,采用体视显微镜观察试样截面的宏观组织及磨损形貌,采用电化学工作站测试试样的耐蚀性能。结果表明:40CrNiMoA钢经激光淬火后,表面会出现一层相变硬化层,其显微组织主要为细小的马氏体、少量的残留奥氏体以及部分弥散的碳化物;硬化层深度约为200 μm,硬度值可达638.3~711.2 HV,约为基体的2.6~2.8倍;平均摩擦因数为0.506,与基体相比下降了42.5%,磨损量为1.3 mg,仅为基体的36.1%,其主要磨损机制为磨粒磨损;腐蚀电位为-0.497 V,自腐蚀电流密度为2.16789×10 -9 A/cm 2,与基体相比,腐蚀电位略有提高,而自腐蚀电流密度有所降低,耐腐蚀性能得到了较大提升。 In this study, a laser-quenching experiment is conducted on the 40CrNiMoA steel base material of a reel spindle using a fiber laser. Further, the microstructure of sample surface is observed using a metallographic microscope, the microhardness of the phase-transformation hardening zone is evaluated using a Vickers hardness tester, and the friction and wear properties of the sample are evaluated using a vertical universal friction-and-wear tester. The macroscopic structure of the sample cross-section and morphology after wear are observed using a stereo microscope, and the corrosion resistance of the sample is verified using an electrochemical workstation. The results denote that after laser quenching of the 40CrNiMoA steel, a phase-transformation hardening zone can be observed on the surface with a microstructure that is mainly characterized by fine martensite, a small amount of retained austenite, and partially dispersed carbides. The hardened layer exhibits a depth of approximately 200 μm, and the hardness can become 638.3--711.2 HV, which is approximately 2.6--2.8 times that of the substrate. The average friction coefficient is 0.506, which is 42.5% lower than that of the substrate. The amount of wear is 1.3 mg, which is only 36.1% of that of the substrate. Herein, the abrasive wear is observed to be the main wear mechanism. Furthermore, the corrosion voltage is -0.497 V, which is slightly higher than that of the substrate, while the self-corrosion current density is 2.16789×10 -9 A/cm 2, which is lower than that of the substrate. The corrosion resistance is considerably improved.

摘要:
采用不同激光功率在卷取机卷筒主轴40CrNiMoA钢基材表面进行了激光淬火试验,利用体视显微镜、光学显微镜、显微硬度计和立式万能摩擦磨损试验机等观察和测试试样横截面的宏观组织、表面显微组织、激光相变硬化区的显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:3种不同功率下的激光淬火试样表层组织均得到不同程度的细化,其硬度、摩擦磨损性能较基体均有所提升。其中,当功率为1600 W时,在试样截面能够明显观察到相变硬化区。此时,试样的表层组织最为细致,由细小的针状马氏体、少量残留奥氏体和弥散分布的细小碳化物组成,其表面硬度可达640. 3~706. 8 HV0. 2,约为基体硬度的2. 8倍。同时,摩擦因数稳定在0. 40~0. 60之间,与基体相比降低了50%左右;磨损量1. 3 mg,仅为基体的36. 1%。在光斑尺寸12 mm×2 mm,扫描速度v=20 mm/s的试验条件下,采用1600 W激光功率对40CrNiMoA钢进行表面激光淬火,得到的试样组织和摩擦磨损性能最优。

利用多弧离子镀技术在Zr-4合金表面制备了Cr+TiAlN复合涂层。采用多种分析手段研究了涂层在1200℃高温水蒸气环境下的抗氧化性能。利用X射线衍射分析涂层的物相成分;利用扫描电镜观察涂层表面的微观形貌;利用能谱对涂层元素种类与含量进行分析;采用自动划痕仪对涂层的力学性能进行检测。结果表明:多弧离子镀膜层表面均匀平整、致密度大,但存在一定数量的微孔洞及大颗粒。镀有Cr/TiAlN涂层试样的氧化速率远低于原始锆合金的氧化速率,抗高温水蒸气氧化性能优于原始Zr-4合金,且单位面积的氧化增重量仅为原始Zr-4合金的36%。划痕实验结果表明,膜基结合力为26 N,膜基结合性能良好。

摘要:
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of zirconium alloy in high temperature and high pressure water environment, Cr/TiAlN coating and Cr/TiAlSiN coating were prepared on the surface of Zr-4 alloy by multi-arc ion plating (MAIP). The corrosion resistance of the two coatings in the autoclave was compared by various analytical methods:The film-based bonding force of the coating was detected by an automatic scratch test; the microstructure of the coating was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM); the porosity and the quantity of large particles on the surface were analyzed by Image J software; the phase of the coating was analyzed by x-ray diffractometer (XRD); the type and content of the coating were detected by energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The experiment result shows that the surface of the two coatings is relatively flat, and the surface of the Cr/TiAlSiN coating is finer than that of the Cr/TiAlN coating, and the number of large particles is small and the density is high. The critical loads that the Cr/TiAlN coating and the Cr/TiAlSiN coating can withstand are 34 N and 29 N respectively. Under the experimental conditions, part of the Cr/TiAlN coating peeled off and localized corrosion occurred; A large amount of ZrO2 was detected on the surface of the sample, the coating was destroyed and the protective effect was lost. While, the Cr/TiAlSiN coating is almost intact, it effectively preventing the substrate from being corroded. In conclusion: the coating quality of multi-arc ion plating Cr/TiAlSiN coating is better than that of Cr/TiAlN coating, and the corrosion resistance is better. It can protect the zirconium alloy matrix effectively. However, the residual stress is generated due to the presence of Si in the Cr/TiAlSiN coating, which resulting in a low film-based bonding force. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要:
目的提高锆合金在高温高压环境中耐动水腐蚀性能。方法利用多弧离子镀技术(MAIP)在Zr-4合金表面分别制备了Al2O3涂层和Cr/Ti AlN复合涂层,利用磁控溅射技术(MS)在Zr-4合金表面制备了Ti N涂层。通过堆外高压釜实验,对比研究了三种不同涂层的耐高温高压动水腐蚀性能,利用自动划痕仪检测膜基结合力,利用XRD分析涂层的物相成分,利用SEM观察涂层腐蚀前后的微观形貌,利用EDS对涂层元素种类与含量进行分析。结果多弧离子镀技术制备的Al2O3涂层和Cr/Ti Al N涂层致密度较高,但表面存在少量大颗粒与微孔洞;磁控溅射技术制备的Ti N涂层均匀平整,表面大颗粒较少。Al2O3涂层、Ti N涂层和Cr/Ti Al N涂层可承受的临界载荷分别为26、16、26.5 N。在实验条件下,Cr/Ti Al N涂层和Ti N涂层表面均发生了剥落或腐蚀现象,且这两种试样表面均检测出大量的Zr O2,而Al2O3涂层几乎未被破坏,基体得到了充分防护。结论利用多弧离子镀技术在Zr-4合金表面制备的Al2O3涂层和Cr/Ti Al N涂层的膜基结合力较高,利用磁控溅射技术制备的Ti N涂层的膜基结合性能较差,其中Al2O3涂层具备良好的耐腐蚀性能,在高温高压动水腐蚀环境中能够有效地保护锆合金基体。

摘要:
为了在锆合金管材表面制备一种抗高温氧化性能优良的复合涂层,采用多弧离子镀技术,在锆管表面先用纯铬靶沉积Cr过渡层,再用TiAlSi靶通入氮气反应沉积TiAlSiN表面层,制得了Cr/TiAlSiN复合涂层。对锆合金单一Cr涂层和Cr/TiAlSiN复合涂层试样进行了淬火对比试验;对锆合金基材和Cr/TiAlSiN复合涂层试样进行了高温水蒸气氧化对比试验。肉眼观察1 200℃淬火前后宏观形貌,用SEM观察涂层1 200℃水蒸气氧化前后微观形貌,热重试验法测试样品在水蒸气氧化过程中的重量变化、氧化反应速率。结果表明:复合涂层在1 200℃淬火条件下未见剥落和开裂现象,而单一Cr涂层淬火后出现局部剥落;锆管基材经水蒸气氧化后表面生成氧化锆,出现微孔洞;复合涂层试样表面生成致密氧化物,氧化放热反应速率变缓。在本试验条件下,Cr/TiAlSiN涂层具有较好的高温抗氧化性能。

摘要:
Cr-TiAlSiN composite coatings were deposited on the substrate of zirconium alloy tubes by multi-arc ion plating and intermediate frequency unbalanced magnetron sputtering, separately. The micro-morphology of surface and cross-section of the composite coatings was observed by a scanning electron microscopy; the porosity and the quantity of large particles on the surface were analyzed by Image J software; the adhesion strength between the coatings and substrate was measured by a pull pressed spring testing machine; the samples were subjected to high temperature oxidation test at 800ºC and high temperature quenching test at 1200ºC using a high temperature furnace. The results show that there are more large particles on the surface of the coating deposited by multi-arc ion plating, but the porosity of that is relatively low, so that its high temperature oxidation resistance behavior is better. The interface of the composite coatings is relatively clear and uniform, and the adhesion strength between the coatings and substrate is relatively strong, both of which are higher than 22.68 MPa. According to the high temperature quenching test at 1200ºC, it also turns out that the adhesion strength is better with the process of multi-arc ion plating. 摘要:
对9Ni钢进行QT热处理,采用金相显微镜进行金相组织观察和分析、触摸屏显PLC控制冲击试验机进行低温冲击试验、XRD衍射仪进行物相分析。实验结果表明,9Ni钢经QT热处理后低温冲击功有较大提高,试验组的平均值约为原始组的3倍,其低温韧性提高的主要原因是有逆转奥氏体生成。

摘要:
对锆合金基材表面分别进行离子渗氮和气体氮碳共渗,然后采用多弧离子镀技术在锆合金渗氮层表面制备TiAlN涂层,并与锆合金基材表面直接制备的TiAlN涂层进行对比,研究渗氮层对涂层结合力的影响。用立式万能摩擦磨损试验机进行摩擦磨损试验;用显微硬度计测试显微硬度;用洛氏硬度计进行压痕试验;用划痕仪测试膜基结合力。试验结果表明:锆合金经过渗氮处理其表面摩擦因数保持稳定;表面硬度和膜基结合力均有所提升,且气体氮碳共渗后的表面硬度和膜基结合力比离子渗氮略高。

摘要:
TiAlSiN coatings were deposited on the nitrided Zircaloy-4 by multi-arc ion plating at −100 V, −200 V and −300 V. In this study, the high temperature oxidation behavior of coatings was tested by a box-type resistance furnace in air for 3 h at 800 °C; the macro-morphology of coatings was observed and analyzed by a zoom-stereo microscope; the micro-morphology of coatings was analyzed by a scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and the chemical elements of samples were analyzed by an energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS); the adhesion strength of the coating to the substrate was measured by an automatic scratch tester; and the phases of coatings were analyzed by an X-ray diffractometer(XRD). Results show that the coating deposited at −100 V shows better high temperature oxidation resistance behavior, at the same time, Al elements contained in the coating is of the highest amount, meanwhile, the adhesion strength of the coating to the substrate is the highest, which is 33N. As the bias increases, high temperature oxidation resistance behavior of the coating weakens first and then increases, the amount of large particles on the surface of the coating increases first and then decreases whereas the density of the coating decreases first and then increases, and adhesion strength of the coating to the substrate increases first and then weakens. The coating's quality is relatively poor when the bias is −200 V. © 2017

采用多弧离子镀技术在不同的占空比条件下于锆合金表面制备TiAlN涂层.利用扫描电子显微镜观察涂层的表面和截面微观形貌;利用能谱分析涂层的表面元素成分;利用箱式电阻炉测试涂层在800 ℃空气中持续进行3 h的高温氧化性能;利用自动划痕仪在常温下测试涂层的膜基结合力;利用X射线衍射仪分析涂层的物相组成.结果表明:占空比可显著影响TiAlN涂层的表面和截面的微观形貌、元素成分比例、高温抗氧化性、膜基结合力及物相组成.随占空比增大,TiAlN涂层表面的大颗粒数目减少,表面质量得到改善,涂层的沉积速率先增大后减少,致密性一直增加;能谱分析表明Al元素与Ti元素质量比逐渐减小,Al元素与Ti元素的质量比值最大为2.437;占空比为50%时所制备涂层的高温抗氧化性能最好,膜基结合力最大,为32 N;占空比为30%时,TiAlN涂层中Ti3AlN表现出(111)晶面、AlN在(100)晶面择优取向,随占空比增加,物相无择优取向现象.以50%占空比的工艺参数镀TiAlN涂层表面质量较好,膜基结合力较强,高温抗氧化性能优良.

摘要:
采用多弧离子镀技术在表面经过渗氮处理的Zr4合金基体上制备TiAlSiN涂层。利用扫描电镜对涂层进行表面和截面的微观形貌观察;利用自动划痕仪对涂层的力学性能进行检测;利用高温热处理炉对涂层进行800 ℃高温抗氧化和1200 ℃高温淬火试验;利用X射线衍射仪对涂层进行物相分析。结果表明: Zr4合金渗氮处理后,涂层与渗氮层之间膜层分明,且涂层厚度均匀,涂层表面有少许大颗粒物质存在;膜基结合力约为28 N;涂层短时间内高温抗氧化性能较好;当渗氮剂量达到一定值后,会有ZrN物相生成。

摘要:
为优化TiAlN涂层的沉积参数,采用多弧离子镀技术在不同弧电流条件下于锆合金表面制备TiAlN涂层。利用扫描电子显微镜、能量色散X射线谱、高温热处理炉、划痕仪和X射线衍射仪分析弧电流对TiAlN涂层表面形貌、元素成分、高温抗氧化性、膜基结合力及物相结构的影响。结果表明:随着弧电流的升高,TiAlN涂层表面大颗粒数目逐渐增多,但涂层变得更加致密、孔隙率逐渐降低;弧电流为70 A时所制备的涂层高温抗氧化性能最好;膜基结合力随着弧电流的增加呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,弧电流为60 A时所制备的涂层膜基结合力最大,为32 N;弧电流为50 A时,涂层中物相Ti_3AlN在(111)晶面、物相AlN在(100)晶面表现出择优取向。

增压器涡轮箱疲劳分析与寿命预测

摘要:
作为增压器核心零部件,涡轮箱的疲劳失效主要由热载荷引起。结合汽车发动机可靠性试验方法规范,通过CFD、FEA仿真和FEMFAT疲劳,计算分析增压器在不同工况下的温度及累积塑性应变分布情况和涡轮箱危险部位的疲劳损伤,对涡轮箱的疲劳寿命进行预测分析,经过计算分析该涡轮箱疲劳寿命约为1490 h,能够满足实际使用要求。
