摘要:
The process of radon exhalation of uranium ore-rock in the course of mine ventilation is complicated, dynamic and nonlinear.The calculation basis of radon exhalation is the equivalent radon exhalation rate, which contributes to reasonably determine the ventilation air quantity in uranium mines, avoiding unnecessary cost.

摘要:
The length of the pre-splitting crack is an important parameter in underground mine deep-hole blasting, and experience and engineering analogy methods are used commonly, but they seldom have scientific and theoretical basis. In this paper, the mature numerical analysis software - ANSYS/LS-DYNA was adopted, the different lengths of pre-splitting crack were simulated. In the filling body, the corresponding maximum blasting vibration velocity and stress are obtained by numerical simulation when the maximum initiation section blasted. The corresponding regression formulas are obtained by using the least square method, and the optimal length of the pre-splitting crack is 12 m through the calculation. Proved by practice, this method to get the length of the pre-splitting crack is scientific and effective, can be extended in other similar blasting engineering.

摘要:
Manganese was extracted from leaching low-grade manganese ore in sulfuric acid medium. The effects of granule diameter, leaching time, liquid/solid ratio (V/W) and the concentration of sulfuric acid were investigated through orthogonal and single factor experiments. The experimental results showed that the optimal leaching conditions are, size of 0.054mm, 120 minutes of reaction time, 3(V/W) of liquid/solid ratio and 30% of the concentration of sulfuric acid (g/g). Under those conditions, the leaching efficiency is 96.73%. The kinetics of the leaching process is in accordance with the characteristics of fractal reaction.

摘要:
Mechanical ventilation is one effective way which can reduce radon and remove radon in uranium mine.According to the actual situation of underground uranium mine ventilation system, the article reasonably built an evaluation index system from the perspective of safety and reliability and established a security and reliability comprehensive assessment system of a uranium mine underground ventilation based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.

Bridge erecting machine has been widely used nowadays with its efficiency, while just as a coin has two sides, it also brings problem. If a rollover happens, it will lead to equipment damage, casualties or other disastrous accidents. How could technicians take measures to prevent accidents as efficiently as possible? Question remains unsaved. Based on the analysis of “10.26” bridge erecting machine tipping accident, this paper gives a qualitative analysis on the accident by using fault tree analysis. Firstly, fault tree diagram for the bridge erecting machine tipping, namely the causal and generalization relation between events is formulated. All the basic events that influence the way and the degree of the accident are identified, and these can be ascribed to the following three aspects: manufacturing defect, personnel operating error and management oversight. In terms of management oversight, the responsibility of construction unit, safety supervision department and supervision unit are of great importance. Secondly, combining the minimal path set with the structure importance, we conduct a qualitative analysis on the personnel casualties resulted from the accident, thus seek critical approaches to accident prevention. Finally corresponding safety control measures are put forward. It is noteworthy that the approach can be applied in the similar accidents entirely.
