摘要:
The immobilized Aspergillus niger powder beads were obtained by entrapping nonviable A. niger powder into Ca-alginate gel. The effects of pH, contact time, initial uranium (VI) concentration and biomass dosage on the biosorption of uranium (VI) onto the beads from aqueous solutions were investigated in a batch system. Biosorption equilibrium data were agreeable with Langmuir isotherm model and the maximum biosorption capacity of the beads for uranium (VI) was estimated to be 649.4 mg/g at 30 °C. The biosorption kinetics followed the pseudo-second-order model and intraparticle diffusion equation. The variations in enthalpy (26.45 kJ/mol), entropy (0.167 kJ/mol K) and Gibbs free energy were calculated from the experimental data. SEM and EDS analysis indicated that the beads have strong adsorption capability for uranium (VI). The adsorbed uranium (VI) on the beads could be released with HNO3 or HCl. The results showed that the immobilized A. niger powder beads had great potential for removing and recovering uranium (VI) from aqueous solutions. © Springer-Verlag 2012.

摘要:
South China is the most important uranium producer in the country. Most uranium deposits in south China are strictly controlled by NE-NNE trending regional fracture structure. Fractal analyses on spatial distribution of uranium deposits and regional fracture structure in south China have been done in this paper. It indicates that the spatial distribution of both uranium deposits and regional fracture structure in south China show fractal character. The fractal dimension D=1.4142 for the spatial distribution of regional fracture structure is significantly greater than the critical value and it indicate a higher ripening degree in the fracture structure evolution and an advantages to fluid flow and uranium mineralization. The fractal dimension D=1.0527 for the spatial distribution of uranium deposits in south China show a lower complexity than regional fracture structure. The fractal spatial distribution of uranium deposits in south China is the result of the evolution of the fractal fracture structure system. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
先后采用盐酸羟胺和紫外光辐射,对绳状青霉(Penicillium funiculosum)进行诱变,并用红外光谱分析了诱变绳状青霉细胞表面官能团的变化,采用静态吸附试验研究了铀溶液的pH、温度、初始铀浓度、吸附时间、菌体投加量等因素对其吸附铀的影响.通过对动力学模型、等温吸附模型和热力学方程进行拟合,研究了诱变绳状青霉吸附铀的行为.采用扫描电镜、能谱仪和红外光谱仪分析了吸附前后诱变绳状青霉细胞表面的形貌、化学组成和官能团结构的变化,进而探讨了吸附过程可能涉及的反应机理.结果表明,诱变绳状青霉在pH=6时吸附铀的效果最好,8h即达到吸附平衡,最大吸附量为200mg·g~(-1),对铀的吸附为细胞表面的缔合—OH、—CHO、不饱和键、—NH_2、—PO_4~(3-)等与铀的配位络合反应.

采用水培实验,研究了浮叶植物野生水葫芦(Eichhornia crassipes)、漂浮植物浮萍(Lemna minor L)、满江红(Azolla imbircata)、沉水植物菹草(Potamogeton crispus)、挺水植物空心莲子草(Alligator Alternanthera Herb)在初始铀浓度分别为0.15、1.50和15.00mg·L-1水中的生长状况及它们对水中铀的去除能力.结果表明,在21d的水培试验期内,满江红对铀表现出了最强的抗性,0.15、1.50和15.00mg·L-1的铀对满江红的生长抑制率分别只有4.56%、2.48%和6.79%,而满江红对水中铀的去除率分别达到了94%、97%和92%.进一步的试验表明,每1L水中种植7.5g满江红,可以获得最大的铀去除率,将初始铀浓度为1.25、2.50、5.00和10.00mg·L-1的水体降至国家排放标准(GB23727-2009)规定值(0.05mg·L-1)以下分别需要17、19、23和25d.研究结果为进一步开展铀污染水体植物修复的研究打下了基础.

In this paper, factor analysis are used to study the early Paleogene paleoenvironmental evolution from the Sanshui Basin, and main conclusions can be obtained as follows: stage I (89.0-73.0m), relatively dry and relatively low temperatures; stage II (73.0-52.5m), warm and humidity of the climate and environment; stage III (52.5-22.5m), the ancient climate conditions change quickly, showing the alternating warm and humidity and dry; stage IV (22.5-0m), prevailing warm and moist climatic conditions.

以新疆某砂岩铀矿含矿层为研究对象,利用压汞实验数据,采用分形理论研究含矿层孔隙结构特征,并探讨其与渗透性的关系及成因。含矿层孔隙结构总体上具类似的分形特征和形成机理。孔隙结构表现出双分形特征,大孔隙结构的分维值明显大于小孔隙结构的分维值,表明大孔隙结构的复杂程度明显大于小孔隙结构的复杂程度。大孔隙结构的分维值可判定含矿层的渗透性,并且其高值指示渗透性低,而小孔隙结构的分维值不能判定含矿层的渗透性。流体对不同孔径孔隙结构的改造程度存在差异可能是导致本砂岩铀矿含矿层孔隙结构具双分形特征的一个重要因素。

The effect of a complex surfactant on in situ leaching of low permeable sandstone uranium deposits is discussed, based on an Agitation leaching and a column leaching experiments. The results of the Agitation leaching experiment show that adding different concentrations surfactant into leaching solutions increases significantly the leaching rate of uranium. For a surfactant concentration of 10 mg/l, the leaching rate of uranium reaches maximum 92.6%. The results of the column leaching experiment show that adding 10mg/L surfactant into leaching solutions increases the permeability coefficient of ore-bearing layer 28.8% and the leaching rate of uranium 58.0%, resulting in 85.79%. The results of kinetic analysis show that extraction of uranium is controlled by diffusion with apparent rate constant of 0.0023/d without adding surfactant and by surface chemical reaction with apparent rate constant of 0.0077/d with adding surfactant. Thus, for low permeable sandstone uranium deposit, the in situ leaching mining is of great potential if adding the complex surfactant into leaching solutions.

Large number of valuable Uranium resources has been transformed to remnant ore, due to mining conditions of the deposit can not be recycled in the process of development and utilization. Such as reservation pillar in conventional mining, low-grade and residual ore bodies, remote and lonely ore bodies and so on. In order to exploratory research relevant technical problems of remnant Uranium ore resources recycled by stope leaching technique, experimental study were carried out in a Uranium mine. According to the remnant ore body occurrence conditions and make full use of the original sinking and driving engineering, adopting special stacking by blasting methods and reasonable lixiviant distribution and lixivium collecting technology, the remnant uranium ore resources recycling technology problems were solved by a small project investment. After 10 months of solution leaching, leaching of metal 5.18t, leaching rate up to 65.57%, the tons of metal cost for its existing mining cost 2/3. The stope leaching technology in remnant ore resource recycling is more perfect, expand the scope of application of the technology. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications.

摘要:
In this paper, a core-shell structured nanocomposite material was prepared for the detection, adsorption and removal of Hg(II) ions in aqueous solution. The core was made from Fe<inf>3</inf>O<inf>4</inf> nanoparticles with superparamagnetic behavior and the outer shell was made from amorphous silica modified with pyrene-based sensing-probes. The material could detect and adsorb Hg(II) ions in aqueous solution due to its surface being modified with pyrene-based sensing-probes, and could easily be removed from the solution by magnetic force because of its core being made from magnetic Fe<inf>3</inf>O <inf>4</inf> nanoparticles. This multifunctional core-shell structure was confirmed and characterized by TEM, IR spectra, TGA, XRD and N<inf>2</inf> adsorption/desorption isotherms. Experiments were conducted on its functions of detection, adsorption and removal of Hg(II) ions in aqueous solution. The experimental results showed that this composite material had high sensitivity and unique selectivity to Hg(II), and that it could easily be removed from the solution. 介绍了放矿运动学模型的基本原理。分析了根据运动学模型得出的放出体与实际放出体不相符的原因,并指出了放矿运动学模型的使用范围。改进了散体空位扩散系数DP的取值方法,并推导了二维和三维问题的速度场方程、颗粒移动迹线方程以及放出体方程等。在此基础上,建立了描述多漏口放矿时的矿岩移动规律的数学方程。根据该理论可确定多漏口放矿时的松散矿岩移动迹线,放出体以及矿石残留体形态,可为崩落法采场设计、采场结构参数优化等提供理论参考。

摘要:
The objective of this study was to evaluate the potential ecological danger and toxic effect of uranium mill tailings leaching solution (UMTLS) on aquatic animals. UMTLS was identified to contain two radioactive elements, nine heavy metal elements, and five non-metallic materials. The acute toxicity test indicated that the 1, 12, 24, 48, 72, 96 h LC 50 values of UMTLS to the zebrafish were 12.1, 7.1, 4.4, 3.8, 3.4, and 2.9%, respectively. In sub-lethal toxicity tests, superoxide dismutase, catalase, Na + -K + -ATPase activities, and malondialdehyde content were respectively determined and analyzed in the zebrafish gill, gonad, muscle, and liver after exposed to four different concentration levels of UMTLS for 7 and 14 days, respectively. The result showed that the most sensitivity of the antioxidant system in zebrafish tissues in UMTLS was gill, and then decreased in gonad, muscle and liver respectively. Na + -K + -ATPase activity in the liver and gonad may be considered as a reference biomarker of UMTLS stress. The data in this study may be valuable that the toxicity of such as the leaching solution of potentially hazardous material was compared with that of each constituent. © 2011 Akadémiai Kiadó.

摘要:
Contraposing a lead-zinc ore in yunnan province, Adopting FLAC<sup>3D</sup> which is a three-dimensional finite differential method to analyse the slope stability induced by goaf, The results indicated: the movement of surrounding rock had been being more intense, meanwhile the slope was instability, It might cause collapse and land slide of slope rock if no using filling method to treat timely. The size of plastic zone in slope rock reduced greatly after filling the goaf, that greatly improved slope stability. Results of simulation were in line with practical producing, validating that FLAC<sup>3D</sup> was an effective way of slope stability analysis induced by goaf. ©(2012) Trans Tech Publications.

摘要:
Experiments on the removal and recovery of U(VI) from aqueous solution by tea waste were conducted. The adsorbent was characterized by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer before and after the adsorption treatment. The removal of U(VI) amounts to 86.80 % at optimum pH 6. The adsorption process reaches its equilibrium in 12 h at 308 K, and the kinetic characteristic can be described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation. The amount of adsorption increases from 22.92 to 142.21 mg g−1 with the decrease of tea waste dosage from 100 to 10 mg for solution with an initial uranium concentration of 50 mg L−1. Desorption for the four strippants is higher than 80 %. The equilibrium data are more agreeable with Freundlich isotherm than Langmuir isotherm.

摘要:
Tailings produced during mining and milling of uranium ores represent potentially large volumes of low level radioactive materials. A typical environmental problem associated with mill tailings is radon emanation. Covering tailings is widely applied to reduce radon exhalation rate. In this paper, the fractal theories and field covering tests are used to study the fractal characters of size distribution of six types of covering materials, including waste rock, sand, laterite, kaolin, mixture of sand and laterite, and mixture of waste rock and laterite, and their influences on radon exhalation. The size distributions of uranium tailings and the six aforementioned covering materials all exhibit a good fractal structure. The contents of fine grain increase with the increasing value of fractal dimension. The results of field radon measurement show that the radon emanation rate of tailings without covers is 14.7-18.6 Bq/m<sup>2</sup> s. Covering tests were carried out of the six abovementioned covering materials with thickness of 0.4 m, 0.8 m, 1.2 m, 1.6 m and 2.0 m. The results indicate that the application of these materials for cover layers can decrease the radon exhalation rate markedly. The effectiveness of a cover layer in reducing radon exhalation is related to its fractal texture of size distribution. Under the same thickness conditions, the attenuation coefficient of radon exhalation rate increases with the increasing fractal dimension of size distribution of covers. The empirical expressions of the attenuation coefficients in relation to fractal dimension D of size distribution and thickness x of covers is obtained for evaluating the effectiveness of final covers for uranium tailings impoundments. ©2011 Elsevier Ltd. 以长链烷基醇酰胺、聚甘油为主要原料合成了3种非离子表面活性剂十二烷基酰胺聚甘油醚、十六烷基酰胺聚甘油醚和硬脂酸酰胺聚甘油醚,通过红外光谱对所合成产物进行了表征,并对产物表面化学性能进行了研究。结果表明:在十二烷基单乙醇酰胺与中间产物摩尔比1∶1,反应温度110℃,反应2.0 h,氢氧化钠用量为2.0%条件下,产物的最高收率87.1%;产品通过红外光谱表征表明结构正确;同一亲水链长下,随着烷基链的增长,增溶性逐渐增强,乳化能力和钙皂分散性能呈现先增加后降低的趋势;同一疏水链下,随着甘油平均聚合度的增加,起泡性、乳化力、钙皂分散性和增溶性均增强。
