摘要:
In this paper, we present a new method for determination of the linear thermal expansion coefficient (LTEC) of polymeric materials by infrared thermography. The method is based on the thermo-elastic effect, which is closely related to the LTEC. The advantage of this method is that it is not only suitable for any size and shape of polymeric material, but also for both amorphous and crystalline polymers. ©2012 Elsevier Ltd. In this paper, we report a double-receptor sandwich type fluorescence sensing method for the determination of fructose bisphosphates (FBPs) using fructose 1,6-bisphosphate (F-1,6-BP) as a model analyte based on uranyl-salophen complexes. The solid phase receptor is an immobilized uranyl-salophen (IUS) complex which is bound on the surface of glass slides by covalent bonds. The labeled receptor is another uranyl-salophen complex containing a fluorescence group, or uranyl-salophen-fluorescein (USF). In the procedure of determining F-1,6-BP in sample solution, F-1,6-BP is first adsorbed on the surface of the glass slide through the coordination reaction of F-1,6-BP with IUS. It then binds USF through another coordination reaction to form a sandwich-type structure of IUS-F-1,6-BP-USF. The amount of F-1,6-BP is detected by the determination of the fluorescence intensity of IUS-F-1,6-BP-USF bound on the glass slide. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for the detection of F-1,6-BP is 0.05-5.0nmolmL-1 with a detection limit of 0.027nmolmL-1. The proposed method has been successfully applied for the determination of F-1,6-BP in real samples with satisfactory results. © 2013 Elsevier B.V.

拉胀材料即具有负泊松比的材料。文中在简要介绍负泊松比起源的基础上,重点阐述了拉胀高分子材料目前现有的四大种类:泡沫聚合物、微孔聚合物、拉胀纤维和复合材料,并简述其研究现状。介绍了不同研究者关于拉胀性机理研究的观点、模型,指出拉胀机理的研究有待深入,就拉胀高分子材料领域中的研究方向和热点问题提出了一些独到的观点和看法,介绍了笔者在该方向上的相关工作和思路,并对拉胀高分子这一新材料品种的广阔应用前景予以展望。

摘要:
Biosorption is an effective and economic method to treat wastewater containing low concentrations of uranium pollutants. In this study, banyan leaves (BLs) were used as a biosorbent to adsorb uranium ions. The biosorption behavior, thermodynamics, and kinetics of this adsorption process, as well as its mechanism, were investigated. The results indicated that the optimal adsorption effect was achieved when the initial pH was 3.0, the initial uranium concentration was 100 mg L<sup>-1</sup>, the absorbent dosage was 5 g L <sup>-1</sup>, and the temperature was chosen to be 293 K. The biosorption rate could be described better by a pseudo-second-order model than a pseudo-first-order model, an Elovich kinetic model, and a double-constant speed kinetic model. The adsorption of uranium(VI) ions proceeded very rapidly in the first 30 min, which subsequently slowed down, and finally reached equilibrium after 50 min. The biosorption isotherm of uranium adsorbed onto BLs could be described better by Freundlich isotherm than Langmuir and Temkin isotherms. This pattern of uranium adsorption onto BL was not achieved by single-molecule form, but rather by multiple forms of adsorption. The thermodynamics parameters, namely, ΔH<sup>0</sup>, ΔS<sup>0</sup>, and ΔG<sup>0</sup>, of adsorption of uranium(VI) ions onto BLs were calculated according to the results of the experiment, which revealed that the biosorption processes were both endothermic and spontaneous. The authors investigated the active sites of BLs for biosorption, and the results proved that -OH, C=O, P-O, and Si=O played an important role in biosorption. ©2013 American Society of Civil Engineers.

摘要:
A double-receptor sandwich method for the fluorescence determination of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is proposed in this paper. The solid phase receptor on the surface of glass slides is a molecularly imprinted membrane (MIM) containing an artificial nanocavity. It is constructed by a molecular imprinting technique using adenosine monophosphate (AMP) as a template molecule. The labeled receptor is a uranyl-salophen complex containing a fluorescent group or uranyl-salophen-fluorescein (USF). It is synthesized with salophen, 5-aminofluorescein, and uranyl. In a procedure of determining ATP, ATP in sample solution is first adsorbed on the surface of the glass slide through the combination of the AMP group in ATP with the nanocavity in MIM. Then, the adsorbed ATP binds USF through the coordination reaction of the phosphate group in ATP with uranyl in USF to form a sandwich-type structure of MIM-ATP-USF. The amount of ATP is detected through the fluorescence determination of USF bound on the slide. Under optimal conditions, the linear range for the determination of ATP is 0.3 to 4.8 nmol/mL with a detection limit of 0.041 nmol/mL. The proposed method has been successfully employed for the determination of ATP in real samples with the recoveries of 98.5 to 102.5 %. © 2013 Springer-Verlag Berlin Heidelberg.

Based on ciprofloxacin (CIP)-Cu(II) system, the novel methods for the detection of metallothioneins (MTs) have been developed by fluorescence (FL) and resonance light scattering (RLS) strategies. The FL strategy avoids the label and derivatization steps in common methods, while the RLS strategy can be applied for determining bio-macromolecules and small molecules without native fluorescence. The response signals linearly correlated with the concentration of MTs over the ranges of 1.03×10<sup>-8</sup>-1.23×10<sup>-6</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup> for FL, and of 2.56×10<sup>-7</sup>-1.54×10 <sup>-6</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup> for RLS. The limits of detection (LOD) are 3.1×10<sup>-9</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup> for FL and 7.68×10 <sup>-8</sup> mol L<sup>-1</sup> for RLS. This study represents the comparison of these two methods using the same CIP-Cu<sup>2+</sup>-MTs system. They not only allow practical application for MTs detection but also serve as a potential choice for the operators according to their concrete needs. In addition, the mechanisms for FL and RLS enhancement of the system were also discussed. ©2013 Elsevier B.V.

采用静态法研究了某铀矿山附近土壤中的红壤胶体在不同pH值、离子强度、吸附平衡时间、铀溶液初始浓度、胶体用量、胶体粒径和有机质条件下对U (Ⅵ)的吸附影响,从热力学和动力学方面对吸附过程进行了分析,并通过元素分析、红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对吸附机理进行了初步探讨。实验结果表明:离子强度越小,胶体粒径越小,胶体对U(Ⅵ)的吸附量越大;单位质量红壤胶体对铀的吸附量随铀初始质量浓度的增大而增大,随红壤胶体用量的增大而减少;在25℃、pH值为3.5、离子强度为0.001 mol/L时,粒径小于1μm的红壤胶体的饱和吸附量q_(max)为76.76μg/mg。红壤胶体吸附铀酰离子前后的红外光谱表明,与吸附相关的主要基团为羟基、羰基、Si-O、Si-O-Fe等。红壤胶体对铀的吸附遵循Langmuir吸附等温线,符合准二级吸附动力学方程。

A high performance liquid chromatography method with visible detection (HPLC-VIS) for the determination of malachite green (MG), crystal violet (CV), leucomalachite green (LMG), and leucocrystal violet (LCV) in fish has been developed after clean-up through an immunoaffinity column (IAC). Residues were simultaneously extracted from fish muscle with acetonitrile and ammonium acetate buffer. The leuco-forms, LMG and LCV, were oxidized quantitatively to the chromic CV and MG by reaction with 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone. Extracts were then purified on an IAC which prepared by immobilizing the anti-MG-CV antibodies by the sol-gel method. Finally, the eluents were analyzed by HPLC-VIS. The limits of detection were 0.15, 0.1, 0.18 and 0.14 ng/g for MG, CV, LMG and LCV, respectively. The average recoveries in samples fortified with MG, CV, LMG and LCV over the range 0.5-10 ng/g were from 71.6% to 96.8% with RSDs of 5.1-12.3% (n = 6). This novel method was confirmed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry with electrospray interface in positive mode using multiple reaction monitoring. (c) 2012 Elsevier B.V. Thorium(IV) biosorption is investigated by citric acid treated mangrove endophytic fungus Fussarium sp. #ZZF51 (CA-ZZF51) from South China Sea. The biosorption process was optimized at pH 4.5, equilibrium time 90min, initial thorium(IV) concentration 50mgL<sup>-1</sup> and adsorbent dose 0.6gL<sup>-1</sup> with 90.87% of removal efficiency and 75.47mgg<sup>-1</sup> of adsorption capacity, which is obviously greater than that (11.35mgg<sup>-1</sup>) of the untreated fungus Fussarium sp. #ZZF51 for thorium(IV) biosorption under the condition of optimization. The experimental data are analyzed by using isotherm and kinetic models. Kinetic data follow the pseudo-second-order model and equilibrium data agree very well with the Langmuir model. In addition, FTIR analysis indicates that hydroxyl, amino, and carbonyl groups act as the important roles in the adsorption process. ©2013 Elsevier Ltd.

为了解决目前依靠转向灯识别换道意图时因转向灯开启率低而识别遗漏的问题,探索运用驾驶人在不同任务条件下眼动行为存在的差异来识别换道意图.在真实道路环境条件下进行实车试验,采集了16名驾驶人车辆保持阶段和换道意图阶段的眼动行为数据,运用数理统计方法对比分析驾驶人在不同阶段的基本眼动参数、注意力分配和视觉搜索模式3个方面眼动行为参数.研究结果表明:平均注视时间、平均扫视幅度、车道注意力分配、后视镜注意力分配、仪表盘注意力分配、区域间注视转移概率、水平视觉搜索广度等参数在2个阶段存在显著差异;与车道保持阶段相比,驾驶人在换道意图阶段对目标车道和后视镜的关注明显增加,对当前车道和车内仪表的关注减少,在各注视区域间注视点转移更加灵活,水平方向视觉搜索区域增大.

摘要:
A sensitive and selective electrochemical sensor for metronidazole (MNZ) was developed. The core–shell metronidazole-magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (MMIP) was synthesized and then attached to the surface of magnetic glassy carbon electrode (MGCE) with the help of magnetic force in order to prepare MMIP/MGCE sensor. The performance of the obtained imprinted sensor was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Various factors, known to affect the response behavior of the MMIP/MGCE electrode, were studied and optimized. The imprinted sensor exhibits high recognition ability and affinity for MNZ in comparison with the nonimprinted one. In addition, the MMIP/MGCE also shows good stability and acceptable reproducibility for the determination of MNZ. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the current response of the electrochemical sensor was linear to MNZ concentrations in the range from 5.0 × 10−8 to 1.0 × 10−6 M, with the detection limit of 1.6 × 10−8 M. The method was successfully applied to the analysis of MNZ in milk samples and honey samples with acceptable recoveries of 93.5–102.2%.

Rationally designed biosynthetic models provide fantastic advantages for addressing important issues in chemistry and biology. Previously, two distal histidines were introduced in the heme pocket of myoglobin (Mb) at positions 29 and 43. The resultant His29 and His43, together with the native His64, formed a metal-binding site in the designed L29H/F43H Mb mutant, which closely mimics the heterobinuclear center of native cytochrome c oxidase (CcO). Instead of studying the oxidase activity, we herein investigated the cross-reactivity, i.e., the peroxidase activity of this mutant, as well as the effect of metal ions binding to the designed metal-binding site on protein reactivity. It was found that the introduced two distal histidines with no bound metal ion serve to improve the peroxidase activity of L29H/F43H Mb compared with that of WT Mb containing a single distal histidine, whereas the binding of metal ions such as Cu(II) and Zn(II) to L29H/F43H Mb inhibits the catalytic activity to a different extent. These findings provide valuable insights into the peroxidase activity observed for the native CcO, as well as the role of metal ion in fine-tuning the protein cross-reactivity.

摘要:
综述了最近20多年有机化学取代基效应定量研究所取得的诸多新进展.主要内容包括:(1)电负性均衡原理得到普遍认同并用于计算分子中电荷分布和基团的诱导效应,分子电负性计算方法在几何平均法、调和平均法、加权平均法的基础上又提出了价电子均衡方法,进一步扩展了电负性均衡原理的应用范围.(2)试剂亲电、亲核能力的实验测定,提出了以二苯甲基正离子和醌甲基化合物等作为参考化合物的标定方法,其研究范围被扩展到气相条件、有机金属反应和自由基体系,得到一系列试剂的亲核参数N和亲电参数E.理论上提出亲电性指数和亲核性指数的概念及其定量计算公式,并对实验测定参数和理论计算指数之间的关系进行了深入研究.(3)极化效应参数从最初的经验方法,进而采用量子化学方法计算,再用统计方法提出了烷基极化效应指数PEI和基团极化效应参数PEIX,被广泛用于解释和估算有机化合物的气相酸碱性、电离能、生成焓、键能、反应速率、水溶解性和色谱保留值.(4)直接由取代苯的紫外光谱吸收能量计算得到的取代基激发态参数σ_(CC)~(ex),不同于取代基在分子处于基态的极性参数和自由基状态下的自旋离域效应参数,该参数用于对位二取代苯、取代二苯乙烯、二取代氮苄叉苯胺等多类有机化合物紫外光谱的定量相关,结果良好.(5)立体屏蔽效应的提出区分了传统的三种立体效应.在羰基与亲核试剂加成反应立体选择性定量表示,提出了立体选择性指数Ci;在表示基团对反应中心表面积屏蔽的定量提出了屏蔽参数SR,进一步基于反应中心体积被屏蔽的角度提出了拓扑立体效应指数TSEI,这些参数在分子内二面角、反应的立体选择性、烯烃和烷基苯的生成焓、咪唑离子液体的酸性以及烷烃与羟基自由基的反应速率等方面得到良好的应用.此外,论文还对有机化学取代基效应定量研究中值得进一步深入探索的领域和问题提出了建议和展望.

摘要:
The aim of this paper is to develop a wireless magnetoelastic sensing method for the determination of uranium in water based on the inhibitory effect of uranyl cation to α-amylase. In this method, a wireless sensor used for detecting uranium was fabricated by immobilizing a layer of starch gel on the surface of a magnetoelastic foil. When the sensor was in a solution containing α-amylase, the α-amylase catalyzed the hydrolyzation of starch, causing a resonance frequency shift of the sensor. Meanwhile, the catalytic hydrolyzation of starch was inhibited by uranium presented in the above solution, resulting in a decrease in the resonance frequency shift of the sensor. Consequently, the amount of uranium could be determined by measuring the resonance frequency shift. The influence of manifold variables on the determination was investigated in details. A linear range was found to be 9.2 to 103.5 μg L<sup>-1</sup> under optimal conditions with a detection limit of 3.6 μg L<sup>-1</sup>. The method was applied to the determination of uranium in environmental water samples with satisfactory results. ©2013 Copyright Taylor and Francis Group, LLC.

摘要:
Exposure of cells to densely ionizing radiation can initiate a series of molecular and cellular events, which result in the gain and loss of functions in critical regulatory genes and cellular damage. In the present study, alpha-particle radiation-induced insulin resistance and toxic injury to 3T3- L1 preadipocyte were observed, and the mechanism underlying the action was investigated. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were irradiated by different doses of alpha-particle at 0Gy , 0.3Gy , 0.6Gy , 1.0Gy , 1.5Gy , 2.0Gy , and 4.0Gy . Cloning efficiency was investigated to evaluate the cellular toxic effect of alpha-particle irradiation on cellular viability. Cytokinesis-block micronucleus technique ( CB-MNT ) and single-cell comet assay COMET assay were used to observe alpha-particle irradiation-induced DNA damage. Expression of caveolin-1, IRS-1 (insulin receptor substrate-1 ) and GLUT-4 ( glucose transporter-4 ) were analyzed by western blot and Reverse-transcription PCR (RT-PCR). Alpha-particle irradiation inhibited cloning efficiency, and increased micronucleus cells and the DNA damage in 3T3-L cells in a dose-dependent manner. Alpha-particle irradiation decreased the mRNA expression of GLUT-4 and IRS-1, and inhibited the protein expression of caveolin-1. The present results indicate that alphaparticle irradiation induced toxic injury and insulin resistance in 3T3-L1 preadipocyte, which might be associated with inhibition of GLUT-4 and IRS-1 expression by down-regulating caveolin-1. ©2013 Trade Science Inc. - INDIA.

摘要:
We have prepared a nanoparticle-based metronidazole-imprinted polymer by combining a surface molecular imprinting technique with a sol-gel process. Metronidazole was used as a template, 3-aminoprophyltriethoxysilane as the functional monomer, and tetraethyl orthosilicate as the cross-linker. The resulting magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The adsorbent can be applied to the solid phase extraction of metronidazole and exhibits high adsorption capacity, good selectivity, favorable reusability and the feature of magnetic separation. The binding performances of the adsorbent were evaluated by equilibrium rebinding experiments and Scatchard analysis. The material was successfully applied to solid phase extraction of metronidazole, followed by spectrophotometric determination in food samples. Spiked recoveries ranged from 88.5% to 97.0%, with relative standard deviation (RSD) of <3.5% for milk samples, and of 85.6% to 96.0% (with RSDs of 3.3-4.5%) for honey samples. © The Royal Society of Chemistry 2013.

摘要:
In this study, infrared thermography is used to detect the thermal effects of rubber-like materials during loading-unloading cycles. Two salient features of temperature change have been observed: (1) the temperature has a tiny decrease at first and then becomes to increase during the stretching process, which is in agreement with the thermo-elastic inversion effect. (2) Temperature variation is partly reversible in the first cycle and totally reversible in the following cycles. These phenomena are related to complicated deformation mechanisms. Based on the analysis of elastic thermal effects during deformation process, thermodynamics of rubber elasticity has also been investigated by infrared thermography. ©2012 Springer-Verlag.

以康仙花为原料,提取康仙花色素并对其理化性质进行了研究。实验结果证明极性溶剂乙醇、甲醇和水对康仙花有效成分具有很强的提取能力,其中乙醇-水溶液(60:40,体积比)对于康仙花色素的提取能力最大;康仙花色素在220及260nm处均存在极高的吸收峰值;在酸性条件下康仙花色素颜色为红色(pH值1~4),且随pH值增大而变浅;在碱性条件下康仙花色素颜色转变为黄绿色;在pH值为1,60℃以下时,康仙花乙醇提取物对光、热具有较好的稳定性; Cu~(2+)、Fe~(3+)离子的存在对康仙花提取物的颜色和稳定性有很大的影响;食品添加剂Vc会破坏康仙花色素的稳定性;此外,康仙花的抗还原能力强于其抗氧化能力。

Although with a distinct heme active site, both myoglobin (Mb) and cytochrome c oxidase (CcO) were found to function as a nitrite reductase (NIR) under hypoxic conditions. On the other hand, Mb was rationally designed to mimic native CcO by introduction of two distal histidines, i.e., L29H/F43H mutant, where His29, His43 and native His64 formed a metal-binding site. To probe the role of distal histidines in regulating the NIR activity of Mb, we herein designed a single mutant of L29H Mb that contains two distal histidines and solved its X-ray crystal structure, then we made both structural and NIR activity comparisons of Mbs with one to three distal histidines. It was shown that introduction of one or two additional distal histidines in Mb leads to the formation of a distal hydrogen network, which slightly alters the conformation of heme active site and inhibits the NIR activity. Meanwhile, the reductase activity of both L29H Mb and L29H/F43H Mb are regulated by metal ions such as Cu(II) or Zn(II) binding to the distal histidines, i.e., Cu(II) enhances the reactivity while Zn(II) inhibits the reactivity. These findings provide valuable insights into the structure and function relationship for both Mb and CcO functioning as a NIR in biological system.

以C22醇和P2O5为原料合成一种C22醇烷基磷酸酯乳化剂,设计正交实验考察了C22醇与P2O5的投料摩尔比、酯化温度、酯化时间对产物中双烷基磷酸酯(DAP)、单烷基磷酸酯(MAP)和残余磷酸(PA)组成的影响,对实验条件进行优化,确立最佳合成条件为:C22醇与P2O5的投料摩尔比为5:1,酯化温度85℃,酯化时间为6 h。正交实验结果表明在最佳条件得到的产物中DAP的含量高于MAP的含量,PA的含量为0.66%。测试不同PH值下乳液的乳化稳定性指数(ESI)和乳化活性指数(EAI),结果表明在pH=6~7之间乳化效果最佳;以辛癸酸甘油酯(GTCC)和橄榄油为油脂验证产物的乳化能力,结果表明所得产物的乳化能力强,并且所得的乳化体系稳定。利用红外光谱和31P-NMR对产物结构进行了表征,红外光谱结果表明P2O5与C22醇发生了酯化反应,生成了C22醇烷基磷酸酯;31P-NMR结果表明C22醇烷基磷酸酯产物中包含DAP和MAP。
