In this paper a new control method has been studied in which PID control system was integrated into the neural network. It could overcome some disadvantages such as neural network’s slow rate of convergence and PID’s difficulty in application of multivariate nonlinear systems. A controller of the Electro-hydraulic proportional control stroking mechanism for radial piston pump was designed based on the PID neural network control algorithm. The system responses of system variable control signal of system track were achieved by computer simulation. It was found by PIDNN that the control system could reach steady state in a shorter time, compared with PID control system response time by 65% to 80%. The simulation results showed that the controller for the Electro-hydraulic proportional Radial Piston Pump based PID neural network control algorithm would have a good controlling performance.

Model Reference Adaptive System (MRAS) represents one of the most attractive and popular solutions for sensorless control of induction motor drives. However, the performance of this scheme deteriorates at low speed. A new method is described which considerably improves the performance of MRAS-based sensorless drives in low speed regions of operation. It is applied to a vector-controlled induction motor drive. This new technique uses Radius Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) to entirely replace the conventional Proptional- intergral (PI) adaptation mechanism of classical hybrid reactive power MRAS speed estimator. The simulation results show great improvement in the speed estimation performance at low speed.

Nanoscale structuring on La"0"."7Sr"0"."3MnO"3 (LSMO) thin film surfaces has been performed by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) under ambient conditions. From line etching experiments we found that the line-depth increases in a stepwise fashion with increasing bias voltage. It also increases with decreasing scan speed and increasing scan repetition. We observed that the line-depth is an integral multiple of the LSMO out-of-plane lattice constant about 0.4nm. Lateral structure with minimum feature size of 1nm is possible to obtain. In addition, a four-level inverse-pyramid structure has been created on LSMO thin film surfaces. Our work shows the feasibility of using STM to fabricate controllable and complex nanostructures in LSMO thin film. Relative to gear shaping and gear hob, using gear slotting produces herringbone gear which is used in nuclear power turbine speed redactor has more obvious technical and economic benefits, but profile angle error of slotting cutter causes profile error and base pitch deviation of herringbone gear. It will result in high-frequency noise which damages the tactical and technical performance of warship. By analyzed the wire cutting system of rack cutter used in MAAG type gear machining for herringbone gear, the mathematical model of error prediction for rack cutter profile angle was founded. On the base of model of error prediction, the principle of error control and the method of revision control are presented. Finally, the example of prediction and control is provided.
