摘要:
By defining analysis feature and using analysis results to drive the parametric model, behavioral modeling establishes feature parameter of model automatically for meeting design objectives and making model technology intelligent, that is to say the result could be optimized automatically. In this paper, the application of PRO/E parametric modeling technologies in design of cam profile curve is researched. In order to optimization for dynamic balance of the cam, the methods of defining analysis feature and sensitivity/optimization analysis are proposed by using the technology of PRO/E behavioral modeling. These technologies can enhance the efficiency and quality of the cam design and provide a practical method for 3D modeling of this kind of cam. The fifth generation of CAD model technology named behavioral modeling provides the method of flexible and intelligent solution of practical engineering problems.

摘要:
To improve the steady state efficiency of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor system(IPMSM), the intelligent integrated online optimal control strategy of IPMSM efficiency optimization was presented. The intelligent integrated control technology and torque compensation method were combined to the system. The method of adaptive fuzzy logic to adjust direct-axis current was adopted in the first half search, using the adaptive step size to reduce the torque fluctuations. The golden section search method was adopted in the next half search to speed up the search process and improve its convergence. While in the whole process, the torque correction program was introduced to compensate the torque current in real-time and resolve the torque pulsation problem in the regulation process of the excitation current. The dynamic and static performances of the system are improved. A 100kW IPMSM efficiency optimization intelligent integrated control system was implemented using a TMS320LF2407A DSP. Experimental results prove the validity of the proposed strategy.

The roundness and surface roughness are important quality performances for machined round parts. In order to get the best quality performance by less experiment search for optimum parameters, an orthogonal array was used for the experimental design, optimal machining parameters were determined by the grey relational grade obtained from the grey relational analysis, and the main machining parameters that affect the machining performance can be found by the difference between the maximum and minimum value of the grey relational grade of the machining parameters. Experimental results have shown that the roundness and surface roughness of machined round parts can be improved effectively by the proposed approach.

The partitioned iterated function systems (PIFS) were introduced into the compression of vibration signal. The actual vibration data of ZLH600-2 pump were adopted to verify the performance of PIFS. Also the compression ratios and the computation time were good, but the spectrum and amplitude, as important performances, were deformed after compression. If the concerned frequency of users was significantly lower than the sampling frequency and the required compression ratios was not more than 2, the compression using PIFS in vibration signal of rotating machinery was comfortable. Otherwise, the information loss in the compression could not be ignored. The decoded signals with the different compression parameters were listed in the paper and it was a meaningful exploration of the IFS on diagnosis and laid the foundation for further research.

Recent study showed that a method for gene therapy by using ribozyme(Rz) had broad application prospects and great clinical practical value.However, there was little information available in literature about its application on schistosomiasis.The aim of this study was to construct the systems of hammerhead ribozymes targeting to the eggshell protein gene of Schistosoma japonicum (SjESG)and to test their cleavage activity in vitro and anti-reproduction contribution on Schistosoma japonicum (S.japonicum) in vivo. These findings showed the system ofhammerhead ribozymes against SjESG had contribution to anti-reproduction on S.japonicumin the BABL/c mice infected by cercariaes.
