摘要:
Organization agility of Manufacture enterprise is a complicated non-liner capabilities system. The relationship between organization agility and its influencing factors is just like a "black box", so it is difficult to describe with define function relation. The paper reviews research work about organization agility, analysis main influencing factors of organization agility, and filter efficient evaluate indexes of organization agility from such influencing factors through membership function and correlation function. Adaptive Network-based Fuzzy Inference System(ANFIS) is attempted to demonstrate the input-output mapping relationship among organization agility and its evaluate indexes, and Swarm Simulation Biology Evolutionary Algorithm(SSEBA) is utilized in ANFIS model to optimization and can get Optimal Solutions of organization agility. So a consult index system is put forward for manufacture enterprise to improve organization agility.

摘要:
The new situations were analyzed for nuclear development and security. Besides nuclear wars and terrorism, reactor runaway and un-ruled radioactive source are the main nuclear accidents in peacetime. With the active development of the nuclear cause in China, the nuclear education system is becoming deficient or defective. In order to ensure the sustainable and efficient accord development of nuclear industry, general nuclear education is necessary for correlative non-nuclear professionals, such as technologies, management, safety, culture and ethic.
摘要:
In this paper, A non-linear capacitance chaotic circuit is transformed into a novel third-order autonomous chaotic circuit using the duality theorem.With non-linear magnetic-control inductance as the core structure, the new circuit is simple and compact in its structure.There exist the phenomena of double scroll strange attractors and abundant chaotic dynamics behavior through numerical simulation.Furthermore, a new circuit design approach for the novel third-order autonomous chaotic circuit based on non-dimension state equation is proposed in this paper.Thus the novel circuit design has provided a new chaotic generator for the chaotic communication.
