摘要:
Based on the theory of Similarity, the model of trial-pit supported by reinforced continuous cement-soil wall and the displacement-values on the top of wall after excavation can be measured. By means of the model of exponential function, the relation curve of the displacement with the embedded-ratio is fitted. It is shown that good fitting effect can be obtained when the relation curve of the displacement with embedded-ratio is fitted by means of the model of exponential function. In engineering construction, the displacement-values on the top of wall with the excavating of pit can be forecasted by the model of exponential function. The displacement-values on the top of wall should be monitored and the relation curve of the displacement with embedded-ratio should be drew. By analysing and comparing the measured-values with its forecast-values,one can find out the actual working state of the supporting system and assess its stage of deformation and thereby to prevent happening of the accident.

Relative to gear shaping and gear hob, using gear slotting produces herringbone gear which is used in nuclear power turbine speed redactor has more obvious technical and economic benefits, but profile angle error of slotting cutter causes profile error and base pitch deviation of herringbone gear. It will result in high-frequency noise which damages the tactical and technical performance of warship. By analyzed the wire cutting system of rack cutter used in MAAG type gear machining for herringbone gear, the mathematical model of error prediction for rack cutter profile angle was founded. On the base of model of error prediction, the principle of error control and the method of revision control are presented. Finally, the example of prediction and control is provided.
