Fault diagnosis of complex control systems is a difficult and hot topic of research at this stage. In order to explore the internal operation characteristics of complex control systems and fault propagation methods to achieve efficient and accurate fault diagnosis, this paper studies control system fault diagnosis methods based on cause-effect relationships, analyzes the role relationship between system components from the perspective of control equation structure, proposes the method of constructing cause-effect diagram models with control equations, and uses the algorithm of way to implement, and then combine the information flow to quantify the causal effect quantifiably, when the system steady state is disrupted, the information flow produces a jump, so as to extend the fault diagnosis reasoning method. The fault diagnosis is verified by simulation of the pressure control system of the nuclear power plant regulator, and the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

摘要:
Accurate and complete diagnosis of nuclear accidents is the primary link to nuclear emergencies. The signed directed graph (SDG), as a common method of fault diagnosis, has good completeness. However, if there are feedforward and negative feedback control loops, compensation response and reverse response will be generated in the process of fault occurrence and propagation, which makes the state of the compensation variable and reverse variable uncertain, thus destroying the compatibility of the fault propagation path, leading to incomplete SDG reverse reasoning. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a SDG fault diagnosis method based on information flow. This method first finds out all the directed edges with the compensation variable or inverse variable node as the endpoint. By comparing the goodness of fit between the information flow on these directed edges and their total information flow curves, the path that contained the directed edge represented by sub-information flow with the highest (Formula presented.) is obtained, and it is used as the fault propagation path with the maximum probability to determine the state of the compensation variable or inverse variable and fault location. At the same time, this paper extends the SDG model from the structure to build an FR-SDG model that can intuitively describe the node steady-state information under the final response and the fault propagation path with the maximum probability, which improves the diagnosis resolution. Finally, this paper carried out the relevant experiments in the subsystem of the nuclear reactor primary loop by using the simulation system PCTran AP1000, which verified the feasibility of this method. Transition metal doping is an effective method to induce a structural phase transition and improve the electrocatalytic performance of transition metal chalcogenides (TMDs). In this study, MoxRe1-xS2 nanosheets with Mo fraction x from 0 to 1 were grown on a carbon nanotube/carbon cloth (CNT@CC) substrate using a hydrothermal method by changing the molar ratio of Na2MoO4·2H2O to NH4ReO4 in the precursor solution. The effect of the Mo fraction x on the phase structure and electrocatalytic performance for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) of MoxRe1-xS2 nanosheets was studied. The results indicated that MoxRe1-xS2 consists of the 1T′ phase (Re, Mo)S2 and the 2H phase (Mo, Re)S2, and the proportion of the 1T′ phase is in the range of 40–50%. Mo0.5Re0.5S2/CNT@CC shows the best HER catalytic activity with an overpotential of 85 mV at a current density of 10 mAcm−2, a Tafel slope of 38 mV dec−1 and a charge transfer resistance of 1.04 Ω. This excellent HER catalytic activity is attributed to the phase transition, defects and S vacancies on the basal planes, as well as the synergistic effect between the MoxRe1-xS2 nanosheets and CNT. © 2022 Hydrogen Energy Publications LLC

Two dimensional (2D) layered molybdenum sulfide (MoS2) exhibit unique advantages as electrocatalyst for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). However, the low conductivity of MoS2 itself still limit the overall HER rate. In this work, MoS2 nanosheets grown on a carbon nanotubes (CNTs)/carbon cloth (CC) were used as a cathode electrode for HER under alkaline electrolysis. A MoS2/CNTs/CC were prepared by a hydrothermal method using a precursor solution of sodium molybdate (Na2MoO4·2H2O), thiourea (SC(NH2)2), oxalic acid (C2H2O4·2H2O) and deionized water. The oxalic acid is used as a reducing agent and its concentration plays a significant role in controlling the size and the HER performance of MoS2 nanosheets. The MoS2/CNTs/CC catalyst prepared with the oxalic acid concentration of 5.625 mM shows the optimal HER activity, exhibiting the overpotential of 134 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm-2, Tafel plots of 45.7 mV dec-1, electrochemical double layer capacitance of 123.9 mF cm-2, electrochemical surface area of 3097.5 cm2 and very high durability. The improved HER activity is attributed to the more exposed active sites for the smaller size MoS2 nanosheets and improved conductivity of MoS2 nanosheets by CNTs. © 2022, S.C. The problem of high-precision insulation detection in the neutral point ungrounded system has not been well solved, especially in the case of non-faulty branch insulation resistance is not infinite, the traditional insulation testing device with the total insulation resistance to replacing the fault branch insulation resistance method error is very large. To solve this problem, this paper designs an injection source circuit that can be switched between the neutral point of the transformer and the output line of a phase. The actual total insulation resistance of the system can be calculated using the dual-frequency method when the injection source is switched to a phase-out, and detailed analysis of each branch before the fault industrial frequency zero-sequence current relationship and then find out each branch to ground resistance. After the insulation fault, the insulation resistance of the faulty branch is calculated from the value of the resistance to the ground of the non-faulty branch before the fault. This method eliminates the error caused by replacing the faulty branch insulation resistance with the total insulation resistance when the non-faulty branch insulation resistance is non-infinite. Simulation models are built-in Matlab Simulink to verify the method. The simulation results show that the method has high accuracy and a wide range compared with the traditional insulation resistance calculation method. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Rapid and accurate diagnosis of nuclear accident is the primary link of nuclear emergency. Signed directed graph SDG has good completeness as a common method for fault diagnosis, but the traditional SDG model has low diagnosis efficiency. As a representation method of causal relationship, information flow can be calculated and analyzed from a quantitative point of view, and the application of information flow to causal fault diagnosis can improve the diagnosis efficiency. In this paper, the information flow is introduced to improve the SDG model and the info-flow(information flow) SDG model is constructed, and a fault location method based on information flow is researched by using this model. In this method, the Coefficient of Variation is introduced to compare the jump amplitude of the information flow of the key causal pairs on each compatible path, so as to obtain the fault source with the highest probability of occurrence. In this paper, a simulation experiment is carried out in the PCTran AP1000 system by taking the coolant loss accident (LOCA)in the primary loop system of a nuclear reactor as an experimental case. © 2022 ACM.

摘要:
The design and fabrication of high-efficiency and low-cost bifunctional catalysts in overall water splitting is crucial for the industrial application of green and clean hydrogen energy. Herein, a three-dimensional (3D) self-supporting nickel sponge (SN) with many nickel synapses prepared by hydrothermal method was employed as the substrate. 2D CoFeLDH nanosheets were grown on nano-Ni synapses of SN by electrodeposition method. For comparison, CoFeLDH also was deposited on a nickel foam (NF) substrate using the same deposition process. The as-prepared CoFeLDH/SN exhibited excellent electrocatalytic performances with 208 mV at 10 mA cm−2 for OER and 63 mV at 10 mA cm−2 for HER in 1 M KOH alkaline solution, which is better than that of CoFeLDH/NF (276 mV at 10 mA cm−2 for OER, and 173 mV at 10 mA cm−2 for HER). The electrolytic cell using CoFeLDH/SN as both cathode and anode achieves a voltage of 1.52 V at current density of 10 mA cm−2, which is better than that of most previously reported bifunctional catalysts. Our work provides a facile and inexpensive option for the design of bifunctional catalysts in overall water splitting. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.

A two-stage chemical-biological oxidation approach, which applied a high temperature chemical oxidation stage prior to the bio-oxidation stage, was employed to accelerate the bio-oxidation rate of Axi gold concentrate with pyrite as the main sulfide phase. The extraction levels of Fe and S were 67.0% and 72.9% in the traditional one-stage bio-oxidation approach, while the values were elevated respectively to 78.0% and 79.6% with the two-stage approach. Accordingly, the extraction rate of gold was increased from 83.6% to 90.3% when subjected to the two-stage approach. The intensification mechanism of the two-stage approach was carried out by using Scanning Electron Microscope-Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (SEM- EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and particle size analysis. The results indicated that pyrite on the surface of the concentrate was partly oxidized and particle size of the concentrate diminished after the first stage (chemical oxidation), which would facilitate the subsequent bio-oxidation process. © 2020 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
The structural asymmetry of the MEMS rate-integrating gyro (RIG) mode produces a threshold and an angle-dependent bias (ADB) that cause gyroscopes operating in this mode to stop working at input rates below the threshold and degrade the linearity of the output angle. This defect in the RIG output angle is actually caused by a precession angular-rate bias that results from both damping asymmetry (anisodamping) and stiffness asymmetry (anisostiffness). This paper describes a novel compensation method based on Fourier series fitting combined with a multiple iteration technique. The proposed compensation method can significantly reduce both the input rate threshold and ADB. Simulations indicate that the threshold and ADB caused by anisodamping and anisostiffness can be reduced by three orders of magnitude. An experimental application of this method produced a MEMS RIG threshold as low as 0.05° per second, representing an improvement of two orders of magnitude and lower than has previously been reported. © 2013 IEEE.

We investigate the impact of the spatial beam oscillations in a graded-index multimode fiber (MMF) upon the trapping and blue-shifting of dispersive pulses by a multimode soliton. We find that the dispersive pulses trapped by solitons can be controlled through adjusting the degree of compression of the spatial beam. This can provide an explanation for the enhanced blue spectral extension observed in the typical supercontinuum generation in graded-index MMFs. Besides, the spatial-temporal nonlinear effect may provide an additional degree of freedom for the spectrally tailored light generation and the ultrashort pulse generation with tunable wavelengths in the normal dispersion regime. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing. Polyaniline/oxidation etching g-C3N4 composites (PANI/OCN) were synthesized through an oxidative polymerization method and applied to remove U(VI)from aqueous solution as an adsorbent. The PANI/OCN showed high maximum adsorption capacity (qm = 312.5mgg−1, T = 293K, pH = 5), which was higher than OCN and many other adsorbents,and extremely fast adsorption rate (in 10min). The adsorption process was fitted well to the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir model. Adsorption–desorption experiment revealed the good reusability of PANI/OCN. This study provides a potential composite with excellent performance for U(VI) removal. © 2019, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

Cr/TiN coatings were deposited on the surface of Zircaloy-4 alloy by physical vapor deposition. The Cr interlayers were prepared by magnetron sputtering (MS) and multi-arc ion plating (MAIP), respectively. To elucidate the effects of the different interlayer processes on the microstructure of Cr/TiN coating, the morphological features, components of surface particles, surface roughness, bonding strength, phase constituents, and high-temperature oxidation resistance were carefully investigated. In comparison to the Cr/TiN coating with the Cr interlayer prepared by the MS, the Cr/TiN coating with the Cr interlayer prepared by the MAIP exhibits a blurry bonding interface and higher coating roughness. Interestingly, the latter one has lower surface porosity, together with better adhesion and higher oxidation resistance. © 2020 IOP Publishing Ltd.

摘要:
We demonstrate that the optical event horizon can provide an effective technique to actively control the propagation properties of a dark soliton with another weak probe wave. Careful power adjustment of the probe wave enables the black soliton converted into a gray one with varying grayness through the nonlinear interaction, corresponding to a nearly adiabatic variation of the soliton’s speed. The sign of the phase angle for the newly formed gray soliton at optical event horizon is significantly dependent on the frequency of the launched probe wave. Linear-stability analysis of dark solitons under the perturbation of a weak probe wave is performed to clarify the intrinsic mechanism of the nonlinear interaction. The probe wave manipulated collisional dynamics between both dark solitons are investigated as an analogue of the combined white-hole and black-hole horizons which provides some insights into exploring the transition between integrable and non-integrable systems. © 2018 Optical Society of America under the terms of the OSA Open Access Publishing Agreement.

We propose a manipulation approach to vary the wave speed, as well as the grayness, of dark solitons under the optical event horizon arising from the interaction between a dark soliton and a probe wave. To the best of our knowledge, the optical event horizon effect is demonstrated for the first time to be capable of inducing a reversible conversion between a black soliton and a gray one. This reversible soliton transformation and control process originates from the intrinsic competition between the probe-induced nonlinear phase shift and the internal phase of the dark soliton. In a cascaded system consisting of two optical event horizons, we also observe the new optical soliton tunneling phenomena where a dark soliton can be reset longitudinally purposely. The results may find applications in information cloaking such as effectively hiding the presence of intermediate fiber section to the receiver. © 2018 Optical Society of America.

摘要:
本文首次记述了湖南省洞庭湖DT01剖面介形类现生种,包含3属4种,它们为比利时舍氏玻璃介(相似种) Schellencandonacf.belgica(Klie,1937)、布氏土星介Ilyocypris bradyi(Sars,1890)、土星介属(未定种)Ilyocypris sp.和豆形豆形玻璃介Fabaeformiscandona fabaeformis(Fischer,1851)。上述属种在洞庭湖区为首次报道,在湖南省亦是首次。此外,S.cf.belgica在我国还很少报道。本研究可丰富我国介形类现生种数据,同时为利用该类生物定量重建本区域全新世古气候奠定基础。

基于FLAC3D的流-固耦合模块,运用数值模拟方法,将金狮岭地区构造-流体-成矿系统及其动力学作为一个统一的整体进行了研究,根据模拟得到的主应力、最大主应力、最大剪应力、法向应力、主应变率、最大主应变率、最大剪切应变率和体积应变率等的定量结果,分析了矿床的成因和机制.模拟结果显示:主应力和主应变率大的区域,是成矿的有利部位,结合实际地质进行了相关验证.根据这些结论,最终圈定出金狮岭地区最具找矿潜力的四处区域.

We show that the group-velocity-led optical event horizon (OEH) in optical fibers provides a convenient way to actively control the propagation property of higher-order solitons by a comparatively weak dispersive wave (DW) pulse. It has been found numerically that clean soliton breakup, a process by which a second-order soliton completely splits into a pair of constituent solitons with vastly different power proportions after interacting with the weak DW pulse, will occur while external DWs become polychromatic. The temporal separation between both constituent solitons can be controlled by adjusting the power of the external DW. The more energetic main soliton is advanced/trailed in time depending on the selected frequency of input DW pulse. We have developed an analytic formalism describing the external acting-force (AF) perturbation. These results provide a fundamental explanation and physical scaling of optical pulse evolution in optical fibers and can find applications in improved supercontinuum sources. © 2017 Optical Society of America.

以华南某铀矿周边地表水为研究对象,用ICP-MS对21个样本进行放射性和重金属元素分析,采用内梅罗法对水质进行评价,为矿区地表水污染现状提供科学数据支持。结果表明:(1)矿区周边地表水超标的元素为U、Tl、Pb、As,其中U的含量为4.194~114.7μg/L,最高超标1倍多。(2)铀矿开采的污染来源主要有矿井水、碎矿废水、废石堆放场产生的废水,此外农田、养殖场废水也不容忽视。(3)该铀矿周边地表水污染状况整体良好,Ⅱ号水体较Ⅰ号水体污染状况严重,其中20号采样点评价等级较低。

摘要:
铀是重要的核能燃料,而铀的高效采冶特别是低品位铀矿资源的开发是核电发展的基础。文中采用实验室自主研制的多功能超临界CO_2浸取装置来浸取铀矿石。利用正交设计,研究氧化剂种类、压强、反应时间、温度对铀浸出率的影响,得出超临界C0_2流体浸取铀矿石的最佳工艺参数。研究表明:以Fe_2(SO_4)_3为氧化剂时,浸出效果最佳。使用Fe_2(SO_4)_3为氧化剂时,在压强为12 MPa、反应时间120 min、温度为45℃的条件下,超临界CO_2流体对铀的浸出率达到90.24%。超临界CO_2流体可望应用于实际低品位铀矿山中铀的提取。

Finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) method is employed to study the optical properties of a novel kind of periodic subwavelength hole arrays composed of Tai-chi-shaped holes in silver film, and the optical transmission properties of femtosecond optical pulse excitation is numerically calculated. We find that this Tai-chi-shaped device has better optical band-pass filtering properties, such as narrower pass band and higher transmissivity in visible wavelengths range, than other devices under consideration. Based on the generation of surface plasmons resonance mode in the dielectric-metal interface, the center wavelength of transmission can be tuned by changing the array periodicities. We observe that the tune ability mainly depends on the space period along the direction parallel to that of the incident pulse polarization. It is also found that both the strength and the wavelength of the transmission peaks of rectangularly distributed metal hole arrays are determined by the polarization of incident light. Additionally, we demonstrate the typical band-pass filtering properties of this Tai-Chi-shaped holes structure. The full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) of the narrow pass band is about 20 nm in visible wavelengths range. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
