摘要:
In this work, the thermo-sensitive materials N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) and acrylic acid (AA) were crosslinked with carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) (CMC/P (NIPAM-co-AA) via a free radical polymerization method for the removal of U(VI) from aqueous solution. The L16 (45) orthogonal experiments were designed for the optimization of the synthesis condition. The chemical structures of the crosslinking hydrogel were confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy. The microstructural analyses were conducted though scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to show the pore structure of the hydrogel. The adsorption performance of the CMC/P (NIPAM-co-AA) hydrogel for the uptake of U(VI) from simulated wastewater was also investigated. The adsorption reached equilibrium within 1 h. Under the reaction of pH = 6 and a temperature of 298 K, an initial concentration of U(VI) of 5 mg L-1, and 10 mg of the CMC/P(NIPAM-co-AA) hydrogel, the maximum adsorption capacity was 14.69 mg g-1. The kinetics fitted perfectly with the pseudo-second-order model, and the isotherms for the composite hydrogel adsorption of U(VI) was in accordance with the Langmuir model. The chemical modification confirmed that the acylamino group played an important role in uranium adsorption. The desorption and reusability study revealed that the resolution rate was still available at approximately 77.74% after five alternate heating cycles at 20 and 50 °C of adsorption-desorption. © 2020 by the authors.

摘要:
随着城镇化进程的不断加快,不透水面面积不断增加,城市内涝问题也日益严重。为有效降低城市雨洪内涝出现频率及其影响破坏,选取深圳市光明区光明凤凰城新城公园周围区域,通过SWMM模型构建区域降雨径流模型,对比分析了4种单独布置方案与1种组合布置方案对于区域内径流总量和洪峰总量削减的效果。结果表明:①在削减径流总量方面,LID组合效果最佳,其次是生物滞留池、透水铺装、雨水桶,绿色屋顶最差;②在削减洪峰总量、推迟洪峰时间方面, LID组合效果最佳,其次是生物滞留池、透水铺装、绿色屋顶,最差的是雨水桶。

摘要:
The microbial characteristics and bacterial communities of sediment sludge upon different concentrations of exposure to uranium were investigated by high solution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and high-throughput sequencing. After exposure to initial uranium concentrations of 10–50 μM for 24 h in synthetic wastewater, the removal efficiencies of uranium reached 80.7%–96.5%. The spherical and short rod bacteria were dominant in the sludge exposed to uranium. HRTEM-EDS and XPS analyses indicated that reduction and adsorption were the main mechanisms for uranium removal. Short-term exposure to low concentrations of uranium resulted in a decrease in bacterial richness but an increase in diversity. A dramatic change in the composition and abundances of the bacterial community were present in the sediment sludge exposed to uranium. The highest removal efficiency was identified in the sediment sludge exposed to 30 μM uranium, and the dominant bacteria included Acinetobacter (44.9%), Klebsiella (20.0%), Proteiniclasticum (6.7%), Enterobacteriaceae (6.6%), Desulfovibrio (4.4%), Porphyromonadaceae (4.1%), Comamonas (2.4%) and Sedimentibacter (2.3%). By comparison to the inoculum sediment sludge, exposure to uranium caused a substantial difference in the majority of bacterial abundance. © 2020 Elsevier Ltd

以三乙氧基(3-异氰酸丙基)硅为交联剂,通过后接枝法合成了β-环糊精改性介孔二氧化硅(SBA-15-CD)材料.通过静态吸附试验研究了溶液pH值、SBA-15-CD投加量、吸附时间、温度等因素对SBA-15-CD吸附U(Ⅵ)的影响.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、BET比表面分析、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对材料进行表征分析,并探讨了SBA-15-CD吸附U(Ⅵ)的机制.结果表明,当U(Ⅵ)初始浓度为5 mg/L、温度为30℃时,SBA-15-CD吸附U(Ⅵ)的最佳条件为:pH=5、SBA-15-CD投加量0.20 g/L、吸附平衡时间30 min,在此条件下,平衡吸附量为24.4 mg/g,U(Ⅵ)去除率为98.3%.吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型和Langmuir等温模型,即以化学吸附为主,且主要是通过表面的羟基、酯基和氨基与U(Ⅵ)配位.30℃下SBA-15-CD的饱和吸附量达330 mg/g,升高温度有利于吸附的进行.SBA-15-CD具有良好的重复使用性能.

《指南》提出了试算法与模型模拟法对海绵城市专项规划中的年径流总量控制率这一刚性指标进行分解落实,但由于《指南》尚处于试行阶段未对如何运用模型模拟法进行指标分解作出解答,且以SWMM为典型代表的水文水力模拟研究也较少以此作为切入点展开探讨。因此,研究借助SWMM模型探索出一条具有普遍适用性的指标分解途径,通过现状评估、刚性指标分解及引导性指标分解三个阶段完成年径流总量管控指标的分解,并借助案例对分解赋值方法进行详尽阐述,愿能为今后海绵城市专项规划的编制工作提供些许参考。

With the acceleration of the urbanization process, and the increase of the impervious surface area, the problems of urban waterlogging are becoming more and more serious. How to effectively reduce the frequency of urban rain and flooding and its impact and destruction has become a major problem in urban construction. This paper selects the area around Guangming Phoenix New City Park in Guangming District, Shenzhen, constructs regional rainfall runoff model by SWMM model, and simulates the operation of the existing drainage network and the degree of waterlogging under six types of rainstorm return period of 1a, 3a, 5a, 10a, 20a, and 50a. Consequently, on this basis, four kinds of low impact development (LID) measures including separating the placement of bioretention cells, green roof, permeable paving, and rain barrels, and combined arrangement as the fifth schemes, are used to stimulate the reduction of the regional total runoff and total peak flow. By the comparison, in the current state of study, LID combination has the best effect in reducing the total runoff, followed by the bioretention cells, permeable paving, and rain barrels; green roof is the worst. In terms of reducing total peak flow and delaying the time of peak flow, LID combination is the best, followed by bioretention cells, permeable paving, and green roof; the worst is rain barrels. In basis of this to consider the problem of combining low impact development measures with the sponge city special plan. In the future, it is expected to inspire the construction of sponge cities in south coastal cities, especially the low impact development measures.

摘要:
Sulfate-reducing granular sludge was used for uranium-contaminated wastewater treatment and the responsible microbial community was analyzed. Four feedings, with 6 days for every feeding and 20 mg/L initial uranium, were provided at 27.5 (±2.5) oC. After the four feedings, a uranium removal efficiency of 94% was obtained. Environmental scanning electron microscopy (ESEM) showed that short rod bacteria were the dominant microorganisms in the granular sludge. X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) confirmed the presence of uranium on the granular surface. High-throughput sequencing was carried out for analyzing the bacterial diversity and community structure. The total data set comprised 8,290 high quality sequences, which could be divided into 605 operational taxonomic units (OTUs). The library coverage was 0.96 and the alpha diversity indices of ACE, Chao1, Shannon and Simpson were 2,255.40, 1,346.12, 4.03 and 0.05, respectively. There were 13 bacterial genera present with a ratio of more than 1% of the total 124 genera, among which Desulfovibrio (16.48%), Clostridium IV (9.29%), Bacteroides (3.46%) and Citrobacter (1.41%) were assumed as the functional bacteria, with a cumulative proportion of 30.64% of the total bacterial population. The results provide insights into the bacterial community of sulfate-reducing granular sludge exposed to high concentrations of uranium (20 mg/L). © IWA Publishing 2019

摘要:
Polyethyleneimine (PEI)/graphene oxide (GO) was synthesized through a self-assembly method with the formation of the amide group –CONH– between –NH 2 on PEI and –COOH on GO. The formation was confirmed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The oxygen- and nitrogen-containing functional groups of PEI/GO were involved in the adsorption of U(VI), as determined under the FT-IR and XPS analyses of PEI/GO and U(VI)-adsorbed PEI/GO. The pH, contact times, and initial concentration, which are the factors influencing the removal of U(VI), were investigated. The adsorption of U(VI) onto PEI/GO was fitted well with the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm model. The maximum sorption capacities of U(VI) on PEI/GO (145.14 mg·g −1 ) at pH = 7 and T = 303 K were higher than that of U(VI) on GO (94.61 mg·g −1 ). This study provides a novel and simple method for synthesizing GO derivatives with efficient adsorption performances of U(VI) from aqueous solution. © 2018

以黑曲霉和植酸为原料,制备了富含磷酸基团的黑曲霉改性材料。试验探讨了 U(Ⅵ)的初始浓度,pH值、植酸与黑曲霉用量比、投加量等因素对植酸改性黑曲霉吸附 U(Ⅵ)的影响。试验结果表明:在pH=5,投加量为0.3 g/L, U(Ⅵ)初始浓度为5 mg/L,30 ℃的条件下,植酸改性黑曲霉菌对 U(Ⅵ)的吸附量达到16.19 mg/g,吸附时间90 min后趋于平衡。研究植酸改性黑曲霉对 U(Ⅵ)的吸附行为规律,结果表明吸附等温线符合Langmuir等温模型,以单层吸附为主;动力学模型符合准二级动力学,吸附过程主要是化学吸附。扫描电镜(SEM-EDS)和红外光谱(FTIR)等手段分析植酸改性黑曲霉吸附 U(Ⅵ)的机理,结果表明植酸成功引入黑曲霉表面,主要反应官能团为OH、PO4^3-、CONH。

文章以深圳市为例,重点分析南方沿海城市,尤其是发达地区的城市在经历了城市社会经济高速发展时期后,所面临的城市水体污染以及防洪排涝压力,以及在深圳进入存量规划阶段后由于大量城市更新项目带来的新的市政设施压力等,由此导致城市面临生态保育不足的现状。从提出完善海绵城市建设所需数据库入手,构建完整海绵体系和防洪排涝体系,统筹智慧水务监测控制系统与社会服务应用以及海绵城市建设目标,分区建设,缓解城市内涝,减少其对于城市快速发展的影响。以期在未来南方沿海城市的海绵城市建设中起到前瞻引导作用。

在核能和核技术的快速发展过程及应用中产生了大量放射性废水,其对生态环境会造成潜在的污染,因此对放射性废水处理技术的研究对保护环境有着重要的意义。氧化石墨烯及其复合材料具有比表面积高、官能团丰富、吸附能力强、化学稳定性好等优点,在放射性废水处理领域受到广泛关注。本文综述了近年来有关氧化石墨烯及其复合材料对水中放射性核素吸附的研究现状及进展,介绍了氧化石墨烯及其复合材料对放射性核素的吸附容量、吸附等温模型、吸附热力学、影响因素和吸附机理。最后分析了氧化石墨烯及其复合材料处理放射性核素在辐射稳定性和高吸附选择性等方面面临的问题和挑战,探讨了推动该类材料今后实际放射性废水处理中工程应用的重点研究方向,如完善的产业体系和积极研发相匹配的成套水处理工艺及设备等。

利用真空抽滤-高温烧结法在Al_2O_3陶瓷基底上负载炭黑制备了炭黑-陶瓷分离膜(carbon black ceramic separation membrane,CTM),通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)和红外光谱(FT-IR)等测试方法对制备的CTM的表面形貌、元素及价态分布等进行了表征。发现制备的CTM表面粗糙度增加,孔径减小,并附着很多不规则的颗粒,对CTM的铝和碳元素的XPS峰分析发现,在铝、碳的谱图中均出现Al—O—C特征峰,说明所制备CTM膜表面形成了金属-氧-碳化合键。以CTM膜电极为阳极,金属钛板为阴极,采用电化学催化氧化法对模拟的含油废水(柴油)进行处理。结果表明利用CTM膜电极能够有效降低废水的含油率,在电极间距10 mm,pH值为6、电流密度20 mA/cm~2、Na_2SO_4浓度为15 g/L、电解时间90 min条件下,初始浓度200 mg/L的含油废水溶液的柴油和COD去除率可分别高达91.3%和84.7%。CTM膜电极降解含油废水的过程中,溶液含油率随着反应时间的变化而变化,由此得到ln(C0/Ct)与时间t的关系图,符合一级反应动力学规律。

摘要:
The bacterial community of an anaerobic granular sludge associated with uranium depletion was investigated following its exposure to uranium under different initial pH conditions (pH 4.5, 5.5, and 6.5). The highest uranium removal efficiency (98.1%) was obtained for the sample with an initial pH of 6.5, which also supported the highest bacterial community richness and diversity. Venn diagrams visualized the decrease in the number of genera present in both the inoculum and the uranium-exposed biomass as the initial pH decreased from 6.5 to 4.5. Compared with the inoculum, a significant increase in the abundances of the phyla Chloroflexi and Proteobacteria was observed following uranium exposure. At initial pH conditions of 6.5 to 4.5, the proportions of the taxa Anaerolineaceae, Chryseobacterium, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, and Sulfurovum increased significantly, likely contributing to the observed uranium removal. Uranium exposure induced a greater level of dynamic diversification of bacterial abundances than did the initial pH difference. © 2019, Springer-Verlag GmbH Germany, part of Springer Nature.

摘要:
以壳聚糖(CTS)和生物炭(AC)为原料,采用原位沉淀法制备了壳聚糖-生物炭(CTS-AC)复合材料,研究了吸附时间、铀初始浓度、初始pH值、温度和干扰离子等因素对CTS-AC吸附U(Ⅵ)的影响,探讨了CTS-AC对U(Ⅵ)的吸附动力学、等温线,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM-EDS)及比表面积分析(BET)等手段进行了相关机理分析。实验结果表明,CTS-AC吸附U(Ⅵ)的最佳条件为:pH=4、CTS-AC投加量0.8~1g/L、吸附时间240min,在此条件下,最大吸附率可达94.85%。CTS-AC对U(Ⅵ)的吸附等温线模型符合Langmuir模型,U(Ⅵ)的吸附动力学符合准二级模型;高浓度Cu~(2+)对CTS-AC吸附U(Ⅵ)的抑制作用明显;FT-IR、XRD和EDS结果表明,CTS的负载未改变AC的原结构,仅增大了其孔径、增加了结合位点。CTS-AC对U(Ⅵ)的吸附机制为配位作用以及离子交换。

摘要:
以电化学方法制备了Ti/TiO2-NTs、Ti/TiO2-NTs/Ag2O、Ti/TiO2-NTs/Ag2O/PbO2电极,用TEM、SEM、XRD等方法表征了3种电极表面的形貌。以Ti/TiO2-NTs/Ag2O/PbO2电极作阳极,对100 mg/L的PFOA溶液进行降解。结果表明:在电流密度为30 mA/cm2下降解180 min后,PFOA去除率可达99.47%,脱氟率高达87.53%,具有较高的电氧化能力。

摘要:
各城市5%步长年径流总量控制率与设计降雨量无法完全满足海绵城市专项规划编制及相关科研工作的需求。因此,本研究以萍乡市莲花县为例借助线性插值法对1%步长年径流总量控制率与设计降雨量进行估算,并将10958条降雨数据统计得出的实际值与估算值做误差分析,结果表明,该方法具有准确率高、快速、简便且无需重新统计萍乡市近30年日值降雨数据等优点,具有较好的可推广性。

摘要:
Polyaniline/oxidation etching g-C3N4 composites (PANI/OCN) were synthesized through an oxidative polymerization method and applied to remove U(VI)from aqueous solution as an adsorbent. The PANI/OCN showed high maximum adsorption capacity (qm = 312.5 mg g−1, T = 293 K, pH = 5), which was higher than OCN and many other adsorbents,and extremely fast adsorption rate (in 10 min). The adsorption process was fitted well to the pseudo-second-order kinetic equation and Langmuir model. Adsorption–desorption experiment revealed the good reusability of PANI/OCN. This study provides a potential composite with excellent performance for U(VI) removal. © 2019, Akadémiai Kiadó, Budapest, Hungary.

摘要:
以热灭活的植物乳杆菌为生物吸附剂,探讨了吸附U(VI)的影响,并采用扫描电镜-能谱、红外光谱等手段研究了U(VI)的吸附机理。结果表明,植物乳杆菌对U(VI)具有良好的吸附效果。在pH为6.0,温度30℃,灭活乳杆菌投加量为120 mg/L,初始U(VI)的质量浓度为10 mg/L时,植物乳杆菌对U(VI)的去除率可达94.28%,吸附平衡时间为4 h。吸附过程较好符合准2级动力学吸附模型和Freundlich模型。经过灭活的植物乳杆菌的菌体比表面积增加,能更好的吸附U(VI),配位络合是菌体吸附U(VI)的主要机理,参与吸附的官能团有细胞表面多糖与蛋白质羟基、蛋白质酰胺基、羧基与磷酸酯基等。此外菌体表面的静电作用也是吸附的方式之一。

利用土著洋葱假单胞菌进行试验,探讨了其对低浓度含铀废水处理的性能。结果表明: ρ[U(Ⅵ)]为10 mg/L, pH为6.0,温度为30 ℃时,菌体对U(Ⅵ)的最大平衡吸附量可达到160.4 mg/g。重金属离子(Cu~(2+)、Pb~(2+)、Zn~(2+)等)对U(Ⅵ)去除存在较大影响。重金属离子浓度为100 mg/L时,Cu~(2+)、Pb~(2+)对菌体去除U(Ⅵ)有明显的抑制作用,而Zn~(2+)的影响微弱。采用SEM-EDX、XRD、FTIR表征分析,阐明铀-细菌相互作用的反应机理。结果表明: U(Ⅵ)以絮状磷酸铀化合物沉积在细胞表面,羟基、羧基和磷酸盐基团促进了U(Ⅵ)的生物沉积。土著洋葱假单胞菌可以耐受U(Ⅵ)和其他重金属毒性,可与U(Ⅵ)发生矿化反应,可在低浓度含铀废水处理方面发挥重要作用。
