摘要:
采用磁控溅射技术,在锆合金表面制备纯Cr金属涂层.探索纯Cr涂层厚度对抗高温氧化性的影响。利用扫描电镜分析涂层表面与截面形貌;采用X射线衍射对涂层进行物相分析;利用划痕仪分析涂层厚度对膜基结合力的影响;研究不同厚度的纯Cr涂层对涂层抗高温氧化性能影响。结果表明:随着涂层增厚,涂层表面孔洞数量呈越少趋势;涂层厚度不会影响涂层的择优取向与晶粒尺寸大小;涂层厚度为5.5 μm,涂层的结合力最大;涂层的氧化增重随着涂层增厚,先减小后增加,涂层厚度为5.5 μm,氧化增重最小。

摘要:
A hybrid architecture comprising three types of cerium nanoparticles, nano-octahedron and its ramifications, is synthesized via a facile yet efficient hydrothermal process. Comprehensive transmission electron microscopy analysis identifies the exposure planes of the cube-shaped ceria nanoparticles as {111} crystal planes. As a result of this unique morphology, the nanoparticles are found to show markedly enhanced material removal capacity and inferior polishing quality compared to the sphere-shaped ceria nanoparticles. © 2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
The Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>-TiO<inf>2</inf>crystalline and amorphous multiphase ceramic coatings were prepared on a martensitic steel by laser in situ reaction technique and impose irradiation with 200 keV He ions at different doses. The helium ion irradiation goes 1.55 μm deep from the surface of coating, and the displacement per atom (dpa) for the Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>-TiO<inf>2</inf>coating is 20.0. When the irradiation fluency is 5 × 10<sup>17</sup> ions/cm<sup>2</sup>, defects are identified in crystalline areas and there form interfacial areas in the coating. These crystal defects tend to migrate and converge at the interfaces. Moreover, helium ion irradiation is found to exert no effect on surface chemical composition and phase constitution of the coatings, while surface mechanical properties for the coatings after irradiation differ from those before irradiation. Further nano-indentation experiments reveal that surface nano-hardness of the Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>-TiO<inf>2</inf>multiphase coatings decreases as the helium ions irradiation flux increases. Such Al<inf>2</inf>O<inf>3</inf>-TiO<inf>2</inf>crystalline and amorphous multiphase ceramic coatings exhibit the strongest resistance against helium ion irradiation which shall be applied as candidate structural materials for accelerator-driven sub-critical system to handle the nuclear waste under extreme conditions. ©2017, ASM International.

摘要:
Hexagonal tungsten trioxide (h-WO<inf>3</inf>) nano-rods of different sizes are prepared via hydrothermal synthesis using a capping agent of SnCl<inf>4</inf>·5H<inf>2</inf>O. The size of the synthesized WO<inf>3</inf>nanoparticles can be controlled by changing concentration of the capping agent SnCl<inf>4</inf>·5H<inf>2</inf>O alone. We also investigate microstructures and optical properties of the WO<inf>3</inf>nanorods and propose a synthesis mechanism for the nanorods. The photocatalytic activities of the h-WO<inf>3</inf>nanorods are evaluated by degradation of Rhodamine-B (RhB), revealing that these nanorods exhibit excellent photocatalytic properties. The capping agent SnCl<inf>4</inf>·5H<inf>2</inf>O is found to be critical to governing sizes and properties of the h-WO<inf>3</inf>nanorods. Our results demonstrate that functional nano-crystallites with tunable size and morphology can be synthesized via a facile hydrothermal synthesis process by adjusting the concentration of capping agent alone. Such a facile hydrothermal synthesis process should be applicable to other types of nanomaterials and relevant to a wide range of applications. ©2017 Elsevier B.V.

摘要:
利用火焰喷涂技术在中国低活化马氏体(CLAM)钢表面制备了CrFeAlTi涂层,然后通过5 kW横流CO_2激光器对该涂层进行多道搭接重熔处理。分别采用体视显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM) 、X射线衍射仪(XRD) 、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机以及基体拉伸试验等分析测试手段对重熔前后涂层显微组织、物相组成、显微硬度、耐磨性能以及界面结合强度进行了研究。试验结果表明:激光重熔处理消除了火焰喷涂CrFeAlTi涂层的层状组织结构、孔洞、裂纹等缺陷,使涂层表面光滑、平整,内部组织致密、均匀,与基体形成了良好的冶金结合界面。火焰喷涂涂层表层物相主要为Al_2O_3、TiO、CrO_(0.87)、AlFeO_3、Cr_3C_2和Fe-Cr,激光重熔后涂层表层主要物相为Al_2O_3、TiO_2、(Al_(0.948)Cr_(0.052))_2O_3和Cr_7C_3。激光重熔涂层的平均硬度约为1864.2 HV0.2,比火焰喷涂涂层提高了约1倍。激光重熔涂层在室温干滑动摩擦条件下的耐磨性能明显优于火焰喷涂涂层与基体CLAM钢。激光重熔后涂层与基体的界面结合强度显著提高。

摘要:
CeO2 nanostructures with completely different morphologies were successfully prepared using the same cerium source and mineralizer through the direct and indirect hydrothermal methods with different introducing strategies of PVP surfactant. The CeO2 nanostructures tend to form the morphologies of nano-flowers and nano-cubes through the indirect and direct hydrothermal methods, respectively. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses revealed that both as-prepared nanostructures are composed of CeO2 with a standard fluorite structure. The different synthesis mechanisms and corresponding chemical evolutions of the as-prepared CeO2 nanostructures are discussed based on the different introducing strategies of PVP surfactant in the direct and indirect hydrothermal processes. Investigation of the UV-shielding ability of both CeO2 nanostructures suggested that the UV absorbance of the nano-flowers is much higher than that of the nano-cubes. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

The microstructure and strain of gas atomization and water collection Fe<inf>73</inf>Si<inf>3</inf>B<inf>24</inf>soft magnetic alloy powder treated by high energy ball milling were investigated via SEM and X-ray diffraction. And the magnetic properties of those powders were studied via VSM (Vibrating Sample Magnetometer). The results show that the atomization powders almost exhibited spheric or ellipsoidal shape. The averaged particle size was 104.94 μm. The main phases were composed of α-Fe (Si) and amorphous phase. As ball milling time went on, the interplanar space, amount of amorphous and crystal microstrain of the powders increased, while the grain size decreased. The peak for the (110) crystal plane of α-Fe (Si) phase widened, while the peaks for (200), (211) crystal planes weakened. These three peaks shifted towards to small angle direction. The saturation magnetic induction of treated powders was steady, and the coercivity of samples increased. ©2016 Trans Tech Publications, Switzerland.

摘要:
The buildings are exposed to the hot-humid climate with high temperature and humidity in hot summer and cold winter zone of China. Moisture transfer and accumulation within exterior walls have notable effect on the cooling and heating transmission load. Finally, it will influence the thickness of insulation. In this paper, a coupled heat and moisture transfer model which considers the effect of the moisture transfer on heat transfer is presented to calculate the cooling and heating transmission load. Then, the optimum insulation thickness of exterior walls is determined by using the P1-P2 economic model. Three representative cities, Changsha, Chengdu and Shaoguan, are chosen as the sample cites. The results show that the optimum thickness of extruded polystyrene (XPS) is between 0.053 and 0.069 m and the optimum thickness of expanded polystyrene (EPS) is between 0.081 and 0.105 m. The maximum lifecycle saving varies from 16.60 to 28.50 $/m2 and the payback period varies from 1.89 to 2.56 years. EPS is more economical than XPS as insulation because of its lower lifecycle total cost. The comparisons are made between the results based on the coupled heat and moisture transfer model and the transient heat transfer model without considering the influence of moisture transfer. © 2015 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
Gold nanoparticles supported on oxide substrates are widely utilized as heterogeneous catalysts. Here, we apply a facile surfactant- and template-free hydrothermal method to fabricate Au/CeO2 nanostructures, and show a successful preparation of well-defined CeO2 nano-octahedrons with Au nanoparticles on their surface. The high-angle annular dark field scanning transmission microscopy imaging technique is applied to investigate microstructure of the Au/CeO2 nanostructure. We find that the Au clusters with a diameter of less than 2 nm cannot form the FCC Au lattice, and that twins emerge in the Au nanoparticles with a diameter of larger than 2 nm. Moreover, we identify preferential orientation relationships {111}(Au) parallel to {111}(CeO2) and < 110 >(Au) parallel to < 110 >(CeO2) between the Au nanoparticles and CeO2 nano-octahedrons. 摘要:
考试是我国现阶段高等教育体制下教学过程中的一个不可忽视环节,也是衡量教师教学效果、学生学习程度,评价教学质量的重要手段。目前我国高校的考试尤其是工科类课程考核方式存在着不少弊端。本文针对《塑料成型工艺及模具设计》课程考核方式进行改革,旨在提高学生的自主学习能力、动手操作能力、解决实际问题能力、创新探索能力,培养出综合素质高的应用型人才。
