Synthesis and characterization of an ion-imprinted polymer for selective solid phase extraction of thorium(IV)

摘要:
A new surface ion-imprinted composite polymer containing 3-methyl-1-phenyl −4-(cis-acylbutenoic acid)-2-pyrazolin-5-one as the functional reagent is presented that is capable of extracting and preconcentrating traces of Th(IV) ion prior to its photometric determination. Parameters affecting the recovery of Th(IV) such as acidity, shaking time, initial concentration of Th(IV), elution condition, sample flow rate, and influence of potentially interfering ions were investigated. The maximum uptake capacity of this material and that of the non-imprinted polymer at pH 4.5 are 56.8 and 26.3 mg g−1, respectively. Recovery exceeds 95% and is complete within 5 min. A Langmuir isotherm fits the experimental data. The relative selectivity factor for Th(IV)/U(VI), Th(IV)/La(III), and Th(IV)/Ce(III) are 50.8, 78.3, and 82.6, respectively. The relative standard deviation is <2.5%, the detection limit is 0.54 μg L−1 (3σ). The imprinted polymer was coupled to spectrophotometry to separate and determine trace levels of Th(IV) in a soil standard material with satisfactory results. A new surface imprinted composite polymer containing MPABAP as the functional reagent was synthesized, and a relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) less than 2.5% and a detection limit of 0.54 μg L−1 (3σ) of the present method under the optimized conditions were obtained.

摘要:
A novel ion-imprinted adsorbent for selective solid phase extraction of thorium(IV) based on the surface of silica gel was prepared by a surface-grafted technique with methacrylic acid (MAA) as a functional monomer. After removal of Th(IV) ions with 3 mol L<sup>-1</sup> HCl solution, the obtained imprinted particles for Th(IV) exhibited specific recognition and relatively rapid kinetic process. The maximum static and total dynamic adsorption capacity of the ion-imprinted polymers (IIPs) for Th(IV) was 33.2 and 17.3 mgg<sup>-1</sup>, respectively. A comparison of the selectivity coefficient of the imprinted polymers with that of non-imprinted polymers showed that the imprinted matrix for Th(IV)/U(VI), Th(IV)/Ce(III), Th(IV)/La(III) and Th(IV)/Zr(IV) was 58.8, 107, 106.4 and 151.7 times greater than non-imprinted matrix, respectively. With a series of samples loading flow rate of 3mLmin<sup>-1</sup> for preconcentration, an enrichment factor of 14.6 and the detection limit of 0.59 μgL<sup>-1</sup> were obtained. The relative standard deviation of the method under optimum conditions was 2.1% (n=7). The developed method was successfully applied to the determination of trace Th(IV) in real water samples with satisfactory results. ©2011 Taylor &Francis.

本工作应用微波消解火焰原子吸收光谱法对合欢花、紫罗兰、洋甘菊、腊梅花、金盏菊、勿忘我、玉蝴蝶、康仙花、薰衣草、黄金菊、百合花、玳玳花、牡丹、木棉花、人参花、金莲花、虫草花等17种花卉中镁、钾、锌、锰、铜、钙和铁等7种微量元素进行了测定,通过分析获得了17种花卉中不同元素含量的差异,为进一步开发利用花卉提供了理论依据.

摘要:
采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了谷粒马尾藻、鼠尾藻、海青菜、匍枝马尾藻、裙带菜、大叶藻、矶石鸡冠藻(红、白)这8种藻类植物中钙、镁、铁、锰、铜、锌、钾7种元素的含量。结果表明,这些海藻中含有较丰富的钙、镁、铁、钾元素,而铜、锰、锌元素含量相对较少。钙元素的含量最为丰富,铜的含量最少。该方法的加标回收率在95.7%—101.1%之间,RSD值在0.054%—1.764%之间,具有较好的准确度和精密度。本实验结果为这些藻类植物的食用,药用以及饲养价值提供了依据。

摘要:
以钍(Ⅳ)为模板离子,制备了基于硅胶表面修饰的离子印迹聚合物.采用傅立叶变换红外光谱和N2吸附-脱附对其进行了结构表征.通过静态分析和动态分析系统研究了印迹聚合物对钍(Ⅳ)的吸附行为及选择性,结果表明该印迹材料对钍(Ⅳ)的等温吸附线属于Langmuir吸附模型.与非印迹聚合物相比,离子印迹聚合物对钍(Ⅳ)离子有较好的选择识别能力,模板离子钍(Ⅳ)相对竞争离子铀(Ⅵ)、镧(Ⅲ)和铈(Ⅲ)的选择系数分别是50.8,78.3和82.6.并且吸附速率快,10 min即达到吸附平衡,最大吸附容量为56.8 mg/g,可望在分离富集领域获得实际应用.

摘要:
1-氨基-2-羟基-6-硝基-茚可作药物和农药的中间体.以1-茚酮为原料,经过硝化反应、还原反应、脱水反应、环氧化反应、氨解反应得到1-氨基-2-羟基-6-硝基-茚,反应总收率为20.4%.通过偶极计算,我们确定了硝化产物主产物6-硝基-1-茚酮和副产物-4-硝基-1-茚酮,并通过柱层析对其分离;在环氧化反应中,使用m-CPBA作为环氧化试剂收率远高于其他过氧酸;目标产物后处理方法为,用重结晶代替柱层析.各中间体和目标化合物结构通过核磁共振、红外光谱以确定.

摘要:
A new pyrazole derivative 1-phenyl-3-methylthio-4-cyano-5-acrylicacidcarbamoyl-pyrazole (PMTCAACP) was synthesized and chosen as a complexing monomer for the preparation of surface-grafted ion-imprinted polymers for selective solid-phase extraction of thorium(IV). The silica gel, modified with maleic anhydride, was prepared as a carrier material. In the ion-imprinting process, Th(IV) was complexed with PMTCAACP, and then imprinted in the polymers grafted to the surface of modified silica gel. Subsequently, the template Th(IV) ions were removed with 6 mol/L HCl solution. The obtained ion-imprinted particles for Th(IV) showed specific recognition, and rapid adsorption and desorption kinetics process. The maximum static and total dynamic adsorption capacity of the ion-imprinted polymers (IIPs) for Th(IV) was 64.8 and 37.4 mg/g, respectively. The relative selectivity coefficient values of the imprinted adsorbent for Th(IV)/U(VI), Th(IV)/Ce(III), Th(IV)/La(III), and Th(IV)/Zr(IV) were 72.9, 89.6, 93.8, and 137.2 times greater than non-imprinted matrix, respectively. The interference effect of common cations tested did not interfere with the recovery of Th(IV). The enhancement factor of 20.2, the detection limit of 0.43 μg/L, and the precision of 2.47% (n = 7) of the method under the optimized conditions were obtained. Additionally, the calibration curve (r = 0.9993) was linear in the range of 1.43-103 μg/L of thorium(IV). The prepared IIPs were shown to be promising for solid-phase extraction coupled with UV-vis spectrophotometry for determination of trace Th(IV) in real samples. ©2009 Elsevier B.V. 摘要:
采用超声破碎法和甲醇:二氯乙烷=2:1(v/v)溶剂来萃取小球藻中类胡萝卜素类化合物.分别采用了3种不同的色谱分离方法,最后确定小球藻中类胡萝卜素类化合物的最优色谱分离条件为甲醇(A):乙氰(B)=90:10(v/v),柱温为室温,流速1ml/min.用ZOBAX SB-C18色谱柱和ZOBAX Eclipse plus C18色谱柱进行分离试验时发现,ZOBAX Eclipse plus C18色谱柱的分离效果良好.最后确定小球藻中叶黄素含量为2.312mg/g.

研究了以三季戊四醇和丙烯酸为原料合成三季戊四醇八丙烯酸酯的方法,考察了催化剂、阻聚剂的种类及其用量、溶剂用量、酸醇比、反应时间等因素的影响,得到的最佳反应条件是:2.0 g固体超强酸SA,0.8 g阻聚剂YD,95 mL甲苯,酸醇比10:1,反应时间4 h,三季戊四醇八丙烯酸酯收率达81.8%.

研究了以双季戊四醇和丙烯酸为原料合成双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯的方法,考察了催化剂、阻聚剂、脱色剂、溶剂的种类及其用量、酸醇比、反应时间等因素对合成的影响,得到的最佳反应条件为:3.0g固体超强酸SA,1.2g阻聚剂YD,1.2g脱色剂TSJ-1,130mL苯,n(丙烯酸):n(双季戊四醇)=7.8:1,反应时间5h,双季戊四醇六丙烯酸酯收率达85.7%,色度80APHA。

采用超声破碎法,利用正己烷甲醇:二氯乙烷=2:1(v/v)萃取小球藻中类胡萝卜素类化合物.发现甲醇:二氯乙烷=2:1(v/v)在 450nm处提取的化合物最多,最大吸收峰值最高,而正己烷对具有270nm左右吸收值的化合物,提取能力强.取甲醇:二氯乙烷(2:1)提取液加入等体积的20%(w/v)氢氧化钾溶液,室温下皂化,有机相用洗涤至pH为7,进行色谱分离和紫外吸收鉴定.测定了小球藻中总类胡萝卜素的含量.

摘要:
A novel approach to regioselective synthesis of new 5‐amino‐6‐arylamino‐1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidin‐4(5H)‐one 5 derivatives via a tandem aza‐wittig and annulation reaction of iminophosphorance 2, aromatic isocyanates and hydrazine in 69.6–94.7% isolated yields is reported. The compound 5 reacted with triethyl orthoformate to give compound 6 in good yield (65.8–82.8%). Their structure was clearly confirmed by spectroscopy data (IR, 1H NMR, MS, elemental analysis) and the results of preliminary bioassay indicated that compounds 5 and 6 possess high antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea Pers and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, and compound 5h showed 100, 96.4, and 90.2% inhibitory rate to Botrytis cinerea Pers, Pyricularia oryzae, and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum at the concentration of 50 mg/L. The antifungal activities of compound 6 were generally higher than those of compound 5. J. Heterocyclic Chem., (2009).

利用2-氰基吡啶与叠氮阴离子,在开放体系、温和条件下发生Demko-Sharpless原位配体反应,合成得到铁四氮唑配合物[Fe(2-PTZ)_2(H_2O)_2].该配合物为单核结构,其晶体属单斜晶系,P2_1/c空间群.配合物通过分子间的氢键及错位的面对面π-π堆积作用形成三维超分子体系.

目的:为研究螺旋藻最佳提取条件.方法:采用单因次试验和正交试验法考察提取时间、次数、温度和乙醇浓度对于多糖提取的影响.结果:确定了螺旋藻多糖的最佳提取工艺是温度80℃、时间3 h、提取次数2次和乙醇浓度为75%.结论:发现温度显著影响多糖提取率,而高浓度乙醇能提高得率.

A novel approach was developed to regioselectively synthesize new 5-amino-6-arylamino-1H-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one 5 derivatives via a tandem aza-Wittig and annulation reactions of iminophosphorane 2, aromatic isocyanates, and hydrazine in 52-92% isolated yields. The compounds 5 reacted with triethyl orthoformate to give 1,8-2H-pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidin-4-ones 6 in good yields (62-94%). Their structures were clearly confirmed by spectroscopy data (IR, 1H NMR, MS), elemental analysis, or X-ray diffraction crystallography. The results of preliminary bioassay indicated that the compounds 5 and 6 possessed high antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea Pers and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. Compounds 5 showed much better antifungal activities when R was Me instead of PhCH2. Especially, compounds 6c, 6g, and 6i inhibited Sclerotinia by 100% at the concentration of 50 mg/L and by 83, 83, and 82% at the dosage of 10 mg/L, respectively. © 2008 American Chemical Society.
