为了辨识人因失误机理,采用组织定向的人因失误分析(OTHEA)技术对2010—2017年国内核电厂发生的137件人因事件报告进行分析,采用相关性和因子分析方法,辨识人因失误影响因素之间的相关关系,识别出触发人因失误的场景...展开更多 为了辨识人因失误机理,采用组织定向的人因失误分析(OTHEA)技术对2010—2017年国内核电厂发生的137件人因事件报告进行分析,采用相关性和因子分析方法,辨识人因失误影响因素之间的相关关系,识别出触发人因失误的场景,在此基础上,建立人因失误因果机理模型,揭示人因失误机理。结果表明,影响人因失误主要的结合模式为:知识经验水平、信息显示质量、压力水平、注意力与警觉性、安全态度。知识经验水平主要受培训水平和交流水平的影响;信息显示质量主要受技术系统、人-机界面、规程、组织设计的影响;压力水平主要受任务、规程、人-机界面、技术系统、组织设计以及知识经验水平和信息显示质量的影响;注意力与警觉性主要受工作环境、工作组织管理以及信息显示质量的影响;安全态度主要受组织安全文化、工作组织管理以及操纵员的素质与能力的影响。上述研究可为核电厂人因失误的精准防控提供理论依据,提升核电厂的安全水平。收起

摘要:
班组情景意识(TSA)水平是影响班组可靠性的重要原因。为更客观地定量评价数字化核电厂TSA水平,通过定性分析和专家组讨论构建TSA因果概念模型,发展基于贝叶斯网络的TSA可靠性评价方法。该评价方法不仅考虑了行为形成因子(PSF)的相对权重,且发展了分别用于确定中间变量和二值变量条件概率的方法,使获得的概率数据更为客观合理。通过案例分析说明该方法的具体应用。结果表明,该方法不仅能很好地模拟PSF与TSA可靠性之间的因果关系,且在给定事故情景下能定量对TSA可靠性进行评价,并能识别出引发TSA失误的最重要原因,为人因失误预防提供理论支持。

摘要:
与传统的操作界面相比,核电厂数字化人机界面有了很大变化,在诸多方面都变得更为复杂,这无疑影响了操纵员的情景意识和人员绩效。为识别当前数字化界面存在的问题,为核电厂人机界面的设计和优化提供理论支持,本文对数字化核电厂相关人员进行问卷调查,问卷内容涉及数字化人机界面的6个方面,分别为信息显示系统、数字化SOP系统、软控制系统、报警系统、操纵员支持系统和情景交互。通过分析,发现当前数字化界面在操作画面的信息分配、风险提示、操作难度、辅助功能等方面存在不足,整体情景交互效果不佳,需进行优化完善。

摘要:
情景意识(SA)问题在数字化核电厂中更为突出.为识别班组共享情景意识(SSA)水平及行为形成因子(PSF)对班组SSA的影响,基于情景意识全面评估技术(SAGAT)建立一种班组SSA测量和计算方法并进行模拟机实验.结果表明,个体SA(ISA)水平与SSA水平有关,ISA级别越高,SSA级别越高;ISA和班组SSA都受到PSF的影响,PSF的状态水平越高,ISA和SSA的水平越高;对于不同的实验场景,操纵员的ISA水平和班组SSA水平不同,这表明风险场景的症状越明显及知识经验水平越好,ISA和SSA水平就越高.最后,通过被试的自评价识别当前PSF的状态水平,主要不良的PSF是班组沟通和合作水平 、压力水平 、人-机界面等.这些评估结果为提高数字化核电厂人因可靠性和安全水平提供了理论支持.

摘要:
In digital control rooms, situation awareness (SA) reliability has become an important element affecting operator's reliability. In order to establish a more reasonable assessment method of SA reliability under the condition of very lack of data, based on the established influential factor model of SA reliability considering the causality relationship of performance shaping factors (PSFs) in this paper, a fuzzy logic and analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-based method is established to more objectively assess SA reliability. The weight of PSFs is identified using AHP, and a fuzzy logic method is used to simulate the fuzzy assessment and reasoning process of operator's SA reliability, and a standardized method is built to determine the fuzzy rule base of fuzzy reasoning system for SA reliability assessment for reducing the subjectivity and uncertainty of expert judgment. Finally, an example is provided to illustrate the specific application of the proposed method. The results show that the established method takes account of the weight of PSFs and their causal influencing relationship, and the fuzzy logic method used to assess SA reliability can overcome the subjectivity and uncertainty of expert judgment, which makes the assessment results more objective and realistic. Furthermore, the method can be used to get more SA error data and have a wide range of application value.

摘要:
In nuclear power plants (NPPs), man-machine interfaces (MMIs) are being transformed from conventional panels to computer workstations. Therefore, operators’ behavior and performance shaping factors (PSFs) in modern main control rooms (MCRs) differs from what they do in a conventional one. New human error, error mechanism and PSFs etc. are introduced into digital control systems (DCS). The conventional human error analysis (HEA) methods cannot meet new requirements. So it is important to establish a new technique of HEA for investigating human failure events in digital NPPs. In order to investigate and analyze human errors and to trace organizational root causes in digital NPPs, an Organization-oriented Technique of Human Error Analysis (OTHEA) was established. At this first paper, an organization-oriented conceptual model of HEA was established. Furthermore, the classification framework of HEA was developed based on the established conceptual model of HEA, including classification of human error, PSFs, psychological error mechanisms (PEMs), error recovery failures (ERFs) and safety barriers. It provides a theoretical guidance and practical support for the investigation of human failure events in digital NPPs. © 2018 Elsevier Ltd

摘要:
为减轻核电厂数字化人-机界面二类任务信息导航画面配置给操纵员带来的工作负荷,本文提出二类任务信息导航的调度算法以解决导航信息画面的配置。通过建立调度算法的执行流程、数学模型、信息导航特征提取子算法、相同关键字统计子算法,获得了导航信息画面配置的调度算法。仿真实验结果表明,该算法在平均周转时间、算法的正确性方面具有较好的性能,能应用于导航信息画面的智能配置,以减少操纵员人工方式画面配置所产生的开销。

摘要:
Effective carbon asset management is necessary for decreasing carbon resource inputs and reducing carbon emission. Furthermore, carbon asset management is an important measure to realize low-carbon transformation and low-carbon competitiveness for enterprises. However, a systematic theoretical framework and an effective management method for carbon asset management are lacking. Therefore, the paper defines carbon assets as tangible and intangible assets that can help reduce carbon emission and create low-carbon value based on the essence of carbon resources. In order to demonstrate a carbon asset's positive role in reducing carbon emission, the paper constructs carbon asset management indicators including carbon fund turnover ratio, carbon emission rate, carbon turnover ratio, carbon technology transformation efficiency and fixed carbon asset profitability. The carbon asset management practice of Bao Steel Corporation shows that the indicator system can accurately reflect the efficiency and effect of carbon asset management. That is, carbon fund turnover ratio can reflect a carbon fund's utilization efficiency; carbon emission rate reflects the carbon materials’ different effects on carbon emission; carbon turnover ratio reflects the profit of carbon trading; fixed carbon asset profitability reflects the low-carbon earning power to some degree; and carbon technology transformation efficiency reflects the maturity of low-carbon technology. However, with carbon asset management in the forefront of the carbon accounting field, some issues, including the nature of the carbon asset, management pattern and comparative analysis of more cases, need to be explored in future research to deepen the understanding of the essence of carbon asset management. © 2018 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

Situation awareness (SA) is a key element that impacts operator's decision-making and performance in nuclear power plants (NPPs). The subsequent complex cognitive activities cannot be correctly completed due to errors of situation awareness (ESA), which will lead to disastrous consequences. In order to investigate and analyze operator's ESA in the digitized main control room (DMCR) of a nuclear power plant, the model of ESA is established, the classification system of ESA is developed based on the built ESA model, and the analysis method of ESA is also constructed on the basis of the observation of simulator and operator surveys. Finally, a case study is provided to illustrate the concrete application of the method. It provides a theoretical and practical support for the operator's SAE analysis in a digitized main control room of a nuclear power plant. © 2016 Elsevier Ltd

摘要:
A modified gelcasting approach was used to fabricate the microscale randomized 1–3 piezoelectric array, which involves the in situ polymerization of hydantion epoxy resin and 3,3′-Diaminodipropylamine (DPTA) in the lead zirconate titanate (PZT) suspensions with low viscosity and high solid loading. Rheological results demonstrated that the hydantion epoxy resin concentration had little effect on the viscosity of the premix solution, and therefore the optimized solid loading of the suspensions with 15.0 wt% resin could reach as high as 55.0 vol%. Weibull analysis also revealed that a more homogenous microstructure was obtained derived from the 55.0 vol% PZT suspension, where the Weibull modulus and the characteristic flexural strength reached the maximum value of 12.57 and 80.94 MPa. The excellent randomized piezoelectric pillar array with superior structural integrity and high fidelity was successfully fabricated. ©2016 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.

Situational awareness (SA) is a key element impacting operators’ and decision-making and performance in nuclear power plants. SA reliability is an important part of human reliability analysis. In order to quantitatively assess SA reliability, the Bayesian network model of operators’ SA reliability analysis in digital main control rooms is built by data analysis. Furthermore, a quantitative assessment procedure of SA reliability is established, and the conditional probability distribution of influencing factors are more objectively determined on the basis of the full-size simulator experiment data of nuclear power plants and Bayesian theory. It is used to quantitatively calculate SA reliability, and a case is used to illustrate specific application of the established model. The results show that the model can provide more reliable data and standardized analysis procedures to support operators’ SA reliability evaluation in digital nuclear power plants. © 2017 Elsevier Ltd

摘要:
Considering the fact that transboundary pollution control calls for the cooperation between interested parties, this paper studies a cooperative stochastic differential game of transboundary industrial pollution between two asymmetric nations in infinite-horizon level. In this paper, we model two ways of transboundary pollution: one is an accumulative global pollutant with an uncertain evolutionary dynamic and the other is a regional nonaccumulative pollutant. In our model, firms and governments are separated entities and they play a Stackelberg game, while the governments of the two nations can cooperate in pollution reduction. We discuss the feedback Nash equilibrium strategies of governments and industrial firms, and it is found that the governments being cooperative in transboundary pollution control will set a higher pollution tax rate and make more pollution abatement effort than when they are noncooperative. 为发现药品“成本过高、价格扭曲”等表象问题的内因和解决方案,基于价值-价格属性,从药品供应链系统“价值-资金流闭环回路”的视角,提出闭环药品价值链系统模型,以分析和描述其价值“形成、流动、传递与实现”过程的深层机理;提出该模型基于Petri网的仿真建模与计算分析方法,并给出具体面向药品价值链系统价值冲突问题的仿真算例;通过对仿真结果的观察与分析,能有效地发现药品价值链系统中引发价格-价值偏离的关键点和原因,给出相应的价值链系统改进策略。

本文对复杂工业系统中的班组情景意识相关研究进行综述。分别对班组情景意识的基础理论--班组情景意识的概念、失误机理与失误分析方法、测量方法以及可靠性定量评价方法的研究现状进行回顾和评析,识别当前研究的不足以及当前研究的需求与挑战。最后进行总结并展望班组情景意识相关研究的发展趋势。

摘要:
This is the second in a series of papers describing the optimal design method for a digital human-computer interface of nuclear power plant (Npp) from three different points based on human reliability. The purpose of this series is to explore different optimization methods from varying perspectives. This present paper mainly discusses the optimal design method for quantity of components of the same factor. In monitoring process, quantity of components has brought heavy burden to operators, thus, human errors are easily triggered. To solve the problem, the authors propose an optimization process, a quick convergence search method and an affinity error probability mapping function. Two balanceable parameter values of the affinity error probability function are obtained by experiments. The experimental results show that the affinity error probability mapping function about human-computer interface has very good sensitivity and stability, and that quick convergence search method for fuzzy segments divided by component quantity has better performance than general algorithm. © 2017 Elsevier Ltd

摘要:
This paper tries to overcome shortcomings of the traditional assessment method of situation awareness (SA) reliability and build more robust causality model of SA. Firstly, the organization-oriented analysis framework or method of SA error was used to analyze human factor events in nuclear power plants (NPPs) and the data of 132 samples were obtained. Then, the correlation analysis method is used to identify the correlation relationships between factors influencing SA and next factor analysis method is used to identify the scenes triggering SA error. It includes: operator's mental level, operator's work attitude, stress level and system situation display level. Finally, based on the study of the results highlighted above, a data-driven SA causality model is established. These results shows that, the data-based SA causality model can identify the scenes triggering SA error, and it is very useful to improve the accuracy of quantitative assessment of SA reliability because of considering the causality relationships of performance shaping factors (PSFs). © 2017 Elsevier Ltd

To solve the problems of heterogeneity and disorder in the cross-domain integration processes for offsite nuclear emergency response, the integrated decision-making framework of the CDIRS spaces based on Space Mapping and Semantic Web is proposed. Under this framework, the method of feature mapping and space modeling, interoperable mediating and interoperability verifying, ordered integrating and reasoning, which are key steps of the CDIRS method, are presented. Furthermore, with a fictive nuclear accident scenario, the relevant CDIRS spaces and ordering rules are constructed, and then the appropriate cross-domain integrated response solution is obtained and verified effectively by reasoning and simulating in the CDIRS model. With the CDIRS method proposed in this paper, the heterogeneity and disorder can be avoided, and the targets and constraints of the offsite nuclear emergency response problems in the original space can be transformed into the target space, being processed unified by formal modeling and ordered reasoning. 摘要:
核电厂的仪控系统数字化,使得操纵员的情景意识失误(SAE)更为突出。为了识别操纵员存在的主要情景意识失误并进行预防和控制,从认知功能的视角对情景意识失误进行分类,采用建立的SAE分析方法对收集到的人因事件进行分析,获得79组样本数据,识别存在的主要情景意识失误及其原因。基于纵深防御的视角,从SAE的事前预防、事中控制和事后恢复三方面提出了系统化的SAE预防、控制和恢复体系,为数字化核电厂在预防和控制SAE方面提供理论指导。
