为发现药品“成本过高、价格扭曲”等表象问题的内因和解决方案,基于价值-价格属性,从药品供应链系统“价值-资金流闭环回路”的视角,提出闭环药品价值链系统模型,以分析和描述其价值“形成、流动、传递与实现”过程的深层机理;提出该模型基于Petri网的仿真建模与计算分析方法,并给出具体面向药品价值链系统价值冲突问题的仿真算例;通过对仿真结果的观察与分析,能有效地发现药品价值链系统中引发价格-价值偏离的关键点和原因,给出相应的价值链系统改进策略。

To discover the internal reasons and the solutions for the problems of “high cost and price distortion of medicine”, the closed loop medical value chain system model was proposed based on value-price flow, which was described and analyzed the deep mechanism of closed loop “forming-flowing-obtaining-realizing”process of medicine price and value.
