摘要:
Is EOM behavior a stochastic process? If it is, does this randomness come with certain conditions? Are there some environmental factors playing a role? Does the failure of EOMs can be expressed by a probability number? How should HRA consider EOM in a framework of PSA? Through the experiments on a DCS simulator of a nuclear power plant, the researchers tried to come up answers to the above issues. The research results show that the EOM behavior of nuclear power plant is random no considering the influence factors, while in the case of data groupings, EOM behavior is not completely random. Some factors, such as age, training time and working hours, have a certain influence on the randomness of EOM behavior, which also provides direction for reducing human error. Of course, due to the limitations of the experimental conditions, the correctness of the conclusion remains to be further verified.

摘要:
In the digital main control rooms (MCRs) of nuclear power plants (NPPs), the role and responsibility of operators as well as their communication ways are changed by the digitization of the human-machine interface, which leads to some new team situation awareness (TSA) errors and different error distribution. In order to identify the interaction mechanism among a team during collecting information and consistently understanding the system/component status, an team interaction model is established by field observation, video analysis, operator interview and event report analysis. Furthermore, the model-based TSA error classification is developed and the influencing factors of TSA error are identified. On this basis, a number of human factor event reports are analyzed and combining with statistical analysis to identify the main TSA errors and influencing factors in digital NPPs. It provides theoretical support for the prevention and control of TSA errors.

摘要:
In order to identified macro-cognitive processes and psychological error mechanisms (PEMs) of TSA in digital NPPs. Firstly, the components of TSA are identified according to team task analysis, which including individual situation awareness (ISA), shared situation awareness (SSA) and mutual awareness (MA). Furthermore, the macro-cognitive processes of TSA are identified respectively from ISA, SSA and MA on the basis of simulation experiments, and the process model of TSA is established to illustrate the forming mechanism of TSA. Finally, the PEMs of TSA errors are identified, it is very useful to prevent and reduce TSA errors.

Since the reform and opening-up, information industry has achieved rapid growth in China, though there are a lot of problems waiting to be dealt with. For purpose of finding out the key driving factors of the information collaborative innovation, the paper constructs information industry collaborative innovation dynamic factors system on the base of correlative references. After obtaining large quantities of data by questionnaire survey and using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation do empirical research on each factor, we finally found the key driving factors of information collaborative innovation in China. Specifically, the mechanism of innovation motivation, the support of national policy, and the research scale of information industry are the most important factors. In order to enhance China's information industry collaborative innovation capability and international competitiveness, it must facilitate the key dynamic factors internally and externally.

摘要:
A dynamic optimization production method is a focused approach to planning and continuous improvement for all operations and processes in the distribution center. A mathematical model is developed and presented to solve the optimal control problem in matching multi-stages production plan at any point in time. The main purpose is to investigate the optimal choice between production rate and the optimal production plan at each time through different strategies so as to achieve due date. This method provides a way for decision makers to attend to the best starting point for any given time point while operating within the best production function. Specifically in deciding is whether distribution center needs to keep operation by overtime to produce extra quantities for the next batch. Dynamic programming is also shown to be a practical method for the multi-stage optimization involved. Finally, result is generated to appraise the applicability and suitability of the proposed new multi-phase model that is solved by the developed hybrid solution approach involving a variety of uncertainties and complexities.

It is the key factor for enterprise's carbon abatement to cope with climate change and develop low carbon economy. Carbon performance evaluation is an important system arrangement to incentive and restrict carbon emission. However, although some international organizations and major countries have made great progresses in carbon evaluation and reporting, it lacks carbon performance evaluation method to build carbon performance evaluation standard. Consequently, the paper, taking using of the theories and method of resource value flow for reference and based on current research results, puts forward a carbon performance evaluation method-CCCVE method to reflect carbon resource efficiency, economic benefit and environmental efficiency. The method will provide method basis and theory reference for constructing carbon performance evaluation.

摘要:
In order to study the different nature of ownership how to play a role in the relationship between corporate managerial ownership and the intensity of R&D investment, this paper uses micro data on A-share listed companies in China covering the three - year periods 2009-2011 by Excel 2010 and STATA 11.2. The results are as follows: (a) The intensity of corporate R&D investment has a significant positive correlation with the number of managers' shareholding. (b) In the firms of different nature of business ownership, managerial ownership has a different effect on the intensity of corporate R&D investment. Those show that Chinese enterprises should strengthen the equity incentive for managers to enhance their sense of ownership, thereby reduce the agency costs.

摘要:
To protect environment need manufacturers to improve pollution abatement technology, and technology adoption is the effective means for achieving the purpose. Using real option theory and dynamic program method, this paper focuses on the research of the optimal timing of firms to adopt new pollution abatement technology under tradable emissions permits. It is assumed that in the process of new pollution abatement adoption, the manufacturers face two kinds of uncertain factors that are the speed new technology appearing and new technology innovation level. The results show that the optimal adopting timing of firms adopt new pollution abatement technology interrelate with many factors, this factors include new technology appearing speed, technology innovation level, discount rate, initial pollution abatement technology, efficiency of production technology, emissions permits price, product price, and output elasticity, etc. And it is showed by simulation model that the faster new technology appearing the earlier manufacturers adopt new technology and the higher the new technology improve the efficiency the later manufacturers adopt new technology. On other variables, we also obtain the corresponding simulation results.

Distributed storage systems have the advantages of self-organizing, scalability, robust and fault-tolerant, which provide fundamental support for mission-critical applications. Unfortunately, there still exist some problems in real network conditions, especially, when considering asynchronous distributed environments, where messages may be delayed indefinitely and nodes may fail. So, failure detector is one of basic components to build a reliable distributed storage system. Considering the highly dynamic characteristics of distributed system, a novel self-regulatory failure detection algorithm (SFDA), which can combine heartbeat strategy with unbiased grey prediction model, is designed to improve the failure detection quality of system (QoS) according to the application needs and network environment changes. The key goal of using correction value in SFDA is to provide adoptable and usable service in all kinds of applications. The results show that, failure detector based on SFDA is more effective and flexible than other failure detectors.

Most people want to save electricity, and lower their electric bill but they don’t want to cut out things you need. Nowadays, rising oil price has attracted worldwide concern about the lack of energy crisis emerge. Rising oil prices led many energy-saving products should be born, but the energy only prolong the useful life of the oil, the oil will eventually run out. So we think electricity can replace oil in the future. The potential effectiveness of the renewable energy policy in the future and its regulatory Law framework. It frames the option of renewable energy technology within the background of the long-lasting electricity problems that the whole world has faced including serious supply shortages, reliance on coal, and severe environmental contamination. We hope to find the optimal solution from the mathematical model. This is the contribution of the study.

Customer relationship management (CRM) is an integral part in the manufacturing enterprise information. The content of CRM is based on customer information and business transaction data, and using computer information technology to deeply analysis massive data of data warehouse. The purpose is to identify customers’ different features and analyze customer behaviors, then dig out the information of commercial value to help business planning and decision-making related business activities. The thesis introduces the system of the CRM based on Data Warehouse: to describe and predict the model of enterprise customers’ behavior by data warehouse and data mining theory and technology. The purpose is to optimize the entire CRM process, and effectively realize customer relationship management ultimately. Research and analysis of data warehouse in CRM to achieve other functions such as customer behavior analysis, key customers found and market performance evaluation. It can further analyze amounts of customer information in data warehouse, acquire efficient information about how to enhance the advantages of market competition, make the concept and goal of CRM can be achieved and satisfy the demand and challenge in modern e-commerce times. It can help enterprises increase market decision-making ability, gain competitive advantages and perfect business plan.

Quick response (QR) codes provide a rapid, easy, convenient, accurate, and automatic data collection method. With the increasing application and popularization of wireless communication and mobile device technology, two-dimensional barcode technologies have been employed for production, logistics, and sales. To apply the benefits of technology to the medical field, for this study, we used various applications of QR code in a hospital medical equipment repair management system. The main goal was to enable equipment or facility engineers to rapidly obtain detailed equipment information and return the medical equipment to normal operations. The experiment results indicate that method developed in this study can significantly improve the efficiency of medical equipment repairs, ensure engineers receive the correct information, shorten the Web site process time, and highlight the significance of solving such problems. The research in its actual state will be full support tool for the repair of medical equipment management. The results of both tests allow stating that from the point of view of efficiency and saving cost, the new system is fast and economical, making it highly competitive with exiting repair management system.

On the basis of the existed classification system of organizational factors, questionnaire and event analysis, a more comprehensive classification scheme is developed. The main framework is composed of target and strategy, organizational structure and organizational culture. The scheme makes efforts to overcome the deficiencies of the other classification system. On the basis of this classification framework, 71 human factor events between 2000 and 2003 are reanalyzed. Through descriptive statistical analysis, main management deficiencies in connection with organization are identified. On the basis of R-type clustering, main categories of organizational factors are concluded.

Harmonic voltage and harmonic current will produce core loss and copper loss to reduce the operation efficiency in the direct torque control system of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM-DTC) for urban rail traction. Efficiency optimization control strategy, which is based on switching frequency optimization, is presented for the problem. The adaptive hysteresis band value and optimized null vector distribution method are adopted to utilize the switching frequency of power device and optimize null vector to PWM. Efficiency optimization control system is implemented using a STM32F103 embedded microcontroller. Experimental results prove that the harmonic waveform of inverter is restrained, the switching times and switching current are decreased, the core loss and copper loss are reduced to increase the efficiency of IPMSM and the dynamic and static performances of the system are improved.

The purpose of this paper is to construct a multi-objective optimization model for cooperative pricing in the management of apparel supply chain. Firstly, by using Apparel Popularity Index (API) model, a kind of pricing model for supply chain has been built. Then, by introducing cooperation and other constraint conditions, a kind of cooperative pricing model was constructed. This model is a kind of Stackelberg game. The manufacturer and the retailer obtained their excess profits through the game. Lastly, this paper gave a numerical example which demonstrated that the excess profit of the cooperative supply chain was constant, and when the constraint conditions changed, the excess profit space would change at the meantime. This research result can help partners on apparel supply chain to practice Quick Response strategy.
