摘要:
The present work is a continuation of our previous paper [J.-G. Deng, et al., Chin. Phys. C, 41: 124109 (2017)]. In the present work, the a decay half-life of the unknown nucleus 2960g is predicted within the two-potential approach and the hindrance factors of all 20 even-even nuclei in the same region as ~(296)Og, i.e. proton number 82<Z<126 and neutron number 152<N<184, from ~(250)Cm to ~(294)Og, are extracted. The prediction is 1.09 ms within a factor of 5.12. In addition, based on the latest experimental data, a new set of parameters of a decay hindrance factors for the even-even nuclei in this region, considering the shell effect and proton-neutron interaction, are obtained.

摘要:
We consider the following nonlinear biharmonic equations:
$$ \Delta^{2} u-\Delta u+ V_{\lambda }(x)u=f(x,u),\quad \text{in } \mathbb{R}^{N}, $$
where
$V_{\lambda }(x)$
is allowed to be sign-changing and f is an indefinite function. Under some suitable assumptions, the existence of nontrivial solutions and the high energy solutions are obtained by using variational methods. Moreover, the phenomenon of concentration of solutions is explored. The results extend the main conclusions in recent literature.

摘要:
The second-order post-Newtonian solution for the light propagation in the field of Kerr-Newman black hole is achieved via an iterative method. Based on this result, we further obtain the second-order post-Newtonian light deflection in Kerr-Newman spacetime, which is formulated in an united form for any arbitrarily incident directions. All results are exhibited in the coordinate system constituted by the initial light-direction vector, the impact vector, and their cross-product.

The self-similarity solutions of the Navier-Stokes equations are constructed for an incompressible laminar flow through a uniformly porous channel with retractable walls under a transverse magnetic field. The flow is driven by the expanding or contracting walls with different permeability. The velocities of the asymmetric flow at the upper and lower walls are different in not only the magnitude but also the direction. The asymptotic solutions are well constructed with the method of boundary layer correction in two cases with large Reynolds numbers, i.e., both walls of the channel are with suction, and one of the walls is with injection while the other one is with suction. For small Reynolds number cases, the double perturbation method is used to construct the asymptotic solution. All the asymptotic results are finally verified by numerical results.

A novel data-driven method based on Gaussian mixture model (GMM) and distance evaluation technique (DET) is proposed to predict the remaining useful life (RUL) of rolling bearings. The data sets are clustered by GMM to divide all data sets into several health states adaptively and reasonably. The number of clusters is determined by the minimum description length principle. Thus, either the health state of the data sets or the number of the states is obtained automatically. Meanwhile, the abnormal data sets can be recognized during the clustering process and removed from the training data sets. After obtaining the health states, appropriate features are selected by DET for increasing the classification and prediction accuracy. In the prediction process, each vibration signal is decomposed into several components by empirical mode decomposition. Some common statistical parameters of the components are calculated first and then the features are clustered using GMM to divide the data sets into several health states and remove the abnormal data sets. Thereafter, appropriate statistical parameters of the generated components are selected using DET. Finally, least squares support vector machine is utilized to predict the RUL of rolling bearings. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method reliably predicts the RUL of rolling bearings.

Recommendation algorithms based on bipartite networks have become increasingly popular, thanks to their accuracy and flexibility. Currently, many of these methods ignore users’ negative ratings. In this work, we propose a method to exploit negative ratings for the network-based inference algorithm. We find that negative ratings play a positive role regardless of sparsity of data sets. Furthermore, we improve the efficiency of our method and compare it with the state-of-the-art algorithms. Experimental results show that the present method outperforms the existing algorithms.

Localized current drive by electron cyclotron (EC) waves is of significant importance in the outer half region of tokamak plasmas. Using the coupled GENRAY/CQL3D suite codes, a systematic comparative study between Ohkawa current drive (OKCD) and electron cyclotron current drive (ECCD) is performed. The results show that OKCD has more advantages than ECCD for far off-axis localized current drive in tokamaks with large inverse aspect ratios, while ECCD is more efficient than OKCD in tokamaks with low inverse aspect ratios. The results of local current driving on the q = 2 rational surface show that both OKCD and ECCD are effective for control of the m = 2/n = 1 tearing mode or neoclassical tearing mode (NTM). It seems that efficient Ohkawa current can be driven in a specific far off-axis radial position as long as the local inverse aspect ratio is large enough. The effect of collisionality imposes a significant impact on OKCD and results in reduction of the net current driven by unit EC power. The dimensionless current drive efficiency of OKCD increases with increasing electron beta βe in a medium range. The results further confirm that OKCD can be a valuable alternative localized current drive method to replace ECCD in large inverse aspect ratio tokamaks or in the radial position where the local inverse aspect ratio is large enough.

Carbon honeycomb, a new kind of 3D carbon allotrope experimentally synthesized recently, has received much attention for its fascinating applications in electronic device and energy storage. In the present work, we perform equilibrium molecular dynamics (EMD) to study the thermal transport properties of carbon honeycombs with different chirality. It is found that the thermal conductivity along the honeycomb axis ([Formula: see text]) is three times larger than that normal to the axis ([Formula: see text]), which shows strong anisotropy reflecting their geometric anisotropy. Lattice dynamics calculations reveal that this anisotropy stems from the orientation-dependent phonon group velocities. Moreover, when ambient temperature ([Formula: see text]) increases from 200 K to 800 K, the [Formula: see text] dependence of [Formula: see text] is observed due to the enhanced Umklapp scattering. The detailed phonon spectra analyses indicate phonon group velocities are insensitive to the variation of ambient temperature, and the temperature dependence of the relaxation times of low-frequency phonons (<20 THz) follows [Formula: see text] behavior. Our results have a certain guiding significance to develop carbon honeycomb for effective thermal channeling devices.

J. Y. Park and T. G. Ha [Nonlinear Anal., 2008, 68: 747-767; 2009, 71: 3203-3217] investigated the existence of anti-periodic solutions for hemivariational inequalities with a pseudomonotone operator. In this note, we point out that the methods used there are not suitable for the proof of the existence of anti-periodic solutions for hemivariational inequalities and we shall give a straightforward approach to handle these problems. The main tools in our study are the maximal monotone property of the derivative operator with antiperiodic conditions and the surjectivity result for L-pseudomonotone operators.

In this paper, we study the existence of ground state solutions of nonlinear elliptic equation with logarithmic nonlinearity by the Linking theorem and logarithmic Sobolev inequality. In this paper, we deal with the second order discrete Hamiltonian system Delta[p(n) Delta u (n - 1)]- L(n)u(n) + Delta W(n; u ( n)) = 0, where L : Z -> R (NxN) is positive de fi nite for su ffi ciently large vertical bar n vertical bar epsilon Z and W(n; x) is inde fi nite sign. By using critical point theory, we establish some new criteria to guarantee that the above system has in fi nitely many nontrivial homoclinic solutions under the assumption that W(n; x) is asymptotically quadratic and supquadratic, respectively. Our results generalize and improve some existing results in the literature.
