A novel wideband unidirectional multi-dipole antenna is proposed, which has an enhanced impedance bandwidth of about 68.1% for VSWR < 1.5 and a gain > 8 dBi, covering the frequency region from 1.54 to 3.13 GHz. A stable radiation pattern is obtained and the 3 dB beamwidth is 62 ± 4° at E-plane and 63 ± 4° at H-plane over the bandwidth.
